My husband and I were traveling across Oklahoma last night and decided to stop in Muskogee for the night. I booked a room on Hotels. Com. It was around 1:30am and we were so tired. We walked in an immediately the lady at the front was very rude. And acted like we were bothering her. I told her we had a room booked. She said that she was in the middle of a night audit and we didn’t have a reservation. I looked at the app and she was correct I booked the wrong dates. I apologized and said we would still like a room. She told us she wouldn’t be able to help us for an HOUR. Again this is at 1:30am. She acted like we were bothering her and then when we said we could go elsewhere she said, “well ok then” very sarcastic. This surprises me with all that’s going on with the economy for someone to deny making money.

Stayed here for a funeral and was quoted $84. Saw I was charged $115.86 for "incidentals" while the room was left in perfect condition, bed was even made. Great business model praying on people who are traveling for bereavement. Will never use Hampton ever again.

I accidently left my wedding ring on the shelf above the sink and the staff kindly and efficiently sent it to me.

One of the elevators is out, one of the entrance doors does not work, my room key stops working everytime I leave the room, my room was not cleaned but someone did hang the do not disturb sign in my door (was not there when I left the room), plus the stuff in the picture. Note — this is during a nation wide scare over the Covid-19 virus scare. Businesses are shutting down to try and stop the spread.
I am a silver member in Hilton's rewards program. I almost always stay at Hilton properties but will not be staying here again. Lots of other hotels to stay at close by.

Clean, hospitable, good breakfast, hot coffee, clean towels.

Thank You Hampton In of Muskogee for salvaging my weekend! Here is our Story: Some Friends and I checked into the days in at Wagoner For the weekend. The deadbolt to my room did not work. Property management was not interested in fixing it. My husband and I checked out immediately (and drove to Muskogee to the Hampton Inn) but some of our friends stayed in Wagoner. One friend complained there were roaches in her bathtub while the other ended up checking out at midnight… on night two because the air conditioner quit. Property management once again did not seem interested in fixing the air conditioner and did not offer another room until my friends were ready to check out. They then had to drive two hours home after midnight. Thankfully, we chose to go to Muskogee! The Hampton inn was beautiful and they took great care of us. You can bet that all my friend now know that they should stay at the Hampton in of Muskogee instead of the Days In. Of Wagner!

We (my wife, two kids, and I) were in the area to visit an attraction and had planned on staying at a budget hotel in the area but decided to treat ourselves to something nice with a pool and hot tub. We decided on this hotel and paid double what we had originally planned. We did go to the pool once and planned on going again later. When we were ready to go, we were advised that a child got sick in the pool and they shut it down. I understand that things happen but even after stating to the employee that the pool is the primary reason we were here and had spent more than we originally planned, there was no offer for a partial refund or offer of any sort. Very disappointed that we paid the extra money for 1 hr with a pool.

Rooms are nice! People are nice! Tile in the pool room is slippery though!

Great service, good food, nice atmosphere. The lemon cake was delicious. All in all, a good place to eat when you want something different.

This hotel seems to either be fairly new or recently remodeled. It is very nice inside and is definitely in keeping with the brand. The breakfast is decent, very comparable to other Hampton Inn locations. Usually a choice of one hot egg item and one hot meat item, hot oatmeal, waffles, assorted pastries and cereals and other cold breakfast items. It's nice that it's free. The room was nice and spacious. My only complaint is that there isn't very good dehumidification. The AC keeps the room nice and cold but everything still just kind of feels damp from the high humidity. The bed has been very comfy, if a bit soft for me.

This is definitely not a 2 star it is 4 star for any area. Clean, great room with excellent beds linens everything works. Bathroom perfect. A/C works and easy to set. Check-in quick. Staff efficient. Breakfast is standard Hampton but I was disappointed that the popular items were not kept continuously stocked in both fruit, eggs and muffins. They should fix that and the hotdog and bagel options are my least favorite.

Solid room. Clean and we'll decorated. Gives you very comfortable feel. Breakfast is a little subpar but not awful. Beds are very comfortable.

I am a Diamond Member, which means I stay at Hamptons a lot. This is by far the worst one I have stayed at in a very long time. A) there is very limited handicap parking B) the other spaces are extremely narrow, C) the beds feel like rubber D) the hotel pool doesn't even have a restroom near it so swimmers had to traipse clear into main lobby bringing half the water with them E) several swimmers complained of no towels in the pool area and F) while the front desk staff was very pleasant, she was the only person working on a Friday 3 to 11 shift. She was overwhelmed by the busy check-ins, swimmers needing towels and other guest requests. I will stay elsewhere next time I am in town.

