First room we were put in smelled like pot, second room smelled of pee so bad, I found something crawling on me twice, neighbors up all night stomping around, never again!

Hotel owners are very polite! It was not horribly fancy, but still nice room for what you pay for! Breakfast that is served every morning is delicious! Not to mention location is very close to where a lot of the museums and attractions are! Very much recommend it!

We stayed here last night and the people above us was up all night stomping and banging and the manager wouldn't do anything about it. My wife got woke up at 4 am and was itching and she found a bed bug crawling across her. The website says someone is here 24 hrs a day to assist us and that is a lie. We have called and beat on the door and nobody responds. We paid for 2 nights but we will be leaving and asking for our money back for the 2nd night and finding another place to stay. This place is a joke.

No. Just no! Water leak in the ceiling had made a hole and they said it must've happened over night, but when you look at online reviews you can see that it was there when previous customers had stayed there! We asked for refund within 5 minutes of being there and found a much better place! still don't have full refund and was yelled at by so called owner when I asked about the refund! This place shouldn't be in business!

Nice people working there but someone got into our room while we were gone and went through our stuff.

Don't know why rated as 2 star close to the attractions good price clean rooms with fridge and microwave.

You get what you pay for. Room was "clean" including the bathroom. Floor has not been shampooed for a long time as evidenced my the bottom of my children's feet after playing barefoot for a while. Bed was well made with clean sheets but mattress was worn out and most of the padding was collapsed so springs were evident while laying down. Air conditioning unit was loud and had a hard time cooling during the day. But kept the room comfortable if it was set at 65 24 hours straight. Toilet was leaning to one side but was still easily useable even with a potty training kid.

I love this Hotel Chain. Always friendly, caring and helpful. Thanks so much. They made our stay in Branson so worth the trip. We will be Back. Soon.

If I could give less I would. Great location. Close to everything! Room was dirty! No hot water and water pressure was non existent. Bed very worn and uncomfortable. Asked for clean towels and was asked "didn't you get some yesterday? " Check towels thoroughly as what is supposed to be clean is not! Dingy and covered in hair. If you are looking to relax and be comfortable this is NOT the place! As it is fairly noisy from hearing the room doors slam constantly and lots of walking above you. Parking is limited and people were out front fixing on vehicles. Too many people randomly standing around parking lot area all times of the night to completely feel safe. Will NOT stay at this place EVER again. Great disappointment and unpleasant stay. Would not recommend.

It's old and cheap. If you're ok with that then it's perfectly fine. If you are looking for something nicer then you should probably look elsewhere. This would be a pretty good bet for someone looking for a frugal place to stay. There's nothing at all wrong with it. The reason we stayed there is because it is within walking distance of white water.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Close to several attractions including titanic and white water. Ferris wheel in back yard. Cereal muffins bagels waffles coffee milk applejuice and orange juice. All at a great price. Can't beat it in Branson.

Great place. Been using this hotel for years. They gived is a free upgrade this visit. Thanks great clean Rooms and friendly staff as always.

Could have been a touch cleaner but the people were super nice and very reasonable prices!

The rooms were old towels that match breakfast was hardly nothing the trash was so overflowing we could even throw our plates away and someone they were decided to do construction on the hotel room above us all night long so they're here very good remarks for me.

Fair price for spring break. Great location for attractions. Upon entering the room. Was basic. Very clean. Would come back.

Currently renting a weekly here. A bit more expensive than other weekly rates here in Branson. But they were the only one open at 11 pm when I needed it. Shame on those other hotels. They aren't discriminatory, exemplified by the tweaker that paces back and forth across the balcony 25 hours a day. 3 out of 5 stars. Well done AMVI. Well done.

If I could I would rate this place a negative 5. The experience was horrible. The water didnt stay warm enough to fill a bathtub. The heat couldn't warm up the room. The owner came in saying this is hot air and this is as hot as its going to get. We were just going to change rooms until he refused to get out of the room we were staying in, While my husband was talking to him trying to get him out so I could finish up changing, he still refused to get out. At that point we demanded a refund to go get a different hotel. At that point he tried telling us we were there for 3 days, but reality we werent there for an hour. We got a refund, minus 10 dollars. Than wanted to ask us for change so he could pay us back. Your a business, why are you asking me for the change to pay me back. Never again will I stay at this hotel.

