This place has failed since we got here 6 days ago. They checked us in to both of our rooms and neither had been cleaned. No bedding and all of the trash and dirty towels were on the bed. Cleaning crew assured it would be clean when we returned from dining out… 8 hour later neither of our rooms had been cleaned. Tried calling them and after being on hold for 30 minutes with no answer, my husband walked to the front desk and they moved us to new rooms (they claimed they were aware we were even in those rooms). We have been here for 6 days and they have yet to make our beds, clean our rooms nor bathroom. They only drop off towels. Our last morning here, we paid $70 for a 3pm checkout and housekeeping wakes us up at 9am to clean the room despite our late checkout. We leave to go eat breakfast, and guess what happens when we return… our keys no longer wait. They said they are sending security to let us in the room and 20 minutes we are sitting in the hallway waiting! I have come to vegas every October for the past 17 years and stayed at just about every hotel on the strip… this is the first time I've ever had a complaint and most definitely the last time I will ever stay here! Total sh** show here!

We had an amazing stay at the Luxor! The rooms were clean and spacious. Having the Titanic exhibit and Blue Man Group right downstairs was very convenient. Best of all was the wonderful staff! Everyone we dealt with at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

We loved everything about the Resort All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful Room was large, clean and had a comfortable bed We arrived on an early morning flight and went ahead and checked in and our room was ready at 10:00AM which was a huge surprise and bonus.

Not sure why this place gets a bad wrap first time staying in Vegas stayed here and I loved it. Thought it was clean room service came everyday to tidy up the room a lot of amenities and pool was fantastic. Thank you to all the staff for making it a pleasant stay I will be back great resort.

Fantastic scenery and really friendly staff. There's a shop within the hotel open 24 hours which sells snacks, drinks, merchandise and most importantly medication if you need anything. The pool area is very clean and relaxing, and hotel itself clean.

It’s nice, clean, and all the employees I dealt with were very nice and helpful. I also really like that it has a tram stop, very convenient.

I find the staff so very pleasant and accommodating. We live in a very stressful time right now and to have people that are kind and genuine to deal with has been wonderful. Love that you can get through to someone on the phone in a very short period of time. Had a great visit in November and looking forward to some wonderful trips this February. The lady I dealt with on the phone was absolutely wonderful (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name), I’m sure management can find her name through my booking). To the staff at the Luxor that have been working so hard to keep everyone of us happy and safe, I thank you. As an ER nurse I know you can’t please everyone but I have been so pleased with the service at the Luxor.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. There's so much to do without having to leave the hotel. Lots of food choices, which is expensive. AGT and Blue Man Group were awesome!

We enjoyed our stay. Cost of food was highly expensive. It was huge and the rooms were shapely built like a pyramid. It was different. The casino was huge! You could even walk through to get to the next hotel. Highly recommended! Thank you for accept accommodating us! We’ll be back soon!

This place sucks. Gotta dirty self parking lot. Lots of trash. The parking lot elevator smells like urine. I go in and spend a couple hundred dollars and for the hour & 8 minutes Im there, I get a $12 parking charge on my way out! NEVER AGAIN! I’m not going here anymore. Stay away!

All of the staff are very helpful and kind so this review is nothing against the staff. They are over worked because they are under staffed. MGM has ruined the Las Vegas Strip.
Motel 6 is better managed, less expensive and has better security. You are paying over $700 for a 7 day stay plus another $50 a day charge that you receive absolutely nothing for. Don’t even ask what a usual $10 fast food meal or a bottle water cost. I wondered how the shooter at Mandalay Bay got the guns to the room. Now I know! Anyone and I mean anyone has access to every floor and to your rooms. You have people off the street sliding all kinds of stuff under your door on every floor. From pizza delivery to escorts. The walls are paper thin in these expensive rooms and can literally hear the conversations in the next room among everything else. The entire building and elevators wreak of pot although it claims to be a smoke free building. It doesn’t matter that people had their family’s there the small children have no choice but to walk through the clouds of pot smoke because no one says anything. They strictly enforce wearing a mask unless you are blowing 2nd hand smoke all in the air to kill you slowly! Covid is bad, lung cancer and copd is ok. MGM management has ruined the entire Las Vegas Strip experience. There is a reason why they wanted to do away with Family Themed resorts. The building is short staffed because of poor management and it’s not just the Luxor.

Horrible stay, no AC, place smelled like sewage and pot in the hallways. Bathroom sink had drainage issues and the rooms were NOT CLEAN! No places to eat that were decent except the cafe! All other places opened late and closed early. Staff were unhelpful and could care less.

