They have smoking rooms. Apparently its om if you smome weed in them too. Since the whole place smelled like it. Breakfast sucks. I hit 4 stars but that was an accident. This is a 2 star.

No handicap room what they call the handicap room wasn't very small claustrophobic when we asked for a replacement they said they could not do anything there was nothing available very rude never ever go here again this is the worst hotel ever!

Decent clean but smell like smoke Needs better toilet paper and bathroom supplies But for the price it was OK.

First, allow me to state that I am not opposed to Super 8's. Many to most are updated; this one somewhat. The room was clean and orderly; however, considering the lighting in the bathroom, I found it to be quite dim especially iftn the shower. Speaking of the shower, you may need to shower on your knees if you are taller than me at 5' 8" because my head hits the shower head easily. The bathroom area had only slight rust stains around the drain areas but nothing terrible. Water pressure average, but it gets nice and hot and quickly! The TP is thinner than rice paper it seems, yeah… Beds are some of the firmest on which I have slept. If you sleep cold, you also may need extra bedding. This location is one of the lesser quality S 8's that I have stayed at in the last couple of years. Would I return? Possibly, but I would consider other options for the price point first.

Not to bad. Looks rough on outside but had everything you need on inside. It was clean. Cheap place but about as nice as you can get without spending a lot.

I would've gave it a better review if they didn't have roaches.

If I could give this less stars I would! This was the nastiest place ever! It had dog hair, human hair and mud everywhere! Two different rooms I might add and when I complained and went to get the refund they wanted to charge a " cancellation fee" it's the policy! Are u kidding me! Ur rooms are gross and unsanitary but it's my fault I don't want to stay! I don't think so! They have definitely been reported! Do not stay here!

It was a great experience. Had all we needed for a home away from home stayed 5 nights. It was very reasonable price and they welcome you and you whole family with open arms. Even our dog was welcome.

I reserved a room online on Monday morning… for Tuesday night. An "accessible" smoking room. I point this out so that you understand. It's not like I just showed up and surprised them. They had 24 hours notice of my arrival, and my Visa to hold the room. I check in… and don't immediately go to my room, I chose to go across the street and have dinner at IHOP. After dinner, I return to super 8 Jonesboro and go to my room… and the housekeeping staff apparently had not even touched it since the last guests left. Dirty towels all over the bathroom floor, along with the obligatory dead cockroach. A ziplock baggie on the sink. Trash in the trash can in the room, and a totally unmade bed. I called the front desk, and the lady (a different one than checked me in an hour or so ago) comes to the room with clean bedding to check it out after a 15-20 minute wait. She was going to move me, but as I pointed out… YESTERDAY I reserved a ground floor, accessible, smoking room on my card. Unless they have another one, someone on the hotel staff needs to do what they should have done with this one and CLEAN it. She was surly for a bit, but agreed to clean the room. If this is indicative of this hotels cleaning habits and level of organization… it's no wonder there was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor with the towels. Posting photos taken just after I entered the room, none of the mess is mine.

Last night 1-5-18. Me, My wife and 3 kids ONE ON OXYGEN and a feeding pump blew a transmission behind you at the post office. A good Samaritan took my wife to boom a room the temps were in the 20's YOU TURNED US AWAY BECAUSE WE WERE LOCAL… we had NO WAY HOME 10 miles home at 8p. M. 3 scared, cold and hungry kids and YOU turned your backs on us. We had CASH! we had to find a way to motel 6

Stay here 2 night ago truck broke down no problem clerk was great all in all areas. Had to come back for more maintenance issues company sent crew fax back here. Walk into a total different attitude. Clerk said she hasn't Received anything yet. Call COMPANY they resent crew fax clerk hand it to me and said I could go anywhere that they were full. Should had said that instead if throwing the first one out quite obvious that she didn't want me here. Asked her to talk to my manager she call her and they work out a smoking rikm. But to make this shirt she didn't want me here I been in military over 21 years and contrition over 10 so I can obvious say she had SOMEONE else she wanted in these rooms. I don't pick where I stay and I never stay here again and like I told her I been a customer a long time to take my points I doubt need them.

This is the duck Hunter destination. Really good choice to stay here. Facilities are clean, beds are comfortable, and the pillows are great.

Very nice. After reading reviews of all the motels in the area (we were not pleased with), we decided to give this one a try. It was much better than we expected. If we are thru here again, I won't hesitate to stay.

Nice and clean place to stay. Property seems older but maintained good. Staff is friendly. Very convenient location in Jonesboro. On the main road and restaurants are close by. Enjoyed our stay here.

Staff very friendly and helpful. However in our room the TV did not work (and nobody here knows how to fix it) and the fridge doesn't work. The beds are nice. But if you want TV or need a fridge…

For the price I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. Have genuinely no complaints. The staff were pleasant, rooms were clean, bed and furniture were nice.

