Easy Check in. And with Covid, very professional and courteous, so happy with the staff, in the hotel and the amazing employees in the HOPS Pub and Casino. The room is amazingly clean and comfy.

Very clean & restful quiet rooms decent pillows & bedding. Perkins restaurant attached is a big plus as well, enjoyed our stay. 5

Had an great”hot” meal at Perkins, and Sandy in the bar/casino is awesome.

Enjoyed the quiet comfortable room, the staff was very friendly and the amenities were fantastic. At check in there were cookies and fruit water available, along with good local and regional suggestions. The room was super clean and had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The business center and common areas were quite nice, enjoyed the heated sauna. The breakfast spread was fantastic, they had the normal potatoes, eggs and bacon you might expect, but having gluten free and vegan options available along with fresh and non processed food was a treat. I would highly recommend!

We were there on 4/26/19 # 128 Friendly — Easy Check — In. We needed some help using the chip to open the door — A very nice staff member came right over to show us how to use the card to open the door. The Cleaning staff is large & everyone of them were busy cleaning rooms — cleaning the trim in the hallways — they were all so nice & all said hello to us. The room was very clean — and it was very quiet & we were next to the exit to go outside. The Breakfast in the morning was Amazing — So many choices. The Lady running the the Breakfast was busy the entire time cleaning — and making sure everything was filled.

Great hotel at a wonderful price. The hotel is situated right beside a Perkins restaurant and a coffee shop. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has recent updates and fresh linens. Breakfast is fantastic with so many choices. It is very busy and seating is limited.

Clean. Quiet. Well staffed. Nice decor. Requests from our family with small children were quickly accommodated. The rooms were average sized and the beds were great. I also really liked that the toilets in the rooms flushed quietly so no one was disturbed with middle of the night restroom use. Great breakfast options with gluten free and lactose intolerant friendly options. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into making this hotel a step above and we appreciated all those little touches.

One of those places that you could stay for a week! The front desk staff! Breakfast personnel! All very gracious and professional! Food and drinks downstairs! All conveniently located. And great breakfast spread. All deliciously made! Will be my stop along the road for sure in the future!

The rooms are clean but a bit dated. The beds are a little too firm for my liking and the pillows are small. The bathrooms are also on the small side. Can be a bit noisy at times not much sound proofing. But usually quiets down after 10pm or so. But if you go to bed early might not be the best choice for you. The breakfast in the morning is pretty good, the sausage in particular is yummy. But they do seem to have some trouble keeping everything full. You often have to wait for them to restock the main items which they go through quickly. But they do eventually get it refilled if you're patient.

Great facility for the price. Convenient Perkins restaurant attached and also a lounge/bar. Great breakfast buffet. And pets are welcome in some rooms. Just let them know ahead of time. Great area to exercise and potty dogs…

This hotel goes out of its way to accommodate their customers. Ive been traveling across the country and this was the cleanest, comfortable and included the best breakfast. Offering fresh blackberries, almond milk and even a frozen yogurt machine. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The room's provide a wonderful welcoming prayer during your stay which to me and for all is a gift. This hotel should be an great example of true hospitalit for Best Western and the hotel industry. We stopped here for the night on our way from Yellowstone to Boise. It was a clean comfortable room, the breakfast was good, and the restaurant in the hotel seemed nice. We had a veiw of the mine which was a plus. If you are staying in Butte make sure you visit the Berkeley Pit Viewpoint. We drove out there and it was $2 a person to enter and definitely worth it. The gift shop also sells good quality copper goods, such as mugs and jewelry, made in Butte for a really good price.

This best western I would recommend everytime. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great free breakfast. Best selection I have seen. Fresh eggs, two kinds of breakfast meat, fresh fruit and the list goes own. A lounge if you need to relax. Indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The hot tub is a little small but works great. If you are in butte and need a great and comfortable place to stay this is the place for you.

