Room was ok, the heart shape tub looks nice, though didn't work, room has a tube TV, bed was a lil over used.

Dont waste your time. Booked online. Was charged $52 for the wrong room because I booked a room with a Jacuzzi. Upon arrival the clerk asked me to pay $30 more because $10 went to online fees. For a grand total of $82 for a room that smells like s***, lights that are burnt out, a bed less comfortable than the ground. Never again!

If you want to spend a night in a big farm, stay here. Upon arrival, none of the lights worked. When we finally got them fixed, the room appeared super outdated and unkept up with. I immediately noticed the roaches on the wall. The spa tub was covered in mold, as was the mirror around it. Thankfully I was refunded, but I would not recommend this place.

Room floor is unleveled and bumpy, bathroom floor is all cracked with leaks around shower, sink and toilet. Old tube TV in the room as well as a non working heart shape spa tub. As the photos show. The door offers minimum safety from intruders. Also saw a few roaches in the bathroom the night before leaving. Cheap for the night, so I guess you get what you paid for. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Seemed nice, staff nice. Bedbugs and questionable characters renting by the week, not great. Needs refurbishing. I've got laundry to do and Benadryl to buy. Don't stay here unless you're okay with the added risk.

Front lobby looks nicely updated and stylish but looks are deceiving, I can remember feeling like I walked into the 70s show, outdated rooms, fake headboard, hard mattress box spring hanging on a board not a bed frame it's a made up bed, rugs have never been cleaned or replaced, we had NO hot water (when mentioning to staff man offered a free nites stay there boilers were out, when I got there he declined his offered said I was out of water in the morning not at nite I can pay for another nite at a ten dollar discount) we had NO toilet paper throughout the nite NO room service, NO flat screens (snowy tube tv), hot tubs do not work, moldy bathroom pole and shower curtain, no ice buckets when asked the man gave me a plastic garbage bag, they never change or wash the beds top covers, old riped up towels… This is merely my experience I'll let you U be the judge!

Its great just with the tubs had the fixtures so I could take a nice jet bath.

We rented 2 rooms both rooms had issues. The room I stayed in a disposable razor top left in the shower plus no microwave. The 2 room had a microwave. We had my father in law my 2 children myself and my husband. The appearance of the 2 rooms was poor. I will never come here again. If I didn't come from another state and had it not been so late when we arrived we would have left. Giving it one star only because it wouldn't let me post without rating it.

This place doesnt deserve any stars. We paid 2 nights for 2 rooms. And they charged more then what the price was supposed to. The air conditioning doesnt work. The shower door almost sliced my arm cuz its off the rims. Our doors keep locking us out and the cards wont work. The TV stations dont work good and no remote. The headboard is broke, lights dont work in one of the rooms. The celing looks caved in. No microwave or fridge. We paid 260 + tax and we could have stayed in a nicer place. Never again will I come here.

The motel wasnt that bad except for issues with the air conditioning the first night. Overall not that bad and would stay here again.

Desk man was very nice and polite. For $50 you get a clean room and clean bed. They also have basic cable and Wi-Fi. Enjoyed my stay. Will stay again. The bed was very clean.

Horrible place. We are pretty hardy, but could not feel comfortable enough to get a good night of sleep in this place. Everything was in general disrepair — lights were out in the main room and bathroom, pieces of the place were missing (like a toilet paper holder), there was mold and grime in the shower. All linens were stained. The room smelled like smoke (staff told us that "even the non smoking rooms smell like smoke because people don't listen") and the entire carpet was sticky. Middle of the night we got woken up by a woman screaming at someone outside our window which was scary because the door didn't latch properly and it went directly to the outside rather than to a hallway. Definitely do not recommend.

This hotel is a throwback to old porn movies. We have no hot water in the shower choices are cold and arctic, locks that don't work, a hot tub in the room which is the only spot with hot water, mirrors everywhere. Do not bring a black light the stains show everything. Eye clean is not clean. Also burns in the sheets. Also hot tub does not work. All around this seems like a hotel where rooms are rented by the hour, and the lady's of the night would be frequenting often.

The most horrible place I have ever stayed at. The room was absolutely disgusting, I had to clean hand, finger, head and foot prints off of every one of the mirrors (entire room was wall mirrors). It even came with 2 bonus pets, 2 dead roaches in the bathroom.

Unsanitary I couldnt sleep for night bedbug and I just left the next day unprofessional. I don't recommended it look nice out but inside ewww not good.

I do not recommend this motel to ANYBODY! Went in rented a jacuzzi room for 90$ as soon as I walked in the room smelt disgusting! Turnt on the lights and sure enough roaches everywhere! When I went to go lay on the bed the sheets and pillow cases had blood stains and when we lifted up the mattress bed bug infestation. The guy who is in charge of reservations is a total slob. He didnt wanna give me my refund when we only spent 15inutes in the room. This is the worst room I have ever seen! Econolodge im east hartford is way better 100% clean no roaches or bugs no stained bedsheets or nothing.

I've been staying since March 2015 just got my stuff out of my room bcuz they didn't saw me for 2 week n the reason they didn't it was bcuz I was in the hospital with a big infection due to a bedbug bite I told them for 5 month or more but no we don't have that they said now my only lil stuff I got are in the dumpster oh and is winter I hate it from the beginning but it was the cheapest… Don't ever go there is infested with bedbugs n roaches!

Pros: Nice room for price. Private and safe, Good Wi-Fi signal most of the time. Friendly and acomidating staff. Extended stay avaliable. Free HBO and Showtime, Free soap towels, sheets, garbage bags, toilet paper. Ice in the lobby. Cleaning service avaliable daily. Cons: No shampoo, No dead bolt, limited cable channels with bad reception. Outdatted TVs.

I hated it is not the word walked in n walked right bac out da moment I turned on da light 5 roaches poped up we tried to c if diff room n stains on da covers of da bed which we was told were cleaned so we asked for a refund at 1st refused as we waited after we said we called da cops for our refunds 3 other ppl walk in wit complains saying dey will stay do not stay here.

I'm posting for a friend that was just there. They asked for non-smoking, they said they had it, then when they got there the room stank of stale smoke. They gave them two little tealights and no matches. They had to buy febreeze, Their sink was held together with duct tape and wouldn't drain. They asked for more towels and said they had to wait (and they never came). Not recommended.

Terrible service. Old and dirty rooms. No service at all. Found bugs in every room. Pidarashii.

It has so far been a positive experience. Not 5 star quality, but definitely good for the price you pay. Rooms are nice, a little beat-up, but not dirty by any means. Looks and feels safe. The shower/bathroom is a little grungy, but nothing too bad. If you need to find a place outside of Hartford to stay for the night, and your strapped for cash, you could do a whole lot worse than here.

An excellent motel — safe, comfortable with excellent rates. Located right next to several restaurants and a Walmart. Perfect stopover for families and businessmen with Wifi and TV. I have read a few bad reviews of the GRANTMOORE MOTOR LODGE and they are simply not true. Probably posted by nearby jealous motels. If you can overlook the age of this motel and seek a clean, comfortable room with the cheapest rates in the area — go for it. I also want to thank the management and staff of the Grantmoore for their friendly attitude and prompt service.