Buffet was good and wide variety of options. Best part was staff. Amazing! We we're really blessed and met an American Veteran from WWII… NORMANDY! HOW AWESOME. He was the NICEST as well. The casino was beautiful and we won $42.00… Free buffet!

Room is very nice. Clean, big, comfy bed, fat pillows. The check in line was pretty long. The buffet is $20pp for breakfast. Much more for dinner. Food was all cold. Won't go back there. I can eat lots cheaper elsewhere, and get hot food. Pool is beautiful.

I like this hotel. Great place to gamble. Like this location near the beginning of the strip. The Egyptian theme never get old, even know this hotel a little dated. I'm sure it will be up for make over soon. Love how you can connect to Mandalay bay, Excalibur, New York NY, MGM w/o even touching Las Vegas Blvd. Rooms are nice from basic all the way up to there suites. Offer good eating from fine dining to food court. Gambling is one of the better casino floors Vegas has to offer. Hotel staff are really friendly.

Always love staying here. The rooms are great and the service is usually fast. However, our bathroom doorknob came off in my husband's hand. We called down immediately. It took 24 hours for them to come and fix it. Other than that, our experience was great. We had a two room suite. The pools are amazing and the cabana service was also amazing.

This is where we stayed for our wedding and my birthday. When we advise them that what we were in town for, they upgraded our room and provided us with two complimentary Buffet. They put us in a top-floor room which was amazing and had a view of the mountains. When are wedding guests showed up they advise them where we were staying and they put them in the same upgraded rooms as us. That was amazing of them. To make things great, they called me on my birthday and wish me a happy birthday, and called us on our wedding day and wished us a happy wedding day. Overall amazing service and hospitality. We will definitely be staying back here again. Do note that you will have a security fee when you stay. We stayed a whole week and our security deposit was 250 dollars. The benefit of the security deposit is if you stay at any MGM property you can bill it to the room so you're not charge multiple times. Super cool.

A great hotel at the very beginning of the strip, the original Design on the Egyptian theme gives charm to everything in this hotel. A free monorail transfer between all MGM hotels is a nice bonus. The rooms are clean and the lower level is a decent buffet for reasonable money.

Nice hotel with a décor that sends. The rooms are really nice (my King room was huge). The casino also is pretty nice even if you find a little prettier on the Strip.
I especially recommend to the "moderate" budgets that want a nice hotel on the Strip without too much ruin (depending on the days the rates vary a lot, especially the weekends).

If you go to Las Vegas you can not stay in one of the many themed hotels.
The Luxor is very nice and scenic, the rooms are large and very clean.
Looking on the Internet with a little patience you can also have the rooms at absolutely advantageous prices.

It's like Egypt… the Sphinx. Luxor… incredible between the games machines… We slept 1 week in the pyramid with superb views of the… 2 huge beds. Buffet in hotel. Formula at will… We could even eat sauerkraut.

Hotel is brilliant and exaggerated in all respects. It is located at the beginning of the strip 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. But in full Sin City style. The huge front desk works H 24. Don't look for watches because time stops once you cross the threshold. Nice pool and plenty of opportunities to empty the bank account. Great support for the Grand Canyon.

Upon arrival I was a little disappointed to find no bath tub in my room. The hotel itself is very pretty. The staff was very nice and welcoming and anytime you rode the elevators with someone who worked here they would say hello and have a good day all around great people. Eva! Let's talk about her! She was AMAZING she was on it as our room keeper she was being ran ragged one day and we kept meeting in the elevator and she would let me know she was getting to my room but so much was going on she didn't owe me an explanation of any kind but she gave it that day I was on my way to take a nap and we met in the elevator once again. She rode with me got my towels and trash replaces everything quickly so I could nap and she didn't disturb me! This 26 year veteran needs a raise and like a 2 week vacation! Okay now the casino part. I didn't like that every 5 feet you walked you had people wanting to give you "free" shows no they are not really free they are $149 which you get back if you come back within 18 months… yeah no… not making that commitment… we saw the titanic exhibit and bodies both great! We also went and did the shark reef it was good. 3 for $57 was good for those. All in all it was a good trip. What I feel my room needed wa: bathtub, refrigerator, coffee pot, cable. Those are simple amenities that any cheap best western or holiday inn would have as well.