I loved the shower in my room here, in fact I liked it so much I'm trying to figure out how to update my bathroom into something similar. I thought it was really cool how the water drains into the floor. I also loved my room, it was super clean. The rate wasn't awful at all. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The bar in the hotel was nice, the bar tender made me a great mixed drink. I really liked this place.

Awesome stop, almost back to Seattle yo! I forgot how daunting Montana is to drive through, especially alone. Staff was so kind when I was a blithering pile of nothing who couldn't function when I got to the desk and had some actual special needs for the room. Thanks BW for another warm welcome and friendly reception for me and my tired and weary animals. We were very grateful to stop in for the night. Love and Meows.

Great experience! From check in to check out, staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Had happy hour in the lounge before dinner and got great service and yummy drinks. They even offer free pretzels and chips and salsa! The continental breakfast blew my mind, it was like a breakfast buffet! They offered every breakfast option you could think of, and catered to many different diets, gluten free, keto, vegetarian, low fat, you name it!

Very nice accommodation, rooms seem newly renovated, tho lighting in bathrooms is too dim. Very good breakfast table.

Very large and well-appointed facility in a fairly remote part of the country. It did not disappoint. Breakfast was wonderful and nutritious with a large assortment to please any palette. The rooms were quiet and could be darkened for a great night's sleep. The microwave and refrigerator allowed us to eat dinner in-room without the hassle of going out, even though there is a Perkins inside the building. After a long day of driving, it was great to just drop our stuff and relax for the night.

We stayed at the Butte Best Western last week — — and were do thrilled to see their beautiful, newly updated breakfast room. They have always done a great job — — but now the breakfast room is updated and looks great. They serve the best breakfast in town. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. They offer a couple bottles of complimentary water in the rooms — which is nice when you're at a mile high. Front desk team is great! Really this is a well maintained property that we will continue to stay at for years to come.

Let me start off by saying a huge THANK YOU! The room was clean and super accommodating for my entire family including my pets! The convenience of having a restaurant that was family friendly also a huge plus. However while all this is impressive, the most impressive was the fact that even though we lost our cat… you guys found her! We thought it came to the point where we would never see her again. You made it happen. We want to take this moment to say your hotel staff is very friendly and compassionate but I must say that we are really all taking this moment give a bazillion thank yous to Dan S. He went above his call of duty for my family and actually cared for our cat until we got to NC and settled in. In my opinion Dan S. Deserves a huge merit and award for being such a dedicated person whom selflessly put all his needs aside to assure we would get our cat back safe and sound. After working long hours and being so far away with miles and time zones between us he kept us updated every step of the way, would sacrifice his time off to assure the cats needs were met from vet visits to even taking our cat to the airport with risky weather! Dan you are our angel and we are beyond thankful for all that you did for us but most importantly our daughter! THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH! We are so thankful and grateful for you!

We have stayed in this hotel in the past on many occasions and been satisfied. It is in a great location right off the highway. It has been a couple of years since our last stay here. During this recent stay, there was a grease smell through out the hotel and in the rooms. The breakfast was good. The lobby area is new and upgraded but the guest rooms and rest of hotel are in desperate need of an upgrade and with the grease smell that we experienced during this stay we would not stay here again until things get upgraded.

This Best Western has a lot of things going for it and as a traveler going thru it was a stop that has all the amenities in one location. Perkins Restaurant off the lobby, a very comfortable lounge and a small casino. Their breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had the pleasure to eat at with a great choice of breakfast items to chose. Clean, quiet rooms with very comfortable bed made our stay a pleasure to say the least. We'll be back.

This Best Western did not disappoint. The staff were clean and efficient. Love the lobby that was clean, bright and welcoming. The lounge was comfortable with good service and food from the next door Perkins Restaurant. Discount offers were not a gimmick and we were offered them as appropriate. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable.

We have stayed at the Best Western in Butte many times and have always found it to be clean and comfortable with helpful caring staff. The big surprise is the breakfast, which is as far from a glass of juice and sticky bun as you can get. This is a full on, sit down meal, served fresh and hot by cheerful, helpful and friendly staff and is always a delight every time we stay there.

