Disgusting rooms… We checked into a room for about 10 minutes. The room was disgusting. Found a hair comb with a wad of hair in it on the floor, stains all over the beds, food and candy on the floor, stains all over the carpet, damaged door locks, hair in the sink, and the bathtub had water in it. They tried to give us another room but there was no way I would let me family stay in anything they had to offer and asked for a refund. It’s been almost 2 months now and they still have not refunded our room. We’ve called and spoke with them 2 times and both times been told they would take care of it.

Pretty nice place! Can’t beat it for the money!

Well the first room was tore apart the second room someone was ALREADY staying in there the third room the water in the bathroom will not cut off WILL NOT BE BACK I can say that the front desk staff working was very nice and he tried.

The owner called me stupid 3 times for explaining how this Econolodge is advertised as pet-friendly and that we were confused why it actually isn't. I encouraged him to retract what he said and he took it as a threat, reached for the backside of his waistband explaining how he could legally shoot me with his firearm. Had to find another place. Don't even think about giving this lunatic your money.

Rooms have been updated. But desk was sticky. No remote. Desk manager was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was lacking even for a lower budget hotel.

It was better than sleeping in my truck, it’s off the beaten path located behind all the other motels, the road to get to it was dirt/gravel which we had to navigate around potholes to make it to the driveway, Although “ newly remodeled “ our room smelled like mildew, the “breakfast “ was laughable, the juice … well the “orange flavored water” we actually overheard the manager tell another guest that it wasn’t orange juice, it was orange flavored water… we didn’t even try the coffee… but my banana was nice and ripe…

This place is amazing and the people are so friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Forrest city Arkansas!

Nice room. Comfortable beds. Like new building. Breakfast is light on protein. Safe environment. Excellent value.

For the money we paid and a place to stay to sleep it was great. It was in the very back of the hotels but very lit up and seemed safe. You can tell they place has been renovated. Breakfast had fresh fruit.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location not that bad, somewhat a dead zone for cellular service, but the Wi-Fi made up for that. The room was nice minus the busted lock on the door. Continental breakfast was a bit lacking, not much of a variety. Overall it was okay not great just okay.

Desk clerk was nice and friendly. Room was clean and the complementary breakfast was help yourself starches (mini muffins, toast, waffles, cereal, bananas and strawberries) and juice. Easy to get to from highway and the price was better than a few of the other hotel/motel options in the town.

This Econo Lodge is brand new. The manager on duty is one of the nicest men we have met anywhere. The room was clean and well supplied. The ice machine was outside the vending and guest laundry room. The room had tv/cable, free Wi-Fi, fridge, iron and ironing board, nice bathroom and microwave. Free breakfast, but be early. Econo Lodge was worth the money, for us.

It was nice. Remodeled and nice place to stay. Ill stay there again.

It took 3 tries to get a room that wasn't loud or musty smelling, but we finally got it. It was annoying because it was late, but 3rd time was a charm. The only curb cut out was way at the opposite end of our room.

Clean, updated decor, comfy bed, relatively large rooms… room was exactly as advertised. Location felt sketchy to me, but the motel wasn’t crowded and I had no problems at all. There were like 4 other little motels all around this one. Also, entrance to room from outside. Side Note: It was difficult to find. Google took me down the street to “Sunshine Inn”. It’s actually located behind the liquor store. So don’t turn as instructed, go on down the street behind the liquor store. Breakfast was “continental” (waffle maker, white toast & bagels, bananas, apples, milk, cereal, juice, coffee, boiled eggs, individually wrapped honey buns). Standard amenities: microwave, fridge, TV, coffee maker, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap, alarm clock, etc. Cleaning staff isn’t the most professional. If ppl are shouting outside, you can hear it very well.

Large clean room; quiet. Good bed. Good paved parking but the road to it is gravel w/big potholes. Not a problem for our Ridgeline or any pickup. Looked like a lot of tradesmen stay there.

Fresh Clean Rooms. Nice upscale feel. Friendly service, and security cameras, well lit parking lot for safety.

