Nice Room! Very Nice Employees!

What a super comfortable hotel. Great beds. Lots of room and super clean. The pool and patios are very clean and inviting.

Employees were very friendly. They all made you feel welcomed. Breakfast quick and tasty, rooms were clean.

You won’t be disappointed! Very clean, lots of room in the suite. Comfortable bed. Nice walk in shower. Higher end fixtures and appliances. Very COVID-19 friendly. Sanitized rooms that were sewed upon arrival. Only issue was the refrigerator door hinges were backwards. We paid the same price for a hotel (in two other cities that were NOT Home 2 Suites) and were a let down. We would certainly stay at Home 2 Suites again!

I’ve stayed at Home2 Suites in Muskogee several times and the reason is because there is a man named Jae that works in the Lobby during breakfast. He is by far the most friendly, most customer oriented person I’ve ever met. He always knows what I want before I make a move for it. It’s like he is a mind reader, he is amazing! If I’m staying in Muskogee I’m staying at Home2 Suites! Thanks Jae, you are the best!

Love this chain but tell me why the roll in shower curtain is 6-10 inches off the floor. At least the drain is close.

The elevator is right by pool door. So… water is always by elevators. Handicap parking is further from door than regular parking and non handicap people parking there. Reported and nothing happened. They all stayed parked there. My handicap husband had to walk all the way from the back parking of hotel and our room was in front. They charged me a deposit when I am a Hilton Honors member and have never been charged a deposit from any other Hilton hotel. Sorry… your mini kitchen isn’t worth the better layout and comfort of regular Hilton Hotels. Will not be coming back.

A Mirage Dance Company would like to thank Home2 for hosting us for the Castle at Muskogee event, in 2018. The rooms are amazingly large! perfect for 4 performers to share! the staff went above and beyond several times throughout our stay! Highly recommended.

If you need a place to stay anywhere close to Muskogee, stay here! We've stayed here many times & only 1 employee was less than expected. The rest have been amazing! Going above & beyond their paycheck! All are seemingly waiting to wait on you hand & foot! Its the ONLY place we stay when in town which is often. Great job guys.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bedding is decent. The pool area is really nice and there's a fire pit adjacent to the pool with grills for anyone to use. They have a baseballba court and a fitness center. We stayed 1 night but would stay again.

The staff is super sweet and went way beyond the norm to insure that we had a pleasant stay. Beautiful hotel with awesome outdoor pool! Clean and maintained.

We were only there for one night, but both the front desk attendants were amazing & helpful. Also, they have a very attentive and outgoing breakfast attendant! The room was very nice. The bathroom/ shower was a great size. (My 6'1" husband liked that the showerhead was above his head. ) The kitchenette was a good size for those who are staying longer.

Best hotel in Muskogee! My room was just a standard two queen size beds bedroom as you find everywhere else. However, the room was as one and half larger than any hotel or resort I have ever stayed. The cleanness is superb. Although breakfast was just as average as others, the personnel was very friendly and services were excellent. This was my first time here but I will surely stay here whenever I visit Muskogee again. Highly recommended!

I am so impressed by this hotel! It is immensely clean and the people are extremely friendly and helpful. I was blown away by the customer service. The rooms are spacious and tidy. It even smells new. The bathroom is huge and the bed is very comfortable. The shower has built in shampoo and shower gel dispensers. The breakfast is top notch. Excellent place to stay!

Traveler be warned … This hotel will take your money for goods or services that you never receive. I had booked a stay at this facility. My travel plans were unexpectedly changed due to a death in the family. I had contacted this hotel the same day of the reservation asking for a cancellation. They were happy to cancel the reservation and still charge me for a complete night stay. I spoke with the manager, Heather Cain, and she was not only lacking in empathy and compassion for the situation, she refused to work with me to make this situation right. Rather, I had to endure a ten-minute lecture about how the hotel industry is being cheated by people like me and how terrible it is for her business. I understand that there are likely travelers that find ways in which to cheat the “system” or more specifically “this hotel”, but that seems like a rather large abuse of basic logic to extend that same situation to my circumstance. While I am certain that the facility is nice – based upon pictures and other traveler reviews – I will never stay here due to the way that the staff and the manager have treated me. I have been a Hilton Honors member since 2008 and it is beyond frustrating and extremely unfortunate that there are staff members like this representing what has been a great brand and hotel chain. Fingers crossed that other travelers due not run into this situation from Heather and her team.

