The hotel is very well managed. Rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful. Rooms are nice. The pool is very nice. Security guards patrol the grounds but I never felt unsafe. Road entry is very east off I 15. No resorts fee. Five stars. ☆☆☆☆☆

Peaceful and relaxing stay Awesome breakfast bar.

Undoubtedly the best hotel experience of my life at an affordable price! The staff is super friendly! The bed wasnso comfortable I couldn't help but fall asleep even when I wasn't tired. This is definitely better than taking a chance on the strip. And I had a view of Allegiant Stadium from the 4th floor. My first choice for when I'm in Las Vegas! I love it here!

My experience at this hotel has been a good one. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They hotel for the most part is clean. The location is pretty good, it is right between the strip and the airport. Across the street they are building the new Raider football stadium, which would definitely improve on the location aspect because there is not going to be much parking at that Stadium. The breakfast buffet is passable, but what do you expect when something is free. At least the food is fresh and the staff keeps the food and eating area clean. They also have shuttle service every half hour to The Mandalay Bay. They will also shuttle to the airport for drop off and they also run a shuttle service to a local Shopping Center which is pretty nice. I would stay at this place again.

Huge rooms, all in all clean. Bathroom was ok, some broken tiles and not so clean. (— 1 Star) But the breakfast is absolutely disgusting, they use disposable tables and cutlery, which is not sustainable at all. (— 1 Star)

A great experience! Very clean and met my expectations. The service was very good also, Casilda was very kind and helped out in the breakfast room.

Stay here to visit Las Vegas. It's literally minutes from the Strip and is next to fast food. Perfect for a family. The pool was awesome and the staff was very friendly.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. The front desk offered us points for the inconvenience. Slow to replenish breakfast items in the morning. Maid knocked on my door at 9am when checkout wasn't until 12 noon.

Good breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly. Pool was peaceful and easy to access from room. Disappointed that the extra sheets for the pullout couch were not in room upon arrival and that the maid service policy was not to make the bed. Bathroom needed updating and was very small for a suite that hds 5 people. Maids only brought new towels and chgd trash upon request but didn't make beds. I was not overly impressed with this hotel.

The staff was amazing, very nice and always very helpful and accommodating. The shuttle to the strip was also very convenient. The room was fine upon arrival, but we had to request that our room get cleaned after it was not clean for two days during a 5-day stay. While the main lobby and meeting area around the breakfast area was clean, the pool area was definitely not. There was a lot of debris in the pool and although usable, the pool area left a little bit to be desired. The hotel is conveniently located and we would stay there again. For those of you that plan to watch Raider football games it is right across the street and would be extremely convenient to see a game if that was on your to-do list.

Easy access to find hotel, they have shuttles to the strip, just a nice quiet place to relax. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Complimentary breakfast starts at 6:30 and it's actually really good food. Staff is super friendly, rooms are nice and clean and it's in a great location. Right across from where they are building the Raiders Stadium!

Great rooms, and it's fun that they do a guest of the day thing each day. Last time I was here, they gave me a die to roll and I got bonus reward points and upgraded to a suite room. This time I was guest of the day again and they have me bonus points and the upgrade without rolling the dice. The breakfast area is good, standard Holiday Inn breakfast. Rooms are clean, right next to the construction site for the new stadium, but they supplied me with ear buds in case the noise was unbearable. Great friendly staff, too!

I stayed here for a total of 3 nights whilst visiting the region for work. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the airport car rental site, easy to get to and has plenty of on-site parking. Check-in is from 3pm and the reception staff were very nice and welcoming and it didn't take longer than 5 minutes to be on the way to my room. The room was a good size with a nice big double bed, sofa, desk space, TV, wardrobe and drawers plus a fridge, microwave and kettle. The bathroom was also a good size and well presented with soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner with plenty of towels. The shower was nice and powerful and had good temperature control (although the water didn't drain away too quickly). In the reception area coffee is readily available as well as hot water and tea and there are some flat-screen TVs on during the day which, on a Saturday afternoon, were showing various sports. The reception area also some drinks and snacks available to purchase. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service that runs every 30 minutes (top and bottom of the hour) to Mandalay Bay (about a 10 minute journey) or every hour to the Aria. There is a breakfast buffet which has fruit, turkey and pork sausage meat, oats, cinnamon buns, yoghurt and a pancake machine.

