What an awesome course and great experience!

We stayed at a gorgeous condo that was well-furnished and perfect for our family. Highly recommended!

The staff was amazing! Liz and Sheila were definitely verrryyyy helpful! Awesome service and my husband and I had the BEST time! Definitely will be going back.

We arrived early at 3:15 and were told our room wasn’t ready. They took our phone number and said they would call shortly. At 5:15 we came back and were told our room still wasn’t ready that’s why we didn’t receive a call. They then called to check with the cleaners to find out it had been ready all along they just forgot to notify anyone. The golf course was even worse. Goose crap everywhere. You couldn’t tee off, you couldn’t putt, all over your shoes. Just absolutely disgusting. GPS cart called a couple of holes par 4 while the score card said they were par 5. The guy that checked us in was very short with me and only cared about getting his cart waiver signed. The sand traps had 2 feet of leaves in them, looked like they hadn’t been taken care off in months. Plus they were full of rocks and hard packed dirt. Winter rates of $20 maybe but anymore and you are wasting your money with the quality of the course in the winter. We drove 10 hours and chose this course to play from the pictures and reviews but I just feel taken advantage of and over charged. Take pride in your course even if it is winter instead of trying to make a quick buck off of visiting golfers who think you actually still take care of your course.

Coarse was in excellent condition. Par 66 was different but challenging. Little pricey but not to be expected in a resort town.

Clearly the employees here don’t realize that word of mouth can be their best friend or worst enemy. When a local wins a round of golf, that does NOT mean you should be rude to her party and on their case about everything or try to rush them through the course bc they didn’t pay! TERRIBLE SERVICE.
And we only saw the drink cart once in 4 hours!

Great golf course. Water-Trees-Sand-lots of hills — Good greens. It’s a challenge. Even the cart path is interesting and enjoyable. This course is an adventure!

Lots of elevation changes and rolling hills. Some water and plenty of sand. Only downside was flags hard to remove. Recent heavy rains have left some muddy spots. Stuck behind a SLOW trio that took at least 20 minutes per hole. Will be back soon and often.

Nice course, very challenging, even though half of the course consists of par 3's. Accuracy is a premium, with some fairly long holes when playing from the back tees like we did. Bring extra golf balls! Greens were decent and fairly fast. The grounds crew did a nice job of maintaining the course; unfortunately was cart paths only because of recent heavy rains in the area. Courteous staff in the pro shop and grill downstairs. Not impressed with the beverage cart lady.

I am incredibly disappointed with how my guest and I were treated. I have played this course several times and have enjoyed it but this time was different. We had stopped and was going to get lunch when we walked in the employee was very distant. My first guest ordered two hot dogs when he went to pay she told him the price he merely asked about the price as we were told the hot dogs were 25 cents each when we checked in. She took the second hot dog out of my guest hands and said he could only have one for 25 cents. We tried to explain that is not what they told us when we checked in (Also in the email that was sent to me it did not state only one) The employee lost it on us, and she started screaming and asking us if we were racist and that she pays her taxes. We went from talking to hot dogs to the employee yelling at us and calling us racist over hot dogs. We decided to leave and not finish our game. I will not be back as I was thoroughly embarrassed for my guests and myself. We are locals, and we were trying to enjoy a day of golfing not to be called racist over a hot-dog. I would also like to point out my 10-year-old daughter was with me and not something I wanted her to see from a golf course as she has shown interest in learning the sport.

Loved the 2 bedroom condo with the enclosed patio. Plenty of room for visiting and also places to have separate time. Well furnished kitchen, laundry supplies, easy to pick up clean towels and maintenance came quickly to repair wall clock and a light bulb that had gone out. Just can't say enough positive about our stay.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans did not work in bedrooms and a/c would barely blow in the bedrooms. My husband bought three oscillating fans four bedrooms because it was very hot. However the dining room living room and kitchen were nice and cool.

The course definitely deserves it's name. When it's cart path only expect to get a workout walking to your ball & back to your cart. The course is beautifully maintained & the staff is very friendly. We golfed on a very hot day & the staff made a point to check in with golfers to make sure they were hydrated. Expect slow golf in the mornings due to the high number of golfers. Overall it was a fun course to play.

The house's are nice! And the scenery is great! But I would urge you not to be intimmidated or pressured into buying into the time share. Its your choice. Not theirs. Overall our stay was good, and you can tell the people at the thousand hills resort want you to love the appearence! Everything is clean cut and in order, from the salesmen to the sidewalks. And you won't feel like you are in a cheap one night stay hotel room at all.

We had a great experience, our family loved the stay. Some of use played golf, some of us just played in the pool. The condo was nice, beds comfortable, the pan to cook in left a little to be desired. Came home with no laundry which was great. Parking sometime you had to walk a little bit to your condo.

