My refrigerator does not work. The ice machine is broken. I have one washcloth in my room. I used to love staying at this hotel but now I'm not so sure.

I'm working here in Muskogee at OGE powerplant and this motel is a great choice for people who travel for work. It's next to a restaurant, a massage parlor, and a gas station. The rates are cheap, the rooms are clean, and it's off by itself so Im not scared to leave my boots outside overnight to air out.

Clean and nice. Staff were helpful. Location is in a good area. Also breakfast was great!. Free Honeybun and 8oz cup of coffee. G.

Rooms were clean. Nothing special. Continental Breakfast was promised and they said "no breakfast" 10 minutes later they said they had it and it was literally a few little Debbie snacks.

The room was very easy to book and at a good rate. When I went into the room there were two roaches on the walls. However, the room was clean and neatly put together. The sheets and blankets were nice and comfortable! Before laying down I decided to shower and I didn't realize there were no towels until I was already dripping wet and done with my shower! (What a surprise but what are you gonna do at that point?! lol) Other than that the stay was okay for what I paid and the ladies at the front desk were nice and accommodating!

Its clean and very courteous to its occupants.

I liked it it was roomy and quit perfect for a good nights rest I highly suggest you stay here the Wi-Fi is also fast.

Not a bad place, especially for the price. It looks pretty bad when you first pull in, but the rooms are actually very clean and comfortable. Desk staff can come across as agitated at times, but they are always very helpful. All in all, a very acceptable place to stay.

We love this place, this is always our go to when we have to come to Muskogee. The manager is always so nice and always gives us a good rate. People treat you how you treat them if your nice, they are nice. There is really not a breakfast here but we travel constantly so we always have our own stuff to make or put together. I think they are pet friendly, not sure we don't have one. Refrigerator and microwave in rooms and the rooms are always cozy for us, a little outdated furniture but I don't care what the furniture looks like as long as the staff is nice and they are!

There free breakfast one day was honeybuns and the next was nothing. It starts at 6 am. I checked at 6:15 nothing. I checked again at 6:32 still nothing.

If I could give this a zero star, I would very well do it. However good or bad a place it is, you just can't afford to be rude to any client or customer. From the reviews I read, the place seems to be filthy and unkempt. I can excuse that and would never bother writing a review had I not met a rude, uncouth and foul mouthed night clerk who probably didn't want to be woken up for a room. I think it is a shame when people like this reply rudely when asked about the beds in the room. When we are paying or agree to pay, the least you can do is try to convince your customer or at least don't be rude! We then went to Super 8 which was right near by and had a pleasant stay.

Price online was $47, with breakfast. No breakfast or even coffee was served! Beds were hard.

I called to ask about the pricing and the room. The lady I talked to was VERY rude. I asked how many beds each room had and she responded why does it matter IT MATTERS CAUSE IAM THE ONE PAYING. So I didn't not book a room there. If I'm paying I have to right to know whatever I ask.

Room was clean and comfortable and reasonable rates. Breakfast however was non existent. A box of sweet rolls is not a breakfast selection. I will not be staying at this location again.

I was in this room for no more than 3 hours. I was watching TV and saw a roach crawl across the stand. I got up and turned on the light and there was a roach on the sink. Turned on the bathroom light and you guessed it… another roach! Went to the front desk and asked for a refund and the front desk manager went to talk to the owner and he said not to give me a refund. I told her you've got to be kidding me I was only there for 3 hours max. The coward owner that would not come out to talk to me sent her back out saying no refund. I walked next door to the Super 8 where the front desk manager could not have been nicer. She also gave me a discount. Do not stay at america's roach inn!

I was charged more than the sign in the room says for a room that smelled REALLY bad. Went back to the office to ask why I was charged more than my reservation and the door sign said, and the "gentleman" attending the front desk basically told me that's how it is. Beds were pretty much crap. Maybe the worst continental breakfast I have ever seen. But hey, what do you expect from a hotel with a massage parlor in the back. (yes, there really is).

Horrible place! I booked this place under espedia where it said Dogs were free! I got a call from the owner that if I didn't come over and pay an extra 30 dollars for my dog, he would call the police and have me kicked out! This call came from the Male owner, who was no where to be found when I walked over to pay his extortion fee! His Wife was there and told me how "VICIOUS" my dog was and thats why it was 30 dollars! My DOG is a Doberman who is cleaner and nicer than anyone who works at Americas Bext Value in. The place was also filthy and had BED BUGS! Along with shady characters walking all over outside! DO NOT STAY HERE.

We stopped here and got 3 rooms (family caravaning on vacation). The rooms were clean and with a warm home feel. The people running this Inn were VERY kind and friendly. We HIGHLY recommend staying here.

The physical layout of the property is both good and bad; parking right outside your room. ● Good: easy to load and unload your items from your car. ● Bad: you can hear others doing so if they happen to arrive late or leave early. Fortunately this was not a huge distraction for our visit. ●● SUPER BAD: Wifi was pathetic, a joke really since our room was a good distance form the office. I got as good a signal from the Super 8 "next door". Which was actually further away from us than the office. You cannot advertise "Wi-Fi" and then have such a weak signal. It basically allowed me to check email and facebook once and then completely timed out. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. Room was good but it NEEDS a channel guide! The breakfast was good BUT there were DOZENS of dead insects lining the walls of the lounge area. Not a pretty sight. Someone get that guy behind the counter a broom or dust buster. 5mins and it would look presentable. I realize this may be the "season" for them but there is absolutely no excuse for not cleaning them up before guests arrive to shake down their muffins. A nice surprise though was the fancy hot chocolate/cappachino machine. However, it desperately needed a calibration as the brewed water wasn't as hot as hot tap water. I realize you don't want 110° beverages for children but it wasn't remotely hot enough.