Impressive and attentive establishment in Muskogee. I was losing my voice, and they provided me with tea and fresh lemon without me asking for anything. I would definitely stay again!

Staff was top notch shout out to ashely, MJ and the lady who checked us in I can't ever remember her name you all were great. Will deffently stay there again.

This place was fabulous! The property is practically new. (1-1/2 years old). The place is pretty much spotless. I was greeted and checked-in by Ashley. Served hand and foot for breakfast by Jae. Also catered to and our children were loved on in the morning by Heather. A sweet crew of fab folks! We loved the place and the people! The room is different than we have seen before. It's a longer rectangular and with lots of counters space, a large refrigerator, large sink/kitchen area with cookware and dishes and a sitting area. Even though it's geared for multiple night stays, we stayed only one night. I think it may have been the nicest hotel experience we've had in the Hilton family. I'm thinking my wife will be asking for more of the Home 2 properties for overnights in the future. Kudos to y'all.

Nice, new hotel. Beds for all six of us in one room, plus dog friendly — worked out great for an overnight stop on our road trip. Decent workout room, pool, and half court basketball. Friendly, helpful staff. Overall somewhat basic though, meant for extended stays, but was great for our needs — we'll likely come back.

Incredible place. I live in Muskogee and had a friend that spent the week at Home2. The staff is beyond fantastic. Most of my dealings were with Heather, MJ, and Jay but the entire staff was courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. The room was very well thought out. All the flatware and silverware are in the room. Microwave, 3/4 refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher. My new go to place in Muskogee for my for visitors.

I live here but a friend was staying at the Hotel2. I, and my friend have stayed in numerous hotels over the last 4 decades because of work. I've never seen anything like this anywhere short of a resort. Microwave, 3/4size refrigerator, full size dishwasher, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, everything you need for an extended stay. The room in general was well thought out and comfortable. The staff is unbelievable. I can't say enough good about this place. If you find yourself in Muskogee and need a place to stay, give this place the opportunity to impress you. I fully believe they will.

My husband and several others have been staying here for months and the entire staff is AMAZING! My husband has done quite a bit of traveling for work and we've stayed in hotels all over the country. Home2 Suites Muskogee has been the absolute BEST! Everything is clean, easily accessible, and the staff go above and beyond to make us feel at home. I try to come visit at least once a month and it's like visiting family when I arrive. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone near Muskogee. They also have a great workout room, amazing breakfast every morning, grills near the pool and extra patio (very nice and even has a fire pit and twinkle lights… great area to relax and visit with friends or perhaps make some new ones) on the opposite side of the hotel, and a lighted half basketball court in the rear. Pet lovers will be happy to know there is an area equipped with two baggy stations for your fur babies to do their business. There is also a small market with snacks, drinks, ice cream, and even frozen dinners.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. We had 2 nights of large gatherings in the lobby… from midnight until 5:30 AM one night… with both people staying there, and not, and the hotel night staff made us all feel completely welcome. The hotel us new and modern, with a kitchen, breakfast, and plenty if work space in each room. Perfect.

This is the only hotel I will stay at in Muskogee! The staff make you feel like you are family. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The sheets make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Very convenient location — close to good dining!

A very nice up to date hotel. The service is top notch and the pool is very nice.

The snack area is stocked and even has a nice selection of microwavable meals. The gym area is nice and very clean. I was happy to see they have a couple of reserved parking spots for military veterans. Everyone I've met on the staff here is great. They go above and beyond to help accommodate your needs and make your stay better. I wish they had stoves, but you can get a one burner hot plate and skillet at the front desk.
