This place is AWESOME, MUCH BETTER than the Quality Inn (which is actually ran by a family who lets heroin dealers and prostitutes run their hotel) the staff here is awesome, down to earth, warm and friendly and they have free breakfast in the morning (unlike the Quality Inn who advertise free breakfast but there actually isn't any) I highly recommend this hotel for families and working people alike, thanks guys and MERRY CHRISTMAS! :)

In thanksgiving this year 2019,
I told them I was a Disabled Combat Veteran that I needed more time to get up and get ready also with a kid with special needs and they almost call the police on me,
very rude to Service members and their children in a holiday the place was empty is Not like they needed to vacate to accommodate a new guests also the air/Heather front of the unit feel of almost hurting my Son unbelievable conditions and disgusting treatment.
never I my life I've been treated like this,
totally shame on you for your Unprofessionalism in a Holiday.

My husband and I checked into the Best Western on April 19 and we were suppose to check out on April 23. I made a new reservation for April 23. — April 30. On April 28 my husband collapsed in the hotel lobby and had an incomplete fracture of his hip. He has been hospitalized since then. He had surgery to repair the hip on May 3. He will need to go to short term rehab.
The hotel would not work with me on trying to keep the hotel rate at the rate I initially paid for the reservation. Instead of working with me, I got charged $112 on Friday, May 3, because the hotel was “full”.
While I will need a place to stay for the remainder of his hospitalization and 10 days of rehab before going back to Iowa, I have checked out and moving to a different hotel.

This property lacks the service of other Best Westerns and I would not recommend. Have stayed there several times in past, while on business. No cereal or fresh fruit when I got up to have breakfast 8/2/18. Outside of hotel parking lot had mud all over as landscaping was done and contractors never cleaned up dirt. Owner of hotel should have demanded area be swept up. Sorry to say this, but in all my years of business travel, Indian run properties are consistently not maintained well. Better off at a Fairfield or Hampton than this place. Or better, a Red Roof, even though Red Roofs do not offer breakfast.

If I could give it a negative star I would extremely disappointed in a hotel Bethel Best Western! Air-conditioners didn’t work. Also found out the air-conditioner hasn’t worked for over a year! They are where are no screens on the windows so you couldn’t open it! It smelled like Pee, continental breakfast was not even fit for dog and the staff could not care a less about helping you. No knowledge and customer care.! Best Western should be ashamed of themselves in the hotel should be shut down!

Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Quiet surroundings. Near Target and gas station is very convenient. Breakfast is good. For the most part Ihe staff is friendly. Especially at breakfast in the break room. She makes you feel at home. She is very sweet.

This Best Western is a Nice place to stay. We stayed in a room with a king size bed. The room met our needs for a over night stay. The outside appearance was nice and clean, inside was nice and clean, the rooms were very clean and spacious. Check in and check out were very easy and our room was very accessible. Employees were very friendly and very helpful for our overnight stay. They have a Keurig Coffee machine in the breakfast area with a great selection of coffee's. Overall I will give this Best Western a 10! Hope your stay will be as Wonderful as Ours. We got our money's worth, which is great!

Rooms were ok — clean. Could use some updating and repairs. TV remote did not work, ceiling in room was repaired poorly. Breakfast was scant. Food was not prepared fast enough for the demand & the space for the breakfast should be larger. The hotel staff was very nice and did their best to help out.

In the area to attend a birthday party. When we arrived there was quite a bit of maintenance being done. Half the parking lot was closed, but still ample parking. Elevator call button was broken in lobby and several rooms had no air conditioning. We had no issues, but the front desk handled some rude and impatient guests very well. Rooms were very clean and had a kitchenette with sink, microwave, and fridge. Complimentary breakfast was a joke at 830am. Out of everything and showing no signs of recovering. All in all, would stay again. Perfectly adequate.

The breakfast lady was sweet! She was a younger gal. Very happy and helpful. I was sad to see her not there on the weekend. The front desk lady was a little flighty and not helpful with the things she should of been I had to receive help form the Falon girl, there was no one at the front desk.

Great location, kind and helpful staff. Guest rooms very clean. A/C unit not working in lobby. Also room a/c unit not working properly. Breakfast was good area clean and hostess tended to everything, disappointing that once again the waffle iron was replaced with a pancake maker that was not working.

The air conditioning wasn’t working in the rooms and it was 85 degrees in there. I’ve stayed here with a college sports team before and they didn’t have enough food to feed them breakfast which is supposed to be included with your stay. At $120 a night I would choose another hotel.

A/C was not working at all. A lot should be done in order to provide an excellent service to the guests. Also, only one ice machine for all 3 floors…

Pretty awful, no air conditioning, renovating but very poorly executed. Parking lot looks like a pock marked war zone. Avoid this place and avoid disappointment.

This hotel is strange. Some rooms have a mini refrigerator but don't have a microwave which makes no since. The do have a microwave behind the front desk that you can use but I find th t so odd.

Overall good experience. Some minor things. Like the heat lamp in the bathroom took some finagling to turn off. Overall slightly dated furnishings but didn't really detract from the experience. Lots of good food and plenty of store options nearby. Some in walking distance.

Great location. Friendly group of workers. Clean room, and comfortable bed. At a good price.

This BW was pleasant and quiet. The breakfast was quite good. Thee was a variety of different hot items to choose from. I would likely stay here again.

The hotel stay was ok, but could have been better. Unable to communicate with house keeping (Spanish) speaking. Rates are too high. Could be lower. Breakfast area is small and not much to offer. The room was ok, the bed was comfortable.