Very nice and fairly new looking. Large rooms, clean. Slept very comfortably. Easy to find. Breakfast was good with eggs an potatoes, waffle maker, fruits, patties, bagels and more… I love that the offer strawberry cream cheese for bagels, I dint care for original and that is all you normally find at the hotels.

Started out good. Bought a drink $2 went back bought same drink and a small kit kat $5?!

Staff was great we had a great visit to Muskgogee.

We arrived very late due to the weather but we were welcomed and everything was great. Our beds were comfortable and inviting. We awoke to a good breakfast and a smiling staff. My rewards status has truly changed from BW & Holiday Inn to HAMPTON INN!

Nice and clean with good beds. Breakfast was sufficient but have had better selection at other Hamptons. Be sure to ask for a room not facing the highway to avoid hearing passing traffic which occurs all night on highway 69. Overall a pretty decent place to stay.

Friendly staff, free breakfast is good. Very clean and not one bed bug! Great handicap accessible. Love the shower and the bed was very comfortable!

Hotel is all updated. Staff was friendly. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good. The usual choice of scrambled eggs with a protein, waffles, cereal, breads, hard-boiled eggs, and fruit.

Room was very comfortable and up to typical Hilton standards. The breakfast on the other hand left much to be desired, all of the bread produc t so we're dried out and stale.

Lobby was nice staff was alright would have liked a bit more assistance.

We stay at Hilton properties alot. This is a really nice, clean, comfy & people friendly hotel. Fresh Yummy & a nice breakfast too. Some of the breakfast are not so good, this one is.

Hotel is a great place to stay. Always clean etc. One complaint. There are 2 side doors but the entrance is on a down hill slope. Terrible for a person who uses a cane or wheelchair.

Great hotel. I'd highly recommend staying here. Rooms are well designed with soap dishes, towel bars & shelves in the bathroom. There's also robe hooks near the shower. Little touches that go a long way. Breakfast area is big, comfortable and it was good. Lots of hot & cold options.

The Hampton Inn Muskogee was a great place to stay. We got there after going to the Castle, swam in the pool, and had a great time. The best part was waking up in the morning and getting a delicious breakfast.

We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Muskogee and I personally have no complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to answer any questions I had and if they didn't know right off, they were more than willing to look it up for me. The room was very clean and spacious.

Nice Hampton Inn. Was in a newly renovated room on the 3rd which was excellent. Still some work on the 1st and 2nd floors. Breakfast was decent and they have evening food and beverages at different days.

I have family that lives in Muskogee and my family and I usually stay at this particular hotel and until this stay it has been great. This time staying would have been alot better if they weren't doing construction on the building. They told me they hope to have the construction complete by the end of the year… they are remodeling the rooms as well… hopefully it will be worth staying at next time…

The only thing less than 5 star was some struggle with accessibility due to construction, but everything we requested was delivered promptly and cheerfully, beds were dreamy, breakfast was creative and tasty. Can't wait to go back when renovations are done!

Good location in Muskogee. Similar to other Hampton Inns with decent rooms and free breakfast. Only thing against it is that they water down the juices at the breakfast bar!

Currently under heavy renovation, hotel is older so don't expect everything to be perfect. It is clean though and reasonably priced.

Hotel was clean, even though an expansion project was underway. Staff was helpful and generous (received free bottled water when I asked if it was available for purchase). Sufficient parking, and close to the sort of businesses helpful when travelling (gas station, grocery, drugstore).

The Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel. The comfort, quality is hard to match. Their pool business center, spa, fitness center, and free Wi-Fi are small but clean and we'll maintained and the employees go out of their way, (well some of them do megan) to make sure your stay is pleasing comfortable and relaxing. Absolutely love them!

The stay was short but enjoyable. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Service is quick and easy. I thought that the service was the highlight of my stay.

Not bad, but not fantastic. It's next door to a nice IHOP and across the street from a big QT gas station, so it has that going for it. The furniture is a bit outdated and the walls needed paint, but as the last hotel on our 15-state car trip, it fit the bill!

I always have a good experience at Hampton Inn but this time I stepped on a roach in my bathroom. I think I will stay at the hotel next door next time.
