I love this elegant place! The rooms are over the top nice! Free dinner some nights, staff wonderful! Very upscale place for economically affordable rooming.

We travel quite a bit, and this is easily one of our least favorite hotels. The weekend rate is overpriced, but we put up with that because this hotel supposedly has a hot tub. Upon arrival, the hot tub did not work. The staff was aware of this issue because it is apparently ongoing, and also was aware that we chose the hotel because it boasted a hot tub, but they were unapologetic at best. This hotel could really stand to maintain the amenities it claims to have (amenities that we, as customers, are paying a HIGHER rate for compared to other hotels which do not claim to have them) and provide decent customer service.

While one lady at the front desk was great, the other was not. One of our friends staying found bed bug in their room and we tried to use points during our stay for one night out of three and where told we could not. Not a happy stay at this Marriott! The Marriott program has no blackout dates, that is not true. They would have still made over $300 with us and saved us one nights stay, and my husband stays at a lot of hotels for his business and military.

Very disappointed in condition of this hotel. You can definitely tell it is twenty years old. The temperature outside was in the upper 90's and we were lucky to get the temperature in our room to 80 degrees. They need to completely remodel this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless it was a last resort or free. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in Branson.

We stayed one night at the hotel. It was good all things considered. The room was nice, and the bed was comfy. There was only one that that was awkwardly placed between the beds and couches, but it was easy enough to twist around. The shower was also weird because it had a class door, but the door only covered half the entrance. The back half of the shower was just open to the bathroom. Not a huge deal, just expect the floor to get a little wet. Breakfast was pretty good aswell. They had the standard waffles, fruit, yogurt, eggs, cereal, coffee, and juice. The staff was super friendly and all in all it was a good place to stay that was close enough to all the great sights in Branson. The hotel was about 18 minutes from SDC.

Awesome hotel and room, we got a room through Priceline and we're impressed. Two room suite that was everything we needed. Lots of USB ports to recharge our devices and plenty of room if you had family with you. The breakfast was hot with plenty of variety. Most importantly the room was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow! This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. I also work in the hospitality industry and work at hotel and I have to say they are doing an amazing job. The hotel was spotless! Our room was spacious and clean and super comfortable. Our every need and concern was addressed in a quick and effective manner. Lindsey at the front desk was simply amazing, super friendly! I was so sad when it was time to leave. My only second thought is with the pool area. It was a little on the small side, but that's not their fault. This is the only hotel I will ever stay in when I come back to Branson.

Loved our room! Not crazy about the shower design (too much water in the floor) and the morning front desk girl with the flower in her hair is very rude with a bad attitude. But the breakfast lady was super friendly and breakfast was good! We also had the pleasure of evening dinner reception and it was good too. We will definitely be back here!

Very clean place and great rate. However, only has a shower with only a half shower door and water went everywhere, and you had to take VERY quick showers. Also, no dish washing liquid in kichen, and pans to cook were awful so burned everything in the middle. Very limited utensils, as well.

Was here for spring break with the wife and kids, hotel was kid friendly, the morning staff were the sweetest group of women by far, very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was very poor, food was cold, and undercooked, just not good. People were literally complaining about the waffle iron that burned everyone's waffles. For this to be a Marriott hotel I am shocked at the low standard of food service. Loved Branson, MO though.

Could have a pet. Wonderful suites. Awesome people. Will always stay here.

Room was clean and updated nicely. The hotel was extremely crowded but still quiet. The only thing that was odd was that there was a half shower door and water got everywhere. Other than that everything was great.

Can't find anything to complain about been here on extended stay, due to house fire! Will probably be here a couple more weeks. The staff is extremely nice, except 1 front desk clerk that works days. The breakfast is great lots to choose from! And dinners at night are good to! They have a pool, hot tub, and work out room! Thanks in advance for the hospitality! Would recommend it to anyone!

The staff is very nice. The rooms are large and well appointed. Two nice televisions. If you've stayed at a residence inn, you won't be surprised by anything. But this one needs some regular maintenance. The door to my room stuck and would have been impossible to open for a frail person. The refrigerator is pretty banged up. (But perfectly functional) The shower leaks. The switches and outlets are old beige models. Location is good if you want access to the lake and attractions. The evening socials/receptions are nice. Breakfast is a good start. You can get eggs, coffee, juice, pancakes and just about any breakfast staple. Most important, the bed is fantastic. I will stay here again.

I always like the sizes of the rooms and have stayed at a Residence Inn a few times in various states. We were told of their recent multi million dollar makeover at this one — — well, I can't imagine what it looked like before because it's still in need of more work. The walls in the hallway looked scratched, our carpet was torn, and a shelf in the bathroom was hanging sideways. Seemed rough. But the bed was so comfortable that I never wanted to ever leave it so I'd definately go back. The front desk was nice and very helpful as well.

