Our family stayed here for the weekend 7/6 to 7/8 of 2018 its was very good experience the owner was very helpful and very nice friendly person. The motel is very clean smoke free family friendly and the breakfast was awesome. Our room always had nice clean towel & linens. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to avoid the bumper to bumper traffic on the strip because you can take shortcut road to get to hotel fast compared to the hotels in the middle of the strip which we were going to stay, I'm glad we didn't. We definitely comeback here when we visit Branson and definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for cheap but nice place to stay. They have a nice clean pool also. I was hesitant to stay here because of some of the reviews but I'm glad I did. Being a fri and sat night it was quiet and peaceful and got good sleep.

BED BUGS — When we got there it was shady but thought nothing of it. They were doing work on the sealing and had left popcorn on the floors from it in our room. There was trash left from previose people such as candy. Was not clean. Then we decided to check for bed bugs and found nothing in the linings of the mattress. Then we flipped the pillows and found over 3 bed bugs without even looking hard. We told the front desk and they were very polite about refunding us all our money.

This may be an older motel but the owners are so nice! It was clean and comfortable for our extended stay!

The room is good but the air conditioner it's old and don't cooling pretty well. The location is perfect to visit all attractions.

Very close to the strip. Breakfast could of been better but not to bad. Beds were very comfortable. Check in and out took way to long but the guy was very pleasant and very helpful.

The hotel is fine. But, could use some major updates. There is a swag lamp and tube TV in the room. They still use real keys instead of swipe cards.

Prime example of a cheap motel. Stinks, dated and who uses a regular key for a door lock? Money comes in and none is spent of the motel. Good place if your poor. The jacuzzi water didn't hardly move.

If I could rate this place a zero, I definitely would. My family stayed here for one night & when we woke up the next morning, as we were already driving home, we found bug bites on our bodies! My aunt & uncle had none, but me & my 3 cousins who stayed together in the same room all found bug bites on us. Room smelled weird as soon as we walked in. The door was such a hassle to open & the breakfast room was super small & tight.

The room smelled wiered in a bad way, they don't provide any shampoo or conditioner, I asked the cleaning people and they said they had none to provide, but when I went to the office, he seemed reluctant, but did give me a sample bottle of shampoo. Bring your own pillows because the three on the king bed were all small and very thin. The shower is so small the curtain touches you the whole time your showering and I'm only 190lbs. Paper thin walls…

As a nurse, I expect people to behave nicely. Thus was not my experience here. My wife went to check in because she had booked through Windmn Rewards, and was told that contrary to the other hotels we have used, thus one needed to slide our credit card. She attempted to explain that she had already paid through Wyndmn, but they would not listen. Considering previous reviews this threw a red flag and we asked to see the room. We were then basically told not to stay because they did not want any bad reviews. That they were canceling us and we would not be charged. My wife asked for something in writing, si she could send it to Wyndmn if there was a problem, and headed back to the office with the owner. She returned to the car in tears. Seriously not cool!

I was skeptical about this place because first of all, the sign was faded when we arrived. My wife and I were a little disappointed. The staff is friendly and they did the best to accommodate us. They do seem to be understaffed in which they have too much to handle of responsibilities. There was no breakfast. Our room had no microwave. Our room also had no iron. The bed is uncomfortable. The hair dryer had two speeds, but it seems to be the same speed. The shower curtain was nasty at the bottom. The shower space was too small. We had to hold the handle down to flush the toilet properly. One of the towels was dirty the first day we stayed there. The air conditioner was awesome! You pay cheap, you get cheap! The price is great! When we checked out — the open light was on, but the front door was locked and I had to ring the bell. Renovations/remodeling/hiring more staff/being more alert is definitely a must to improve the experience… otherwise, we will never return to this place! The property owner needs to heed these reviews such as mine.

Worth the price… clean, hot water, friendly helpful staff.

The pictures are very misleading the rooms were not very clean they smelled bad and the service was not very good.

Family went for a vacation they was one of the few places that could acomadat the size if the family 7 altogether the joined rooms worked out great for us the only flaw I found was the size of the breakfast area it was tight quarters. But altogether it was a good place to stay on a limited budget.

For the price it was great! Good breakfast and comfy bed. Staff was super friendly! A bit dated but for the price it was great!

Do not stay here. My Mom is in the process of disputing her charge on her credit card that they illegally placed on her card. She looked at the room and was disgusted. The pillows had obviously been laid on for some reason. No shower curtain. Filthy. She told the front desk that they were not staying and the man just looked at her without saying anything. It made her nervous so she left. She arrived home after the trip to find that they charged her card through Priceline. She hadn't even used Priceline! This place is a scam and cannot be trusted. There is no breakfast or other things they list. Its a joke.

Requested handicap room. Then after we pay he tells me they have NO handicapped room or parking. No refunds either. Bugs, air conditioning didn't cool, no breakfast as stated! Had to change rooms to get a bigger door to enter bathroom. Owner made us move all our stuff by ourselves. Lobby no handicap entrance/ramp to enter, no chair inside and he refused to turn the air on. Temp outside was 93! Ordered tickets to a theater. Said they were cheaper and 1st row, center & Handicap seating. Wrong! Three sections of seating. There were 2 chairs for handicap on the other side of the third section. Seeing? No way! Told owner of hotel. No apology.

It was a pleasant stay, the rooms need some updating but were clean. The managers were very cheerful and more then willing to help. The carpets need to be shampooed quite badly.

It was amazing. The best hotel I have ever stayed in! GO TRY IT NOW. Don't let the bed bugs bite☺️ No literally.

This place was terrible, the pics are truly deceiving. Price on website was $51, me, my wife and 2 young children were charged $85 because it was the only room left! The manager was extremely rude, the rooms were horrible, beds were like stone slabs! After we finished swimming we started back to room and we needed towels, looked around and couldnt find anyone so I grabbed 5 towels off the cleaning cart! By the time we walked in our toom, the manager was sprinting up behind us accusing us of stealing towel! He must ave been hiding watching video. I couldnt believe it, who would want to steal tiny see thru towel? Worst experience ever! Worst motel ever!

Very outdated. Towels shot and dirty. TV was tiny. Not sure what's up with this place. Definitely a last choice.

The staff earned the second star, as they were incredibly professional and helpful. The facilities here are incredibly antiquated. I arrived to find a 13 Inch tube TV on a wall mounted stand. The couch in my room had what appeared to be a blood stain on the cushion. Signs of recent water damage appeared on the ceiling. The in room fridge was unplugged, as was the ice machine in the breezeway. The towels provided were stained, frayed, or punctured. For a number of nights, I was the sole occupant, but when someone else checked in, they were placed in the room next door to me. The other review lists this hotel as an interior room hotel, but that was not the case.

Not the most fabulous hotel but I like that the rooms are inside the building. Great prices and you probably won't be spending much time in your room anyway. Has a pool.
