Very clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Double charged on account sorry beds pull out couch was just a spring mattress very poor for price pay for room. Quality of this motel has went down hill sad to know this I attend to complain about this and more elevator is slow only one to use no clear sign to find stairs very dirty carpet in stairway not clean place to stay for price and service internet wont work etc etc this is sorry way to run a business and will catch up with them and loss them business I will not use ever again. Shame on this business make this right.

Was a quiet and resful place. I bieve the young man who helped me last night was Justin and he was friendly and accomidating.

I booked a room online and used my credit card to hold and everything and we were 15 min away at 11 o clock at night and they called and said oh well we were booked up yesterday so we don't have a room for you also very rude on the phone.

Extremely cordial receptionist had me settled in no time. Very polite and helpful.

Was very nice and comfortable most importantly clean only reason for the four star is because the front desk lady was kind of rude but it’s cool it was like 1am we had been driving all day so I could have just been imagining it lol.

The room was comfortable and the location great. Objectively had the hottest hotel shower I have ever encountered.

Staff here are amazing! Rooms are fresh smelling, clean, spacious, and the beds will knock you smooth out for the night. I have not one bad thing to say about the hotel. I don't know what was done, but this was the quitest room I've ever stayed in and the hotel was full every night I spent there.

Really great place to stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating to my family and friends. I highly recommend this establishment whenever in the St. Louis area.

I went to the Holiday Inn for a meeting through my church. There was complimentary coffee, and the staff was very friendly. I was given great directions to the room we were in.

Fine establishment with pleasant and helpful workers. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I have a marvelous view over the valley from my 4th floor room! I have grown accustomed to Marriott properties and this property almost meets those standards.

Was in town overnight with family for a wedding. Rooms were nice and clean and roomy. Staff was very courteous and professional. We got to enjoy the pool as well. Only minor complaint is the elevator, which is in a little alcove in the hallway. People with a lot of luggage coming and going at the same time might have an issue with that. Breakfast was decent and the seating area and lobby are nice. Overall I am very impressed with your location and the quality of service we received.

I'm always treated with the best hospitality has to offer here at the Festus Holiday Inn express. I stay at quite a few hotels due to my career and lifestyle the staff plus the rooms are impeccable!

Very nice hotel! The furniture in the room, lobby & breakfast/leisure area was nice and comfy. We had a whirlpool suite which we enjoyed. Definitely room in the whirlpool for 2 people, even if you're not skinny! :) the breakfast was good, had a good selection and we were even able to get a tray and take it back to our room. We will definitely stay her again. A quick 30 minute drive to downtown St. Louis, didn't even seem like it took that long.

My family needed somewhere to go to stay for a couple of days. We have a 10 person family including a 2 year old. We wanted to stay somewhere that was cheap, comfortable and fun! Holiday inn was definitely what we where looking for and then some.

We stayed here the night before a Cardinals game in St. Louis. This was a short drive away feom the stadium, while not being crowded in city traffic. There were plenty of local places to eat nearby. The room was clean and had plenty of room. Excellent AC unit in the room. Standard hotel breakfast in the morning.

The room was good overall. Bathroom was well lit with a nice hot shower. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the box spring was noisy. Location is convenient near the interstate and a number of dining options.

My family and I were excited to book a room at this hotel in order to see the eclipse of late August 2017. We then booked our plane tickets and a rental car for the trip. Today, three weeks before our trip, the hotel summarily decided that it will not honor our booking because it is "overbooked. " Of course, at this point all of the hotels in the area are full. Our trip is ruined. Presumably the hotel bumped us to make room for someone who offered a huge last-minute payment for the room. Sad to see this hotel choose greed over integrity. Will not be staying at any Holiday Inns in the foreseeable future.

The room was nice. Breakfast was decent. Hair on sheets makes me think they were not changed since the previous visitors. Cleaning staff entered our room on day of check out prior to check out, which seems unethical to me. Also, they have the word "suites" in their name, but do not let this trick you like it did me. Their so-called suites are just fancier rooms. They do not include a separate bedroom, which I thought I was paying extra for, and which I desperately needed to get my kids to sleep. When I told them, they did "upgrade" us to a double queen room, but still didn't get me what I wanted/needed.

Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, this is really just a place for families with lots and lots of children. Because this hotel was built recently, the old-style sound insulation is non-existent. So, what you get is a nice-looking, clean place, but paper-thin walls with screaming kids next door and up and down the hallways. Bring your earplugs or your own kids to drown out the other guests' noise.

Wonderful stay. Nice room. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Worth the price.

We had a great stay and the breakfast attendant (I believe her name was Hannah) was the friendliest and most helpful we have ever met at any hotel we've visited!

I stayed in a two queen suite with my family. The rooms are exceptionally clean, look very new, and are basically aesthetically pleasing. Service was great, breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. My high ratings came from the room quality though — they put a lot of work into minding the details to make the rooms nice.
