Very classy and elegant. Great rooms as you’d expect from The 4 Seasons! I would highly recommend it!

There is a degree of exclusivity and class in this hotel. The beds are super comfy, the decor is classy, with up to date ultra modern facilities. It is very quiet and relaxing, away from the buzz, away the town’s hustle and bustle, slightly isolated. Too many kids though. I would have rather stayed in a couples only facility. Too bad though there is spill over of low class scruffy riffraffs from Mandalay Bay who literally bring down its standard and trash it’s glamour. Having to go through Mandalay Bay hotel to access other facilities was not a pleasant experience because of the sudden drop down in standard. The 2 hotels do not go hand in hand to be honest. It’s like going from top of the line facility into a much lower standard. It is rather shocking to the system.

My husband and I stayed for a couple of days and the experience was excellent. The staff is helpful from the moment they see you. From the people who receive you when you arrive to the room service person. The rooms are very clean and the ambience is quiet and stress free. We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend! The Four Seasons Las Vegas staff is extremely attentive, caring and kind. The fireworks were amazing and the drinks at PRESS are fantastic! The food at the Veranda is so delicious! and the service is truly outstanding! The staff at the pool make everything nice!
The SPA is wonderful! The service is Impeccable and so relaxing! Heather is such a caring therapist!

After my bad experience at the Bellagio hotel I was more than happy to change and enjoy Four Seasons hotel Las Vegas. This hotel deserves to be number one in Vegas as it truly feels like a luxury five star hotel. I can not fault anything about this hotel. It's tucked away from hustle and bustle of Las Vegas boulevard. Staff are nice and polite, very personal. This is the place I'll be coming to on my future visits to Las Vegas. The bed is heavenly. Room is tastefully decorated with good bathroom amenities. Love this place.

Shelly in recruiting/HR was such a wonderful interviewer, and Daniel in security was exceptionally polite and accommodating as well. Their front desk was very warm and helpful. It seems like everyone enjoys their jobs very much at the Four Seasons and it was great to be in that environment.

What a beautiful and tranquil resort in the middle of Las Vegas. Service is top notch. From the bell men to the conceige, to the pool staff, everyone was kind, professional, and truly go above and beyond to make our vacation a memorable one. The small touches are what set this resort apart from all the other five star resorts we had stayed at on the strip. We were greeted with a cake, hand written notes, and spa coupons as soon as we walked into our room (I had briefly mentioned that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary when we booked the trip). My son got a kids adventure pack, with his name spelled correctly (very rare). At the pool, we were greeted by name with very helpful pool attendants. They looked for the best chairs for us, and offered a big bucket of iced water (refilled throughout the day) and cold treats. The complimentary sunscreen was of very high quality and I just used that the whole weekend we were there. We loved being able to relax at the Four Seasons pool, as well as enjoyed the wave pool and beach at the Mandalay Bay. The hotel also has a Mercedes Benz that is complimentary to guests staying at the hotel. They will take you up to a 3 mile radius. We utilized this service a few times. Ice cold bottles of water are always available at the front desk. I will not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone. Thank you Four Seasons staff for making our mini vacation truly memorable.

A very nice and peaceful hotel with no casino. So a little more tranquil and restful. However, it has access to all the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino has to offer, the pools, the casino, everything. A great choice for a more relaxed visit to Las Vegas.

If you want to experience Las Vegas, attend different shows, see it all — great, many places to see!
But to be treated as a Royalty, enjoy a great service and hospitality and fabulous food — the only place to stay would be Four Seasons, Las Vegas!

Last 20 years my favorite Hotel, way above any 6* hotel. Must admit creative presentation and delicious food and dessert won my heart long time ago as well!

I decided to do a quick last minute 24 hour solo get away. Luckily I was able to check in earlier than normal. The front desk staff were very helpful, professional and accommodating. I also enjoyed excellent service from the pool side staff. As for the restaurant. Not so much. Hence the 4 stars. Overall I had a great stay.

