Location was easy to find. The check in and out staff was nice. The rest was awful. There were cockroaches in my room and other tint bugs. My room faced the road. There were people yelling in front of my room all night. The beds were uncomfortable. The room was only partially clean.

Manager Jeremiah was very helpful. All the staff were nice. Room was good. Appreciated the help getting first floor rooms because we were traveling with a lot of heavy and awkward musical instruments and equipment. Appreciated the pool. Could be cleaner. Driveway needs paving. Easy to track dirt into the room. Good coffee. Thanks for having it available after 10:00 am. Convenient location. Hotels have become a lot more expensive in Vegas.

This was a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and the front office staff was friendly and professional. Every employee I ran into during my stay were polite and friendly. I would recommend this motel to anybody who comes to Las vegas and want a great room for a excellent price and great customer service. Good job motel 6 I-15.

The staff (Nicole) was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The location however was a bit iffy and there was trash all around the grounds. Also, there was nowhere to walk my dog — being a pet friendly hotel, this is important. The bathtub had cigarette burns all over the edge and a huge patch that was brown; fortunately I take showers and not baths. We are traveling from GA to CA and have stayed in Motel6 hotels all along the way — I've been very happy until this one.

This was my second time staying at this location, aside from all the pimps and call girls I can say it was ok. Would I recommend this place? Definitely. I also noticed the pool are very well kept. I hope to plan another trip and use the same location.

Checked in with my girlfriend late evening very tired. The girl at the front accurate and quick. I will recommend others to stay here and come back again.

There was construction going on lost water twice during our stay. Killed a cockroach in the room on the floor. Air conditioner was not working well kept the temp about 78 to 80 degrees within the room didn't complain cause person staying with me was very happy with that temp me not so much put the temp down to 66 no change! Trucks parked right outside my room making it difficult to pull out safely. Door keys stopped working had to go to the office to reestablish connection. Staff was nice and informative. Bed ok but not very comfortable. Maids service was excellent no problems there! No amenities or giveaways limited extras available. Very loud around the complex not much insulation between the rooms! Prices comparable to wild wild west with Denny's restaurant inside. Felt paid too much for the room and amenities! Probably will not stay there again!

We were on vacation with a dog when we had a vehicle emergency and needed to have our truck and camper towed. We spent over an hour trying to find a room that would allow our pet to stay. Then I remembered a time that I stayed at Motel 6 and thought that they might be pet friendly — they were! Our room looked newly remodeled and almost everything looked clean and fresh. Except for the bedding — we were pretty certain that the spread/coverlet would not be washed on a regular basis (they really didn't look clean), but we figured that is how it is when you have to stay at a place where pets are allowed on the bed. To be fair, we did not notice any fur on any of the bedding but the sheets seemed to have a lot of wear on them and probably a thread count of about 100. We asked for a non smoking room, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. By the time you wake up, you don't notice it anymore, but our throats and sinuses were sore. Again, if you are traveling with a pet, there aren't a lot of options out there for you. The staff was friendly and professional and the free coffee was great. All in all, we were very grateful to have found a motel chain that was able to accommodate our dog!

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean with the exception of the bathroom, which wasn't filthy, it just needed some TLC if you will. But, upon arrival we were greeted at our room by some lady that was obviously on drugs, but she was pushing on doors to see if they were open at all, following that she asked if we could let her use the bath room, which was a big no! So we made her leave, but then the people above us were playing music really loud from 5 am till we left at 11 am. It could be better, but was a good option because there is no resort fee. We do appreciate the stay, but definitely would not go back. The motel 6 down the street did not look nearly as sketchy. It was also Saturday so we payed 140$ for a regular room, plus the 100 $ refundable deposit. Even so, it was the cheapest we could find on such short notice for the money we had.

Our experience there took me by surprise. The room was trendy and clean. The tv's channel selection was great. Plus you could pay for extra movies or channels ect. As any other place would offer. But the best of all is the fact that we didn't have to pay resort fees/deposits and it was a flat 57dollar rate. Affordable and overall great place to check-in at. 5 stars!

The hotel was not feeling safe. It was old and not maintained.

Place is too high. I get it's near the strip, but they can keep this place up better than that. Had 1 little bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner. Trash all in the parking lot. Seems like I was in the ghetto. Won't come back to this motel.

I have stayed in Motel 6 for many years and like what you offer and know what to expect. A 2 star motel. This Las Vegas motel was the worst one I have ever stayed in. There wre stains on the bed spread and stains on the floor. If I a had been with a companion I would have asked for another room or left for another motel. I have stayed at the other motel 6 in Las Vegas and it was fine but that was many years ago. I was able to put up with the appearance of the room but would not have wanted to bring someone else into it.

