The nastiest Marriott name hotel ever. Rude worker, rotten smelling hot tub and pool had no chemicals. Film over the pool and NO ICE in their hotel. Would not refund even though the 40 minutes we were there 30 were to try to find Ice and get the pool opened. They would not refund and the hotel clerk threw the keys we returned down the check in station. This is my hometown and I’m disappointed! Marriott you should check this hotel! Not up to any standard with your name!

We stayed here last night and they say we were smoking in it which is a blatant lie for them to keep 100 dollars. I don't recommend this place because they will lie so they can keep your money.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed there five days and had a fabulous time. Great breakfast bar. There was 12 of us and we highly recommend this hotel. Great employees.

Great place to stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff — good breakfast in the mornings. We stay here on our way to Houston from Kansas City and on the way back home.

4 star… The rooms were nice. Loved the wallpaper. Beds were comfy. Great breakfast! IHOP next door. Sweet staff.

It has unfinished /broken tile in bathroom toilet is all jacked up.

Breakfast was tasty and kept well stocked, staff was friendly, rooms were nice, shower head had good water pressure. Will probably stay there again.

I attended a conference here in one of the meeting rooms. The space was clean and I appreciated the hot coffee and tea right outside the room. The air conditioning was set on stun though, it was miserable throughout the entire seminar.

I attended a seminar here. They had water and coffee available in the lobby and conference room. People said coffee was good. Restrooms were directly across from conference room. The conference room was very cold. I'm not usually cold anywhere, but after 2 hours in there my feed were cold to the bone. The facility was nice and clean. We were greeted at the door and directed to our conference room.

I've never felt more taken care of than at this place! Miss Amanda from the front desk made our stay very happy and fun! Beautiful place with indoor clean pool & Jacuzzi. Free Huge breakfast in the mornings with everything you could want to eat! Can not wait to return.

Great place to stay. Expecially if it's during the Muskogee Renfaire. We stay here every year and they never let us down.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced! Front desk clerk (s) were rude, unhelpful and wanted to argue about not having time to tend to the needs of the guests in the hotel. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

Everything was great but the swimming pool lacked of maintenance and cleaning.

The front desk staff here is really outgoing, helpful, and inviting. Having spent enough time at Marriott properties to sit at platinum level, this might be one of the most upbeat and helpful teams I have interacted with. No problems with the rooms, everything is modern and well taken maintained. Maybe just me, but I appreciate that in the suites, the desk is oriented along the small inside wall instead of the outside; helps with the space. Breakfast was the normal fair, but was missing the salsa and cheese that seems to be a staple at other properties. Location is fine, it is a couple minutes to most restaurants and stores. My biggest gripe is that the coffee service downstairs was only hot in the morning, the rest of the day it was either mildly warm or cold.

Clean, nice room layouts, and friendly staff, but the internet is awful. Poorly designed wireless network with sub par coverage and frequent loss of connectivity to the internet despite connection to a wireless Access Point. Hopefully they improve this.

Very close to ren faire grounds and attendees receive a warm welcome here. Highly recommended.

A pretty standard roadside inn place, a little hard to find the turn in for — it's actually the same parking lot as the IHOP, and easy to drive by on a first pass.

Charles (front desk employee) took great care of us. The room was not ready. So he checked us in onto another room.

Would stay again. Many positives. Friendly staff and quick check-in. Extremely clean room and bathroom. Firm but comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary breakfast wth hot and cold options and fruit. Convenient location. Only negatives were the pool closed at 10 pm and complimentary breakfast only offered scrambled eggs as a low-carb option.

Nice rooms, comfortable and good customer service. I'll stay there again. Wish breakfast was served later. :)

Very nice and clean hotel. Stayed there Saturday night… check in around 9 pm and the staff was very enlightening and friendly. Brakfast was great. This hotel is where my husband stay when we are in this area.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I'm in that area again. They have breakfast every morning it changes everyday. Very affordable prices and worth the money. The rooms are big and comfortable. They also have a pool area and fitness area I didn't explore those area but it looks nice and neat. I would definitely stay here again.

Suite rooms are small for suites, price was ok breakfast was quite good for a free offering. Comfy pillows, average beds.

Very pleasant stay. Front desk clerk was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Right behind the IHOP on the highway and somehow still peaceful.

