I asked to be on the quite side, got on the highway side. The remote to the TV didn't work properly, I couldn't close the curtains and was next to the lighted sign. All in all I was disappointed for the $130+

Claims to be pet friendly but refused service to me and my two cats traveling to our new home across the country. Don’t advertise one thing if you’re going to refuse weary travelers at the door. My cats are better behaved than most people’s children and I don’t see any restrictions on those.

Our room is so fantastic! 2 separate bathrooms in our 2 room suite is so helpful when traveling with family :)

Got food poisoning from eating chili at Wendy’s there and had to stay another day to feel better for the journey home. Ugh No fault of the hotel though.

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The very helpful lady at the front desk was amazing. We had a few issues and they fixed it right away. Thank you for that.

Great staff, service, comforatble rooms at a great value. It was a treat to have soup at night.

Staff was very friendly the hotel was clean. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours which was a bonus since I work long hours. Great breakfast selection served daily. It's also very pet friendly. No truck parking available, limited parking.

Calm and clean room. Offer Wi-"fi service and free good and simple breakfast. Staff are so lovely. Their free transportation in town is awesome and help me a lot to finish some jobs in Butte and drop, pick up from airport. It's very good hotel for its price and service.

We usually stay here when in Butte, but this time (Aug. 13th) was not our best experience. Comfort Inn is going through a major renovation. Temporary Lobby set up in the hallway, rooms under renovation, dust everywhere. Had we known would have preferred to stay elsewhere. Just a heads up. Signs posted everywhere that remodelling is set to be completed mid-summer 2018, but it's already past that date and they are no where near close to completion. I'd say more like mid-winter, for your planning purposes. Should be great when they're finally finished.

So, I probably would have given this place two or three stars. But, they were under renovation, so some slack is deserved. First, the check in. Toni was amazingly friendly and helpful and laughed at my terrible jokes. Second, after a poor first nights sleep, I approached the desk and asked if they could provide a fan for cooling, but also for white noise. Karina was extremely understanding and looked all over the office for one, but couldn't find one. She then called the custodian. While we were waiting for him, she was great at making me feel like I was her upmost concern and gave me lots of activity ideas around the area. (Of course, I didn't have time to do any of them, since I was in Butte to work. ) I wish I had noted his name, but the custodian hunted high and low until he found me a fan. This fan made all the difference and I slept well the next three nights. Thank you very much Comfort Inn for turning an unpleasant stay into a good one!

Stayed one night at Comfort Inn in Butte, MT. They were remodeling, everything was pretty tidy. My daughter was looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool, but it was closed for maintenance. We were told it would be about an hour, but ended up being closed until the next day. This may seem petty, but the hand lotion that was in our room seemed unusually small, and when I went to use it there was only a tiny tiny bit in there, not like it had been used by a prior guest, like that is all that comes in the bottle, that was frustrating to me. All in all, it was a good stay though. Clean, comfortable, quiet.

We loved this hotel! The staff were so nice & helpful. This was by far the best customer service I ever received at a hotel. Newly remodeled, also! Great pool & hot tub!

Very Friendly and good service. There should have been a price break for dealing with the crazy restoration and remodeling. Pool was not working the first night we stayed there.

Stayed one night. We were traveling cross country with 2 kids and 2 dogs. Staff was so accommodating. They have a great pet acceptance policy. Room was very clean. Breakfast was your typical hotel buffet and met all our needs. No complaints. The kids loved the pool and the cookies and ice cream in the evening. I enjoyed the separate hotub. Great restaurants the area. Pricing was very reasonable.

Wonderful place to stay. Sauna is a bit cold but other than that very good.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Clean rooms with plentiful light. Night light at door by sink area. Great shower head with strong pressure. Good sized refer. USB charger at nightstand table was intermittent. Room 240. East access right off freeway. Night desk staff was very friendly and helpful (9:00 pm on 9/16). Decor was a bid dated, but would certainly stay here again.