I usually enjoy Motel 6 and how everything has been refurbished and fixed up, but this time I ask for a no smoking room and got a smoking room. I could tell. Then the toilet didn't work and I tried to flush it many times before I called room service and they fixed it right away. As I walked in the room I noticed there was no remote for the TV. So I called the desk downstairs and they brought a remote to me within one minute. So their service is really increased and is good but the accommodations initially lacked a little to be desired. I will stay at Motel 6 again because it is a good value. There was plenty of parking. And everyone seems so friendly.

There were hairs and popcorn kernels in one of the "clean" beds. I asked that housekeeping not come into my room. Housekeeping came anyway; and threw away my hairdryer that I had laying on top of the trashcan to dry out after dropping the end of the cord in the sink (which kept backing up). There were issues with the television… The people staying in the room to the right of us were fighting and arguing and throwing each other out of their room at ALL HOURS of the night… I could keep going… but I am pretty sure that you get the idea. I would give less stars if I could…

The staff was very nice and friendly. Room was clean. Over all great experience. Would recommend to anyone! Security around hotel to ease our worries. Wish it had a coffee pot in room though :)

The Mattress was uneven and the bed unkempt; I also left my car keys in the room and when I called to see if I could get them returned; I was told, "there is nothing I can do about it — the manager needs to be here to look in the lost and found box. " This was at 9pm; where I could have had a friend pick up my keys prior to their flight back to California. After calling Motel 6's reservation services at their 8hundred number, I was told they have no policy in place for such an event; they also had contacted the motel front desk and I would have to call the following day to speak to the manager. When I called the following morning — the manager told me someone else was renting the room and my keys were not to be found. I told him I distinctly remember leaving them in the room; he stated that was not possible as they would have been found. Horrible logic. Motel six is just not what it used to be in all the important ways. I'll pay more anywhere for a service that makes a reasonable attempt to understand the crisis the customer is in rather then reverting to "sorry, we cant help you, call back later. " It is hard to understand why there is not a way to look and see if there are keys left in a lost and found after 5. Try a clear plastic lock box or a number in case of an emergency. Create a procedure; what a discouraging level of creativity or thoughtfulness.

Simple but clean room. I enjoyed my ESPN sports channel. TV in the room is at the correct angle. Some noise at night around 2am. It was quite later on.

Room was filthy. Very dusty under the bed. Stained pillow cases. Brown sheets. Caked on dirt on floor. Half ass cleaning job. Nice office staff.

I was surprised. I honestly didn't think I'd sleep ok considering the location and sorry to say other residents but surprisingly I slept amazing. Only complaint was the spray used to cover smoke odors… I'd do it all over again!

Lost my reservation at MGM Grand do to cell phone malfunction, arrive very late, only place to stay that night, Filthy, stinky, says non smoking room, its a lie, couldn't sleep of the tobacco smell. Had to change the room, but same stink all over. Old uncleaned smelly bed sheets, had to throw my own garments on the bed and pillow to sleep for few hours. Nasty towels only can be used to clean floors. Arrived at the premise at 3:30 am, had no other choice but to go over this motel! I would leave No star if was the option. Please DO NOT GO TO THIS FILTHY PLACE! All the positive feedbacks must be! Lies, or written by the affiliated people. Shady characters doing drugs and walking in the premise even at 3-4 am when I arrived. Absolute dump, stay away or take your chances and waste your money.

For sure I will come back I had positive experience. I asked for extra towels at night could not leave the room because it was very cold security brought me the towels. Nice of him.

Though it sits next to I-15 it is quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And as always my dog loves it. The room I have is small but just the right size for me and clean. Well worth the price I paid.

The staff was terrific The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I got up during the night and moved to the other bed hoping it would be more comfortable but it was not. I have stayed in this motel before and had no complaints but those mattresses should have been replaced long ago. The lighting was poor also. It was not sufficient to read by and there was no outlet near the bed to plug in my cell phone.

I came in late needing a room for the evening and was met with Great Customer service! Really meant alot to be treated like that after a long long day of travel! Lady at Front desk Thursday evening is awesome! Very respectful and helpful! The Security guard was very professional and takes his job serious which makes u sleep easier!

Only problem me and my husband had was the sink. The water did not go down we had to call maintenance to come and fix on it. They came right away and fixed it right away so I'm pretty satisfied with my experience there. I will cone back there the next time I visit Vegas.

The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Pillows too. Find 4 long hair between the sheets. It made me think that the sheets were not changed. Previously I had stayed in this hotel and the room was presentable, that's why I chose this hotel again. I will not do it again.

This is the filthiest Motel we have ever stayed at. Debris in the walkways on Sunday were still there in same place 3 days later. Socks turned black from room floors. Doorways, and baseboards are gross. Place needs to be torn down and started over. Told us it was a ADA room, yet the toilet was regular, and bars are horizontal and should be vertical, couldn't get wheel chair up to toilet. Rethinking if we would ever use a Motel 6 again. Ice machine was gross.

