Poor! Room appeared very nice but this room definitely had its issues. Left a note for housekeeping and report it to the front desk. Sorry for your inconvenience and thank you for reporting it.

Great room setup and clean. For a brand new hotel I was not impressed with the bed. Already dipping in the middle and could feel the springs.

We love this! A+ super clean! Very nice it's just like home. Well stay again no problems thank you.

$130 to sleep with roaches. I killed 11 myself, while the front desk staff killed several on her own. It was the last room they had available, checking in after midnight while the other surrounding hotels were sold out. I contemplated sleeping in my car. Manager said these bugs are everywhere in MT and that's just how it is in MT … Unacceptable. This wasn't my first visit to MT and I've never experienced anything like this. Roaches were coming out of the shower drain, under the fridge, and under the rubber base boards. It was disgusting. I was also told the room would be refunded and that never happened. I do not recommend this location.

Great staff and excellent rates. Had to make an emergency stop here on our way through Missoula and were pleasantly surprised at the quality experience, considering the low price. Highly recommended!

Staff was great! We came at a VERY busy time for them but they were above and beyond! The rooms are fantastic! Our new favorite place to stay in Missoula.

Great hotel with a wonderful staff. They offer affordable pet friendly accommodations for those traveling with the "whole" family. We will definitely use this brand again.

Stayed at this same "My Place" twice during the same week as it was very good accommodations and fantastic prices. We will look for My Place wherever we go in the future.

For the price can’t beat it. Kitchenette in every room with a full sized refrigerator microwave and stovetop. Housekeeping every 4th day but linen swap-out always available. Coin laundry onsite. Staff pleasant and attentive but not intrusive.

Very great hotel! Very clean, comfortable, nice to come into too. Stayed at this hotel multiple times for business and personal. Stuff are very friendly, Taylor really knows what she's doing.

Very modern, clean rooms at a great price. We were visiting Missoula for Christmas shopping and for an appointment and had a rough time with a front desk clerk. The manager Audrina went above and beyond to make our business appreciated. Thank you!

All in all, we love My Place hotels for their comfortable beds and bedding, cleanliness, full kitchen, laundry facilities… all the amenities we need, but we don't have to pay for extras we don't use. Room rates vary widely… $55 in Rapid City, $136 in Missoula for the same room with AAA discounts. The only small complaint is that the only source of ice is by turning on the ice maker in the fridge. Their ad said we could request that they be turned on before arrival and they agree to do that, but we have yet to find one turned on.

Rooms have full size refrigerator microwave oven and other amenities of most extended stay hotels, but at s much more reasonable price. The staff is always courteous.

Very clean rooms incredibly professional and friendly staff, my property management company placed me here for about a week so I can't speak as to the value of the rooms as I am not paying for them. But, I have compare the prices online to the other hotels in the area and it's not hard to see why this place get such high reviews. And for the record I would give this 5 out of 5 Stars if there was just a little more space in the room. We have an Extended Stay room that has a kitchenette in it but it is all in one rectangular room as opposed to having a little Nook or a little space where you can sit down and watch the television… like most other Suites or Extended Stay rooms that I have rented. Again I am not paying for this room so I am not complaining about the cost, just merely mentioning that an Extended Stay Suite usually has a little more room. But the rooms here are incredibly clean and there is no free breakfast but they do have some food options and a Cracker Barrel right next door… Not quite 5 out of 5 but a Solid 4 out of 5's.

Clean, comfortable bed and pillows — like sleeping on a cloud. Too expensive for what was offered, no free breakfast could order frozen products to be delivered to your room for a cost. Easy access on/off the freeway. Had tables bbq outside for use during nice weather and small kitchen in room that had NO cooking pans dishes or utensils so unless you planned ahead was of no use. Also "store" by check in desk where you could purchase items to use in kitchen unit. Also full fridge. Ok for extended stay if can afford $160+ a night but would not stay single night again.

Nice for a budget place on the highway. Clean. Room hah a kitchen but you have to purchase dishes and utensils. No breakfast or restaurant on premises.

I felt like for the 182.00 a night it was definitely lacking on amenities and did not cater to families at all. No Pool or hot tub. No roll aways or cribs available. No breakfast. The front desk guy told me I could just make breakfast in the kitchenette but there are no bowls, silverware, pots, pans, cups or anything in the kitchen. But if you want one you can buy a plate for 3.00 or a fork for 1.50 and a pan for 20.00 down in there store. The only positive is the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Just not much bang for the buck.

In the room there was a two burner stove, a microwave, and a fridge. We ended up staying in the handy capped room as it was the only one left. It was very roomy and I being "vertically impared" was able to reach everything. Ice was in the room fridge if you turned it on. There were no dishes in the room or utensils. A single cup coffee pot with 3 "pods" was provided. You could buy dishes in the hotels "store. " They also had a few choices of frozen prepared food. There were BBQ's out the front door with an outdoor seating area. The outdoor seating area seemed to be the smoking area. I was grateful they allowed us to bring our dog and they provided doggie pick up bags in different areas.

Great room at a great price. Clean and comfortable. Nice pillows and soft mattress that swallowed you up and let you forget all your cares. Should have been 5 stars, but they didn't have free breakfast. They did have a selection of breakfast food you could eat in your room for under 5 bucks.

Great place. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Rooms were well appointed. I will definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds, clean room, full-size refrigerator, eye-level microwave. Only complaint is there was no ice available until icemaker was turned on and started producing. Ice production was slow. Positives outweigh negatives.

Outstanding. Very new everything, modern, efficient, clean, well thought out! Couldn't ask for more. Good location too. Quiet.

Good value. Clean room. Inexpensive. Easy highway access. Roomy, nice armchair for reading, comfy bed. Starbucks and gas station close by. 10 min drive to University campus.

Travelling home from Vegas was long and tiring, but after a great rest in comfy beds, clean room, hot shower, and affordable prices it made the next leg of our trip much better! If we're in Missoula again, I know where we're staying!

The rooms a great. I usually stay no more than overnight but the rooms are designed for extended stay — stove, full refrigerator, microwave. Its a great place. Check it out.

Great beds, so comfortable. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator with an icemaker. They will even turn it on, upon request, so there is ice when you arrive. The staff is friendly and the place is super clean. For the price, the cleanliness and comfort were almost unexpected. Fantastic place to stay, highly recommended. We will stay there every time we pass through Missoula.

The room was so clean! I loved the soft, snuggly blanket. The staff was nice and the extra $10 pet fee was worth it because I could bring my best friend with me.

Found this place last minute. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room layout was awesome. Apparently they've been open since April 2015 so they are still brand new. I definitely plan on making a trip out and staying here this ski season. I highly recommend.

Wife and I stayed the night of9/25/15 on way to Idaho. Very clean, comfortable and friendly proprietor. Reasonable rates. Certainly recommend it.

Very new hotel. It had only been open for about a month, when my wife and I stayed there in early June. Very comfortable bed, and more amenities than I expected. We might have been the first to stay in the room that we were in, and honestly, everything was perfect. Right next door to Cracker Barrel, which is a huge plus.