Free fresh baked cookies and ice cream. The handicapped restroom did not provide much privacy from roommates as the door is deteriorating. Website reservations did not specify what type of handicap the room was designed for, however the front desk was very acomidating to switch rooms.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel with free snacks and breakfast. Beds are wonderful and their pillows are even better. Soap in the bathrooms a dream. Only problem we had there came from kids running up and down the hall, knocking on doors and then, they apparently retired to the room above us where they spent the evening jumping off the beds and stomping their feet. The performance started again at 10:30 pm…

The Comfort Inn on Harrison Ave in Butte was fantastic! Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to get a few smiles! The bed and bedding were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was outstanding and included items that were GF; that was nice! A really nice addition was a water purifier off the lobby that was available for all guests to fill their water bottles. The purified water was used in the water/lemon offered in the lobby. This is the first time in my many hotel stays that purified water was available. I really appreciated it.

Butte location had friendly staff, helpful and good environment. Room was good. Nothing fancy, but had all I needed. Larger t. V. Would have been nice. Overall a good stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms were very nice and had very comfortable beds. HD TVs and free Wi-Fi. Small pool, but it's a great place to stay.

When I stayed here, the Army covered my room since I was enlisting. They treat people going to MEPS very well. They made sure breakfast was available very early, and it was pretty good too. The rooms were decent and they had nice employees.

Great property to overnight at. This location has a very rustic Alpine feel, enjoyed all the wood accents through out this location. Very inviting, warm and cozy. If I'm in the area again, defiantly be back.

Shuttle service was a huge blessing as we were waiting on our truck to get fixed. Way to go Comfort Inn Team!

Nice and clean place to stay. It was a very busy place in mid-week of November. Staff kept their cool in helping guests. It is very conveniently located just off I-15 and close to all food establishments.

Our room was cleaning comfortable. We love the abundance of outlets for electronicsale. Easy off and on the interstate. Shuttle service to restaurants and shopping is definitely a plus. We will return.

Nice property, friendly and helpful staff. The room was an "Upgraded King" and seemed to be an odd design: a soaking/jetted tub added on to one end of the room, but open, without any door to separate it from the room. The room also had a tub/shower combination (although the stopper for the tub wouldn't stay open). The King sized bed was comfortable. The mini refrigerator was larger than one might normally have expected. We had come in to town at the last minute and it had been difficult to find a room, but over all we were quite pleased with the Butte Comfort Inn.

Staff was very friendly. Overall stay was nice. Hot tub was dirty but our room was clean and comfortable.

Stay in the suite every summer on our road trip from Oregon to Minnesota. Best. Bed. Ever. :) Clean rooms, friendly staff and my 4 kids love the swimming pool. Great breakfast and easy to find off the freeway. Would highly recommend this place to others.

I was passing through Butte and needed a cheap hotel. They were able to get me a room on the spot for a really good price! And the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Reasonable place at a reasonable rate. Good breakfast… Good size pool… Room we had was nice and had everything we needed.

Rating 1 star is a compliment. My husband and I first off were told that it would be 92/ a night later to see we were charged $178 with random fees. The rooms are OK, have a weird smell and are out dated. Stayed there on a night that it was 38* out and we woke up sweating multiple times. I woke up with a large bug bite on my chests a well. The complimentary breakfast is pretty awful. When we asked about a military discount we were told that because they were at full capacity that they won't do a discount then when my husband asked someone else the next morning the guy told him that they did do military discount and that they weren't full but there was nothing he could do and that we would have to call the manager later. Worst hotel we've stayed at. Wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

I have stayed here on multiple occasions while visiting my family. I have found nothing short of an amazing experience. The staff have always been very kind and helpful! When my best friend was getting married we asked to go in ahead of time and decorate their room, not only did they let us go in, but they upgraded their room to the suite and helped us get all the flowers laid out. Anytime I come home to visit, you can always expect that this is where I will be staying!

We stayed at the comfort inn in Butte MT Augest 18-19.2015 our room was clean. But there was an aweful smell of mold and musty. When we complained they came down and sorted the room with some room spray. Which made me sick to my stomach. We left do the smell could dissipate a bit. When we came back not 15 min later the nasty musty smell was back. Having four kids who were already melting down we ended up staying. When I checked out the price was 30.00 more than what I was told. It was implied to me that a pet room rate was already higher because they were for pets. There was a new charge for my dog. When we paid u asked about their military discount being army husband is active duty, and was informed that they do not offer that when they have a full hotel. Because they don't need any people to stay because of a discount. The breakfast was cold mushy eggs. Burnt bacon. The lady working the front desk was nice. So the staff is nice.
