I absolutely love this place… The owners are so amazing they treat us like family and always talk with us… I get it a 5 star :) we will be back next month.

You get what you pay for. Very dated, sheets had stains on them. Room was large, bathroom was tiny. A decent budget room, though the door only had one push button lock, not very secure. Light outside the window is ridiculously bright all night long. Could definitely use black out curtains. Bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Excellent staff, good clean quiet motel. They were very attentive and friendly. Can't beat the price either. Everything is in good working order and looks clean and neat. There is a little patio with a grill as well which is handy. Beds were very comfortable as well. If you are looking for good value on a basic level motel room it's perfect. Family owned, and well kept. I must add too that some issues in previous reviews have been resolved, hot water was VERY hot for us, good water pressure, and I saw not a sign of it ever having bed bugs. I honestly don't think it ever had such a problem as the owners quarters were clean, as were all rooms. Sheets weren't stained, white as could be, and no smoking in any rooms now, totally smoke free which made the room smell very fresh. I would give this establishment a 10/10 rating. Rooms clean, all modern appliances, quiet a/c, no noise from adjacent rooms, spotlessly clean, in good repair, includes a microwave, comfy beds, nice staff, for around $50, it was a great deal. My husband is a sound engineer, so Ive stayed at almost everyone of the hotels and motels here. Including The Basin, Crescent, Country Music Inn, that weird Swiss place, the motel with large pool and hot tub off to side, Best Western, and I have to say these were the most friendly owners and staff of any of them. And probably the cleanest motel of them all. And I liked supporting family local business. Great place to stay.

This was a terrible experience. There were stains on the sheets. The room was not clean. The water pressure was awful and the water was barely hot. When I went to take a shower the knob just turned and turned, no idea where the warmest water was. The shower head was loose. The vending machine took our money and food in the other was expired. I also feel like we were overcharged.

My husband and I stayed here for the second year in a row for Bikers Blues and BBQ 2017 and once again Dave and Gina have taken fantastic care of us. We celebrated our 2nd anniversary during our 10 day stay and we came back after a long ride to this wonderful surprise! They did all this on their own! We can't say enough great things about the friendly service, clean rooms, reasonable pricing and hospitality Dave and Gina provide to all their guests. If you will be visiting the area and need a great little place to stay make sure to give them a call! See you soon and we look forward to meeting your new bundle of joy on our next visit! Just don't stay here worst experience in eureka springs ever.

Clean rooms. Thanks the free breakfast was nothing more than packaged pastries.

I liked this Motel nice clean little place only two stories really friendly lady runs the place.

They have about the cheapest rooms in town and are pretty clean the water pressure sucks put there ok.

Beds were very comfy. A/C was on and cool when we arrived. Location was nice. Close enough to downtown, but far away enough from the crowds. Trolley stop right in front. Rooms were a little dated, but clean.

Google does not allow 0 stars but this property deserved it. We checked in late and were told there was one other room available. When we arrived, the room temp. Was in the middle 90s after a 100-degree day. The air conditioner was running fan only and the compressor would kick on for a few seconds at a time only, unable to cool the room at all. When we called the desk concerned about the AC, they said they had just started it before walked in and to turn the temp down and wait l, which we did. A while later, no effect. So we called the desk again who said they now had no other rooms available, said the unit was brand new, and offered a fan. I asked them to look at our AC and drop off a fan. A staff member knocked on the door, left a broken fan, and quickly ran away before we opened the door only a few seconds later. When we realized the fan did not work properly either, we attempted to reach the front office but the phone was not answered And the lobby door was locked. There is no way to open a window here so leaving the door wide open is the only remaining (and unsafe) option to cool the room. We attempted to leave and go somewhere else, but were unable to find other vacancies nearby.

Clean rooms. I was told they didn't honour AAA, bur their sign says otherwise.

Very friendly and courteous staff. The room was clean and location was in a good spot. We would stay there again.
