Dirty Towels, thin walls, no parking, uncomfortable beds, low water pressure, ac unit not working in first room had to switch, hotel smells like cigarettes.

Staff is nice, convenient to airport with park and fly but this hotel needs some serious updating. The carpet is old and nasty looking and the bathroom at first glance was clean, however, the doorstop at top of door had long black hair hanging on it, hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom. Floor base not intact. I don’t feel clean here at all. Very basic and outdated I can deal with but other people’s hair stuck everywhere is a deal breaker!

We just rented a room at this exact hotel through Priceline on Friday night 08/07/20. They specifically knew that I had children under the age 8, 4 of them! We get in the room and pull the beds back and there was used drug syringes and used condoms. Cigarette ash all of the room. Your manager Dee was super rude! We took a lot of pictures as well and those are posted on Google review! This hotel is far from 5 stars! You provide false information to families. I also called corporate and priceline. They have the pictures as well as the health department.

The building is in disrepair, no water pressure in the shower, no late shuttle service from the airport (even though we made prior arrangements with driver to pick us up, our flight landed about 11:30 pm), very dated appearance, rooms were expensive considering the condition of the building.

Disgusting. Blood on covers and sheets in room Room the fridge still had food left over from the last guest. Hoping the linens were at least clean in room if you care about cleanliness… never book here. front desk was kind enough to move us. Management needs to fix the poor housekeeping problem.

The receptionist was really friendly and answer all my questions. Thanks for ur service. Was my 1st time here.

Service was horrible! We went through three rooms 2nd room had a bad odor to the bed asked for a new one and the door to that one wouldn’t even let us in we had to play around with the nob and it had blood stains on the sheets we also asked for a late check out and they kept coming in the room while we were sleep and was told at 11:25 we had 10mins get out or we’d be charge another night the white lady in the morning had a horrible attitude! and was half listening n gave smart remarks DONT EVER STAY HERE DIRTY AND RUDE!

Place is quit and clean, not fancy at all. Good for quick sleepovers.

Check in was okay. They did however give away our room, but gave me a better room. The room was falling apart literally. The walls were crumbling. The pool was drained and it was still August. The beds were not too bad. The shower was actually nice. The breakfast was good. Lots to hate very little to love. Find another hotel if you can.

Bad, bad hotel! We paid 96$ and even called to make sure they had a pool and that it was open but when we got there the pool was padlocked shut (on 3 of the gates). That should tell you what kind of neighborhood it was in. The gates all had locks that would work with your room key so why did they need chains and padlocks?! When we checked in the receptionist told us it was open til 9PM but when we went out to swim, it was padlocked, this was at 6 pm. So then the hotel staff said they closed it because someone threw something in there. So the next day we tried to swim and it was locked again. Story after story, they lied. The hotel is worn out, the airconditioning didn't barely work. It didn't get cold in there until we set it on 60 and went to bed and it finally got cold after 8 hours. I should have spent 20$ more and gone to a good hotel.

Could use a facelift, for the price I was thinking it would be a bit more updated. Room was clean though. Water pressure was very poor. Not much parking. Complimentary breakfast at pancake place next door, not all you can eat. Front desk person couldn't make any recommendations for dinner. Beds were okay.

This hotel isn't bad continental break feast is awesome. Hall way did have food threw out in the floor but rooms inside were nice. Easy access to St Louis Zoo. Price should have been around 75 instead of 100.00 we paid for the night. The pool ran out of towels but they did supply us with more. They do have outdoor pool side movies for kids. I liked that they did offer tea complimentary. Elevators did sound like they were going to fall apart, not easy access for disabled, but the continental breakfeast sure does make up for it.

Room was clean and smelled good. Beds were fine, nice fluffy down type blankets. Ac worked. Fridge in our room, very handy. Staff was nice. Only weird thing was one day when we came home from being out, the housekeeping staff had left our door ajar. We didn't find any thing missing yet.

Worse place I have been. Booked a room I didnt get. And the desk clerk was rude and nasty. Needed a handicap room due to broken hip. Reserved a first floor room but got second floor. Had to scoot down the stairs as I couldn't walk. One couple with us found bugs in there bed. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there. I plan on making a formal complaint.

Advertises hot breakfast but not advertised that you have to get a voucher and go across the parking lot to a restaurant and redeem. Parking is horrible. Sink leaked in bathroom and the entertainment center was missing a door. White comforter had pink staines on it… The curtains were dirty as well. Overall quiet and worth what was spent. We didn't spend much time in the room.