Our room looked clean at first glance, but it wasn't. There were dishes in the dishwasher and food in the sink. I guess they forgot to come back and finish, but they also missed some things. A small pile of hair behind the bathroom door, the underside of the toilet seat was dirty and the counter by the sink wasn't wiped. We told the night manager and she offered us a new room, but we'd already unpacked and the sheets looked fresh so we stayed. I said something in the morning when we checked out, but that lady didn't seem to care too much.

Housekeeping seemed to be lacking. There was dirt on the bathroom floor behind the door. We had no toilet paper and no tissues in our suite. Asked for the toilet paper once, and when we returned several hours later, it had not been delivered. There was also some confusion regarding our credit card being on file for extras. Overall, the suite was nice and our room location request was honored, though. Check in person was very helpful and pleasant.

I am in a family of 5, and let me say that we had plenty of room. Little pricy, but Worth it. Staff looked like they didn't want to be there, but were still friendly.

Branson, during the holidays is a tourist trap… hotel was full… but because of the holiday, the staff decided that they should get the day off. They literally dropped off 2 towels, and called it "service". Nothing else was touched by "housekeeping". Not the bed, not the shower, NOTHING! Complained to the front desk, they said… "too bad… it's a holiday". I even asked if I could get some cleaning products to clean my OWN room… again, no. The only response I could get from miss rude (Marilyn) at the front desk was that the manager was off too, and wouldn't return until morning… I would just have to deal with it and wait to talk to the manager after they saunter in at 9. As a lifetime elite member, corporate will be hearing from me. Lastly, the shower was horrid. Evidently, they tried to make it look like a high end hotel, but used cheap materials, poor plumbing and crappy design. No shower door (by design), the drain was so slow that you could only run the shower for 5 minutes at a time before it started overflowing, and also due to this it left lots of scum and dirt behind… then they don't clean it… and expect us to give them more than a 1 star review? One star is generous for the "service" received. Please.

This hotel is very nice especially for an extended stay. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and dishes for a family of 4. The room is clean and very comfortable. We will stay here again.

Excellent accommodations. The room is spacious & modern. The bed was super comfy. We were on the lower level & it was perfect. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Such a variety. I had strawberries & whipped cream on my waffles. The fruit was fresh and not the generic stuff you usually get. My husband raved about the room & said this was by far the best place we have stayed yet. I would definitely recommend it. Plus it was right down the street from everything we wanted to do.

Rooms were clean and well-kept. Shower was interesting as it was contemporary, glass, and only covered half the opening so splashing onto the floor was inevitable. Evening social snacks are nice and the breakfast was good.

Staff is courteous. Rooms were clean. Location is good. Near to most attractions. Actually walkable to "ride the ducks" and other eateries.

I think the hotel is being remodeled or else the review might have been a 3 and not a 4.1. Rooms were nice and updated but the AC control was OLD. I had to keep adjusting it because it could never get the temperature just right. 2. AC at the end of the day started leaking water into the room and soaked the carpet. Reported this to the staff. 3. No AC in common areas. Hallways were hot! 4. Pool was perfect for younger kids learning to swim but there were cracks in the pool wall and what felt like concrete crumbs at the bottom of the 5ft. Pool was open before 0800 so that was a plus, but nota good pool for fitness. 5. Breakfast was good. 6. As a gold status member I didn't feel there was many perks that I have received from almost every Marriott I have stayed. 7. Great location from the main strip but far enough to not deal with traffic. 8. Staff was nice and I enjoyed talking to the breakfast lady.

The room wasn't ready when I got there after 3:30 and it was supposed to be ready by 3. Also, I had paid for a romance package that apparently is setup by some other company instead of doing these in house, so no one knew anything about it because the third party person was off that day. The room was really nice, but the staff could really use help with cleaning the rooms when they are busy. They could use a little training with how to deal with unexpected delays and situations. Even with the delays and scattered staff, the room was really nice and we enjoyed the stay.

We arrived late. Renovation work was completely visible pieces of carpet were laid in hallway but weren't connected and were completely missing in front of elevator. Air conditioning did not work at all in the 3rd floor hallways. According to another guest this did expand to some of the rooms. Pool was hard to access as the entry was blocked so you had to go around to the outside to enter. Pool was dirty and cloudy. Could not see you're feet. According to my husband who is a former Marriott employee the pool should not have been open in that condition. Breakfast was okay. Attended at 830 and continually had to wait for hot items such as eggs and sausage. Room itself was nice and my precheckin was completed online and my requests for extra items had been filled.