All the best of Las Vegas; without the worst of vegas. Spectacular rooms, restaurants, pool and lobby. NO SMOKING! None of that casino smoke smell. No casino noise. Actual rest, relaxation and renewal. Actual control of your room temperature! We found that we were most comfortable with settings a little above 72 room temperature were ideal. No need to dial down to 60 to get the temperature to 72 room temperature. The bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous and very well appointed. The happy hour at the Veranda restaurant is so delicious! If you come to Vegas for the shows, not drunken gambling binges, you will love the Four Seasons!

This is a very fine hotel. Everything is perfectly comfortable. No smokey casino to walk through! Breakfast w homemade biscuits for my service dog at The Veranda. We will look forward to returning. There is the "C" level in elevator stops, a concourse of restaurant, shops, gambling and music theater connecting the other hotels. It's ventilated but still smokey.

This was an absolutely amazing stay. The rooms were gorgeous, the bed was as comfy as a cloud, the insulated in room tub made for a long and luxurious bath, and the in room dining was stellar, they were able to accommodate all of my allergies very promptly and the service was impeccable. The casino is super easy to navigate, classy, and less smoky than some of the older places. 10 out of 10 would stay here again. Loved the beach party and wave pool!

Truly the best way to “do” Las Vegas, especially if you’re not there to gamble. Amazing staff, exceptional appointments, great rooms, top-notch restaurants, and a much more intimate pool and cabana setting than one is accustomed to In Las Vegas. This was my fifth stay over the years, and it only gets better!

Honestly… I felt it was not worth the price. It was an extension on the Mandalay Bay, instead of a true Four Seasons property… The front desk wasn’t “5 Star” quality… the room was nice… but average for a Vegas hotel. The only redeeming thing about this hotel was Zlata (a kind housekeeper) … she was amazing and the only reason I gave 3 stars…

Here on business and family joined me. Overall best family hotel but we did have a few issues. Internet was down way too long and the food was not the quality you would expect from this hotel. Lunch and dinner not worth the price but breakfast was great. Service was excellent. Hope they up their game because it is such a great brand.

On a recent stay here, I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient yet different this property is, from most other higher end hotels in Las Vegas. There is no casino so that is a welcome change. No walking for miles through a confusing maze of gambling machines and tables, just to find where you're going. The service is top notch. The location is right next to Mandalay Bay as well, if you feel the need for some gambling within walking distance. Very close to the airport and right on the strip, but it feels almost like a world apart. This may become my go-to hotel in Las Vegas.

To me, the true greatness of a hotel is in how they treat the 'nobodies' who stay there. I had checked in for only one night, passing through on my drive to L. A. I wouldn't have been on the property for even a full day, but when I suddenly had a dog emergency 20 minutes after checking in, they could not have been kinder and more helpful. The concierge David Ayala saw to it personally that I knew where to take my dog, how I could get there and back, and did the necessary work to cancel my scheduled appointment that evening as well as lengthen my stay, all via text message.
I've never stayed at this hotel before, I was in one of the lower level rooms during this off season. None of this matters to David, or the numerous other staff at the hotel; upon my return from the ER, I learned that many of the staff on that shift (from the valet to the security) were aware of my situation and all wished me well.
I have always been a huge fan of this chain of hotels but this stay here has made me a customer for life. I'll no longer waste my time trying out their competitors, be it the Ritz, The Viceroy, etc. In this modern time when the true experience of customer service seems to be disappearing, it was wonderful to see the job only human beings can do for each other.
It's also worth noting that in addition to everything above, the room is immaculate, the bed is heaven, and the my room service dinner was perfection.

Four Seasons Hotel is next to Mandalay Bay and it's a beautiful hotel throughout. I was there for a wedding reception on the 38th floor and the room was stunning. The place was incredibly clean and the staff was extremely helpful when trying to get around. I didn't realize this hotel was there. I would certainly stay here when I'm in Vegas next time. The hotel lobby has a warm ambiance that is inviting.

It does not get much better than Four Seasons. Rooms are spacious and luxurious, service is excellent during check-in. They allow for online check-in which saves lots of time once you get in. Four Seasons guests have their own elevators, separated from Mandalay Bay which is very convenient. Also, there is a turnover service at night in the rooms which is nice. In addition, there is a very nice spa included for all guests with high-pressure showers, a sauna, towels, soap, shampoo and other amenities such as shaving kits. In the summer, the pool is open to Four Seasons guests which is a nice bonus. Of course, all this does come at a very steep price (don't expect a room for less than $250 per night), but you get what you pay for.

