So disappointed in this room. We checked in. Hour later checked out. No $ back. The room was something out of a horror movie. Afraid of bed bugs. The outside was gross also. Can’t believe someone recommended this from the town. It was $100 plus.

Great weekend meet lots of great people and the Pool was Awesome. Will definitely be there next year and hopefully many more to come.

I have stayed here several years for bb&bbq and they have always been amazing. Friendliest people you can hope to ever meet.

Rocky and Marinel are such excellent hosts. Stayed there for the first time last year and left feeling like part of the family. This year’s arrival felt like a family reunion. They take such good care of their guests. I can’t wait to go back and visit them again.

We stayed here as a group last year and it was great, this year it was beyond terrible. Upon checking in we were told our total was much more than expected and were asked to pay in cash. When we questioned the manager about it she said she made an error and charged us for 4 days instead of 3, the price was still $50 more and she still wanted cash, we refused to pay cash and asked her to readd the nightly cost to get correct total, which was $150 less than we were originally told. As more of our group arrived, we learned they had the same experience upon check-in. The rooms are very old and outdated. The beds are 2 feet off The ground, ours was king sized, we had 4 mini pillows. The bathroom ceiling is full of mold, the towels are so tiny, some of the guys were asking for safety pins to hold a few together so the towels would fit around them. Maid service took our towels and never replaced them, discovered that the next morning, got out of shower and didn't have any towels, had to use the sheet, turns out others in the group didn't have any either. The pool is beautiful however a very strict no drinks in pool is enforced, we were rudely told by the manager to take our water out of the pool area because she doesn't want to have to pick up our trash, like she has had to in the past from other guests. When checking out we had to wait for her to finish her cigarette outside before she came in to take our key.

This was absolutely horrible… we had spiders in 2 of the 3 beds, told management and she said, '' do you need me to come all the way over there to kill a couple spiders? '. Very poor. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice and friendly owners. The room is really clean and the pool feels awesome. The pillows could use updating and the mattress is a little harder than I would like. Overall though, really great place and good price. Continental breakfast is good as well.

We came in about 8:00 pm. They recommended a really great Chinese restaurant that delivered. The staff is excellent, very friendly, and goes way above and beyond in their service! My daughter was up at 6 am and hungry. The continental breakfast didn’t start until 7. They made sure my daughter had milk for her cereal, so she could have a good breakfast. The rooms were very clean and had all newer essentials. The beds are on the firmer side, so there was good back support.

Stayed 3 nights in April, 2018. Had a wonderful time. Rocky & Nell were awesome. Very accommodating. Most friendliest place we have ever stayed! Clean rooms, great mattress, good Wi-Fi & TV reception! We just LOVE this place!

Did not end up staying . Lady is predejust against disabled people. She told me disabled people need to stay home.

Very accommodating managers. I needed a Jacuzzi tub in a smaller room and they were able to do it for me. It was the honeymoon suite with a heart shaped Jacuzzi tub. My husband and I both fit comfortably and plenty of good hot water. So relaxing! Nice continental breakfast. The bed was hard to me but my husband liked it. I'm partial to softer beds. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is GREAT! It was very clean, the hotel staff was amazing, and the price is great. They were so friendly and accommodating to all our needs. This is the best place we've stayed so far. Definitely coming back!

Absolutely a great American Owned place to stay. Owners & receptionist upon check in know a lot about events in the area. Clean rooms, great breakfast items, will visit again.

Loved this place. Nice and quiet. Great management. Beds extremely comfy. Slept better in this bed than I do in my own bed.

Wonderful and caring owners and managers. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Room had hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and flat screen TV. Clean pool with large area around it with tables and chairs. Great place to sit and read, or visit. As long as Nell and Rocky manage the Inn, we will be back. A great place to stay!

The continental breakfast is really basic with cereal and some pastries. Very basic room that needs updating. The price was good though.

It was easy access, clean with good AC, that worked immediately. Decent sized room with a mini fridge and microwave. All amenities provided with 3 pillows per bed. The pool was clean and easily accessed with an area with umbrellas tables for relaxing and watching kids play. Continently breakfast had a variety of waffles, different kinds of bagels, danish, muffins and toast. Juice and bananas were also available. The fact that there were REAL coffee cups was a bonus. Large Comfortable metal chairs were outside each room, for those family members who might smoke. A trolley which goes to historic downtown Eureka was only steps away. An excellent value for the low, which had already included taxes.

The price changed when we got there location ok.

Room was very clean and the service was top notch.

Just want to say that the people here Rocky and his wife Marinel are as sweet a people as can be they treat you as family and the rooms are comfy and clean it may not be the Hilton but the service is better. If you are planning a trip they take good care of you and keep a close eye for shenanigans and watch to make sure your bikes aren't messed with. When we come back will definitely stay here as long as Rocky and Marinel are here.

Price, newly remodled, vet discounts, super helpful and knowledgeable owners. Easy to get to, well taken care of. Right on the strip. The place was just perfect and we travel a lot. Wouldnt consider any other place when in Eureka Springs.

Stayed here on our Passion play Vacation. Loved the jacuzzi! the folks there were most accomidating. Made us feel comfy and at home… room was well cleaned and the coffee was good. Also gave us coupons for discount at a nearby restraunt. If you're going to Eureks springs this is the place to stay!

Definitely a "no frills" place to stay. No vending machines to speak of — just an ice machine. At least there was a fridge and microwave in the room. No hair dryer, though. TV remote didn't work. Toilet got plugged up. No water pressure to speak of in the shower. Carpet was stained. Lamp shades were nasty (cracked plastic on the insides). No dead bolts or chains on doors, didn't feel secure. Tiny, tiny bathroom. The managers were nice people, but I don't think I'd stay here again if given the choice.

The motel had clean sheets, towels, a coffe maker and a fridge. What more do you expect out of a motel.

I have stayed at the motel once or twice every year for the last 4 or 5 years. All my previous visits were good in that the rooms were clean and well maintained. The older couple who owned the motel were friendly and helpful. My most recent stay was horrible. The floors has not been cleaned, the bathroom faucet had no water pressure, and the bath tub would not drain. There was also suppose to be a continental breakfast. On Saturday morning at 8:00 when I went to eat there was no food, just coffee. I was told the owners son was now running the motel and the food was in his room and he did not want to get out of bed. Later that day I talked with the son and he said the breakfast was out, but not until 9:30. I would have always recommended this motel, but with the sons running it I will never return.

First room (pet friendly) had flees. Got moved to another room down the row. Non-smoking, though it smelled like smoke, fresh smoking. Third room close to the office, one of their "newer" rooms was alright, clean and only slightly musty. It did have an air freshener in it. Staff was very apologetic, but I don't think that they know they need to invest some more $$$ into their business.