I had a wonderful time here. The hotels interior is beautiful, aligned with replica statues of Egyptian Pharaohs everywhere. The gaming is awesome. I hit the 5 dollar blackjack table with 100.00 and within 45 minutes, I was up to 800.00. The food at various restaurants was great. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. My room was nice, quite, and clean. They ended up comping my room for about 3 weeks. Mainly to get us to spend more time gambling. Unlucky for them, we kept winning. Unlucky for us, we had to return to work, back home. Overall, I had a blast, cant wait to do it again. And remember if u liked my post and or found it helpful, click the like button.

I've always loved the Luxor. The location is great with a tram to take you to different parts of the strip. It never smells heavily of cigarettes and the decor is beautiful. This most recent trip was to see the blue man group. Although I had seen the show before, it didn't disappoint. The show had some changes from the last few times I saw the show. I would definitely recommend for people visiting the strip to stay here, or at the very least, spend a little time exploring this hotel. It has a lot of sites for everyone to see!

Huge hotel, more than 4000 rooms, first price rooms a bit outdated, the other better, I was staying in the East Tower. Buffet restaurant in the hotel offers traditional cuisine, Asian, Mexican but I found the dishes too salty. Overall good stay, close to the Strip and many things to discover in this city made to entertain.

Didn't stay as a guest. Visited some friends who were staying and the room was nice like a suite with a jacuzzi bath and a separate living room area! It's the Pyramid shaped hotel at the end of the strip. Its detail of Ancient Egyptian is cool. Plus your able to catch a free tram to nearby hotels from here. A great stop to sight see and take some cool photos.

It is one of the immense Hotel on the main street of Las Vegas called the strip, it is identified by the pyramid and Lacsuper large Egyptian sphinx Cuentalrededor of 4000 rooms, very large and well stocked buffet room, internally commercial premises, theatre, Casino of course and all the amenities.
The comfortable but very light rooms for the pyramidal design, in any case is a great experience.

I've been going to Vegas since I was 12 years old and have stayed at many hotels there. I'm now 43. Eventually, I stayed true to one hotel because of loyalty perks. My choice was, Luxor. I've done many girls trips and family trips there. For my birthday in April last year I took advantage of the loyalty discounted room. Boy were we disappointed! When we checked into our room, they had never cleaned it up after our last quest, what a way to start a birthday getaway. After a long road trip all we wanted to do was unwind but it wasn't to be. The bed was unmade, the bathroom filthy and not restocked, there were crumbs on the floor and the trash was full. I didn't even know where to start, I was so exhausted. The first call to the help desk, the person was distracted and said they would send someone up ASAP. After 20 minutes of waiting and NO one coming, I called the help desk once again and adamantly asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor came on the phone and after hearing about the condition we found our room was very apologetic and told us that they would assign us another room in another tower. I told her we had some luggage and quite frankly these rooms from one tower to another are somewhat far so asked for assistance. She reassured me that they would give us another room and someone would help us take our luggage. When I was in the bathroom, someone came and gave my friend a key to our other room and just left.

The room was very clean and very comfortable.
But the luxury is only powder to the eyes. The rooms of the tower are redone… Yes but then a few years ago!
No fridge, no water bottle, no mini bar.
The advantage is to be in the center of Las Vegas.

It's nice, but it's very far from the center of the "activity" or life of Las Vegas, I would recommend it for families who go to vacation in quiet plan but not for young people.

Excellent Hotel Casino in Las Vegas a nice place the hotel has the theme of Egypt is a pyramid that at night throws a beam of light that is seen from afar delves also is set and the rooms also very comfortable would lack a minibar out there by the scene Laugh that you do not contemplate it highly recommended very close to everything.

Renovated rooms OK. Hotel has come a bit in the years. Air conditioning noisy and not efficient. Food etc. Expensive and not always the best quality.

The Luxor is a bit cheesy and showing its age. The pyramid rooms are interesting, but after a while you'll realize you're giving up space for the shape of the hotel. If you have issues with heights or vertigo it might be better to stay in the tower. There are no tubs in most of the rooms, but the showers are very large. Beds are comfortable and clean. There's not much in the way of toiletries and the minimal amount towels. The 'closet' is just some hangars on a stand. All in all it's not a bad buget option, but for a bit more you could stay at a nicer place. It's directly connected to Mandalay Bay, which where I would recommend going to get a good meal. Luxor has cheaper options but Mandalay's restaurants are a big step up especially at Vegas prices.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice the Luxor Hotel & Casino is. My room was in the West Tower, which has recently been upgraded. Modern decor in the room, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub. The casino was clean, with plenty of gaming options. The restaurants were reasonably priced and the food was good. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely nice facility. The rooms are a bit noisy. The show Chris Angel is in the Luxor and is absolutely recommended!