Room was cold with heat turned all the up. Managers said they would be open at eight am and wasn't (even though door sign said seven to ten). The sign said free breakfast and there wasn't.

For the price we wanted to pay. We had a plenty of options in Branson. However we regretfully picked America's Best Value Inn. The room was clean enough, except the floors which looked as though they had never seen a vacuum. The bed was very old. We also had a visit from some creepy crawly friends at night. We killed the cock roach. The water in our room didn't like staying at a consistant temperature so you were either burning flesh or freezing. In the morning, we woke to an angry knock on our door from a man telling us it was check out time. We did not ask for any wake up call… and odd enough, we had a phone in our room that they could have used. I will say that the female staff here are lovely and quite friendly. That in its self is not enough for me to stay again when I return to Branson.

This is not the thing my wife and I expected to see outside our hotel room. You open the door and there is a complete mess. I could understand renovations, but it could be done respectfully and kept clean. Just plan unprofessional. By time WE got in town and saw what we had to look at when we looked at outside the room we didnt have the energy to move hotels. This is just astonishing to think this is ok. Furniture smashed all over the lawn and overing the porch. It could be done in a organized fashion not just smashed and thrown outside. So trashy and unprofessional.

This inn is right off the main strip so its convenient. However, lack of cleanliness was one of the main things. None of the soap or shampoo dispensers worked, nor was any bar soap provided. Not sure where the water heater was located in proximity to my room but it was extremely loud. Breakfast fridge was also very dirty with spilt waffle batter and coffee.

This is a great location, it's close to many attractions. This location has very friendly staff.

It needs to be a lot cleaner. I know it's an older Motel but it still could be kept up better.

It's set just off the strip making everything within walking distance, and white water is right next door.

Clean, easy access to Hwy 76 attractions. Good reasonable price.

I was very pleased with my accommodations at this motel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV (yes it was a tube TV… my God the horror! ) worked and had free HBO. The bathroom was clean, LOTS of HOT water. Mini fridge included. They have a nice pool, I didn't use it but it looked well maintained. The staff, (I'm assuming the owners) were very polite and friendly. For $53 total for my one night stay I cannot complain one bit. If you are judging a motel room by the type and size of TV they have, you better just go stay at the Marriott. If you want a clean, comfortable room that's right off the main strip and in walking distance of many attractions then you can't go wrong with Americas Best Value Inn.

We have stayed here every time we have come to Branson since 1990 have only skipped a couple of years. The current owner/manager has been very easy to work with very accommodating to our needs. We will continue to stay here every time we come to Branson He remembers our names and greets us when we arrive.

Cheap hotel off the main strip of Branson, but cheap for a reason. Breakfast is free but consists of a waffle machine, muffins, bagels, and cereal. Beds are rock hard and bathrooms are mostly clean. The rooms are all non smoking which is nice. However, smoking outside the room is permitted and the have chairs outside the rooms for this. The rooms have some wear on them as the carpets are all coming up slightly and the televisions are the older style. Overall, pretty much what you would expect for a cheap room but not super comfortable and clean.

Room was decent. Reasonably priced.

Old hotel but freshly painted. Our largest complaint was how old the linens and towels were. It appeared they had not been replaced in many years! The location is convenient, but the hotel and "free breakfast" left a lot to be desired.

The owners were great, room was clean, location was good and price was very right.

I've now stayed twice at the Branson Americas Best Value Inn and was very happy with both experiences. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. The Inn is nothing fancy, just the basics of everything that was needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Inn itself is in an ideal location being so very near many of the theaters. We were able to actually walk to some of the shows! Amenities include free parking, free breakfast, free cable TV in each room, free Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities on the premises. The owners are updating the facilities — i. E. Having recently repaved the parking lot — to make the guests most welcome.

ABVI has got to be the best 2-Star Motel in Branson: neat, clean, safe, quiet, inexpensive, very hospitable, and within walking distance of theaters and attractions. In my visits here I have, so far, totaled 32 days, and I plan to come back again. Loren.

This is our second stay at Americas Best Value Inn Branson and we still love it. It is most convenient to all of the shows and area attractions as it is centrally located. The motel has ample free parking, easy to use free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, and free cable TV in each room. There is a convenient self-serve laundry available on site. The owners are very accommodating and helpful whenever you need anything. The rooms are clean — nothing fancy — but all that you need. Tricia, Lorraine and Maureen.