Very frustrated that the website advertised free 14 day parking with one night stay right on the amenities page, but when we got here we were charged $6 a day. We would have stayed somewhere else. We were lucky to get a spot at all because the lot was totally packed. Rooms were dated and the furniture was in poor shape. No elevator. Room was very hot and stuffy, even with the a/c on. Giving it a second star only because the shuttle seems convenient. *edit* Dropped to one star because even the vending machine was totally empty! Overall this hotel feels very old and dirty. We roasted in our room all night. This hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

This is THE worst quality inn I ever stayed in, I've seen motel 6's with better QUALITY. This is not what you would expect from a quality inn franchise. No fridge or microwave in the rooms. This location is more like a cheap slum motel, a very dingy outdated look. The only nice part is the lobby but don't let that fool you. It's more like quality inn and out, this "QUALITY" inn is trash.

Booked through hotwire for a fantastic deal. Parking is free. Good hotel but a long way to walk inside the hotel. Free breakfast in Golden pancakes.

Location is great. Friendly staffs. Only reason for 4 star is their vending machines (all of them) we're completely out of water.

Just make sure to schedule a shuttle for yourself as soon as you know what time you'll need it. Even in the middle of the night, the time we preferred was already booked. We had to get up earlier than we planned to catch a different time slot.

Wish I could give this place less than “1 ⭐️”… upon arrival around 2:45pm, I noticed the parking lot was completely full. Went inside only to find out that the owner rents spots to park n fly customers thus leaving no parking spots for its own customers. I had my disabled mom with me and we have to park very far from the parking When I asked the guy at the front desk he gave me the main number which kept giving a busy signal. I will NEVER stay at this Quality Inn and neither should you. Pay the $10-$20 bucks more for neighboring properties. Stay tuned… I will be contacting corporate.

You would find better customer service at a truck rest stop. I called the front office to ask for the Wi-Fi password and the lady nearly had an aneurysm. "It's GUEST, G-U-E-S-T, it was on the slip I gave you! " She said as if talking to a child. I stunned that anyone would behave in such an ill matter over such a small inconvenience said " okay thank you. " and then hung up. I wouldn't bring my least favorite person here to pull a prank on them. It stinks of weed smoke in the halls and the doors don't shut well. I'd rather go anywhere else. Avoid this place at all costs. This experience of a "hotel" is ruining an otherwise great trip.

Front desk staff is great! Rooms are very basic and clean, very sound proof, but smelled of sprayed/canned air/fabric freshener. Hot breakfast was not on site and there were no allergy friendly options. Parking was also very limited, but seemed plentiful for the venue. Dining options are all at minimum a mile and a half away unless you have airport access.

Nice room, so so bed. Bathroom was nice as well. Wish the shower pressure was a little stronger. Overall, pleased with my stay for the price.

Of course by the airport you hear alot of air crafts, but not too bad. Otherwise nice place and clean, parking can be a challenge sometimes. Prices are not too bad about average. Don't know about the rooms, service was good about 4 stars.

It was good. Free breakfast at the restaurant next door. It was a good 2 star hotel, no frills. It could have had a microwave with the fridge… but other than that it was cool. Free parking was bonus.

Room are in okay condition. The mattresses are in bad need of replacement and are quite small. The bathroom was actually in good condition and was very clean. And water was VERY hot. Loved it! In general a good place to stay.

The lobby was nice. My room was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly especially Deborah. I was a little concerned when I saw all the bad reviews. But I did not have any problems, I enjoyed my stay.

HORRIBLE STAY! I booked because I had a flight out early in the morning. The first room had bugs in there that were on the bed! The front office representative said "You don't like spiders? " when taking a picture of the spider on the BED! NO! I DO NOT like spiders where I sleep. The 2nd room seemed to be okay… until about two hours after I moved to the new room. Apparently they do not allow cigarette smoke but pot smoke is perfectly fine. It smelled of marijuana the whole night. There were also other residents treating the hotel as an outside playground at midnight. If you like the smell of pot, bugs in your bed, rude loud other guests and a place that doesn't care then this is the perfect place for you!

I'm very happy with my room and bathroom. I'm very picky… bathroom and bed was amazing for the price. I see others had issues with bathroom but mine was perfect. Breakfast couldn't be any better at restaurant next door which is where continental breakfast is!

Lovely staff, nice looking rooms. Horrible pool dead animals floating everywhere. Staff does not do a good job of cleaning the room all they do is make the bed we never get new towels unless we call the front office. Do not stay here we had a broken toilet so we changed rooms and the new room we got had bed bugs and we are stuck in this room for the rest of our stay. My family and I have bites everywhere. Breakfast is great though.

My friend and I stayed here to catch a plane in the morning. The room was great, we had no issues. Very friendly staff and they gave us a wake up call in the morning. They had a free shuttle to and from the airport waiting for us when we were ready to leave.

Decent hotel. Clean and quiet with nice sheets and pillows on what seemed like 2 queen beds (!? ). It's probably a 2-3 star hotel technically but I'm giving them 5 because it was great value for the money.