Great service awesome rooms comfortable beds spacious With fridge and microwave. Bathroom is clean. Big parking area with plenty of light to see.

It was very nice and quiet cozy and great to relax and sleep in breakfast could of been better no body was at the breakfast the whole time and things ran out.

Do not stay here. Indian lady at the front desk was dressed in pajamas and acted incredibly rude. She was really making it seem like she didn't want be there. Customer service and basic professionalism are foreign concepts to her. Actually the rudest manager I've ever encountered. Appalling.

There was a lot wrong. Hair everywhere. Until I found a housekeeper to come and re-clean my room. And she told me the lady responsible for this room quit yesterday. Which was the day before I arrived there. The phone in the room didn’t work. The refrigerator didn’t work. The owners wife wanted me to pay $100 more at my check in time. Saying it was a deposit. And o politely asked, “will I get it back when I check out? ” She went ballistic! And then she followed us every time we came from the room. She also slept in the room underneath ours. Then there were Roaches, in the room. And I stayed with them three nights. I got locked out of my room twice. Asking for their help. It took them 30 mins to come let me in my room I paid $215.68 for, plus the $100 deposit. The guy told me, “maybe it’s the cold weather sometimes it makes the door stick. So when you leave, make sure to leave the heat on. ” I did! But the next day I was STILL locked out! The only good thing about the hotel was the housekeeping staff. The location of the room was kinda hard. But since I’m from that town I knew about where it would have been. There’s no sign that shows you where it’s at. It’s a nice hotel, but it could use some work. Even though it’s brand new.

Incredibly rude lady at the check in desk, because of her I took my business elsewhere. Money spends everywhere you do not have to be mistreated in the process.

The motel was better than I expected, considering the price. I just needed one night because we were driving a long distance. It was clean, & it was either new, or newly remodeled. It was far enough from the highway so that it was quiet. The only drawback was that I did not bring my own pillows, and all night long, I could smell a funny smell of onions and garlic coming from the pillows.

The facility was very clean and nice, also the rooms were amazing and I felt very comfortable there.

Great for price, felt safe. The lady that works there is super rude. Breakfast is a joke. Ho ho restaurant has good chicken wings.

Nice room but girl at checkout desk billed us TWICE! Luckily, we caught it & went back … she refused to correct the error. Said she needed to get permission from the manager, yet refused to call him Thank Goodness, our credit card service dept took care of it. Check your billing people!

Hotel was clean, A/C was cold, shower was hot, breakfast was acceptable.

It is new. I wanted to stop and sleep in a clean, comfortable room for less than $100. It was all that. Clean and off the road, I didn't worry about my vehicle outside. I can't handle odors — none in room. Front desk staff lives there, and were not at desk often, but we didn't need anything.

Not really much to watch on TV and if I were fffff 2 days or longer. I'd go to another motel. So I can watch television and get some decent channels. And for som odd reason the electrical outlets didn't work. So I couldn't plug in the alarm clock. Other than that. The place was clean and slept comfortably…

I love this place about as much as I love my wife I love the free food I love the bed cuz I get to f*** my wife and their mother f***** like a mother f***** but anyway I always.

Was OK, the shower head was already coming loose from the wall. White stains on comforters, bathroom floor unmopped, bed not comfortable, no service in reception area. Breakfast was old and nothing there and terrible. May be new but was already going down hill fast.

Very clean hotel the manager jay is great we was there for 2 weeks and most clean econo lodge I ever been in.

Everything was great, except for a few stains on some hand towels. Building is fairly new so it was very comfortable especially for the price. Front desk was nice and accommodating. Would stay here again.

We stayed here last night, the room was clean appearing to have just been remodeled! The furniture and decor was simple and nice. The walls must not be very insulated since we could hear our neighbors next door! The breakfast here was nothing to talk about, it would be nice if they had some fruit, yogurt or a simple boiled egg. The woman at the front desk was friendly! Overall. I got a good nights rest and the price was good at $64.
