Having traveled all day… Bad experience! No phone in room. I had to contact the Wyndham 800 # to get the hotel's phone number so to call the hotel's front desk When a phone was provided — It was handed to us and told to plug it in myself. BUT the telephone jack was broken! Using my own cell phone… I called the hotel again and again (seven times) but I didn't get an answer. The list of the unexpected kept growing such as knowing we were in a non-smoke room but the bed covers had cigarette burn holes; smoke stained wall, slumped mattresses, big black flies coming into the room from a foot long gap between the floor carpeting and the wall. I had a disabled veteran, a child with breathing condition, and a senior citizen — so bug spray was not a solution. We did not get a good night's sleep knowing that the gross flies were in the room. Ridiculously using towels to try to swat the huge flies! Changing rooms was not convenient because the family was tired and quickly retired for the night. Much more to add… but need I say more? No discount can replace the stressful night and the mental anguish suffered. First disgusting experience in a day's inn. Never again! totally disappointed. I have photos but I'm sure the described provides a clear image. Oh, the pool and continental breakfast looked nice.

We stayed in a King Room, Accessible, and it was a very bad experience. It appeared that, in order to make it "accessible", they took a large chunk out of the actual room. The bathroom was huge, but if I had been in my wheelchair, I don't think I would have been able to get through the room TO the bathroom, as the space was so cramped. There were stained and drooping ceiling tiles in the bathroom, the carpet at the entrance to the bathroom was worn and very sharp edges were exposed. The toilet was dirty and when I first turned the water on in the shower, it was dark. The exterior was run down and there were some exposed wires on the roof, hanging downward. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Cheap room very worn looking. No smell. Pet friendly. No military discount so as usual, no patriotic american stars awarded. Room and most likely the whole town heavily Infested with mosquities. I mean very bad. Took half an hour to kill over a dozen in the room. Went next door and bought some off so after our shower we could spray ourselves and get some sleep. Shower was horrible. Had hotter and better showers in the Army, in the feild! Toilet ran, all night. Water must be free here. Carpet turned the bottom of my socks black. Have had better accomodations on a camping trip!

Room was just ok. AC was very loud. Bathroom was rusty and crusty. It was ok for just one night. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. Go somewhere else.

Standard motel experience, building is old. Not that great but fine for a night.

Health inspector needs to be called in. Checked in and there was mouse poop on every surface and filling the bathtub. I don’t think this hotel should be operating in its current state. We left immediately. For a Days Inn, we didn’t expect a luxurious place, but this is not safe for health. The lady at the check in desk was coughing like crazy and I’m wondering if there’s a connection there.

Could use a little tidying up. Room was not fresh like it had not been used for awhile. Always happy to have coffee and hair dryer. Just back in dark area and did not feel really safe. Lighting not good.

The Sink didn't properly work. The AC unit would not turn on. The toilet would make a constant metal noise.

I'm extremely disappointed with this compared to others I have stayed in. The TV did not work in either room we reserved. They booked us in a already booked room and we walked in on someone in there room. The phones were disconnected. There is a nasty pee order in the carpets. The bathroom shower head was broke so we had to basically hug the wall to shower. The curtains have stains all over them an reak of mold. Only one light in the whole room worked the lamps didn't come on. When I realized the lamps didn't work I went to see if there were plugged in, come to find put every cord anywhere in the room runs to a surge protector. That has blown a fuse.

The owner himself covered the night shift. He was very personal and explained how to get around a trap where you can't pay a toll for where I was going and to avoid it. The room wasn't perfect. There was some damage. I see that sometimes when I stay somewhere that is more affordable. My family enjoyed the breakfast very much. We were late as we had a late night arrival and the owner again was there and made sure we could eat. He didn't have to do that. Very nice.

Poorly managed… girl who was checking in and was extremely patient should be managing and manager or owner? "Your fired" Hope a better hospitality hotel finds out about our check-in angel. Forgot to mention, I was checking in with over 100 guest and management knew we were coming months in advance.

This was the worst place we stayed on our round-trip, cross-country journey. Lamp broken on one side of bed, so no bedtime reading, outlet behind bed, so no use complaining to get a new one. Dead bugs behind chair in corner when looking for outlet to recharge phone. At least they were dead. Obviously old motel. Nice desk clerk. Great, very popular Mexican restaurant attached.