I was very disappointed these cabins were marketed to us as a Cabin Resort. They were nothing more then duplexes built out of Log Cabin material. When I showed up I was sent to a duplex cabin that did not have a grill outside and I had brought my own grill, which they told me I could not use. So I was moved to another location that had a grill outside that I could use. I'm very disappointed that I could not use my own Grill and I had to clean their Grill in order to use it.

We have stayed in the same condo twice. I'm handicap. And it's amazing. The first time we stayed there it was with 2 other couples. And this time we took our kids and grandkids. The condo is beautiful, clean and convenient to everything. My children walked and said. Grandma this is beautiful and it smells so good. We had 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo. With having a kitchen and washer and dryer, you really are saving money. We will definitely be back.

Although we expected to stay in a less busy part of town, our cabin was somewhat tucked away and we found an alternate route to get to hwy 76 without going through most of its madness. The cabin wasn’t close to the clubhouse or the golf course so the separation can be inconvenient. However, our cabin was very nice, spacious, and clean. We enjoyed not doing anything one afternoon and just hanging out in our cabin.

The condo we stayed in was so pretty. Cute decorations, made you feel at home, clean, fun, good size, screened in porch (no mosquitos! ), listened to Patsy Kline and Loretta Lynn on vinyl. Wonderful visit!

Course in great condition. Clubhouse is oddly on and no drink cart or working water fountain. Ugh.

We did not stay here, my husband just played the course. The golf course was beautiful, very well kept. Fairways and greens in great shape. The staff were so friendly. They do offered the senior discount automatically. Would highly recommend the course.

Wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me. No indoor hot tub. Yeah they have them in the room but the water doesn’t fill past the jets so they don’t work. Never ever again. Not to mention u have to drive to the indoor pool. Very unsatisfied. This place needs improvement. Only positive thing is there is enough room in the condos for a family of 5-6. Not really and accommodation I consider worth it since there is no hot tub in walking distance.

Beautiful resort! Great condos, very comfortable and inviting. Our women's group had a retreat here for the second time. They treated us with great service and delicious food.

We had a great retreat experience here. The service and catering of the event was above and beyond. We loved our condos. Great location to go shopping or take part in other recreation.

Thousand Hills is a popular resort destination in Missouri, with a large and varied array of accommodation options, including luxury cabins and condos. For golf minded vacationers, the resort offers a par-64 golf course, which extends to just over 5, 100 yards from the back tees, and includes nine par-3s. Although condos and real estate are much in evidence beyond the course, there are also some pleasantly natural stretches with woodland and open countryside in view.

The condo was not too bad, but there were issues. The condo was clean and the building loked very well kept up. The dining table was broken and wobbling every time you touch it, spelling drinks. We went to the indoor pool to take family swimming and found that they had no towels at pool. There was no note on how to get towels. We called front desk and found that you have to drive to another building to check out individual towels. The swimming pool water was extremely cold and unbearable to swim in.

Check-in was easy and very friendly! We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath condo and it was on the top floor which was no big deal because an elevator was available. Very clean and comfortable! Bed was VERY comfy! Convenient location located enough off the main road that it wasn't too busy but close enough to everything it wasn't hard to get anywhere fast.

One of my favorite golf courses in Branson. Challenging, yet fun. Always in great shape. The staff are extremely friendly. Great food as well. Affordable. GPS in the carts. Highly recommend.

Our family comes and stays in the cabins at Thousand Hills every year for the past 5 years. This year we were scheduled to stay 6 days and on our 3rd day we got a call that a family member was very ill and had limited time to live. I called that morning and talked to I believe Jessica at the front desk and told her of our emergency and that we had to leave immediately and what did we need to do before leaving, she told me nothing just leave the keys, the laundry and the dishes and they would take care of it for us and she would even check on a partial refund for the remainder of our stay. Sadly to say we did not make it back home before he passed away but the fact they were that understanding and took care of everything was fantastic. I finally had a chance to check my discover card bill and they also credited me back the remainder of my stay. This place is awesome and I have and will continue to recommend this to anyone who asks for a place to stay while in Branson. Great job to all involved and my sincere thank you for making our exit as easy as you did.

Called ahead and got a 10:00 T time. Checking in, the staff warned of the approaching rain storm, showed me the radar on his I phone and recommended we push our T time a couple hours. Just come back after the rain clears out and we'll get you going is what the staff guy said. We went and checked out a antique and craft store, got some lunch and returned to the lodge. By then the rain had passed, the staff checked us in, gave us a discount and the key to the cart. The guy had just dried the cart off so it was good. Staff was very friendly, I think most people will respond and reciprocate to smiles and friendliness. You give respect, you get respect. My son and I had a great round of golf, the course was beautiful and awesome, staff was awesome, no pressure from anyone. It had just rained, so yes the grass was a little wet. We both are still agile and can walk, he's 17 and I'm 57, didn't slip and fall even once. I will play here again next time I'm in town and I'll tell all my friends how awesome a course it is!