I stay at Holiday Inn Express everywhere I go, if I can, and Vegas is no longer an exception. The location here is great, just a couple of blocks off the strip. They have a regular shuttle to Mandalay Bay if you'd rather ride there than drive or walk. The pool and gym are pretty basic. They upgraded me to an executive suite, which was quite nice. Everything very clean and nothing missing, just as I've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast was the usual: plenty of food, nothing spectacular, but nice to have available. Hot coffee available in the lobby at all hours.

Convenient, great and comfortable place away from casino where cigarettes smoke are abundance when walking to hotel room. Cheaper than hotels near the strip and a hot breakfast compliment of the hotel to start your day.

Great staff. Outdoor pool was heated and very nice. Rooms are new mixed with outdated plugs and switches. Beds were nice. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was missing several basic Holiday Inn staples like pancakes and cinnamon rolls. Elevator scared the kids pretty good. Overall an unforgettable experience.

I stayed her from February 16th to February 19th for the 32 annual Las Vegas Classic volleyball tournament. Great hotel, clean and staff is great. Especially, Patricia… she’s phenomenal and so professional. Will stay there again when I go to Las Vegas. Free parking, free breakfast buffet, and free shuttle to Mandalay Bay. You can’t beat that for the price.

Most of the other hotels on the strip have cleanliness issues, bed bugs, or cockroaches. However, upon looking and staying here I am amazed. The Customer Service was amazing. I had a comfortable stay here. There wasn't any noise problems. I slept very peacefully, and it takes a lot for my family and I to sleep as great as we did. The free Wi-Fi and breakfast were a definite plus. The complimentary shuttle was also great. Who doesn't want a free ride to the strip?! As far as the cleanliness goes, everything was crystal clean. Upon clogging the toilet (this was totally my fault), we told the lady at the reception and she sent someone to fix it. She made us feel like it was no big deal which started our stay wonderfully. I with definitely be staying here again! It was clean, there was free Wi-Fi and food, a complimentary shuttle, and I slept wonderful.

Great place to stay. Nice staff very helpful. Every time my wife and I come into Vegas for business we always stay there. Everyone is great even the shuttle drivers are great taking us back and forth to the strip.

I expected to stay at a big-name expensive hotel for my first trip to Las Vegas, but ended up staying at Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean, breakfasts were good, views and climate were excellent, and the shuttle service and Uber pickup/drop-offs convenient. But the best thing about the hotel was the bed. We never slept in a more comfortable bed before. Noticeably comfy! Now I want one myself. Nice for the price.

There is enough room for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast area was good sized and the food was good. I would stay there again.

I stayed here November 10th-12th and the experience was horrible. The room and breakfast was okay, I didn't expect much from it. The day we left I happened to leave a gold necklace, earrings, and ring that my grandmother gave to me, on the night stand. I was so devastated since I live in San Diego which is 7 hours away. When I first called to tell them I left it, the front office said they had found it and would hold it, but then they changed their story. We called the next morning and they told us they hadn't found them and we were told that a message would be left for housekeeping. I found it SUPER unprofessional how they changed their story, and I'm sure that they kept my jewelry. I know it was on my part that I left it in the first place, but for such a highly praised hotel I assumed they would handle it professionally and return my possessions. They stole my very expensive jewelry, that is theft! I will never stay here again, and I don't recommend it, unless you like being lied to and stolen from.

This is the second time that I go to. And she was satisfied that all the staff is very attentive and in particular Casilda a lady who are attentive in the morning of the breakfast.

I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn Express hotels, a lot of IHG hotels in general. This location has all the hallmarks of a standard Holiday Inn Express, free breakfast, friendly staff, and ample parking. This location I'm only rating as "it's OK". Although the rooms are of a more updated variety then some of the hotels in the chain, it has the same issue I have seen in a lot of Las Vegas hotels big and small. The rooms in Vegas often have a "ride hard and put away wet" feel to them. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade my room to an executive King and the room was nicely appointed, but could use a little artwork, as the walls are a little sparse and cold. The floor in my room looked and felt like it hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time. This is strange because I heard the house keeping staff vacuuming the carpet in the other rooms, maybe the vacuums are just not very good. My white socks were brown after walking around the room for only a short while. The bad was reasonably comfortable and the bedding was clean.