The hotel is cute, and despite sharing casino and building with Mandalay Bay it has its own entrance, restaurant and separate pools so as not to be surrounded by thousands of people. The rooms are better than Mandalay and the service is much better.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Even though this hotel is on top of the very busy Mandalay Bay, it is quiet and easily accessible via a back entrance. This Hotel also hasn't caved to Taxi pressure and lets ride-sharing cars pick up and drop off in the main driveway. The water pressure was also very decent.

It looks like you're far front the strip chaos but a quite elegant place and a seven star service. The pool, the restaurants beautiful. I recommend when you bring a family including kids the best place to stay. It's a five minutes walk to the welcome to Vegas sign and Mandalay shark reef.

I make time to visit Verandah at least once on every trip to Las Vegas. On my most recent trip I had to stayed at Mandalay Bay because the Four Seasons Hotel was full, and I enjoyed the best breakfast I have ever had here. I’ve never visited for dinner, but breakfast and lunch are perfect. The food is fresh and well prepared. Servers and staff are amazing, friendly, polite and professional. During my visit in November, nobody sat inside the restaurant for breakfast. Everyone enjoyed the weather outside. There’s a nearby waterfall for some nice background sound. I typically just have The American breakfast (eggs, hash browns, bacon and toast). But you have to try the Eggs Florentine. There are some options to vary the items with the meal, but it hits the spot for me. The yogurt parfait, made fresh to order with nice selections of fruit, granola and passion fruit coulis or even the assorted muffin and bread basket. If you like Ice tea you have to try it! The servers do exactly what servers should do. They are there the moment you need them, and out of the way when you’re enjoying your meal. They cover for each other to ensure you have what you need, and everyone is friendly. This is not an inexpensive place, but it’s the most relaxing place I know for breakfast and we’ve never had a problem here. Always will always recommended…

I had a wonderful time at the Ocean Paradise Hotel in Cox's Bazar. Every staff member I interacted with was attentive and created a wonderful experience! Enjoyed the Fitness Center, pool and extra special care they provided. Can't wait to return again!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff is super friendly, the rooms were very nice and well maintained. House keeping organized my make up and set our sunglasses out on a nice cloth! The pools close a little earlier than I'd like but other than that everything was perfect. I'd definitely stay here again.

My husband and I chose this hotel as a base for our 35th wedding anniversary, and we're thoroughly satisfied with our experience! Every corner we turned revealed gorgeous surroundings, and very friendly and attentive staff. Upon returning to our room after the day out, we discovered a wonderful (edible) anniversary surprise & card that was sent up by Austin, who had checked us in! We booked a couples massage in their stunning and relaxing Spa, thank you Cheryl and Joei! We enjoyed several breakfasts at the Veranda, each one delicious (also accompanied by a great hostess and wait staff)! Management and staff deserve every one of these five stars!

All the staff was really helpful. Family friendly hotel with crib, diaper trash, and neat soaps/slippers for your little one. Attached to Mandalay Bay so you can enjoy those perks too. Tram service available from Mandalay to Excalibur, which saves 15 minutes walk if you want to go to the Las Vegas Strip. Highly recommend!

Where to start with this hotel. No casino so no smell. The staff makes you feel like the most important person in the world. The rooms are pristine, roomy and elegant. And the pool… the pool staff and service while lounging is the best.

Com Booked a hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around… This was our fifth year here for the Western States Veterinary Conference. One of our favorite Four Seasons! The Concierge team is the best! Patricia was fantastic! They take care of everything! The Spa was totally revamped and the services first rate! Robert is so pleasant and an asset to the hotel.

All Four Seasons are at the top. And here again, here we are. Nice everything, pool area, common areas with restaurants and bars. You can avail of the facilities of the adjoining Mandala, with a huge pool and relative wave on a fake beach that looks real. It's attached to the airport and a bit of a walk from the ' downtown ', but there's a very handy monorail subway that connects it quickly. Unlike other hotels in Las Vegas It is not tacky, but in certain areas definitely elegant. The interesting thing is that it is connected, via internal casino, to the hotels Delano, Luxor and Excalibur, in a fun interior walk and full of curiosities and things to see.