Its midnight and everyone is still up, because it is so very uncomfortable in our cabin. It's 80 degrees in here. When I called the office to ask about what was going on with the air conditioning he informed me that we were in a heat wave. And the air was working, cabins run between 75 to 80 degrees in the heat of the day. Then he said to not turn the thermostat below 68. We have had it set on 68 degrees for 7 hours, the temperature is still 80 at midnight. We paid over 800.00 to stay here for 3 days just to be very hot. This is our 3rd time to stay here, but we will not be back. I believe they need to upgrade to larger units. When booking people should be made aware of this. This is definitely a deal breaker for us. We understand hot summer, we live down south. However our home is still comfortable with much higher temperatures outside. It's a shame cause we loved this place, the cabins are very nice. This is not how we wanted to spend mini vacation.

This is a good golf course. The grounds keeping is top notch. Always great to play a few rounds on Thursdays after lunch. Hole 7 is a challenge. You will know when you get there. Very clean well laid out.

Just stayed at Thousand Hills with a group this past week. What a great time we had, the Condo we stayed in was just beautiful. The front desk staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. They had a Concierge who was just fantastic, he was familiar with every show, we were pleased with him. My wife had forgotten her computer and we called up to the front desk and they said that they had a public computer we could use, well I can say that we are not computer tech people, but they walked us through how to get signed on and printing of our information. We have found our place to stay in Branson to stay for our group and for our family, Thousand Hills Golf Resort!

In my 6 years of coming to Branson, I have never stayed at a bad resort until now. Grand Legacy is the worst. Room was dated, spiders everywhere, and funky. Adults or children ran on top of us all night the entire week. They even played on the doorbell. Wow. Never will I rent, buy or accept a free stay at this place. I would rather change my vacation dates and wait on an opening at Paradise Point, Big Cedar, or the Grand Crowne. At least I can get the floor request and have some peace when I'm trying to relax. Instead I stayed in a High name low budget Motel 6 which I pay good money for. Bye THR Not recommended : (

Everything here is wonderful. People on here are complaining about things that are honestly under their control. People are paying a lot t stay here and if they want to make some noise then they are entitled to do so because of they are paying for their time there. They are individually owned so make sure you know whag you're signing up for but our place looked amazing and had very modern appliances. I have no complaints whatsoever.

We've been staying in the cabins for about 3 years now. So much better than a hotel, especially if you have allergies. The cabins are nice and clean and comfortable. I don't think I would ever want to go back to a hotel when I go to Branson after staying in the cabin. The staff is courteous and friendly, and the cabins are ready and waiting for you when you get there. They are in a great location just off the strip, but, you still have a wooded area feel to it. Can't wait to get back to Branson and stay in the cabins!

We absolutely loved the cabin we stayed in! It was very nice and roomy, high ceiling that my kids loved. The location is very convenient right off main strip in downtown Branson. Everything was nice and clean well maintaind in our cabin. Also got a chance to play on the golf course and it was the best course I've ever played on. Just beautiful! Carts had a built in GPS telling you yardage to the greens on every hole. I'd highly recommend this place!

Very nice and enjoyable. Customer service was nice scheduling our tee time even tried to get us a discount. Course was in great shape. Bent grass greens roll great so fix your ball marks.

360°of Incompetence. Cabin needed maintenance everywhere you looked. Holes in wall. Filthy carpet. Trim falling off walls. Door hinge on master bedroom completely off. Door handle on heavy, receded type master bath door broken therefore had to slide door in and out of wall, not easy. Much less for 5 days. Water pressure was as depressing as it gets. It barely dribbles out of fancy shower head. Batteries in several remotes dead. Key cards were programmed incorrectly therefore being locked out a day early. People at front desk gave incorrect directions to their own cabins. Customer service was inconsiderate. Would of rather stayed at local motel! Will NEVER return.

Mike at the pro shop is highly unprofessional. I contacted the course to reschedule our tee time due to weather, Mike completely acted like that was an inconvenience to him. After addressing his rudeness with him he responded, "I'm busy, I have a lot of calls waiting and people standing in front of me". I do not feel like this is a reason to be rude to a potential customer at such a popular course. When I asked if I could talk to the manager he said he was him then gave me a number to speak with higher management which ended up being the same 800 number I called which doesn't give the option to speak with higher management. What a joke.

I surprised my husband with a weekend getaway after he returned from a 3 week military training in the begining of this month. It was WONDERFUL! We stayed in a King Suite. It was beautiful, very clean, lovely view, quiet, safe, and very romantic. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend.

My wife and I recently had a baby and needed a place to stay without stairs while she recovered. We stayed for 5 days in a 1 bedroom condo at Thousand Hills and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The condos were quiet and well decorated, the front desk staff was nothing but helpful (even going so far as bring some items I left at the front desk at check-in to me after we had gotten to the condo). Much better than any of the hotels in Branson for a long stay — we used the kitchen to cook our meals and just relaxed and enjoyed our new family. Highly recommended.