The Luxor is not that newest hotel, but definitely with the most impressive. I enjoyed my time there very much and could recommend a night there. Unfortunately, the pools are being renovated so that only a very small part can be used. : — (the rooms are a little worn out.

Our favourite hotel in Las Vegas. Not quite the newest, but especially the suites in the pyramid have their charm. The bathtubs are especially in the middle of the room with a view over the city. Very good buffet with reasonable price, for all meals.
Also the shows and the casino are quite appealing, typical Las Vegas with attractive room rates.

It seems like there’s more expenses added on with lowered quality and service in Vegas. It was windy, so I wasn’t able to use the pool for two days, which is out of scope for the facility. However, the final day I get the decent weather 3 of the pools are closed for construction. Since I’m not a gambler, shows and pool are highlight of my stay. As for food, coming from Portland with fresh affordable local cuisines, even the 5 star restaurant wasn’t up to par relying on too much salt and oil to favor the food — as most places tend to do. The side dishes in Strip Steak was decent, but steak itself was oddly flavorless. The halibut was way too spicy and killed the natural flavor of the fish itself. Other venues were not worth mentioning. Customer service was pretty good until the check out time. I waited in line 20 minutes when I was on time crunch for next meeting. She didn’t even apologize and acted cold and distant. Buffet provided with hotel had nice selection of vegetable based meal, I was happy about that, and the soft pillow top bed. But I had more fun and higher quality service at another venue last year compared to Luxor.

My first time staying at the Luxor this past week did not disappoint. My check-in confirmation email was filtered to spam, but Karen at the front desk was awesome at not only finding the reservation but also helping us upgrade to the Tower Suite. The room was fantastic with modern finishes and comfortable, clean beds. Checking out was a breeze and the casino floor was solid. On our last day, my friend injured himself in the bathroom and the security team (Thelma specifically) and their medic team were fantastic in helping him out and making sure he was fine. The hotel even gave him 3 free nights for the hassle! He slipped on the bathroom floors. Luxor — please add mats in the bathrooms. Yes, the floors are beautiful, but they are incredibly slippery on their own, let alone after stepping out of the shower, or coming back after a night of fun. Given their service to said incident, and the price point, you really can't go wrong with Luxor. While I would love to stay at all MGM properties on the Strip to cross them off my list, I would absolutely stay here again.

Unfortunately not as great as it used to be. The rooms in the pyramid would have to be renewed urgently. Best to take a room in the towers.

If you are in Las Vegas, you should spend at least one night in the pyramid of the Luxor. We had a fabulous view of the strip and the Nevada desert through the low-floor panoramic windows. In the room itself, two very large queen beds. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with Kohler faucets, which is considered to be European standard in the USA but does not really convince in Germany. No matter. You have to get used to dripping and squeaky faucets in the USA, no matter what class the hotel has. Otherwise in the foyer is the usual noisy player area with hundreds of one-armed bandits that you have to cross every time. The hotel has come a little in the years, it is noticeable to him. Nevertheless, a room on a high floor of the Luxur pyramid (beware when booking, there is also a normal hotel building behind it) an experience that you may only have once in your life. We have had the most beautiful sunrise of our lives there. Absolute must-see.

Excellent hotel, very luxurious, decorated in ancient Egyptian style… The elevators rise diagonally and the shape of the hotel is a pyramid. Curious fact that I commented on the hotel is that at the tip of the pyramid there is a light that in theory is seen from space.

Four nights. The first lousy 9th floor of the pyramid is not recommended. Full, very careless elevators look like motel. The room very old and worn the bathroom noisy and very smelly. I had to change paying extra. To a room in the East tower. Excellent change I recommend.

Excellent hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The noise from the casino does not sit in the rooms. You can rest very well. It has many bars and businesses.

Spectacular Hotel. We took a suite with sitting area and jacuzzi in the room with a view of the Strip.
The bed was very large and comfortable, we had independent air conditioning and in the bathroom gorgeous and spotless.
The hotel facilities were excellent, free parking, a nice casino and an infinity of shops and restaurants, all in a framed Egypt style.
And what about the reproduction of the tomb of Tutankhamun.

The Hotel Luxor in Las Vegas is really nice, very elaborate scenery and priced very well, well sure there are even better and nicer hotels in Las Vegas, but priced then in another category. I would always check in to the Luxor and can only recommend it to anyone. The pool area was also great, everything you need to relax.