Nice staff but no elevator for upstairs rooms. It is a clean, inexpensive place to stay if you just need to catch an early flight or have a late one. I have stayed here twice and I am sure I will again. The breakfast place next door is good also.

Not a bad place to stay. The price point is comfortable. I believe we stayed in an older part of the motel that hadn't been updated as much. I am not sure. The night staff was very helpful and greeted us with a smile. The morning staff, not so much. She answered any questions I had, but she was on the phone the whole time I was in the lobby. It sounded like a personal call. It is nice to just take the shuttle to the airport. It use to be if you stayed in this airport, you could park free while you were gone. That made it more appealing. Now you pay $6 per night.

This hotel is great. Debora gave my did and I a warm welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. Even the restaurant next door, the Golden Pancake, was awesome. 10/10 would stay again.

The rooms have been updated with new furniture. The staff was nice. The free breakfast is a voucher for the Golden Pancake next door, which had pretty decent food. Overall, not bad for the price if it's a quick stay.

If I could give this a negative 5 stars I would. Reported our toilet broken daily. Was first given a plunger and that didn't work. Then received an ice bucket to fill the back of the toilet. No one ever came to fix it nor were we given accommodations unless you count the ice bucket and plunger. When we made our reservations we double checked to make sure there was a pool. One lady said it would be fixed by the weekend. The other said it would not be fixed until maybe next summer maybe. Also when we made our reservations I requested a roll away bed for our third child. Upon arrival we were told we could not get one because it was a fire hazard in a double room. Save your money and go else where!

It was decent, the beds were comfortable. The hallways were really creepy though. It took forever to check in. There was coffee prepared in the lobby when we caught our shuttle at 4:15am. We had a great experience with the park and fly option. Our car was safe and sound when we returned from our trip.

We recently stayed there at the beginning and end of a trip. The tiny lumpy pillows were irritating but tolerable. Things went downhill when we returned and called from the airport for the shuttle. The first time I called the clerk hung up on me. I called back immediately andwas ttold to go to a certain exit and the shuttle would be there in a few minutes. We waited 30 minutes and I tried calling again twice with no answer. My husband then called from a different number and they answered immediately. We waited over 45 minutes for asshuttle from a hotel that was 10 minutes away. When we finally got a room it had moldy areas on the walls, a pocket door that didn't work on the bathroom and was next to an exit making it extremely noisy. Breakfast the next morning was pathetic. We will NEVER EVER stay at another Quality Inn!

Let's be real. Some hotels try and reach a feeling of clean but just don't reach that level. Eating at a restaurant next door with a voucher… fail. Question? would I stay here again with my family… no. But considering some I've left to stop the spread of the plague and fear of zombies. This hotel is trying with fresh paint, newer carpets and updated flat screens. Sometimes it comes down to I'm exhausted. Best of travels to you all. Joe out.

After staying here 1 night I experienced extreme itching, the next day I had a bump on my back and noticed stains on bedding so we shortened our stay from 1 week to three day. The itching continued and spread and after seeing a Dr I found out I caught a fungal infection from uncleaned towels or bedding. It has cost $100± for meds and I have been suffering since. Its spread to my neck, scalp, and breast area and looks as though I will be canceling an upcoming photoshoot. Calling around to find out what legal actions can be taken!

This property is awful… they said remolded. The paint on the walls was uneven and messy. The carpet felt dirty. The paint color was not attractive or soothing. The pillows were small lumpy and old feeling. The bathroom. Tub fixtures and the walls of shower werent chalked the plumbing behind toilet was splattered with paint and very dusty dirty the molding was cut unevenly and unfinished and dusty and dirty. The hallway was crumpy and unattractive… my other guest was coming in at midnight so I asked if the shuttle could pick up they said yes. When they went to get her she was made to feel uncomfortable that she was bothing them to do their job. Abd she tipped them. The next morning check out we werent told were the breakfast was setup up since its not in view and I believe it was a cleaning person behind the desk and didnt know what to do since I saw her the day before with cleaning supplies in lobby… the whole experience was gross. I wish I could receive a refund. Dont go there.

Legitimately the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Hadn't read other reviews but I was concerned about fleas (seems I was right to worry based on other reviewers experiences. ) Thankfully, there were none in my room. However, the dresser/TV stand had a drawer completely kicked in, another missing, the mini fridge/microwave had been stolen, and the carpet was stained from more years than it should have had. The room and hallways smelled both of cigarette and weed smoke and there were cigarette butts on the ground inside the outside door. Other guests were what I would expect for such a facility and they were very loud until late into the night. On the plus side: the bathroom was decent and up to date (clearly a standard for franchise acceptance). Fantastic location near the airport, but so are many other hotels which are FAR better. Staff was nice. Definitely not going back.