The hotel and staff are amazing. So is the food. However our room was by the elevators and it was so annoying to listen to the squeak every few seconds. I had a migraine our first night and that sound made it impossible to relax, especially in the bathroom, they also wouldn't switch us rooms because there were zero available in our "class. " Also the toilet kept acting up. Overall the hotel is nice but stay far away from elevator rooms.

We have stayed here many times. Not happy with the smoking around the pool, but when a waitress dumped a tray of full ash trays to the pool bar and ashes blew all over the fruit used in the drinks I was shocked. The bar tender just did nothing and continued to use the fruit. I refused my drink and walked away very upset! It is a different group of people by the pool and they do not seem to care and the ashes on the food was our last straw. We left to go to another hotel after this. Would help to make a non-smoking area and keep the ash trays at a separate washing area!

Mandalay Bay, beautiful and massive facilities. Suite rooms are divine! Decent dining options as well. Citizin cafe is the best (and open 24hrs) Downside is pool closes at 5p… Too early to catch an after work swim on business trips.

When I went to Four Seasons, the place was amazing. The food service was great (well, considering that my dad was my mum and I's waiter) and the hotel is also connected to Mandalay Bay. Plus, you can use your card to access the Mandalay Bay pools which is BTW a whole lot bigger than Four Season's pool without registering to the opposing hotel. So, I had a lot of fun there and I spent practically my life savings off at all of the gift shops. Just sayin'. And in the bathrooms, although they were really small, THERE WAS A FRICKIN' TV IN THERE. Is that not awesome? Also, whenever you left your room, you could choose if you wanted new bed sheets or not so you could save energy which I thought was great. Anyhoo, my experience at Four Seasons was great.

We stayed at the Four Seasons for a company Christmas party and really enjoyed our stay. The room was cleaned multiple times per day, the staff was very attentive, and the view was great. The catered meal in the ballroom was delicious also.

One of my favorite hotels in Vegas. Superb service, amazing rooms. Lovely spa and gym. An oasis in the madness of the Strip. Can be a good deal during off season. Forget about it during CES.

Nice clean room, very spacious. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. Housekeeping very helpful, gave us a ton of extra coffee when we asked. Only downside was airplane noise, which might not be as bad for strip facing rooms.

This hotel is the definition of quality and top-notch hotels. The one thing I do not like is a fact there are no external Entertainment going on at the hotel. The bar closes ridiculously early at 10 p. M. In Las Vegas. I guess they are trying to maintain a certain class, but when your business man and you are trying to entertain guests and the bartender tells you you're going to have to go elsewhere, you start questioning the quality and knowledge of this hotel. I had to turn around and go to a neighboring hotel just to be able to buy some of my clients a few cocktails and get them some appetizers, all because a Las Vegas bar closes at 10 p. M. Let me start out by saying the service is excellent in all areas of the hotel. The food is just ok. They need to learn how to make pancakes and shrimp cocktail. The pancakes fall apart like sand and the shrimp smelled bad. Cocktail sauce was very bad as well. Also the front door guys have some kind of deal set up with taxi drivers. We were a group of 4 (2 large males) and instead of putting us in a large cab which had just dropped people off right in front of us, they called a tiny beat up taxi that could barely fit us in. So from that point on I just called Uber XL the rest of the week. Being in the service industry I wanted to point these things out so that the management can rectify them in the future.

There are no words which can do this hotel and it's staff justice. Everything about our stay made us forget that we were in Las Vegas. It's an oasis inside of the hustle and bustle of the strip. The restaurants are 5 star from Charlie Palmers Steakhouse to Veranda, we never had a single poor plate served to us. The maid service was exceptional and Kimberly at the concierge saved the day arranging transportation for our party of 9 in under 20 minutes.

Love it here. We will come back again next year for our next vacation.

The hotel is nice but way too expensive. You could get rooms at probably half the price at Mandalay Bay.