One of the best hotel experiences ever. Highly recommend this place to anybody who likes comfort, cleanness, good service and lovey environment. The rooms are awesome as well, cozy and spacious. The structure of this hotel is crazy marvelous and attractive, like you are in the real pyramid. In the hotel area you might visit amazing exhibitions and shows such as Titanic and human body exhibition, besides Criss Angel give performances over here and he has his personal theater in Luxor hotel for this. The structure in itself is one of the main reasons to visit this place. It is so cool! It has a sphinx and an obelisk in it also. The entertainment there is very fun and the shops are great. I haven't tried any of the food places, so I can't comment on that. It is a must visit in Vegas. Plus it us very easy to get there from Mandalay or Excalibur because you can ride the monorail to it! So convenient!

I really like this hotel. The bodies exhibit is great. It really has a unique feel being a pyramid. The buffet was awesome with great food and fairly private seating. The only thing I didn't like is it is at the far end of the strip, and it felt like more travelling to go see shows. This is a well run hotel and I would stay here again.

The Luxor is fascinating! To build a pyramid then put rooms round the sides, genius. From the mezzanine level (where the food court and theatres are) you can see how vast the hotel actually is inside. Although from the outside it does appear as one of smaller hotels on the strip. The standard deluxe rooms in the pyramid are functional but seem a little small (mainly due to the sloping sides). The decor, although clean and tidy, looks a little tired and doesn't appear to have been updated since I last stayed there almost a decade ago. Also, there are no complimentary tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms meaning you have no choice but to queue at. Starbucks for your morning coffee. One of the best aspects is how its connected to The Mandalay Bay, The Excalibur and New York New York buy a tram and a couple of internal bridges. This opens up access to a wide range of other shops, restaurants and entertainment. One thing not to miss is seeing the Blue Man Group perform in the Blue Man Theatre! It is a fantastic show and worth every penny. Would I stay in the Luxor again, probably so long as the price is right. That said, as there are so many hotels to choose from it might be worthwhile experiencing somewhere different next time.

The pyramid looks much better from the outside than from the inside. I think the hotel has a clear need for renovation. Elevator ride is due to the slant a little adventure. The mythical pyramid of Las Vegas has known over time to modernize! A reasonably sized casino away from the immensity of the Ceasar Palace but that is appreciable! The interior of the hotel is impressive with the shape of the pyramid! Shows offered to see also absolutely like Criss Angel or even the Blue Man Group!

Hotel has Egypt theme. Big Casino area. The rooms in the towers underwent a refreshment report to our last stay. They're spacious. Free Wi-Fi in the room, bathroom with shower and bathtub. The tourist tax is exorbitant $34/day. Parking fee is $10 per day. The staff is listening but not Francophone! But it is a great pleasure to stay there again.

The hotel is spacious, so much that you can miss to find, East Room, West Room, Casino, reception…
Spacious rooms like all hotels. The downside, we thought we were going to sleep in the pyramid and no, they give the rooms in another building next door. I guess you have to pay more to stay in the pyramid.

Out first time in Vegas, so we didn't know what to expect. First impressions: big and dark inside, with a strange but not unpleasant smell in the main areas. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Lovely big and comfortable bed and a decent sized shower and bathroom. Lift travels diagonally due to the sloped roof and our one rattled a lot, showing its age. Compared to the Mandalay Bay next door it is showing its age, but it you can get your room for a decent price and don't mind walking a fair distance (or taking a cab/bus etc) to get to the middle of the Strip, its worth a look.

Good location. Rooms in the pyramid are nude but also cheaper. Interesting are the sloping elevators. Casino as good as everyone else. In the food court there is a pizza shop selling pizza pastry bags forgot the name. Super Tasty!

I really love the Luxor. I love staying in the rooms that are Not in the Pyramid. The rooms in the Pyramid are not the best in Vegas. The shape of the building just doesn't make for a good hotel room. Avoid them, unless you just want to go back home and tell everyone you stayed in that big black Pyramid. Stay in the rooms off to the north side of the property, or just stay at Mandalay Bay if you like the South end of the strip. That being said… I really love the Luxor. It's quirky. There is nothing quaint about this place. The lobby bar is an awesome place to spend your first couple of hours in Vegas. Especially if you like to people watch. There is very little English spoken in this bar, as the Luxor is a very popular international tourist spot. The slots are not as loose as they could be, but I have had some of my biggest slots wins here. Bring plenty of cash to play on this floor, but it pays off. Usually. Lol.

