My luggage was stolen in the middle of the day in the parking lot. I was parked up front. They said that I was parked between the security cameras so they couldn’t help me. I also was told by the restaurant staff by the hotel that cars get stolen there as well. We will not be back!

Very nice hotel… nice pool and hot tub… people are friendly.

Stayed here for the first time this weekend. Room was nice and clean. Good breakfast this morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Save yourself the stress! Their billing is complete trash and customer service is not what it should be! So, most of the staff was friendly but the assistant manager was rude and pretty much called us liars because someone there had told us over the phone days before we checked in that they had stoves in the room. We bought groceries before check in to get there and find that they don’t have stoves as we were told. When we brought this to the assistant manager’s attention and asked what he could do to correct the situation, he said that there was no one there that would’ve told us that and said the only thing he would do was check us out. We were there for nationals for my nephew so there were no other available hotels with a room. Additionally, I have been continuously charged for this stay past our checkout without my authorization since we checked out. They have charged me twice for the amount of the stay, over $1200, caused my account to be overdrawn and now I am out almost an extra $700 that was not authorized by me. That is not a small amount of money. No one has done anything to compensate for this terrible drawn out experience which is absolutely terrible customer service. And while staying there, I heard of 2 other guests that had billing issues. Not only will I never stay here again, but I am doing what I can to warn everyone else not to. Don’t do it guys.

Very nice rooml! Cean, big, nice kitchenette, updated TVs in both areas. Location is also great.

Spotless clean, and actually a very comfortable mattress and quiet.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I've stayed here a few days a week over the past couple of months for work, and everyone (especially Tina) has been fantastic. She's given me great suggestions about local places to eat; things to do all the way down to a great local massage place, and has assured me that they will remain stocked up on Halo Top low calorie Ice Cream for my stays in the future. That is my only complaint, after numerous stays I ate all of their Halo Top ice cream for sale at the front desk and it has yet to be replenished. Thanks guys!

They are one of my favorite hotels in the state. There may be better rooms but I always swear by their service. The friendliest staff that always makes me feel at home.

Excellent property. King suite room was spotless and very functional. Digital key worked great.

Stayed here twice; once on our way to OKC and again on the way back. Treated us like family and made sure we were very welcome and comfortable. Great staff! Clean and comfortable rooms.

This place is so clean and amazing, the people who work here are wonderful and friendly! By FAR the best place to stay in the area.

Had a nice stay comfortable bed, indoor pool was nice for kids in middle of winter. Rates were good too and a very good breakfast selection is available.

Wonderful place to stay! Our room was clean, beds comfortable and pool area was fantastic! Only complaint would be there is no micro or refrig in the rooms. However we did ask for a refrig and they put one in our room. And they are the friendliest staff we've come across! Breakfast was great too!

We have been here twice now visiting family. The rooms are nice the food in the morning is nice. The staff is nice. The hot tub in th pool area is good and hot. Lots of places for family to gather. All around this place can handle your hotel needs in style!

I feel I can pay 50 dollars less for a room of the same quality. They are just a little dated and surprisingly not all rooms have a fridge and microwave. I guess if you eat their free breakfast it might be worth it but I didn't get a chance to. The water of the hotel got shut off and I was told 15 minutes before they started working on it so I never even got to shower. The place isn't bad by any means, just not worth the price.

They live up to their claim of being the friendliest hotel in Springfield. Very nice staff. The room we were in could use some work, but nothing too bad. Breakfast was mediocre.

Older hotel. My room smelled like stinky feet when I first walked in. Maybe it was the carpet, but it had a very unpleasant odor. Needs to be remodelled to equal the room rates. No frig. The Wi-Fi was either weak or non-existent at times. I am a fan of Hampton Inns, but not this one.

Great Location. Close to MSU and staff is very nice.

On Friday April 20th 2018. My family and I were traveling and wanted a place to stay the night. As we walked through the front door we were rudely stopped. A Caucasian lady in the front yelled at my family and I as if we were nothing. She snarled if we had a reservation, I told the lady “I’m sorry ma’am, were just looking for a room for the night” she looked down at me and looked up and rudely stated “we don’t have any rooms for you, so leave”. So I gathered my family and we walked out. I looked online and it showed that there was availability, which is why we decided come to this place. That’s ridiculous. I haven’t been treated this way in a long time. To be treated as if I’m anything and rudely shot down and to leave is UNACCEPTABLE. So, the next day I went in to talk to the manager, the manager who was at least some what listened to me just said that she’ll have a talk to the worker. I’m writing this review to let others know how my family, a family of Hispanics were treated and rudely shot down. It’s unacceptable. It’s profound, it’s disturbing. I’m very disappointed and I hope everyone who gets treated like this at this location just doesn’t blow it off. I could have. BUT, this is not acceptable in today’s generation.

The staff at this hotel is fantastic. Super friendly, accommodating, and eager to work with you. They handle groups and my somewhat complicated booking with ease. Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend this. The rooms were well cleaned. The staff was courteous.

Great room. Slept good. Love their beds… breakfast was good! Will be back.

Clean and quiet during weekdays but weekends are another story. They host a lot of young people/teams for various sporting events on the weekends and the evening noise levels increase considerably. Doors in the hallways close noisily and continues until well after midnight. Breakfast area also gets very busy on weekends. Beds need to be updated. My last room had a sagging bed and was uncomfortable to my back. Staff is attentive and friendly. No self-service laundry facilities like some other Hamptons. Be sure to ask for a front facing room to avoid traffice noise from 65 highway. Stayed here a few times in the past but will be looking for alternatives if my stay in Springfield coincides with the weekend.

Very clean and wonderfully warm staff. An easy breezy check in and lots of restaurants close by. My husband and I only stay at Hampton Inns when we travel and the service at this one is some of the best in our many years of Hilton experiences. Did not try the breakfast because we had to be on the road too early.

We try to stay at Hampton Inn and Suites while traveling. Extremely clean and the staff is always wonderful. I like the the all white bedding always so clean and fresh smelling.