The turkey meatballs served here where amazing and the staff in the restaurant and hotel where truly what made it a 5 star experience. Customer service like this nowadays is rear this day.

I recently hosted an event onsite at the Four Seasons. I have to say, it was by far the worst experience I've had in my seven years of hosting events for my company. I set the expectations with our rep in regards to AV needs and signage needs in advance. I took the time to tour the space the day before in order to iron out any kinks. Our rep even offered up her cell phone number so that I could reach her in case we encountered any trouble during our event on Sunday night as she would not be onsite. Sunday evening rolls around, and the only people available to help me are the servers and bartender — no onsite event coordinator, and the AV team has gone home for the night. I certainly didn't expect the servers or bartender to be able to help with setting up the event space TVs and sound system, so they did the right thing by calling the manager. The manager claimed to not know how to set up either of our needs, so she didn't bother to come help us. She did, however, decide to come up to the space half an hour later letting us know we could not put directional signage up in the lobby or anywhere outside of our event space. This would have been nice to know upfront seeing as the venue is extremely hard to navigate as-is. Since she decided to make an appearance, we asked about the sound system. She showed us right where we could hook up our iPod to play music, which could have saved us a lot of headache had she decided to show up when we requested her half an hour earlier.

I recently stayed at the Four Season's in Las Vegas and I absolutely loved this hotel. I was with my husband and two children and as far as a family hotel, this was it! It was quiet, the staff were very helpful, courteous, and attentive. There were never any long line-ups or having to wait for anything. I spoke with a customer service rep named Lesley, who helped me book our stay and was so helpful and friendly. We had a fabulous view, which was great since this was our first time. The beds were comfortable, the personalization was fantastic, right down to our children's names written on the tub and child-size bathrobes for them. The kiddies had popcorn, chips and fruit waiting for them in the room, which was such a bonus as we got in late and were quite tired and hungry. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to family and friends and I look forward to staying there again.

I recently got back from my trip to Vegas where I stayed 6 days at The Four Seasons. For those who were wondering why Four Seasons shows up as being in Manadalay Bay on maps is because the Four Seasons rooms are (physically) located on floor 35-38 of Mandalay Bay hotel. The difference is, Four Seasons has a separate hotel facade on the southeast side of the property. In addition, Four Seasons has a completely separate lobby, pool entrance, etc. However, the Four Seasons has instance access (through a set of controlled doors) to Mandalay Bay, the casino and all of the other Mandalay facilities. So — separate hotel but the same. I really liked the fact that this hotel is isolated from the rest of Mandalay and the casino but you can (almost instantly) get into Mandalay facilities if so inclined. Four Seasons is very quiet, not a ton of loud and annoying casino-lover foot traffic and the staff is quite attentitive but in a not-in-your-face kind of way (very low key. ) I stayed in one of the entry level rooms which was about 500 sq ft with a mountain side view (southwest) over looking Mandalay Beach. The room was spacious and clean with a nice big bathroom. I had few issues with the Four Seasons: 1. Although there were several lamps in the room there was not a lot of bright light to help light up the room during the evening. 2.

I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and this one was "nice". The room was a nice size, and I did love the layout however, I don't feel that anything was over the top about my experience. I know someone complained in another post that you had to pay for internet and that was not the case for me. My room was beautiful (as expected), bed was very plush and room was spacious. The staff was very friendly in a pleasant and non-overwhelming way. However by the 2nd day of my stay, I realized that I was allergic to something in my room. Every time I walked on my floor and then into my room, my eyes would get very itchy, red, watery, and begin to burn. It was obvious that I was allergic to something. Then I realized that it was a pet friendly hotel. I must have been allergic to an animal on my floor or one that previously stayed in my room. (Or it could have been the construction, going on. ) So for that reason, I will not stay at this hotel again. So if you have allergies make sure to take your meds before checking in.

An oasis of calm on the strip. It's actually located in Mandalay Bay (the entrance is hidden at the far end of the main lobby), and the rooms are on some of the highest floors, but you'd never know you were so close to a casino when you step into the plush lobby or dine at their quiet romantic restaurants. Fantastic service and drinks at the bar.
