Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Greeted us like we were family. Recommended places nearby to eat. Even accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. Even the other hotel guests were outgoing and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. O, and rooms were spotless.

Great space for working and close to everything southside, less than 10 min from downtown north on National. Always nice to have a kitchen and a separate living room and bedroom.

Great place for an extended stay. Quiet, convenient location, just a nice place to stay after a long day's work.

Half star. I'm not sure what makes the hotels in this area so pretentious… but the be more specific I would maybe have given more stars if I got past the lobby. I moved away from the Springfield area almost a year ago but I still have a driver's license with a local address. They don't accept locals. I was denied a room at 2 a. M. Because a brainless worker I guess thought I was lying. Thanks for nothing. I would wish the placed burned to the ground, but insurance would pay them enough to build an even better hotel… A hotel that is so desirable that they no longer accept any guests. They could sit in the top of their tower and scoff at the the ants such as myself.

Rooms were as nice as I expected. Beds clean, quiet. Bed was a bit uncomfortable to me though.

I worked here for 2 weeks. The staff was nice at first. The work is easy. It's just how the staff treats their employees is wrong and very unprofessional. I was pulled to the side and was FALSELY accused of stealing a 5 dollar tip, when first off I didn't steal it and I wasn't the only one in the room. But they called me a liar straight to my face and kept saying I was lying when I wasn't obviously. Honestly if I wanted 5 dollars I would of just got on my debt card and got it. I have my own money and plus I don't steal. So they fired me cause I didn't steal anything. I honestly don't recommend working for this company.

Pretty nice hotel the front desk staff members were very sweet and helpful. The room was clean and didn't smell bad like the previous hotel we left. Would have been a great stay. Manager wasn't so pleasant.

Fridge is a little too loud. Nice full kitchen, spacious work desk. Pillows are a little soft. Toilet has a perfect view of the TV. Not a great view out the window. Free Wi-Fi. No continental breakfast.

I was there on 2 different occasions, the staff there is the best that I have seen in a long time in hotels. The most friendly and helpful people. The place was so clean and very comfortable. They keep their rooms so cleaned and if you needed anything extra they were right on top of it, you did not have to wait for what you what asking for. My husband and I do plan on coming back to Missouri for vacation next year and this will be the place that we stay at again. Please tell your staff that you appreciate everything they do, because they do a fantastic job, always smiling, friendly, and they go out of their way to make your customers feel very welcome. Friendly and helpful staff with affordable rates and clean rooms.

I've spent several month here for work and it's a solid place. Customer service is outstanding, they will do anything for you. I like the convenience store also, it's reasonably priced.

Clean room with a nice kitchenette. Long term stays only get towels once a week unless you take the dirty ones to the front desk to trade.

Suite is very well stocked with full size fridge, mini stove, dishes, microwave, walk in closet, 2 chairs at the table. Would stay here again if ever the need arrives.

Very clean and neat. Decor was amazing and the place felt like home away from home.

My parents stayed there and I was very impressed as were they with the Place.

I've been staying at this hotel since Tuesday and will be leaving Friday. I've had an excellent experience so far. Rooms are clean and come with a dishwasher, dishes, pots, and silverware. Staff was super friendly and helpful with great attitudes. Hotel has a "market" type thing where you can purchase simple food and toiletries including Advil. Need a crock pot or game board? You can borrow it from the "lockers". From fans to TV trays and dog food bowls… they have it all lol. No breakfast or pool. The only 3 complaints I have are about the room designs: there are no outlets by the bed side tables/lamps. And the tub is extremely slippery. Rooms are not very sound proof. But the staff has definitely made up for all that. FREE LAUNDRY TOO! Also very close to a mexican restaurant/fast food places, and a donut shop. I'm glad Mercy hospital booked us here!

This is a review from two lovebirds who reconnected after 32 years. We found this gem of a hotel as our first getaway. Our room was filled with great conveniences including a dishwasher, the hospitality was off the charts, the little store near the front desk had all things we needed and the cupboard in the TV room had lot of free things we could use if we got into a pinch We plan to book this same room each time we get into town and look forward to being in our home away from home. With great gratitude to the hotel staff, the Lovebirds.

Handy to family. We stay here whenever we are in Springfield. Everything you expect from Candlewood with never a disappointment!

It's a nice place for a week stay. I always pick here because there are some good restaurants and bars within the same shopping center. And Hurts Donuts!

A different then normal hotel. Loved it. Would do it again. Never went to a hotel like this before. Very enjoyable.

I highly recommend this Hotel. It's very, very nice. I think there's most everything here you would need. The staff is awesome! They will help every way possible.

This is a beautiful place. The people that work here are so nice. My bed at home isn't as comfortable. I will stay here again when I come to Springfield next time.

Rooms were tidy, location was far enough out of the way to keep noise low but close enough to easily go places. Very good experience.

I only spent one night, and I got in late, but I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice, and there was a fan to get the air into the bedroom, which my wife enjoyed. I would stay in Candlewood if I needed an extended stay solution.

This hotel is the worst of the Candlewood Suites. I have stayed at many Candlewood Suites in my time and have enjoyed almost every single one of them. However, this one is way below the standards I have come to expect from any hotel, let alone Candlewood Suites. It's clean, but over priced. Most of the staff try to be friendly but come off as they are terrified of you. There is one lady in particular who is a nightmare. She's older and a bigger lady and she is just all around RUDE. I will not be staying at this hotel again. We left early and I was not happy with this hotel at all.

Amazing staff! The rooms have everything we needed for our stay (free laundry with brand new dryers, dishwasher, pots, pans, etc. ) Very pet friendly too!

I got stuck here after trying to head home from school and it was an amazing place to stay!

The staff was excellent at helping us find a room at a great rate while we were going through difficult times with our daughter In cox south NICU. The rooms are clean, comfy and well maintained. We also thought the free laundry was a thoughtful and convenient amenity. Thank you.

This is only the second time I've stayed at a Candlewood Suites. The first time was in a different city I was not impressed. This time I am highly impressed. The room is spacious and updated. Front desk staff was curtious. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved this place! Had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher (with detergent), microwave, cookware and a stove w/ oven! The 2 bed layout was great for our family of 5 (3 kids under 6). The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we were put on the 2nd floor and whoever was roomed below us called and complained about us walking and the kids running around. So try to get the 1st floor if you have young kids.

Awful my husband booked us a room for the 4th of July here and when we got to our room there was only one queen bed so I call and asked for a rollaway the lady said they don't have them so we ask for our money back and they would not give it us they gave us blankets and told n us to make a bed on the floor so we had to go to Walmart and buy an air mattress I will never say here again I don't recommend this hotel go somewhere else and stay.

I had a small issue in the room and spoke with the front desk staff. EXTREMELY accommodating and apologetic. Did EVERYTHING possible to make it up to me and to compensate me for it. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel for an extended stay. The general manager also did everything in his power to alleviate my concerns. Friendly, warm, inviting. The best extended stay in the area.

Great location, very clean room (with fridge and sink! ) for amazing price; less than 90$ with tax.
