I definitely will be going back! Everything was great!

Absolutely beautiful rooms and service.

So far not impressed 11pm check in to find air does not work. Manager wont be here till tomorrow. Let's see how they handle me without sleep for 24 hours. I really hope they can do something to cover the problems that should have been found sooner. Front desk was very polite just out of her hands.

Having computer issues when we arrived kind of frazzled the staff, but we assured them we were patient customers! All ended up fine!

Beds were pretty decent, but we may have been so tired from traveling. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Taking a star off because there was not a microwave in the room, just not convenient but not the end of the world. Had decent snacks for sale. Breakfast the next morning was pretty good!

One of the best hotel facility where we have stayed. The only problem we encountered (which the hotel has no control) was the significant difficulty in finding the hotel. This is crazy since the hotel is less than a mile from highway. Crazy GPS coming from north of Butte.

The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options for protein. The coffee was definitely the low point as it tasted burned. The pool was extremely echoey and could stand some improvements to reduce the sound reflections. The room was very nice as well.

The location was right off the interstate, so easy to get off and back on. Through hotel was very appealing from the outside. The insidea was very well kept up and beautiful. The front desk help were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. We look forward to staying there again.

Stayed at the hotel while driving through. Very clean, soft sheets, comfortable beds, and probably one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel for a while. Staff was very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Micrawave and fridge in our sweet needed a wipe down on the inside. Room was nice other than that. Service was fine but a little slow and not overly helpful. Would not allow a late check out which we really needed. It was fine for the price. Next tkme I think I will stay at the La Quinta accross the street.

Great service, great food. Very helpful with our special request for a crib in our room. I did find it odd that there was no bathtub in our room.

Had a great stay in Butte here. Treated very well. Enjoyed the breakfast and the king sized bed.

Tabitha at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She did her job well and helped us with finding places for dinner. She even searched out hot chocolate for us as we didn't want the coffee or tea that was provided. She is an asset to the customer service industry. The hotel is nice and clean and appears well looked after.

Definitely one of the best we have stayed in. Top-notch personnel and infrastructure. Never seen a jacuzzi and pool so clean, and rooms are great. Bill themselves as best in the state, and we believe it. Highly recommended.

I LOVED this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly the breakfast was really good. Out of about 30 hotels we've stayed at this summer, including some fancy schmancy ones, this was the most comfortable and my favorite. We usually sleep, shower and leave, this one we lingered and even sat by the fire for a bit.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful appointments. Worth every penny. So happy they put shower only in bathroom. Lovely tile materials.

The night staff was no help at all. I think she was new. Have always had a great experience at other holiday inn. People get in late from a long day on the road, just want to check in n have things run smooth. Maybe better luck next time.

For the dear cost to stay here my room had a terrible shower head, no safety latch on door, and overall below par on cleanliness. The mattress was too soft. Carpet in room very worn w/questionable cleanliness. Furniture in first floor area sub-par re/cleanliness. How can it be that I stayed at Holiday Inn Express at Belgrade, MT and it was Over the Top GREAT in Every Way… and I paid the same amt. For this Holiday Inn Express in Butte and it was sadly terrible… Desk staff was Friendly but for the price to stay here quality is terrible. Regarding management's reply to this post I was the occupant.

Hotel staff was helpful and professional. The breakfast was fantastic. Our room was well furnished and nicely kept, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The mini keurig was a fun and useful addition to the room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Butte.

Convenient location right off of the highway. Breakfast was good, but did not sit well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and spa were clean and well maintained, as well as the room itself. Offers military discount. Internet was slow, but was told that there was an in-progress upgrade to a fiber-based service that would be completed shortly. Stayed the night of the 5th of July, and the people in the neighborhood seemed to be trying to get rid of a number of fireworks in the most patriotic way possible, but that stopped around 11:30. The stay was otherwise pleasant and without incident.

I love to stay in this hotel! I travel alot for business and this hotel is definitely my favorite of the hotels I stay in. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. I mostly check in at night and usually greeted by Clay and he's always so helpful and offers his big smile, and ready to help. The hotel is very lucky to have him working the front desk, a true asset to the team. I love the pillows and bedding so much, Kayla at the front desk was helpful to look up the website so I could order a few pillows for my bed at home… I only wish I could have one of their beds too! The rooms are very quiet and always spotless. Chelsey in the breakfast room is always very sweet and ready to box up one of their delicious signature cinnamon rolls for the road. Many thanks to the additional staff that makes this exceptional hotel the best in Butte by far includes Dennis, Nicole, Briannna, Nate, Joe, Ashley and Ruby. This property is easy access off the interstate and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. If Butte, Mt is on your list for attending one of the many festivities, book your stay Here!

The hotel is located close to the Harrison exit for I-90, making it easy to stop off and check into the hotel before exploring Butte. The rooms are very nicely equipped and clean, and the staff is friendly. The complimentary breakfast bar is better than most hotels.

Stayed here on a recruitment trip to Montana Tech. It is a decent location. Small town so do not expect much in terms of nearby attractions, but good dinning places nearby. There is a pizza location right across the street, that can be convenient if you arrive late.

Newer hotel with nice accommodations. Their breakfast is nice because they offer the individual Quaker packets of oatmeal. The other hotels have the big bucket of slop which is not good. The bed was decent but I like their varied pillow selection. John at the front desk was great.

We checked in a little late, but was greeted by a very friendly front-end staff. The room was excellent, and provided soft and firm pillow options. The establishment was very clean and comfortable. We were given a Wi-Fi password, but when we connected, it wasn't required. There is a complimentary breakfast which was quite good… My husband particularly liked the pancake maker.

I do not like staying at hotels. That is until I stayed here at the Holiday Inn Express. This place is clean, it's new, and the bed is so comfortable, especially since it has both soft and firm pillows which is perfect. I like a soft pillow for my head and a firm pillow for my side to rest my shoulder on as I get back pain. This has got to be the best hotel bed I have slept in. I am definitely going to be telling my friends about this hotel.

Great location and friendly staff. For those that travel a lot, you know that HIE locations are generally franchised. The franchise that runs this location provides an experience better than any other HIE I have stayed at.

The staff was helpful, friendly, and generous. The whole family had a great stay. The rooms clean and spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

The check in was very easy. The desk clerk was quite friendly. The room was very up to date and clean. There's also breakfast so that's a plus!

You have to make sure they give you the room that has enough beds to sleep the specified number of people like actually ask them how many beds are there and if there is any extra couch. I had my room reserved for 5 people and there was only two queen beds. This would only sleep 4 people.

Holiday Inn is now definitely on my safe and must stay hotels! They have done a fantastic job in remodeling and updating the chain. Beautiful, elegant, and AFFORDABLE! This is my third stop on my way road trip and is the best hotel so far.

Excellent hotel — clean, close to everything, friendly staff. Just a year old (in summer 2014). Good rates, too. I'd recommend this hotel to my friends.

This a beautiful brand new Holiday Inn Express and Suites hotel. It has a great location just off of Interstates 90 and 15 at the Harrison Ave exit. Very quiet rooms with comfortable beds and modern décor. Its the perfect place to stay when visiting Butte, MT or just passing by on the interstate.