I was literally there less than 10 minutes tonight. The first room they gave me was completely flea infested. I spoke to another guest in the hallway who said there experience was a pleasant one, so I went down to the front desk to change rooms. I was moved to another room just down the hall from my first room. I stood in my room with my shoes off and my pants pulled up to my knees and watched for about 3 minutes. A flea finally jumped on me. I grabbed my stuff and called Marriott from the lobby and they graciously let me stay at their BEAUTIFUL hotel for only $19 more a night. I would never ever EVER stay at the Quality Inn again, and if I even get a penny charge from them, there will be absolute hell to pay. Go somewhere else!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Had to change rooms 3 times… 1 other of my colleagues changed twice. The very sweet, nice on duty was great but at 6pm was only staff at hotel. I was impressed by her however it is inconceivable there were no other staff to help. Point: I will never stay at another Quality Inn… anywhere!

Hotel is run down and needs updated. The noise from the air conditioner was horrible. The tub was dirty. The beds are box and mattress spring. Looks like they use old curtains for bed covers. The bathroom floor looks like it's wet, but actually just really shiney, messes with your head. Huge gap at the top of the door. My phone screen is bigger than the TV. Who ever owns it needs to seriously put some money into it. We won't be back. Hope the breakfast is ok in the morning.

We stayed two nights our room was big and clean and very nice! They welcomed our dog and we loved the pool and ppl we meet! Staff was nice and helpful! Loved it will go back.

They charge 20% tax. The free breakfast ends at 9am "sharp". I put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and two separate people knocked repeatedly, yelling "housekeeping", until they heard me tell them to go away. Housekeeping also likes to play loud music and have boisterous conversations in the halls, just in case anyone tries to sleep in late. There is no noise insulation, so hearing people in the parking lot is a constant nuisance. Also, trying to get a luggage cart is a hassle. And the water in the shower doesn't get very hot.

Stayed multiple times and was fine besides some porceleine damage around tub in the smokers room but thats to be expected, only downfall I saw was ten minute walk from desk or vending to room.

The price of the hotel ($70) is more than you should have to pay. The hotel is close to the airport and provides a shuttle but is very unclean and worn down. Throughout the night I had running toilet water which made noise hourly. I recommend finding a more updated hotel at the same rate or higher.

Continental breakfast is next door at pancake restaurant, hotel will give you voucher for "breakfast' you get a plate of scrambled eggs, pile of hashbrown squares, 2Turkey sausage and choice of coffee or orange juice not both just one or other. NO substitutes and no extras. It's ok for an adult but my kids don't like it. So yout forced to buy pancakes and chocolate milk or whatever else from the menu. The hotel needs some upkeep, it's not horrible but not great either, ok for a have to place to stay.

Not Quality. Not even "Inn. " Save your money. We actually had a two night reservation and cancelled and moved out. The entire hotel smelled of smoke including our bathroom. The entire place is in need of updating and remodeling. We were initially given a room that wasn't even clean, and our new room had peeling paint/enamel in the bathtub.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The day I checked in they charged my credit card three times for one night. When questioned the clerk said when I check out two of the fees will be put back on my card. Now one week later I am having a hard time getting my refund to find out they charged my card one more time. Also when trying to call the hotel they don't answer there phone all the time. So if you want to have a hard time trying to get your hold on your card back good luck.

I was very skeptical when I went to quality in for my stay. My flight was cancelled and I wanted a place which provided shuttle and was not that expensive. The cheapest hotel with shuttle services was quality inn. I had seen some bad reviews on trip-advisor so I was kind very dubious. The shuttle picked me up from the airport in 15 minutes. Since I am in the army I was given a 15percent discount which was a plus point. The front desk was very helpful—since they did not have an elevator — he helped me carry my 7 bags up the stair which was very generous and refused to take my tip money. Though the outer view of the hotel is alright — once you get it in you are in for a surprise. The lobby looked very good and was I was very happy. The room was very nice and comfortable. For the price I paid I was pleasantly happy with my room. My wakeup call was on time and I was ready for the breakfast at golden pancake restaurant. Let me tell you the breakfast was really good—it was a hot breakfast and very delicious. Again my flight was delayed by couple of hours and I requested for a late checkout—was given without extra charges.

The room was not clean, lots of bugs and the manager is very rude. I had no complaints until check out when the manager won't put my reward number on my bill then double billed my company credit card because my service truck took up 2 parking spots.

The staff was great! Friendly and professional. The breakfast next door was excellent. The front desk guy helped me with my luggage and also in the morning my car did not start. He was very kind to jump my car. I really appreciate the customer service shown to us by quality inn. I will let all my friends and family to stay in quality inn. The rooms are great, the hotel was clean and most of all the front desk agents were so helpful.

This room was the worst I've ever been too I had to get a REFUND the room wasn't even clean and the service was very poor. Save your money and go to a better place.

Barely running water? This is America? Wow! Not worth it. The shower dribbled on me. Do not stay here.