Just a good hotel service. Nothing Q highlight. They charge you for everything. The business is in charge for all the extras.

Third time we go to Luxor after experiencing three other casino hotels in Las Vegas Bd. What we Like The atypical side of this hotel if only when we get out of his room and all the adjoining amenities.
What we like less The hotel is advancing in age and the rooms would need a renovation.
This does not prevent us from returning to the Luxor.

Remains one of the most scenic and symbolic hotels in Las Vegas, visually speaking entering the lobby you will always be amazed… The rooms can be also dated, but remain spacious and comfortable, with a wide bathroom (bathroom, mega shower cabin, large washbasin with precision mirror. ) … right at the beginning of the Strip and very close to the airport and Rental car Center, all at the prices Really good for the level, it's always a pleasure to go back.

Spacious Hotel. With nightly shows. Spacious and comfortable rooms. At reception they speak Spanish. Despite being at the end of the main avenue, walking you can tour the center of Las Vegas without any difficulties.

It is ok. Visit that Hotel and have the experience that is the Egypt and be able to enjoy the sculptures that are found all over the place, with the impressive black pyramid that is observed in the distance and shines contrasts with the arid of the Vegas and in the night its great ray of light to To heaven makes it more special.

I've been here at Luxor a few times now. Is certainly one of the most famous hotels and highly recommended. Prices fluctuate significantly below the week leading up to the weekend.

The hotel is amazing, its restaurant offers a variety of average food, the staff I found there very friendly, comfortable rooms but you start to look a bit how worn they are, the cleanliness is better.

Excellent hotel. The rooms and the general décor. You can't talk about the service because it almost doesn't exist in these hotels. It is very well located to get to know.

The hotel is huge and lovingly decorated Egyptian. The prices for the food and drink in the hotel are quite high. We were housed in the West Tower. There everything was very clean and nicely furnished, the room was big enough. What only bothered us a lot was the high additional fees, which have to be paid on the spot. For 2 people per night, $4000.

The pyramid looks much better from the outside than from the inside. In my opinion, the hotel needs significant renovation. Riding is a little adventure due to the oblique. The room was far from beautiful. There are significantly better hotels. We are no longer descending here!

Good size rooms but very old. Tips: 1 in the main restaurant of the Hotel make breakfast: It seems to cost so much, around 15 euros, but in truth is all you can eat and you can eat at the exhaustion!
2 at the Casino go to the one of the Excalibur, it is connected internally with that of the Luxor but in my opinion it is a bit better.
Only flaw, it's right at the end of the strip, but saw the price who cares!

I liked it, cleaned up and you can orient yourself well. Other hotels are full of vending machines that you can't find out. Great pool landscape completes it all. Would book here again.

The hotel is not bad but it looks left. The rooms with lack of paint, with chips, the bathroom is very old with a noisy ventilation… and that we stayed in the main pyramid. One of the days they began to clean the crystals at 8 in the morning causing a lot of noise. In short the location is good but the average hotel, do not expect any luxury, rather old…

I recently stayed there during the week. Overall fine stay, but the pyramid could use some love. Old wallpaper, scuff marks everywhere, old TVs, grungy bathroom fixtures. When staying in the pyramid, every floor is only served by 1 bank of elevators, meaning there is a long walk from room to elevator. Even the room service is tired, it’s only available from 7a-2p. Now some positives, the location is good, the bed was very comfortable and the views are still top notch. I have stayed here many times and always enjoyed it, but now it’s feeling old and in need of modernization.

The attention of all the staff, very good. The hotel is huge but in the room where we stayed the bathroom had a fan that made an infernal noise and the decoration is seen that he had a lot of use and old.

All great except the treatment of some front desk employees. If you do not pronounce it the English language to perfection does not strive to serve you properly. But in general all very well.

Decent hotel for the money. Kids loved being in a pyramid. Windows are cool, but only available in some rooms. It is pretty old and in need of a remodel. I wouldn't say it was gross or unclean, though. Good middle of the pack place if you want to stay in the $100-$150 range.

Met some friends there the other day. We sat in the lobby. This was actually the first time I had ever been inside the Luxor. It is a very exciting elaborate Hotel. Once you're there you really don't have to go anywhere there's restaurants, movie theaters museums, valet parking. Etc. And lots of people must really like it and the prices must be pretty good because the line at the check-in desk was always busy.

Really poor, we spent the day in other hotels x make you realize how welcoming it is. View from the room on the conditioning plants of the shops below. In the least, replacing the fan coiler because defective. Vabbeh The Council is to stay further north along the strip.

