Nice new chair lifts do NOT accomodate adaptive skiers, and this sucks! Great mountain, greedy owners! 🤬

My fiancée and I recently did the Adventure Zipline tour and are stoked we did! Everything was phenomenal — pre-activity communication and the tour itself. After getting kitted up and going through the safety talk, our driver, Dillon, masterfully got the van up the slopes to the first Zipline platform. Our guides — Drew and Dalton — were great and make sure we had fun (safely of course). Luckily we were the only two on the tour and it had just snowed the night before, adding a cool element to the Zipline views. 10/10 recommend, especially with the crew we had.

A beautiful place, very nice and knowledgeable staff and helpful to give us idea what to do and see in such a short time. We took lift to summit and we had a wonderful time. I have to get back here to stay and play in winter.

Definitely not worth the hype. Very crowded lift lines especially on weekends. Many restaurants not open due to Covid but this only creates even more congestion at the restaurants that are open. The parking lot attendants are complete jerks. Way overpriced all around. Won’t be back.

Montana Jacks is delicious just got in and first place we ate the food was awsome and our server Nick took great care of us definitely will be coming back.

We visited here the week of Christmas and had such a wonderful experience. Every employee and staff member is super nice and helpful. They made sure you felt safe and the resort was clean. Everyone from the bellmen to the restaurant employees to the gift shop workers were amazingly kind. The Summit hotel penthouses are amazing and worth every dime. I highly recommend this resort and they will make sure you are well taken care of.

Big Sky is a fantastic ski resort! Staff were super courteous and helpful. We will visit again! Mark this destination on your travel list!

Great place but not a lot of summer activities.

Beautiful place. Not much of a skier but I did get two days in. Would recommend it in a minute too anyone because of the size of the area. So much variety in terrain and runs for different ability levels.

Very well run resort. Great service from the minute you pull up to front door to the minute you leave. Plenty of restaurant/bar choices on property and of course skiing right out the back door. Great gift shop with just about anything you could possibly need.

The high light is the mountain and the ability to ski in and out. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are a little dated for the price.

This is our fourth trip to Big Sky. Previously we have stayed at the Summit twice. We returned this time due to prior good experiences. Unfortunately we will not be returning again to the Summit. The quality of service from the desk staff and concierge has gone downhill. Our rooms were not ready for check in on time and items in the rooms were not as requested. Nobody was helpful or apologetic for the errors — which are a big deal with 3 Little’s in tow. It took our bell man to actually come up with a solution to get us into our room — so kudos to him. I understand that things happen, and we’re frequent travelers who are accustomed to bumps in the road, but how a business responds to issues is really what counts. We will not return to the Summit nor will we recommend that anybody stay at the Summit. Big Sky remains a great place to ski, but it’s losing ground to the Vail resorts in terms of quality of service.

Came here with the Atlanta Ski Club, and we were welcomed with open arms (quite literally). Check-in was seamless, they brought our bags to our rooms so we could instead wander around and get it bearings. The rooms are very comfortable, and the included breakfast in the morning is a nice touch. It is not my first time here, and will not be my last.

Very friendly staf. Conveniently located for many winter activities. Ski-in, ski-out; you can't get closer to the lift. Newer rooms. Breakfast is included in your reservation. The Peaks restaurant is really good.

Best in out location in Big Sky! Luxurious hotel with great food options and the best mountain jacuzzi I have used. Get in where it's warm and walk out in the water to the outside. Full bar service available too from the jacuzzi! Rooms are large with great bedding. Only underground garage in the resort so your car is always warm and ready to go… Always helpful ski valet and bellman at your service to help you with your needs… Take the plunge and discover Big Sky…

Great location! The cabins are inconsistent though, our cabin, no grill, same sized cabin with 2 grills, but overall the staff is THE BEST.

Beautiful accommodations. Great service. Excellent food. Spacious rooms.

Room is big. Good size kitchen. Nice large sofa bed. Comfortable mattress. No water bottle provided, which is quite rare for such an expensive hotel. Nice warm pool and whirlpool. Steam room is quite clean but not hot enough in my opinion. The breakfast selection and quality are quite nice. Service is good except for the cleaning service, which is not as thorough as we liked. Every shops closed early around 5-6pm. Very inconvenient for travelers.

We had an unbelievably nice stay at the Summit. The service was very friendly and the views were beautiful! Our staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast each morning was awesome! We had a great time and highly recommend it to anyone looking to spoil themselves with a great skiing trip!

Best ski in & out location in Big Sky. Heated garage, fantastic swim out spa… Great apre ski with Caribiner bar. Rooms are comfortable with luxurious beds and comforters…

We visited this hotel last week and were sadly disappointed. I understand that it is summer and the staffing is lighter but for the price point we felt the amenities were no nicer than a mid level motel, very disappointed for the dollars spent. We arrived early and were told that the room was not ready but that we were first on the list to be cleaned — we were fine with this and went to lunch and wandered until around 3:30 — went back to the desk and the team member said "we're working on it and it will be ready soon" — we went back and sat in the lobby to wait — and six other guests get their rooms and at 4:00 we asked again and the second staff member said — you know we don't have to be ready until 5:00. While this might be true, it didn't make me feel that they cared about our long wait. Finally at 4:55 I get the call the room is ready — — When we got the room package it had tickets to the lift and other things to do on the mountain for summer. I would have appreciated knowing this because it would have helped to pass the time and I would have felt that "they cared" — — We left the following morning at 7:00 and gave the passes to the bellman to use for his guests or friends. Over all the staff was nice but the training was not at the level of a high end hotel. If you decide to stay here, don't pay rack rate as we did, expedia rate is just fine.

The Summit is great. A few of the helpers at the front desk lacked experience, but beyond that minor problem — everyone else was very good. Great food, and by far the best location on the mountain. We got a free upgrade because of renovations at another BS hotel, so that was nice of them to move us up.
