This is a amazing hotel in Missoula Montana! They have a huge parking lot with tons of parking available. The check in was quick and easy and the staff was very sweet. We ended up getting a 2 queen bed room and it was such a surprise when we walked in. Our room was huge the biggest hotel room I've ever stayed in and there was cheap compared to other area hotels. The only complaint I have is that they don't offer much for breakfast except for muffins and coffee. So overall, it was a wonderful stay, very comfortable, safe, close to many restaurants and shopping. Me and hubby would denfinelty stay here again in Missoula Montana! :) Enjoy!

Very good deal. Clean and safe. Our room was spacious. All the primaries were clean and efficient. Staff is highly knowledgeable and helpful. Muffins are great on the morning after. Been coming here for over five years. Will continue. Thank you.

The location is great if you only need to be on that end of town. It is far from the airport and downtown. Access to public transportation isn't the best. Rooms are clean and the area is quiet.

Checking in nightmare, wrong room, then given keys for an occupied room that looked like a drug den, then keys that didn't work for the right room, after coming back after a LONG day out we were locked out of our room as a form of communication that we had to change rooms, my wife having a bathroom emergency was waiting by the door for me to come back with a new key while I argued with the staff about this frustrating situation and the RUDE women that was telling me we had to move started talking to the next person to approach the counter. Once I got the door open so my wife could go to the bathroom I went back to the office where I told the woman that she was "F" ing rude for how that was handled, and since I used the F word she was throwing us out and going to call the police. Her only defense was that she made me a key without showing my ID (my wallet was in my hand) and then pointed out that they made keys for us without showing ID once before, this is true and worrisome as they had given us keys for someone else's room as well…

My sister and I stayed over Memorial weekend in 2017. It was a nice stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The fridge was bigger than we expected which was great! The only thing was being able to hear the people on the second floor walking around, but even that wasn't too bad. Would stay again!

Rooms are on the small side, but they're nice, and more importantly, very clean. Staff is nice. There isn't a full breakfast, but my kids were happy with the free muffins. Also loved that we got a fridge and a microwave so it was easy to buy and store snacks and drinks. I would definitely stay here again.

I was not happy my roommate brought a lot of traffic which brought the police got my girlfriend arrested and they're giving me a hard time about staying there even though I was supposed to be registered as a second guest as of last night so the police won't show back up but the police are all over these places and we're not doing nothing wrong just trying to get some rest I'm handicapped and I like tip and treat others right just as I have work my butt off most my life anyways if you want a quiet place to stay you're more than welcome to stay here but you probably won't like it they didn't put me on the list.

Old, dated, and run down rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only place with rooms during fire season.

This hotel is old and a bit of a dive. Location is convenient and if all you need is a bed, this place will do.

Nice big room. We had 2 adults 2 kids and a playpen with more than enough room ro run around. Also had a microwave fridge TV and Wi-Fi.

The bed are way too hard and the TV's could be updated also there is a lot of daylight around the doors would be nice if you could put in hair dryers and an ironing board.

Had a delicious breakfast sandwich. Bought a loaf of blue cheese bacon bread and a chocolate almond croissant to go. Excellent service. So pleasant to relax in this remodeled old building while dining. If you're passing through Kamiah before 3 pm, treat yourself and stop in here. You won't be disappointed.

Another non-chain motel review! This time I'm in Missoula, Montana at the Brooks Street Motor Inn. Stopped over and got a wonderfully quiet room off the main drag. Price was right and most importantly, it was clean. Room was a bit small and did not have a small fridge which I've come to expect in most establishments these days. Definitely will stay here again when in Missoula, friendly staff, quiet and clean!

An older motel and the least expensive place I could find on my recent visit. For the money it was clean and well maintained. I'd stay there again.

Thinking this motel was similar to a few on Route 66 we have stayed, we were sadly disappointed. Upon checking into room we discovered a dingy run down room… holes in bedspread, stained chairs and lampshades, and the bathtub was disgusting. Don't think it was even cleaned. The bathroom door would not even close. We promptly asked for a refund. At first they weren't going to refund, but they finally gave credit back. Not anything like what was advertised… at least room 102 wasn't. Shady place.

Check in attendant was quick and friendly. I also called ahead and spoke with a super nice lady that explained how the booking worked and when I would be charged. Rooms were old and lackluster but clean. I didn't realize I booked a smoking room until it was too late. Ultimately I feel it was a little over priced for what we got but it suited our needs for a cheap place to crash for the night while on our road trip.

Nice basic motel. Love being able to have the car right outside the room. I've paid a lot more for less.

Friendly and helpful staff. CLEAN WELL KEPT ROOMS! You'll save $ without sacrificing comfort or safety so the lack of breakfast (which are almost always disappointing) really isn't an issue. Especially with quite a few highly rated restaurants and coffee shops in the area! I'm very happy we decided on this place and didn't spend twice as much for half the room!

Very nice staff and rooms were clean and comfy.

It was ok for an overnighter. Our dogs travel with us and we were put in a pet friendly room. The carpet had stains all over it which made it feel dirty. The pet area is a joke. It was across the street from where we were.

Great place to stay. Local owned and very friendly people. Room was clean and the price was great. Located next to fast food. Would definitely stay here again. Bed was so comfortable. I would recommend it.

I hated this place! DONT STAY HERE! The first time I stayed with this place I brought my grandparents and it got robbed at knife point for the second time which seems safe. I stupidly gave it a second chance. When I tried to check in at 12:30 PM and they told me it was too early. So they secured my room with my card on the condition we were paying cash for the room. When we got back they had given the room away because they failed to take the correct phone number! The lady at the front desk was rude, unkind and I'm sure plenty of people would love to make the Wage she doesn't deserve! :) good luck with your stay.

Well kept, older motel. Very reasonable prices.

Very friendly staff happily allowed to inspect room prior to registration. Found clean, large room & bath areas. Large refrigerator, microwave & TV (pre — flat screen, but adequate). Quiet & comfy room at a reasonable price. Only down side was no pool, but at the price paid not a problem. Great place to recharge our energy between camping destinations. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa & "homemade" type large muffins (not the packaged small danish) in the morning. Will not hesitate staying here again in the future.

Never would I have thought Missoula, MT would have a shortage of motel rooms. But what do I know? We called the Days Inn and they were sold out. But they recommended Brooks Street. For $65/nt when all we needed was two clean beds, a place to get clean, and continue on our way the next morning, this place was great. This place was also HUGE on the inside. Breakfast is virtually non-existent but no big. There was a starbucks on the way out of town.

Stuck in town waiting for parts for my BMW motorcycle. Spent a week here. Rooms were no frills but clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Can't beat it for the price. Wish the BMW dealer was as concerned.

I recently stayed at the Brooks Motor Inn with my wife on the return leg of our summer road trip from Maryland to Montana. The rooms were clean and simple. The motel was well managed and the staff super friendly. An example of the outstanding service we received at this establishment, I left my hiking cane in our room and did not realize my mistake until we stopped for the night in Wyoming. I called the motel and they found the cane and told me they would mail it back to our home in Maryland. I just recieved it and I couldn't believe how carefully they wrapped the cane in the shipping box. 5* service for 2* price; folks, you can't beat this. I heartily recommend this motel for the budget conscious travelers who will appreciate the great service from a friendly staff.

We had a pet friendly room and it was nice and clean. It also had easy access to dog friendly walking areas.
