The best thing was the water pressure, room was okay, customer service should be improved. The first front desk clerk was a nice lady who matched the price from Expedia for 4 people. The second desk clerk didn't want to give us extra towels because the first one listed us as 2 people instead of 4. Since it was a price match it shouldn't have mattered. I had to go buy towels from Walmart. One bed sheet had an obvious cigarette burn. The person next to us blocked 4 parking spots by parking his truck and trailer sideways. We complained to the first front desk clerk and she tried calling/knocking on his door, but he didn't answer so she just said sorry. When we left to buy towels we saw a shirtless man walk behind a neighboring building with just a treeline behind it. Was super sketchy and decided to park farther away from back of hotel.

Very nice for its price. Only complaint is the lack of power outlets.

Overall service was horrible. Room was dirty.

For 4 nights in a row the room next door for what ever reason around 12 am 1pm starts banging on the wall. I finally ask nicely to be moved to a different room, I gave my reason, I got cut off from what I was saying and told "Oh I give warning "… it started early tonight, I have been here for 6 weeks not late not one time with there money. This will be the last week I stay.

Nice size rooms and clean, big TV, microwave and mini fridge with coffee maker in rooms and free breakfast would stay again.

It was decent. Clean room for the most part.

My wife and daughter stayed for one nite. The room was just barely clean, the bed spreads were filled with what would be described as cigarette burn holes, there was no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room, however there was packets of instant coffee in the incredibly small bathroom. The hot breakfast of bagels, and a very old crusty waffle maker made them decide to head over to McD's… They/we will not make another stop there on our next trip. Would not recommend this place at all, sleep in your car and save the money for a cyro appt.

This Hotel is DIRTY. There was hair all over inside the shower curtain. I was not able to alert the management to the problem as I was short on time to go to a wedding. When I called the following the Monday to let the manager know, he was rude and hateful. The other issue was I ordered a King room and was given a double full size room which was inadequate for my needs. There was nothing said upon my arrival as to the changes. I guess my frustration is more of a lack of care on the management level. I wasn't expecting anything in return, but just wanted to alert the manager of the nastiness I had found in the shower. He was horribly rude. And the breakfast was a joke. Bad coffee, juice smelled funky, and granola bars and the like was what was available.

Not impressed at all. Phone didn't work, the stove was broken. Air conditioning didn't work. But they are giving us a new room and trying to make it right. For 300.00$, they should…

Our room felt damp also, we tried to just make due, but we were cold to the bone! When we made a note about it to the staff they accused our son of peeing on everything instead of trying to make it right. Not a good choice. We left that moment.

Door handle opens backwards? Umm ok upon opening the door. Gawd awful smell gassed out through the door. Carpeted floor felt damp and sticky bathroom door handle only on one side of the door. The other handle was laying on the bathroom sink. The couch that was in our room looked like something found on the side of the road in down down Chicago. I would not recommend this place. Spend the extra 30 dollars and get a room at the casino.

Room was okay. They said they served breakfast from 6:30 am to 9:30 am but when I went at 7:30am there wasn't anything there. Hardly any coffee. I paid for this in my nightly rent but couldn't enjoy it cause it wasn't there.

Full of roaches, I'm pissed, they live here and have took over my room. I'm here only one nite. Will never stay again. The owner said they've redone all the rooms, not true these rooms look like they stuck in the 70's. And the flys love it here, theme and the roaches are having a good time.

My husband booked a non smoking room and they put us in a smoking room and when we confronted him the only thing we got was well go buy a candle, after arguing with him about the smell he finally put us in a different room but it was another smoking one. Not pleased at all!

They've got ROACHES acted as if they didn't know about them showed me a room in another building that also had ROACHES Disgusting place.

More than happy with my room! Seriously does not even compare with the rooms in the same price range or that are even more expensive with far less amenities. You get far more than you pay for with a two burner stove top included in the kitchenette making it the first actual kitchenette I have ever seen in a motel not just the microwave and mini fridge which it has that and a coffee maker as well. On top of that, the space of the room is uncanny even for the two beds not to mention somehow quiet even with the highway right there. We selected a smoking room which did not reek of cigarettes upon entering which is a super plus in these types of rooms. You can tell they actually replace the air filter in the heater which in the smoking rooms is a must because it makes a huge difference each day when you wake up and are able to breath (I don't smoke but my husband does and it helps me a ton when the room doesn't feel or smell like a smoking room). There is an awesome flat screen TV that although no rgb connect, has HDMI ports for gaming systems or dvd players, and comes with basic cable channels at 1080p which again, is exceptional for the price. I mean this is the best deal your going to get for the price you pay and if you are seeking an extended stay motel for an affordable rate, this is everything you could want and more! To top it off with a complimentary breakfast, I seriously couldn't believe it; what a deal! Thanks America's Best, you seriously raised the bar!