Unfortunately not the best experience. We were part of a group reservation and upon our arrival was basically threatened by the desk staff that if anyone in the group was loud, we would be kicked out. The room was in disrepair, drains not draining, missing light sconce, security lock missing. Missed a day of housekeeping because we were in our room till 9am, and they never came back to clean and freshen the room. The hotel was loud, not from inside noise, but you could hear everything going on in the parking lot and surrounding streets as well as when planes flew by. Won't be back again I'm afraid. We stayed at this same hotel two years ago and although they were in the middle of renovations, had a better experience.

Becky the manager is amazing! The property is in a good location. Partygoers can be a little noisy but it's mostly a business hotel.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. From an early check in to providing forgotten toiletries. The room was clean and comfortable.

Location is slightly off the strip. Free self parking. Hotel provides shuttle to Mandalay Bay every 30 min, to Aria every hour, which we used to avoid parking fees in the Strip hotels. Breakfast buffet was the usual variety but better than average, with the hot items changing every day. Employees were very nice and accommodating. Room was simple and clean. Would stay again.

I would like to give Kudos to the gal at the front desk, we arrived on a Saturday morning. Her name was Chantavia (I'm not sure of the spelling) She was so extremely busy, kept her mind focused on the best customer service we could have asked for. Besides busy with guests and phone calls, she even apologized for our wait. Our family was so impressed by her kindness, great focus on her job, and her customer service. This lady made our stay pleasant! She deserves some praise or and a raise!

Been stay at this hotel for years, most of time I travel here I stay here, almost once a month. But this place is going down since I first start stay here. I don't think I will stay here in the future. Newly remodeled room, looks new and clean, but the bathroom sink is very slow. No just the room I recently stay, but every room I stayed for the past few month. Noisy guest is not the hotel fault, but it show what kind of guest stay here. Sorry HIX.

The front desk was friendly. But it was one of the more run down looking Holiday Inns I've stayed at. Room was clean. Someone puked in the elevator (not totally unexpected in Vegas) but it was cleaned up promptly.

The best Hotel on the cheap side in Vegas. Great staff, super clean rooms and delicious breakfast. You won't be disappointed.

This a bit away from the main street, they have a bus that takes you to the Mandalay bay but ahun this a bit far, good service and the rooms more or less.

It is a very clean hotel, seems to me well-located, in addition to the transport service is perfect, the care is very good, and the. Breakfast is very rich.

Pulled down our sheets to our bed and there were crumbs and hair in it. Switched to a new room and there was toilet paper in the toilet, hair on the sink, a live bug in the bathroom and the AC smelled like feet!

Clean and with good treatment in addition to have excellent services for people with special needs.

The rooms were perfect. Beds were very comfortable. There was a fitness center with plenty of machines to use and space for other fitness activities. The complimentary breakfast was not a disappointment. Pool was small but water was just right. The shuttle service was a good perk in addition to the rest of the amenities. We did have key card problems but the customer service more than made up for that. Will recommend a friend.

The beds were clean and nice. There was a microwave and fridge which was very useful. Small Panasonic TV with a desk. Everything was nice and clean and they offered free toothpaste, toothbrushes and other bathroom essentials. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and full of healthy and delicious items.

We check in to this location on 04/13/16 and we are planning to leave this hotel on the 04/17/16… we're here for business and of course we back at night exhausted, since day 1 the ice machine from 4th floor isn't working, I request to the front desk at night to bring me some ice and explaining the situation (I already went the day before to search ice to other floor) the front desk girl told me after 45mints, to go look for it my self if I WANT ICE to the second floor because the person in charge wasn't in the location… really bad acttitud and bad customer service… also in my second day I have to request to the morning people at front desk to change my bed shets because they was dirty since we arrive. The pople at the restaurant awesome!