My room smell nice. Bed was very comfortable. Only the towels could have been better quality. Receptionist were very helpful too.

I had good experience staying in this Motel 6. It was at convenience location as per requirements and not that far from food and main street. The services offered were good and immediate when I asked to change my room to quiet area. The only I missed was the Break Fast which was not offered and included in the room price. It might be more convenience for quests to take BF at Hotel rather than going out and searching in the area around. Thanks.

The only positive remark I have is that it was quiet and the clerk when I checked out was nice polite. When I checked in I had to wait for the clerks to finish there conversation. The mattress had cigarette burns on it (rm 204 bed 1). Along with the bed spread and blanket. Very poor water pressure in the shower and the sink water sprayed everywhere. There was no bath mat and only one towel, hand towel and wash cloth in the room and housekeeping looked me sideways when I asked for more than one towel. It would of been nice if the ice bucket was larger since there was no refrigerator in the room. Also, no microwave or iron/ironing board.

I will never return to this property ever! When I first got there I noticed some unsavory characters hanging around, so I asked the desk person if they had problems with drugs at this property. She said: "Drugs? No. But definitely prostitutes because of the street we are on. We are trying to clean it up though. " It was 1:30 in the afternoon on July 9th, so I didn't want to be walking around Las Vegas trying to find another hotel that took pets, so I went ahead and took the room regardless of the issue. I wish I hadn't. I went to take my dog for a walk and the parking lot smelled of human urine. The room I got was right next door to the laundry room and the vents for the dryer were right outside my door, which made it hotter than it already was. Then to make matters worse, someone kept banging around extremely loudly. It sounded like someone was being thrown across the room. I reported it several times to the office and they said they would take care of it. I was told the lady went up and knocked on their door but there was no answer. The desk lady came and sat in my room for a few minutes and there was no noise. A few minutes after she left there was a noise again, so again I called and was told: "Well, I'm sorry ma'am, but there's nothing we can do. We can give you a refund, though. " I said fine that I would leave. So I did. I also had 3 different sales people come to my door and put flyers in the door.

Clean room upgraded TV with attachment console for pc monitor and/or HDMI display. Best of all they allowed my two labs to comfortably stay with me.

Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Check-In and Check-out were hassle free. A fine experience overall.

It was clean but no blow dryer and be sure to pack your own shampoo. The rooms inside were updated w/laminate flooring and cool sinks but the faucet should've only had pouring water instead of spraying water…

Every room has ash tray… even "non-smoking" rooms. Two non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. Stain on bed spread. Missing pillow case. No other choice tonight no where to go anywhere close by.

Stopped by last minute on a Friday night. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Rooms were comfy, and clean, ultra retro, cute designed and very well priced. We had a fun stay. Definitely recommended.

This was the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. The lights were not working in the bathroom, the floor in the bathroom was black (as evidenced by the towels we left) and the room smelled like a dirty ash tray. Staff is rude and general manager will not return calls to discuss.

Very good for a motel that offers smaller beds and very few amenities. Would not go back again if I was paying for this room. Too many nicer places to stay for the same cost. Motel 6 needs to step up with queen beds, free hi speed internet, mini refrigerators and microwaves. Would I stay here again: Not likely!

Pros: The price is reasonable, it's clean and the renovations are very nice. Staff was nice. Con: The budget price attracts undesirables. Staff services you through a window after hours. You have to pay for Wi-Fi which is very inconvenient. When you first drive up, the outside is not appealing. But all I needed eas a clean place to rest my head. It's low on ammenities, but then again you're getting what you paid for.

Andrew, who is the new Motel 6 General Manager has completely turned around the guest experience to a extremely positive tone. Andrew is a definite asset to Motel 6 and it's management. A complete 360' turnaround from a year ago's former staff. Glad Andrew is part of the Motel 6 Management Team!

Walked in and the clerk was on the phone reporting that the staff had just found a gun in one of the rooms. Went to get my luggage and the stairs were blocked by some girl and a guy having an argument. No elevator so I went all the way around to the other stairs and passed a druggie type with stains all over his clothes coming from by the pool and zipping up his pants. Room was supposed to be non-smoking but their attempt to disguise the smoke smell with too much industrial detergent made me sneeze all night. Toilet had left-over urine in it because it didn't flush right. Didn't sleep a wink because of traffic and guest noises and safety concenrns. Checked out the next morning instead of stayng for the full 2 nights I booked. Called corporate to complain and all they offered was a gift certificate to stay at another Motel 6. Really?

I stayed at Motel 6 Las Vegas Dean Martin location. The lady at the desk was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The price was nice as well. I've been to that motel twice already and plan to go return on future visits.
