I took a group of 19 to spend 3 days at this hotel it was amazing. The beds are phenomenal. The staff was amazing. Not one complaint for this hotel 5 star rating.

Very affordable worth the money. Within walking distance of lots of attractions.

We've been here since Saturday and we love our room the staff all are very nice the hot breakfast is fantastic.

We've been here several times. The Dutton Inn is one of the best values in Branson. Good prices, the breakfast is good. The rooms are clean. Plenty of TV channels to watch. I recommend staying on the first floor, but both the first and second floors have car access. Additionally, if you opt not to have room cleaning, you get a $4 coupon to spend in the gift shop.

Upon arrival to the facility, we are greeted by to Friendly hostesses. And when we got into the room the room is very clean. Breakfast was a very well prepared breakfast. And check-out was very painless.

The room was clean, the people nice, the free breakfast was good. The cook was friendly and they want to please their guest. We would stay there again.

Let me start by saying I'm the most leary person ever about staying in places that are not chains. I read reviews before I stay anywhere. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived an hour early for check in and we were greeted with a smile. The room was very comfortable and clean with no smells. The beds were older but still comfortable for our 3 noght stay. We opted to go green and received gift shop credits. I would definitely recommend The Dutton Inn to anyone on a budget or last minute.

Staff was very accommodating to our party with a disabled guest. Breakfast was fresh, hot plentiful and tasty. Hope to stay there again on future visits.

No pool. Great rooms. Clean. Friendly people great breakfast. Room 218 shower only has hot or cold water, no in beween.

Most folks don't come to branson for the room. Great staff and good service. Call and ask them to double check the a/c was turned on.

The best place to stay in Branson. It does not have a pool, but is clean, has a fridge, micowave, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron and tv. The staff is very nice and helpful. For each day you don't require maid service. And bring your towels to the office to exchange for fresh, you will receive a voucher for $4 each day. This can be used in the gift shops, and for food treats. If possibe, book you rooms early. They are a very popular Inn.

What a nice stay we had at the Dutton Family Inn! Room was very comfy and the staff was so nice! Friendly and helpful! We will definately stay with the Dutton family again! Right in the middle of 76 and easily accessible! Be sure to see their show at the Dutton Theatre! It was amazing! Such a fun trip we have had! Thanks for the hospitality!

Rooms weren't very spacious, breakfast was terrible. They have few amenities.

I would not stay here again if they were giving me the room for free. Dated & in poor condition. Hard to find. Sub-par breakfast. Lobby also serves as laundry room. Probably only deserves one star — but I'm feeling generous today. Too many other better options in town.

The rooms are nice and clean. Just what you need for a hotel stay. The bathrooms could do with a little updating, and our shower drained really slowly. Otherwise the staff was very friendly. We even got a coupon for not having housekeeping come by. We like our privacy on our trips. It was a nice incentive though.

Good service and pretty comfortable beds I got 2 rooms one the a/c was old and making a funny noise and quit blowing cool air and started blowing warm they came and replaced it right in front of me. In my other room the a/c randomly quit working for a couple hours in the middle of the night. Yes, I understand it was really hot the weekend I was there this past weekend and that its hard on the a/c units but they did not offer me any kind of compensation.

Go here bout twice a year so much to do we walked for ever n didn't feel tired there so much to look at.

We stayed here because we had a free trip from our dealership. It was a good stay. 2 star hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous as was housekeeping. No complaints there. Rooms are average size and beds was comfy. Shower always had hot water. A plus is this hotel is off from the main road so you have that privacy and no loudness.

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and for the price it was a great value. The inn also has an environmental policy so you don't have to get new towels every day. I really liked that. I recommend this hotel highly.