I don't usually write reviews, but this trip to the Holiday Inn needs it. I have been staying here for over a week on business. I have asked to have my A/C fixed multiple times and it still does not work. My room temp is 77 degrees. My room has been cleaned twice and I never have new towels. The free Wi-Fi rarely works. It took 5 minutes to load the page for this review. I was left at town square after calling for a pick up. Very disappointed. If you are staying for the night and trying to save a couple bucks then you get what you pay for. But if you want to enjoy a 2+ night stay in Vegas, splurge a little and go somewhere else.

I think this is the first review I have ever written, and feel like I need to. I feel like I've been cheated and that I have wasted my time and money coming here. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY STAY AWAY! This hotel has a staff that is more interested with your money than with service, the amenities are a joke (though I may be bias since this place is under construction as I write this), and to be frank, for what you spend here you may as well get a MUCH nicer place on the Strip, it may actually be cheaper. I wish I had read some of the reviews on this place before I let IHG screw me with this. Woefully dissatisfied…

Cigarette smoke permeated my room. Noisy construction. Overpriced.

Management is more concerned with their profits over the happiness of their customers. A motorcycle club showed up and despite them being obnoxious and disregarding the hotel's noise policy, the hotel would not do anything. Will avoid this hotel like the plague for my future visits to Vegas!

We stayed one night in order to catch an early morning flight out the next day. Very conveniently location to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Thou some areas in the hotel are a little rundown our stay was fine. They are in the process of renovation. I do recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Stayed here for 3 nights — If you are looking to save a little and stay off the strip this place will do just fine. They have a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes until 1am that will take you to the strip and pick you up. Room was acceptable, clean, and as expected for a Holiday Inn. There is an outdoor pool which was nice with the 115 deg. Temps.

Stayed here for work and was disappointed. Got charged a 250 fee because I brought a can with cigarette buts into my non smoking room. Then they had the nerve to call my employer and tell them my room smelled like marijuana, and the maid had to walk out because they got light headed. I'm sorry but I hadn't been in my room for over 8 hours. Was drug tested the next day and passed obviously because I don't smoke weed. Very unprofessional. The maids don't completely clean the rooms, looked like they came in and made the bed and took the trash and left. Can honestly say I would never stay there again.

It's a holiday inn. For $84. The company paid for me to stay here. It's. Sub par. Shuttle service is good. But for 30$ go stay on the strip. Avoid the noise, the smell, the uncomfortable bed that you feel like laying on a warm toilet seat, you didn't see the guy leave. But you know. He was just there. Air con didnt work. Holiday inn.

It was a great experience for the price we paid at the time we stayed there (NYE). The only negative was probably the roll away bed we got. I think a franchise like Holiday Inn should have better quality of roll away beds compared to what they had. I have used better roll away beds at Super 8 Motels. (Not really bad bed, just really thin. You could feel the bar on your back the whole night). Besides that side note, everything was incredible. The best part was their regular bed. VERY comfortable and the showers were perfect to give me a good start to my morning as well. Their staff was also very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacey, obviously big enough to fit an extra bed and a week worth of luggage for 3 travelers with the 3 travelers! Overall a great stay. I recommend it to one and all.

Great customer service! I spent 3 nights there and the staff was extremely helpful and I came to find my room made up every single day. Very close to the strip, but not so close where you get too much of the hustle and bustle of Vegas. I highly recommend this hotel.

Worst HIE ever — came back tonight to find my room not made up, cold breakfast items this morning, no spoons available yesterday, only one elevator in operation. People are nice, but someone is not following up to the details.

Hotel is fine if you don't plan to leave your room. But the shuttle service to the airport and to the strip is a disaster. Over three days, it was consistently late, or full by the time it arrived (it is shared with the nearby Marriott, where the shuttle always stops first). So if you really must stay in this area, plan to take taxis, or at the very least stay at the Marriott Courtyard nearby — you'll be more likely to get a seat on the shuttle.

Great Rooms. Giant SOFT beds and someone must've known I love pillows because there was enough for me and then some. :-) I'm about to take advantage of the workout room then breakfast and coffee. I'd definitely come here again.