Nice hotel for a break in travel. The hotel was clean and comfortable and easy to get to from the highway. The staff were friendly and helped when asked. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We like to stay at Best Western when possible whenever we travel. The staff is always pleasant the rooms are always very comfortable. The breakfast is healthy to start the day, and if you need any assistance it"s just a phone call away.

Room was ok could have used a good dusting. But “breakfast” was awful. Went down at 8am for “breakfast” and there was literally nothing available. There weren’t any bagels or bread or English muffins. The pancake machine was broken. There wasn’t any hot food either. The coffee appeared to be instant. Went to the two women at front desk and asked if they could replenish and got eyes rolled at me. They brought out powdered eggs and I was told they were out of bread. At 8am on a Saturday… also no seating, and chairs that were available were disgustingly stained. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Pay a few more dollars and stay elsewhere. Just awful.

Very clean and well kept hotel. The staff were all very friendly. Absolutely worth the low price. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The hotel does not have a lot of curb appeal. The lobby and common areas could use some upgrades but the room was modern and clean. Price was very reasonable and only a short walk to a couple of different restaurants. We have stayed at this hotel before and would do so again.

The room I had, had no heat. The unit was disconnected due to renovations. The clerk gave me a space heater that actually was impressive. I was comfortable but by aggressive means. And online the price said 72 but ended up paying over 90.

Hotel was nice, Downside was the main heater was not working and the unit was covered with cardboard. They put a portable heater unit in the room instead. The portable heater worked fine, but of course I would turn it off when I left the room. It was fine for the most part, but my concern was if someone else in the hotel wasn't that conscious of turning off the heater when they left the room unattended, there could have been a problem situation. Staff was great, especially Charlie. She was great! Other staff members, not so much so.

This hotel has been sold, we use to stay there twice a year for extended times, until they change employees at the desk we will not go back. Rude, very non professional. Also need repairs in guest rooms that were never fixed in the 12 days we were there. Only 3 great employees, Mercedes, Susan & Lee. Also guest service said there is no supervisor you can complain to. Planned on a month stay in January, not now. I gave it a 2 rating because of the 3 wonderful people who keep this place going. Miss Rosa!

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Great breakfast with a lot of different choices (that they let us have even though we were just there for a work meeting and not actually guests). Visitor bathrooms were immaculate, and everyone was very very nice.

All in all a great hotel. The staff is kind and service minded. They always have a smile on and ready to help. The rooms are really clean. New towels were given every day and the whole room were cleaned. Really lovely experience.

Our stay was ok. First night our air conditioning did not work. They gave us a different room next night. Heard other people also had problems. Breakfast area is very small and very limited breakfast items. Our room was clean and beds were pretty comfortable. Staff was friendly. Could of done much better at check out time. No one was at the desk so we just left after waiting for 10 minutes.

We travel frequently and use chain hotels often. We were looking for a hotel close to where were moving to in a couple of days and needed comfort and quiet. We were very pleased with the room. It was exceptionally clean and quiet. We had a front room, midway down the hall. Everything in the room functioned and was in good condition. We stayed 2 nights and we never took advantage of the breakfast. It was a small area and if the hotel is accommodating a large group that comes down at the same time, the facility cannot handle the crowd. Due to the fair pricing, we did not hesitate to go elsewhere to get cup of coffee.

Well. Front desk pleasant enough. Room is fine; little microwave, fridge, sink, cabinet area. But needs accessible, available electrical outlets at desk and on bedside tables. No fan in bathroom. Looks like it is still under renovation, with big holes in the bathroom wall where a shower rod may have been. Clean. Good temperature control.

Hotel staff were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The bed was one of the best we have slept in so far and we have stayed in Best Westerns from coast to coast. The breakfast was well presented, easily accessible but could have used more fresh items. The eggs appeared to be made from powdered eggs the sausage was very flat and unflavorful and there was not a lot of variety with respect to the breads.

Stayed twice in past week. A Saturday and a Tuesday. People/amenities were great. However. I paid $220 Saturday and $112 on a Tuesday. They confirmed to me that when busy, they increase room rates. Rates change every day. This gives paying public one of two options — pay through the nose or good luck finding a room. Was told all local hotels check with each other to find room availability and then raise/lower prices based on that. Great way to screw general public.

Clean room, nice white towels and sheets, superior amenities. Staff helpful and friendly, and available. So nice to have someone at the front desk when you need them. The place is very elegant. After staying in a succession of Super 8s, I'd gladly pay more, and actually it wasn't that much more. We recently moved from Connecticut to Tennessee, and went back and forth quite a bit. We don't plan to travel very much in the future now that we're settled in our new home, but if we do need accommodation, we will look for a Best Western rather than a Super 8.

This is strictly a place to stay on the road. However for the price this room was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, comfortable, spacious, and everything needed. Breakfast was just okay compared to other best westerns I have stayed at. But overall a great value.

Staff was very kind. Would have got 5 stars if the air conditioning worked in the conference room.

As part of a bus group on your we very happy to reach our destination at the best Western Danbury/bethel location. It was a pretty spot and great location with a target in walking distance and an Italian restaurant across the street. We were just as happy with our rooms which were clean and well supplied.

Clean room, friendly staff and free hot breakfast. Quieter than you think for being so close to the road.

Really affordable. For the price, I don't think you could find better. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was goid. Nice variety of hit and cold food. It is close to some really good restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

Good luck getting hot water and your heater to work. Hotel needs maintenance and repair.

No fan in bathroom (illegal). TV SUCKED! plumbing needs work in shower. Toilets are so LOW I thought I was falling.