Amy was really nice in helping me change over from the other hotel I was at. Room was clean and nice. Internet connection was not good and you could hear the traffic outside but I was so tired I didn't care. Overall, a good experience, but what's up with how the water comes out of the faucet in the bathroom? At any rate, would recommend this location to where I was before!

Clean attractive room, friendly service. They recomended local restaurants and surrounding sites and activities. We like stsying with Faifield Inns.

The staff here is great especially Jennifer she was so helpful in the early hours while trying to wake up. Had a great stay, if I travel here again I will stay again.

I have stayed at over 30 or so Fairfield Inns. This is one of the better ones. Friendly front desk staff. He made the extra effort to help us find a good restaurant. Everything new and fresh. No noticeable wear or tear. Room even smelled great.

The place is Great, the staff was even better simply amazing. We were passing through got in an accident, went to ER needed a place to stay… booked via mobile phone, taxi over and the staff did everything possible to accommodate our needs… GREAT experiance.

Wow. Way better than the Country Inn Hotel we stayed at in Tulsa Oklahoma for only $25 more. So fancy! Clean! Smiling employees! Pool was clean! Room was clean! Beds were so comfy! And IHOP is conveniently located in front of the hotel AND you get a discount if you are a Guest at the Hotel! Just show them your room keycard! Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the Fitness room — — — the weights looked tempting.

The pool and hot tub were lovely for our family. Our room was clean and we even had a convenient papa Johns coupon left for us. Got in last minute notice and great price. Breakfast and coffee didn't taste good especially the milk. Room coffee was gross too. Friendly staff and comfortable room.

We just happened to be going though when an ice storm was making the road ahead dangerous. We decided to be safe rather than sorry and stopped here for refuge. The staff was great! Very cheerful and helpful! The room was comfortable and clean. Next morning was no different with the staff despite one of their breakfast staff had called in. They did what they could and made the most of a difficult situation, with so many stopping due to the storm. Good experience!

Room was honestly immaculate. Beautiful interior, comfy sheets. Only problem was that coming in from the hwy was a little confusing.

It was a nice hotel. Located close to gas and food. We would stay there again.

8/17/15. Traveling for 14 hours with our 2 year old we were extremely tired but see small town motels as unsafe stops at 2am. We decided to pay the $94. Oo per night for a 2 bed (price was cheaper than online offer). We got complimentary breakfast and great, QUICK front desk response at check — in/out. When we left we missed our daughters blanket and called back. Eileen said they would send it home to us. If they do I most deffinitly will stay again and recommend and am one happy customer… If they dont send it, at least my one night was well spent for but will be dissapointed with staff… Still 5 stars for great night stay.

I recently stayed in the Fairfield Inn on 6/9/15 — 6/10/15 and woke up to a bite on my hand. After I showered, I returned to the bathroom and found a brown recluse under my towel. Spoke to a doctor and he confirmed that the picture I took of the spider was indeed a brown recluse. Spoke with Fairfield Inn staff and their concern was minimal. They told me "some" discount would be given. My bill just came in and I was charged full for the two nights I stayed. I'm not one to write reviews, but when I have poisonous spiders in my room I feel inclined to.

I stayed here and the room was nice but in the morning I found a roach in my bed. Also when I made the reservations for this room the man asked for a credit card to hold the room for us. I gave it to him and told him I didn't want the room charged to the card that I would be paying cash for it when I got there. We stayed only one night and when I got back home my checking account was docked $150.00. The room was $122.00. When I called about the $150.00 charge the woman told me that was standard procedure and it was up to my bank to give me the money back. I call my bank and she told me that the hotel had to release it before they could do anything for me. I called back and told the lady about that and she got very defensive and showed she was loosing her patience with me. I did not call to start a argument and I told her so. Then she asked me for my card again and that is when I got a little concerned and asked her why she wanted it again. Was she going to charge me again? Then she said just forget it I will try and located it on her own. It took a total of 7 days to get it taken off my account and a lot of stress as I am not a rich person and the $150.00 was important to me. I believe that they should explain at check in time that they would be charging my account for damage to the room and incidentals. No one said a word and the first person I talked to said nothing would be charged to it and that I could pay CASH for the room when I got there.