Worst management ever! As a person who works nights Its hard to find a hotel that will allow us to pay for one night and use the room for less than a day. We checked in at 4am and was sure to let the clerk know we needed the room until 7pm. The front desk clerk agreed and gave me a receipt showing arrival time and departure for 7pm. However, around 11am we had housekeeping banging on our door telling us to check out. I advised her of our receipt. 20 mins later the housekeeping manager pounds on the door telling me to go pay or get out. To make a long story short. I refused to pay another $80 to stay only 6 more hours and was TOLD to leave. The owner was there and literally refused to talk to me about the situation. The 'manager' refused to talk to me and had the poor girl at the front desk do all of their dirty work. I was never loud or hateful throughout the situation but the housekeeping manager made sure she was! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANOTHER SUPER 8! DO NOT TAKE THEIR 'WORD' AS EVEN IN PRINT ON PAPER THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH! VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!

I recently stayed overnight and wasn't too impressed with the outcome. The room looked like it wasn't thoroughly and normally cleaned, I spotted 3 different baby roaches, and the shower drain was so clogged that water started backing up into the tub. I personally wouldn't stay there again.

Staff is very friendly. Nice well kept rooms. You can bring ur animals like dogs off need be.

My room came with a used douche behind the chair. Which implies a woman sat on the chair and everywhere else. When I picked up the box it had weight to it! When I went to the front desk the I was told by Mallory or Tonda there was nothing they could do and I needed to speak to the manager the next day. Well, she lied. The manager never comes in on Friday. The lie sucks worst than a cleaning lady not looking behind the chair. The owner of the douche was probably a lot lizard since about eight 18 wheelers where parked here. And the room stunk.

It is located near the entrance to Jonesboro from Memphis and it is easy to locate it. The place is dirty and very neglected. I booked with Expedia. I wish I had sought more information since that was the worst night I've spent in a long time. The room was dirty (moronas of food behind the pillows), a trap of cockroaches behind the chest of drawers, a bathroom viejisimo that you don't even wanted to bathe. The worst thing was that the room reeked of cigarette smoke, I have asthma and I was really bad with the smell. The clothes that you wear are pervaded also. The TV made a buzzing if it was on fire, so don't use it. A lot of people talking, entering, going out in the hallways all night. Someone even tried to enter our room, I guess I didn't remember which was his door. We were tired of driving and so we stayed, but I think it would have been better to lose the money and find another hotel.

I reserved a king and was told none available. Thrown into a full size bed. Onviously expected a little better than that being it was done on their website. The shower was a joke. Be aware that the shower head is five feet off the ground. I'm five nine and had to bend awkwardly to shower. Anyone six feet or higher will be massively upset. LOUD hotel even though rooms are internal. Strange to be the case and was main reason I balked at other places. I would not stay here again. I look elsewhere.

Cheap rooms. Got there late at night and the staff was very friendly got our room which was clean and as expected. All and all good for the money.

It was nice and clean. Great fridge in room. Along with microwave and coffee maker. Nice bed. Hot shower. Breakfast could use some improvements. O was expecting more pastries. There was limited cereal and just a few other items.

We call and get rooms and get there and there sold out! Even gave credit card to hold rooms! So pissed won't happen again. Won't be coming back. I stayed here every time I come to Jonesboro but they just loss a customer.

It's a safe place with friendly staff, but it smells terrible. They mopped with a mildewed mop today, and my room smells like old pee (they allow pets, so I'm assuming this is why). The room itself is very well equipped. I have a comfortable bed, microwave and fridge, plenty of lamps, couch, etc. (It's a suite. ) The bathroom looks like a set for a slasher flick. The whole place is an odd combo of old and new, but it's well maintained over all. I'd have given them four stars if not for the smell.

It was a little outdated, but clean, very clean. The staff for the most part was very helpful. We started out in a king room and the air conditioner wasn't working so we had to change rooms. The little gorl who helped us was great. The rooms need to be updated a d the shower needs updated badly, I am 5'7 and had to bend to shower.

I came to visit friends and the rooms were clean and very nice. If I had to stay anywhere I would stay there. And service was very helpful.

Decent hotel. Price is more than advertised. Doors to the rooms are paper thin so when people start to get up you better be ready as well because you can hear everything.

It was a nice stay, room was clean and bed was comfy.

Only a one cause zero is not an option. Bed was so far off the floor you needed a step stool, yet the shower head was so low I had to bend way over. There was a constant beep and when management was told about it they treated us like a liar. When we went to check out they finally heard it, but only because other people in the lobby heard it. They were extremely rude. Unwilling to do anything. Worst hotel ever. Don't waste your money.

Filthy room and charged me for 2 nights when I checked in and I was only staying for one. The indian guy kevin is very rude and so is the next shift lady. The manager is never in and the houskeeping knocks on door even though the do not disturb sign is on door. Will not stay here ever again get a better cheaper room next door from motel 6. I stay in Jonesboro weekly on buisness and super 8 just doesnt want my money so they shouldnt get yours either.

Rooms are mostly clean but outdated. Shower head is made for shorter people not tall people and our tub didn't drain well and leaked all over the floor. The staff was very accommodating though (that's why it has two stars from me and not one).

Excellent super 8 on our stay across country and back. Had plenty of parking for large vehicles with trailers. Room was clean, and breakfast waffles always make the day better.