Overall, a decent experience for a hotel stop on the road. Friendly staff, clean sheets. The people at the desk were very friendly. They allowed pets for a fee and did not give us any hassle. The parking lot is well lit and under surveillance. We arrived with to go food but no setups so, we asked at the desk and they were able to provide us some plasticware and some bonus ketchup. There is a bar at the restaurant so there was loud music until nearly 2am on a Saturday. That kept our dogs on alert, but after a long drive we were not as bothered by it. The room felt dated with old carpet, but the sheets and towels were clean and there were no bugs to be found in the room.

Absolute filthy dump. What has happened to Days Inn? They should be ashamed. It was old, water damaged, gym was closed, vending machine didn't work, cob webs in corners, carpet dirty. DO Not stay there. No decaf coffee. I could go on and on. Very sad.

The usual generic room with fridge and microwave plus a comfy chair. Friendly check in. Dog friendly.

The bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom was small and dated. It did not look very clean. I will not be returning.

October 4, 2017 We will never stay in this hotel again! Room 239 is roach infested! The room smelled of mold and the roaches was crawling everywhere! We didn't get any sleep at all, because I was afraid the roaches would crawl on me. We got up at 4:00 a. M. And left. There was no one at the front desk to turn in our complaint. I want my money back from this roach infested hotel.!

Everything I can ask for. The best Days Inn I have stayed in. Clean sheets, clean room, clean bathroom, nice size room and freezer worked too! The girl behind the counter was friendly and helpful; her smile and pleasant personality was the most welcoming and refreshing after a long days drive. Highly recommended. I wish all the Days Inns were like this one.

As bad an experience at a hotel as I have ever had. I cannot believe the two rooms we rented were being offered for occupancy. Both were infested with multiple types of insects and the handicap room had a leaking toilet that was running in the tank and so loose at the floor that it nearly tipped over. Water was actually leaking at the base of the toilet. Both rooms had active, live mold colonies on walls and ceilings, one as big around as a coffee mug. I cannot stress how bad the rooms were. The sheets and blankets were stained with mildew and torn or bug eaten in many places. Keep in mind we had been driving for 700 miles and it was past midnight, that is the only reason we stayed long enough to discover as many things as we did. After being bitten by a dozen or more bugs in a half hour we called it quits and left. To their credit they did void our transaction without any trouble. Seems like they know how terrible their product is and they are prepared for complaints. We however could have used the rest.

Not the worst hotel. But there was mold behind the bed in room 217. Front desk employee was pleasant. But tired. The cheaper of the best and safest hotels.

Good place for a good night's sleep. Comfy bed, good pillows, $10 breakfast voucher for restaurant. Best value in area if all u r doing is passing through.

Ive been here 3 hours. If it wernt for my child I would have been better sleeping in my car. The room is so humid, the carpets, blankets, etc. Feel wet. I woke up on a sweat because it is so humid its absurd. Steam from shower just made it worse. Getting dressed was so much fun. Phone does not work. I could have gone to Super 8 & got a better deal for my money.

The girl at the desk was very rude. She wouldn't hang up her personal phone call when I came in. Sinks and bathtub wouldn't drain. Bedding was dirty. Dead bugs smeared on the walls. Floor had sticky stuff all over it. Pretty expensive for what it was.

I was picking up stranded friends. The room looked nice. They were okay with pets.

Decent place to stay. Affordable pet friendly.

Wow. Very similar experiences and it is 2016 now! Cockroach on sink +other teeny bugs; some guests decided to drag race outside my door from 2-3:30am in the parking lot. I had my 2 dogs with me and brought in a blanket for them to sleep on; I just left it in the hotel in case it did have bedbugs. I did not use the shower either; I just wanted to leave but I did put in a complaint and waiting for GM to call me so I can get comped for the night. I had a 8+ hr drive the next day with very little sleep. I can't even remember the last time I stayed in a motel and saw bugs. There are a few hotels on Holiday DR so I would suggest those. Even though Days Inn takes pets, it was not worth it. Also, you are right. Breakfast isn't free; They give you a $5 voucher towards breakfast at the restaurant.

I'm not sure if it was the pet friendly room or if all were the same, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than one day. I'm not very snooty so having an outdated tube TV wasn't a deterrent. The bed seemed clean enough but I ended up being covered in bites the next day at our final stop. I opted not to use the shower either. We only stopped here because it was pet friendly and really was the only place we could stop on the trip without driving more. If you can find somewhere else, keep going.