I enjoyed my stay very much. There is a Perkins restaurant n a cocktail lounge right in the building. Eat n drink in or take to your room. The staff r friendly n helpful n the establishment is very clean. They r also pet friendly which I love.

Had a very pleasant stay. Rooms are quite and beds are very comfortable. They are pet friendly and their policy is very friendly. They do not charge but do an inspection on departure and if there is no damage, no charge. There is ample area around hotel to exercise pet. Highly recommend hotel, friendly and helpful staff.

The room was clean and comfortable. The TV worked well. The internet was slow. The shower was wonderful, lots of water at a good pressure. Their breakfast bar is always great, a variety of foods from cereals and toast to cheeses and meats. Always enjoy staying here.

Fabulous hotel. Fast pleasant check-in. Treats for our dog. No pet fee. Just a quick room check the next morning and we were good to go. Amazing hot breakfast with lots of choices and healthy options. Perkins on site … Excellent dinner. Just off highway. Would stay again for sure.

My first visit there recommended by a co worker and I have to say … I’ve never had a hotel/motel staff that was so welcoming and I have been to a lot of both… I think they have 100% convinced me to beat western from this point forward … good job guys look forward to future visits over at least the next 2-3 years till I move again … keep it up love y’all.

The is the first time we stayed at a Best Western. We were in transit via car with pet to Phoenix. Everything about our experience at the Butte BW was excellent. The breakfast was exceptional. Parking convenient. We expected morning noise as usual for a busy hotel but it was quiet during the night and early morning. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We were very impressed with the breakfast offered. Excellent selection of food. Also, restaurant staff very helpful getting us food served in the lounge very late in the day. We will be back. Thank you.

Great location, and nice that they had a restaurant with good food and bar service for a glass of wine with dinner. Made use of the fitness centre and the pool and after a long day on the road it was very comforting. The breakfast bar was one of the better ones, almost like you get in Europe.

My boys and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and accepting as we had our dog with us. The building was well up-to-date and clean. Having Perkins attached during a snow storm was convenient and relieving. The breakfast was free and had the best selection I have seen yet, at a Best Western. We appreciate the wonderful hospitality!

The inn was very nice. Second time I have stayed here traveling across country. The lady at the front was very understanding as it was late and I was a little out of it from driving 16+hrs that day. She showed me the shortest route to my room when parking and breakfast time and I was up to my room. The rooms are always clean and a bottle of complimentary water is with the ice bucket. Breakfast is better then most of the hotels I have stayed at with a large selection buffet style. Will definately stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights. The help was friendly and the maids were helpful! The beds were comphy and the pool and hot tub were great after a long day. The breakfast was great! Almost as many choices as a restaurant.

Great updated place to stay. Rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Great access to highway and local attractions. Breakfast was one of best I've had at a hotel. Pool area was clean and well stocked. Plenty of convenient parking. Perkins accessible directly from hotel and discount given for staying at hotel.

The service was great, the hotel was updated very nicely, it was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the small size of the room. It was a constant bottle neck if there was any movement from 2 or more family members at the same time in any part of the room. But breakfast was amazing — with almond milk as an option — I was super impressed! It was a great spot to sleep for the last night of our 10 day road trip.

The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was superbly comfortable. The amenities provided in the room (shampoos, soaps, etc) were high quality. The free Wi-Fi was easy to connect to and fast speeds were provided. The breakfast in the morning was amazing with a wide selection of offerings (try the coffee, medium roast was the best). All in all this visit was the last hotel stay of our trip and it was also the best. This is a top notch hotel and we will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic hotel had a great stay! The free breakfast was absolutely over the top amazing you name it they had it! The room and the pool were great, heated floors in the pool area so nice. The water pressure in the shower hands down the best I have ever experienced in a hotel, the staff was friendly and professional. You even get a huge discount at the Perkins restaurant in the hotel and they have great food. Highly recommended.

