Spacious room. Comfy bed. Very good free breakfast. Easy access to/from highway.

Truck broke down. Super rough day. Staff went above and beyond to help. The manager as well as exceptional friendliness and welcoming attitude from clerk keith made a bad day better. Would never stay anywhere else in the area.

Nice place, clean room, feel so cool while in a hot weather. Breakfast is very good, I really like to make a waffle by my own! A lot of options, and fruits!

My room is on 3rd floor. Wanted a snack from vending machine and if I had some quarters I could of got a handful for 25 cents. Only one machine to get anything else and that's on second floor.

I stayed at comfort inn for 4 days and it was amazing Expeshely the breakfast.

Very clean. Staff is awesome! Basketball team went. Comfort Inn accommodated every request. Easy access to Jefferson College and to the interstate.

The stay was nice. It was very clean. Breakfast super yummy. I had a little trouble checking in but Keith the staff on duty helped me walk through it. If I would change one thing it is when using the cleanser or room spray dont over use it. I had a headache because of the smell.

This a very clean hotel in a good location. If you're wanting to stay out of St. Louis while visiting or there for business this is the place to stay. I had an issue with a room and the manager was extremely nice and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. It's located right next to a Hardees that is within walking distance and several other places to eat close by.

Best place and best coworkers everyone there cares about their employees and the customers comfort. Biscuits are amazing too!

Second time staying at this location. Great staff and a great room. Well proceed. Definitely recommend if traveling through.

Good for the price. Clean but still a little dated. A Gas station, Hardee's and Wells Fargo Bank are in the same parking lot and only footsteps away.

I was here for business and spent 2 nights. The hotel and my room were exceptionally clean. The hotel was quiet and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there were several restaurant options nearby. I recommend this Comfort Inn Festus if you are going to be staying in the area.

Breakfast was great! Service not so much. The 150$ deposit was an inconvenience for us. Bathroom wasn’t very clean, but the actual room was very clean. Wi-Fi didn’t work. The bed itself wasn’t very comfortable. Which was disappointing. I expect more for the price.

One of the best stays ever. You can tell they really care about their guests. They take pride in their jobs. Thank. Will definitely be back. Have stayed here more than I can count and always great service.

Staff is very courteous and friendly. Just say good morning and you will get a genuine smile. Breakfast is great. They kept the gravy and sausage topped off and the whole area clean. My room was spotless and the smoke free policy keeps the air fresh. The price is right. This is not give stars for luxury. But is five star value and home away from home.

For a lower price hotel, this one is very nice. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is above average for this type of property. This is the second time we have stayed there and will stay there again.

We got friends a room here when visiting from out of town. Staff is amazing, feel more like family or friends your visiting. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and they make you feel at home. Beds are very comfortable, rooms super clean, delicious food. 100% recommend staying here. Can't go wrong choosing this place.

This is the Cleanest Comfort Inn I've stayed at! When I walked in, the first thing I noticed, was it had a nice, clean smell. Staff was friendly, rooms nice. I'd rate it as one of the best ones I've ever stayed in. They have a very good variety for breakfast… and at at a Very reasonable rate, too! We came back on the following Sunday night, and stayed again. The only odd thing was… clerk was not at the desk upon check in, both times. Had to wait several minutes the first time, not as long on the second stay.

Smoke free and so clean! The staff are very nice! I also thought I lost my wedding ring and the cleaning crew found it and left it on the sink! Can you say Trustworthy.

We stayed 1 night and we paid for the room when we got there. Iricha was at the front desk and took our money. We received a bill under the door in the morning saying that we had a balance and were to settle the bill at the front desk. Keith was at the front desk and my husband showed him our receipt from the night before. He was unapologetic about the mistake. (The employees should look at that more carefully before putting a bill under the door). We have stayed at many Comfort Inns in the past and am a rewards member. The beds were pretty firm and uncomfortable. Would probably not stay here again.

Employees were super nice. The best night sleep w/ the best bed ever. Room was super clean and comfortable. Great experience.

Had a double room. Beds were quite firm but 4 pillows was a bonus. Having a fridge in the room was nice.

The facilities were clean and staff friendly. Beds were too firm for our liking but breakfast made up for that.

It's nice to find a hotel that is as clean as this one. It smells great not musty and they have a full breakfast bar that's fantastic and lots to choose from. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay for the night.

Very clean property. Keith at check-in was super helpful. Requested and received a late check out only to receive a call an hour before normal check-out by front desk unapologetically taking it back and saying no AFTER I had been told yes. Under no circumstance should this happen at any hotel. I am Wyndham platinum, IHG gold, top tier local guide and this has made all the difference in my recommending this hotel as well as my staying there again.

The whole place smells amazing! It smells inviting! The lobby and the room both. The front desk help was very pleasant and down to earth, even at 12 am. I was passing through and stopped to sleep for the night. They had a room available and it wasn't expensive. 88$ plus tax. I've spent nights at some for similar prices and was left disappointed. But not this location. The bed was amazing, the room was cool already, so didn't have to wait for the AC to kick in. There was a microwave, fridge, and tv. All worked wonderfully. The bathroom was clean and nice and not a bug in sight. I will be looking for more comfort Inns in the future. Thank you guys for a comfortable stay.

I wouldn't give it any stars but have to give at least 1 to post a review! We had 2 rooms here and both of the rooms where disgusting! There were used wash rags in one room on the floor! The other room had a dirty sock, wood chips, and other crap that we were stepping on! When I told the front desk lady about it the next morning she didn't even say sorry all she had to say was "I will let house keeping know" really? We were on vacation for 2 weeks and this was our 8th hotel and it was the only one that was dirty and we had already stayed in a Comfort Inn in Alabama! Never stay at this one!

Lived up to its name. Polite staff, great room. Great for spending the night after a long road trip. A bit pricy, but that's to be expected for the quality.

It was clean and I liked that the whole building was non-smoking. Also very good breakfast! Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed in this location last night. The first thing we saw when walking in the door was a cockroach crawling on the wall. While the sink appeared clean, the bathroom floor was nasty — — various types of hair on the floor, especially in the corners. I cleaned the toilet before allowing my children to sit. We didn't walk on the carpets without socks on, and the bottom of my sock was dirty after walking across the floor. If we hadn't been with a large group staying overnight for a tournament, we would have turned around and left. Needless to say, I was thankful for disinfected spray and the fact we brought our own blankets and pillows.

Stayed in a Comfort Inn for the weekend of a fishing trip. Rooms were clean and very affordable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking was spacious and could accommodate boats with plenty of electrical hook ups.

Food was good, excellent service, and I will stay here again.

Clean room. Good hot breakfast, including cinnamon waffles. Bed had a firm mattress which was comfortable. We would stay there again.

All you need for a weekend vacation stay, cheap, great hot breakfast wide variety, clean, staff very friendly and close to the highway we stayed here with my family of 4 to go to six flag its a little further but it was worth it. Will definity come back if I need to.

Very clean and comfortable, I love all the detail that was put into the room unlike other hotels, such as diffrent pillow options between soft & firm. Also the extra stuff provided such as makeup removal wipes and great quality soap. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it. The hot breakfast was really good with waffles, sausage, bacon and biscuits and gravy. The staff was amazing and friendly, they went out of there way to accommodate us. Very impressed considering the price.