The Luxor Hotel really is like a City within a City with fantastic exterior design that is probably the most distinguished looking building in Las Vegas. When we stayed here, even after several days I was still getting lost in the place. I'm not a gambler by any means but there is so much to get up to in the hotel that non Casino enthusiasts certainly won't be bored. The rooms are very spacious with my only complaint being that some of the decor was a bit stained. Great entertainment as well as a spacious outdoor pool is readily available here. I would certainly go back.

Great place to stay in Las Vegas at reasonable prices. The whole building is housed under a huge pyramid of black glass panels, with a bright white beam of light emanating at night from its top. The rooms are cozy. Great food court shops and gambling stations. Downside: they haven't even kept an electric kettle to make hot water and coffee. No mini fridge to keep your drinks.

So from LA to Las Vegas me, my son, and my daughter decided to stay in the Luxor Hotel. And to mention the worker we had who booked our stay was SO nice! We wanted the regular room but instead we got the deluxe room for free but still charged for the regular room which wasn't expensive for 2 nights! So once we got in our room (east tower) we were shocked, it was so clean everything was in place. The features are outstanding! When we went to Vegas this summer it was triple digit degrees, Burning hot! So we had to unpack our stuff and take our bathing suits and go to the Oasis Pool, I would if I can give 7 stars for this hotel review!

Loved visiting the Luxor hotel and Casino. I was a visitor here but it's definitely worth going to. The interior is very well done and detailed towards its Egyptian theme. The Titanic exhibition was fascinating and there was a good choice of restaurants. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The whole establishment was very clean and tidy including the restrooms.

All Vegas hotels are huge… city in the city, so I can't say I've seen it all. Clean and spacious rooms, maybe a modernization would not be bad. Located at one end of the Strip.

As a hotel not even the pension Mirabella of Cesenatico is put so badly. The rooms are worn and never renewed perhaps from the years 80. The rooms are not even equipped with fridge.
Not to the height of fame. Original only its architecture that draws the pyramids.

Very unique pyramid shaped hotel located on the far ended of the strip. Built in the 1990's, rooms are dated but did sleep very well do to sound proofing. Shower is very nice. Casino is adequate. Offers great shows, I saw blue man, Titanic exhibition and Bodies exhibition. All were phenomenal! Check in and check out a breeze, was even allowed to check in early for $20. I stayed in room 27099 facing the strip, the view was amazing. My first trip to Vegas and all was amazing. Probably will stay at Caesars or the Venetian next trip but Luxor was okay for first time.

My experience sucked. The air conditioning in the room I was in is the worst air conditioning of any hotel I have ever stayed at (and I've stayed at pretty cheap hotels). At 8-9 in the morning the cleaning ladio had a radio in the hallway listening to music while I'm sure most people were still asleep. Not to mention you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway. I normally do not leave bad rating on anything and I usually am calm and just let it blow over. But I can't help myself on this one as it was my first trip to Las Vegas and it was pretty much ruined when I came back to the hotel every day. Do not stay in this one there is many more that I'm positive are better than the Luxor.

My fiance and I stayed at the Luxor last weekend and had an amazing time! The check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. I wasn't impressed by the "resort fee" but apparently that's standard. Our room smelled a little funny when we got in and I then found water dripping inside from the window. Vegas had just experienced a torrential downpour and flooding so I guess some water coming in can be expected. I called the front desk and told them about the water coming in and then offered to upgrade us to a room in the tower right away. I was very impressed with how they handles the situation. The rooms were nice, all the staff was friendly, the food was great, all in all it was a great stay!

It is well located. It is very cute. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Very nice hotel with many choices for dining. The room has a large bathroom with shower. The only problem was my hair-dryer in the bathroom. When I used it the first time, behind a small flame and smoke came out. When I left the hotel around noon, I've reported the problem at the front desk and had a new hair dryer in the room in the evening. I have received an email, even if the problem is still not resolved, I should report.

I'm pretty new the whole Vegas scene, but I loved this resort. Pretty cool pool, definitely not the best but it gets the job done and has a bar nearby. Same with the casino, plenty to do but definitely not the biggest or brightest on the strip. However the room was great, with a cool view of the Excalibur and was clean with a really modern bathroom. Pretty good buffet with average Vegas prices. Would probably return but I wouldn't mind seeing other resorts.

It has a train which takes you to the hotel excalubir and the
Mandalay without cost, le buffet is rich, and photos outside of this hotel are also phenomenal is very ve las Vegas rico can walk to the Welcome to las Vegas sign.