Great hotel with lots of amenities. Great bar Hops: Our server Sandy was especially knowledgeable and gave us a quick history of Butte. Perkins restaurant attached. Some small ants in the bathroom but they do not wake us up! A very good breakfast with lots of variety too.

Good spot for a layover on trip home from Arizona. Very comfortable bed and room. Outstanding breakfast and nice that there is a bar and a restaurant at the hotel so after a long drive we didn't need to get back into the car and eat. We'll stay here again next time through.

Outstanding value for your money. Excellent breakfast, great lounge and the staff were fantastic. Can't say enough. Also, love the fact that they didn't charge us for having a pet. They come and check the room before you check out and if there is no damage, you're good to go. That makes way more sense than getting charged extra when your dog is quite and well behaved. Loved this place. Wish more were like it!

A great Hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, very well taken care of, clean and well taken care of. Bring your own pillow though, they use those little half pillows, so if you want to sleep bring a real pillow. Great place to stay, great breakfast and good restaurant attached.

Great hotel with nice rooms. Staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Great having a Perkins connected. The front desk arranged a shuttle for my group to go out to the bars and even came and picked us up at 1a. M. I was very impressed!

Room was suprisingly small but well organized. Only marked this stay down because the fire alarm kept going off all night with no promise from staff they had it fixed for our second night. You would think the local FD would "incentivize" (fine) them to get that figured out. Does not make me feel safer staying here to be honest.

Great clean and modern rooms. Well priced. Cheaper on booking (dot) com. Gym was tiny but easy parking and not too noisy being close to the roads. Opted for this over Hampton inn, but both seem decent options. Free cookies and really great breakfast for the price. They even had gluten free breakfast options and soy milk!

Only stayed one night — good service; decent breakfast buffet (lots of options! ). Room was nice and felt new/updated and modern. Things that could be improved: toilet (uncomfortable seat and paper), shower (small, not great shower head), no mirror except in bathroom, some generator-like noise at night. Overall, had a nice stay and a good sleep.

Class Service on arrival, all the room keys and Check-In documents were prepared. Good support and Info for Evil Knival Party, driving service with pick up's got everything fantastic works. So it must be.

The service is good, there are many housekeepers and the rooms are good. The beds are quite stiff and the breakfast room is to small for all the people.

We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western from the moment we arrived. The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms very comfortable. We enjoyed the lemon scented soap, the coffee, the lounge and the food. Awesome stay from start to finish on July 15, 2016. Very reasonable price, rooms were updated, and very clean. Went to the lounge after a long day of traveling and service was excellent. Hors d'oeuvres on Friday night were plentiful and tasty. Continental breakfast was like a breakfast brunch with many hot and cold choices. Highly recommended! This was our best stay of seven nights on vacation.

Very disappointed — I had confirmed reservations for July 10, 2016. We arrived only to find out they had no rooms available. They did find us another hotel, but was upsetting to learn that confirmed isn't really what can happen.

Our room was accidentally given away… they put us up in another hotel. Manager called us the next day. Let's just say the manager took excellent care of us (A+). Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly! We where late for breakfast but they let us eat. We are already planning our next trip down. We will stay here again.

The room was clean and well maintained. The free water bottles in the mini fridge and personal welcome from the owner was a nice extra touch. The beds, pillows, and linens where standard comfort; not plush but not old and overused. A notice highlight of our shirt stay was the breakfast. Many hotels at this price point have the simi-maintained breakfast bar of a few hot items and some packaged shelf stable food. Here, it was nice to have an employee actively maintaining a much larger than average buffet with 8-10 hot items (with eggs that didn't seem to be reconstituted from powder) and larger selection of cold bar options.

Old hotel, small rooms. Nice lobby, and plenty of amenities including a pool, hot tub, and sauna. Room was dirty, with an empty plastic bottle, candy wrappers, and crumbs on the floor. Overall this place is overpriced.

Everything I liked about this hotel, it was clean, the breakfast in the morning was rich, and the pool was perfect for our tastes.