I would give it five stars but: 1. It was in a remodel and parking was used by the storage units and the workers. 2. There are perks for being a Sliver Life rewards, none given and had to ask about it then was told person over that it was their day off. 3. Last but final, were is service, had a problem with people playing basketball at 8 am and again after 11:30 pm. I asked the front desk what time are the court hours was told 10 am to 10:30 pm, I went on to explain the problem and was told not on my shift, and no one was playing Basketball in the morning. To the desk that is why I was asking because someone was playing again this morning, not on their shift no one could have done it. Then they went on to say they must had their own ball. I left it alone from this point, why because the night before the ball was over by the netting, after 12 am at night. FYI great place to stay and the remodel is great looking, but the inner rooms are for kids not those who want to sleep in.

This hotel is currently under renovation. We were able to stay in a room that was recently updated and the updates were very nice. The rooms are now very contemporary and the bed was very comfortable. I was very surprised as to how quiet the rooms were as well. The one and only downside to the hotel was the breakfast which I was very disappointed in. The options were very limited and they seemed like they were having a hard time keeping up with all the guests, other than that, I would definitely recommend this place.

Has nice rooms, and a nice little courtyard with a fire pit, but a few major things were wrong. Free Wi-Fi doesn't work.

The room was amazing. The hotel wonderful. The only thing was the front desk lady did not know her job too well but that was small change to how nice the hotel was.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, it is an amazing place to stay. Love the size of the room and the kitchenette is a wonderful extra. I have problems eating in restaurants, so being able to prepare my own food means a lot. The queen bed is comfortable and very clean, the only draw back and it isn't even an issue is that it would be nice if there was a king size bed instead of the queen. But, that is my personal preference. Otherwise, the rooms are amazing and if we should ever travel again to Branson, we will stay here again. Thank you to the kind lady clerk at the front desk. She is very friendly and helpful.

Only problem was connecting to to Wi-Fi after calling their tech support the issue was resolved. Staff was very helpful.

Stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights with family of 6. Easy going and great staff. They helped out any time we needed it and even more. Double suite with full kitchen helped us save more money to spend on other attractions in town. We will return upon future visits to this hotel. Thank you for all you did to take care of my family!

We stayed for 3 nights after Easter. The hotel really needs to be updated. It's worn out and musty smelling. The people running breakfast weren't too interested in doing a great or even good job. The first 2 mornings the one running it didn't believe in drinking coffee, so didn't keep the coffee full. The next lady didn't want to do more than needed, so didn't put out the China cups for coffee. All 3 mornings had terrible fruit that should have been thrown out. They didn't have fresher fruit to offer. The rest of the breakfast items were not great, stale or not fresh. The pool is corroded and needs a good cleaning.

Plenty of space, pleasant and helpful staff, yummy breakfast with a nice variety of choices. Traveling with 4 kids, the pool and fire pit were welcome amenities in the evening.

Thin walls. Got awakened several timesby the room above us shuffling around and dropping stuff. Knew every time the next room showered or used the toilet and got awakened by something crashing outside our door at 6:00 in the morning. Not what we expected for the price of the room!

This does not reach the "Marriott" class I am used to. Run down interior; breakfast absolutely the worst of any Marriott… mold on the bread, muffins old, fruit past it's prime, etc; (we have been to a bunch — Silver Marriott Rewards) The key to our room stopped working before check out time; The hide-a-bed mattress was horrible, even for the kids; The hall walls look like a war zone. Will not be going back here.

Rooms were spacious and clean. A couple stains on the carpet which was no big deal. Staff was friendly.

If you are having a wedding or big event in the Branson area, this is THE hotel to use! The group sales coordinator, Genesis, is so amazing. She has exceptional communication, will drop what she is working on to assist/answer any questions you may have, and is very personable and genuine. Not to mention, the hotel itself is clean and extremely inviting.

Loved the spacious rooms with full kitchen. The breakfast was great, all kinds of hot food and a waffle bar. Warm pool and hot tub. The firepit was nice and relaxing while talking with family in the evening. Friendly staff. THE ONLY NEGATIVE is that they only grilled 50 brats for the evening complimentary meal that was scheduled from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Everything was gone by 7:00 pm. Why only 50 brats for the entire hotel.

The stay here exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and looked great! Everything was clean. The full kitchen was handy. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. I was completely comfortable. I would/will absolutely stay here again in the future when I come to Branson. I decided to join the Marriott Reward program because of this experience.

We come to this RI at Least twice a year. I love Marriott because of its modern look and it's consistency with its rooms being up to date and clean. The room were clean but look a little dated. We will be back next and will try another marriott location. I have stay 384 night with Marriott.

Wonderful place to stay and visit! The staff was wonderful and service minded. The rooms were spacious and clean. My favorite memory was the outdoor fire pit area. Our teens had a swim party followed by pizza and music around the warm fire. It was the end of a beautiful Fall day. Thank you.

Not at all happy with the customer service here. Management has been downright rude to our group. Would not recommend this hotel to groups with children — they seem to have a definite bias against them. Have been to a number of Residence Inns and the breakfasts here were nowhere near what I had come to expect. Old fruit and greasy hot dishes. We will not be coming back here.