It was a very rich food very enjoyable stay, rooms a little old but they play their role why vegas is a place where almost during all your stay you raisins knowing places but everything else excellent widely recommend it.

The Luxor is located closer to the end of strip so you kind of have to walk a little bit to get to other casinos but it's cool you get to enjoy the view walking. The rooms here are very nice they have big bathrooms, TV with good channels, and nice beds and pillows. Also if you request extra towels for showering they will come pretty quick which is great!

I visited this hotel on a pretty windy day so the outside was Dusty comma but once inside the Hotel was surprisingly nice. The staff was nice and helpful the layout of the hotel was not confusing, although I feel like the parking could be better arranged. I came here to see the Bodies exhibit and gamble a little bit. I manage to do both and I was satisfied with my time spent at Luxor.

Fun place to stay in Vegas. Loved the pool, fun games. Breakfast buffet is expensive but really good. I wish they didn't charge for early check-in if a room is ready. The lines can get really long. Great location on the strip.

We had a great time visiting Las Vegas, we met up with our parents and stayed at the Luxor for 4 days. The service was great and the staff, especially Jennifer (our maid) was fantastic. We were in room 2007. The room was beautiful, handicapped accessible like we requested so I was able to shower easily while staying. The only thing we didn't like was the buffet. The buffet aside, we would definitely stay again if we come back to Las Vegas.

Las Camas didn't like me for anything very you uncomfortable very old, also have no caps d bathroom ladies hair, but the beds ARRECHAS uncomfortable…

The hotel is very reasonable. The staff and facilities are wonderful, I enjoyed the casino here as well. The biggest issue I had with my stay is the constant harassment from the time share people in every lobby. Every time we passed by them, we were pestered with promises of cheap shows if we attend one of their breakfasts. They were extremely aggressive and made it uncomfortable for us to return to the hotel. The rooms are also somewhat outdated, but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Great atmosphere of ancient Egypt!

Good facility for the cost. Needs updating in a lot of areas. Room service is only available until 2 pm, still a very smoke smell to the place. Wifi is spotty and doesn't allow outbound VPN connections; Pepsi only, no Coke products. No mini bar, limited cable channels. Rooms were clean and comfortable, water pressure was fantastic and was hot. For $55 a night it was awesome!

The Luxor is a very nice and affordable hotel. It's located at the edge of the strip which is fine for my wife and I as you can choose whether or not you want to be in the middle of the chaos or not. The rooms are nice and clean and the check-in was speedy even though there were a lot of guest arriving. The only negative is that the food shops all close by midnight (except McDonald's) which is odd for a hotel where people are still up and drinking/gambling well past midnight. Overall though the Luxor is a great hotel/casino and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Run down hotel, but decent for the price. A cool feature is that some of their elevators go up on a slant. If you want an upgrade, give the front desk agent a "sandwich", ID, $20 bill, credit card. If they can upgrade you they'll ask what upgrade you want, if not, they'll hand back the $20. Pretty common thing to do in Vegas for upgrades.

More buffet has a delicious super food, the best service and had a good time.

The room is nice but, unfortunately, the AC/heater unit did not work well. If you're the kind of person who likes it frigid cold, the room will stay too warm for you. The morning buffet is good but I feel lunch and dinner are decent. The good thing is that if you get the all day buffet pass you can also go to Excalibur, which has better lunch and dinner.

For me there were nothing to complain about! Beautiful from A to Z.

Staff is very friendly and has Spanish speaking people. Income, for both the exit, it only takes 5 minutes.
The buffet is excellent! Lobster, shrimp, meats, etc.
The only bad thing, is away from the Center or main area.

Ever have you slept in a pyramid? Excellent hotel, for those who love Egyptian culture impressive by sleeping in a pyramid, the standard rooms are a bit old but comfortable, has a free monorail towards the Mandalaybay and Excalibur. Sportbook, gaming tables, slot machine. If you want something more modern that the pyramid can choose the tower that is on one side, it is contemporary style.

Inexpensive and very large Hotel. Rooms are a bit dated and old. All the Casinos are easy to reach on foot. The food in the Hotel is overpriced and mass-deployed.

Really cool Hotel. Has everything you need. Large room and large bathroom with huge shower. Although the Hotel is huge and the whole night a lot is going to get in the room nothing with.

For the stay with the motorhome in tow good, there's a large parking area totalled has. Otherwise it is slain inside the size! I don't like the Las Vegas!