Great breakfast buffett, clean comfortable room, quiet, customer service was great, as would be expected in Montana! One additional much appreciated perk is the gluten free food items in the buffet. We have not found that level of consideration in other motels on our route. Best Western gets 5 stars from us.

Staff was friendly and attentive. There was an issue with my reservation and there was no hesitation, they got it taken care of immediately. Best hotel breakfast I've had.

Stayed as a coach with a team for a tournament. Very clean rooms and the hotel even gave the kids gift bags in their rooms. I thought they treated us awesome and would highly recommend this hotel.

I just tried to call and make a reservation to this hotel. I flew in from out of state with my mom to visit family. The first question I get asked on the phone is if I am at least 25. I am 23. And they refused to rent me a room because of that! A hotel refusing service because of my age! … Thanks for the great customer service and ruining your own reputation. Unbelievable.

Great friendly appreciative staff at check-in, room was really fine with extra amenities. Free and home-cooked turkey thanksgiving supper cooked & served & donated to all guests by a local lady and sponsored by the hotel. No gimmicks and no "donations" asked from anyone. This made all feel really special. Hotel was quiet and room was close to the car. Hot breakfast with all extras really good. Friendly greeting by ladies preparing the breakfast. Shall return for sure.

Nice place to stay. A bit older than others, but all of the amenities you need. The Perkins and Hops are great if you don't want to get out. Morning breakfast is good with enough options. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with more than enough channels on TV.

What a fantastic stop over this was. From the location, to the amenities located under one roof. The sweet surprise was the grab bag for Reward Card holders, definitely pays to be a member! I would recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The internet capacity needs to be expanded to handle the volume of guests. When we raised the issue, management and staff were very responsive. Breakfast was great, room was very comfortable and quiet even with a bunch of kids staying there for a baseball tournament. Nice pool, hot tub and sauna. We will stay again. Just work with your internet provider to make it usable with high volume.

This hotel location is in process of getting a refresh. I stayed in one of the recently rooms have had fresh paint and nice white bedding. The bed was comfortable and overall a good experience. I especially liked that after a long day on the road, I asked about a shuttle to a nearby restaurant and was told absolutely and shortly afterwards was being driven to a referred restaurant that was an excellent choice.

Stayed here last night after a full day of driving. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet for a good sleep. This was my second time staying at this Inn. Likely won't be the last as we make the yearly trips to and from warm Arizona.

Met our expectations nicely. As usual, the room was clean, the hotel was quiet and we were treated to a nice breakfast. Front desk was efficient and got us into our room quickly.

One major problem tho. The outside area in front of the lobby was under major construction pylons, fencing, no lighting and everyone when driving into the parking area would drive into a dead end area, having to back up in the dark! the established lobby sign is still exposed drivers including me drove into the area and are completely lost! I drove around the entire building at least twice as did others attempting to find check-in area. Very frustrating and mentioned to the woman at the desk about this problem. The reply from her "yeah, everybody mentions that". Maybe management should listen to those arriving guest and rectify this problem, so the guest aren't walking into the unmarked area trying to find the lobby check-in. Most of us walked thru the bar to ask the bar tender for directions.

The Butte Best Western makes a special effort compared to other BW locations. Upgraded breakfast choices, especially welcoming staff. Rooms are ordinary but perfectly kept. Perkins Restaurant immediately adjacent to premises is super convenient.

I would recommand this inn to everyone. Rooms were very clean, great pool area and the breakfast was awsome. Thanks you for everything. Loved our stay.

Loved the room, it was clean, plenty of room, had free Wi-Fi, microwave and refrigerator. It was convenient having the Perkins restaurant off of the lobby, the food was good as well as the service. There was a bar/casino in the motel which was nice for an evening night-cap before going to bed. A few days before we arrived my wife slipped on ice and broke her ankle, the motel had a wheel chair we could use (the only motel that had one in all of the motels we stayed in on the rest of our trip). We stayed there 5/10/14 and definitely would stay there again.
