Primm — past it’s prime. Stayed here on way to Palm Springs. Had our dog with us, so got the very old, dirty section of hotel. Carpets are filthy, dire need of paint. Blood fingerprints on curtains. $140 for the night. After speaking with front desk, got renovated room. Felt safer, and better about the stay. A commercial carpet cleaner and a painter on staff would do wonders for this place.

I have never stayed in a more disgusting place…. We check in and she tells us, we will see if I have a room. I told her I had a reservation and she says that is just a maybe and not a promise of a room 😂 Fire exit doors propped open down the dirty hall we stayed in. I thought we were in a haunted house experience… but that would have probably been cleaner When you walk in to your room and there is a charger from the last guest laying on the table, that tells you how the rest of the stay is. The counters had marker all over it, French fries in the window, garbage on the night stand and what looks like red wig hair from the charge by hour tenant before. There was drippings of what looked like blood on the bottom shelf of the night stand. I didn’t dare take my shoes off due to the dirt all over the floors. No wash clothes, no place to hang shower towel. There was a toll of toilet paper that had maybe 1/4 left and no other to replenish. If we hadn’t been so dead tired, we would have left but there’s nowhere else to stay. I wrapped all my clothes up and pray we don’t take bed bugs with us. I’ll be contacting corporate because I’m not sure those rooms have been cleaned since they first opened and certainly shouldn’t be open anymore 🤮🤢

The casino was cool. I’m not really into blowing hard earned money on slots. I was out of state for work & someone had mentioned that if I knew that Bonnie & Clyde’s car was in there & I’ve always wanted to see it.

Service is getting worse and worse and rooms are not getting the attention they need! Carpets are always dirty! Request are not filled!

Very clean rooms are nice they have a great area to hang out by the pool and also in the grass area. I like it very much.

could care less. It takes a manager the next day that we are supposed to call for a refund.

I want to keep this a positive review. I felt that the casino and hotel was very clean. Covid has taken it toll on the business. Some of the staff at check in were not very friendly. Our server at the restaurant was very nice. The food at restaurant was not very good. We had the Fried Chicken dinner. The chicken tasted like it was store bought frozen chicken. The mash potatoes and veggies were cold. I felt that $21 for this plate was over priced. We decided not to have breakfast there.

They need to really clean their rooms properly, The cleaning staff are just trash. There was a meth pipe and old fingernail in my room before I even got to pack. I keep trying to give primm a chance but the only thing they do better then vegas is give you a choice of smoking rooms…

Terrible terrible experience. I had trouble on the road so I arrived late but I called to confirm I would be checking in late and I was told there'd be no problem. 1. Upon arrival I was immediately told they are full and rooms are first come first serve, so I now needed to go across the street to park & stay at whiskey Pete, regardless of what I had paid for. Gave me 2 keys & sent me off. 2. The room was easy to find BUT had no toilet paper & as I am calling housekeeping a few cockroaches were spotted. My husband excused them saying maybe due to covid19 the buildings are somewhat abandoned. I called to get help & the buildings are under-staffed & to move me took about 1 hour & Mr. Max, Head of security came to escort us to open the "new room" but none of his keys opened the door so it's 3 am & we are all in the hallway carrying our stuff as best as we could waiting for more "master" keys to open our room. Other guests are now approaching & roaming looking for help with roaches & unsanitized rooms! This is all unacceptable & there is NOBODY to help at front desk or anywhere.

RUDE restaurant employee! No management on staff to address our complaint. There are plenty of other hotels and restaurants that want our business that take care of their customers.

We rented 2 adjoining rooms and the adjoining door will not open. Rooms are filthy. The bathrooms are disgusting, not sure how long it's been since the toilets have been cleaned. Trash left from previous guests. Refunds were not an option. I wouldn't let my dog stay here. Save yourself some trouble and book somewhere else.

We were not impressed by this hotel. No coffee in the room, room was dirty, lady who checked us in was rude, most food areas closed etc.

No one is cleaning the slot machines. They are not taking the VID 19 serious. Table games are 25 dollars WTF.

Great food. Large rooms with excellent layout of furniture in rooms. Safes for valuables. Convenient to Vegas. Will definitely return. Instead of going into Vegas to spend night.

Its available I like the place but due to pandemic its creepy seen the place empty. But nice rooms good price friendly staff.

Decent place. They do need to have people maintain the public areas a bit better. The floor was flooded between the casino and the Outlets. Otherwise a decent place to stop off from California.

This place is great been coming here for over 20 years. Have seen it just improved a lot more in these last couple of years. The staff are so friendly here they just make you feel like you are family. Who doesn't like to come and have a great weekend and make some extra money. Great concerts and entertainment steakhouses great.

Love this place. Only been to Primm Valley Casino, not Buffalo Bills. Only gambled in the casino on slots, no resort rooms yet. I always come out winning something, even if just a few dollars up from where I started. They always send me really great offers for free play and comp rooms. Staff is always extremely friendly, cocktail waitress frequently checks in, and dealers keep things lively. Last time I was at the high rollers area when one of the dealers was laughing and encouraging the guest. He was hilarious! Got brave this last time and tried a high roller $5 machine, and won $1100! Only put in $100 to start. I always look forward to stopping here on my way out of Vegas and Nevada.

This casino is at the state's border with California and Nevada. I like the casino. From what I could see, it seems to have a great pool! The casino games are mostly new. Good service. Lots of parking and a parking structure. Bathrooms are well stocked and clean. I like that the casino is adjacent to the outlets in Primm. It gives it a better experience in my opinion. Overall I like this casino and will come back soon.

I always stop at Whiskey Pete's when I travel back and forth to California and I've reviewed them already but this last trip I took this past weekend I had some business to take care of at Prim Valley resort. It was actually the first time I had been to Buffalo Bill's. I was quite impressed. I liked it. Great assortment of slot machines and the layout was visually appealing. I couldn't stay very long but I can say this, on my next trip I'm definitely stopping by there.

This group of casino is one of my favorite places to get away. Between the 3 casino's very good food options and gaming options. Players Club cards honored at all 3 casinos. Rooms reasonably priced and house staff very good. Great places for those who prefer to game more although there are concerts and other events on a regular basis.

Love to stay at the Primm to me it is the cleanest Hotel. It has multiple places to eat, you're close to the mall. They have really good machines to play on. The pool is nice and clean and the employees are very friendly.

If you're traveling to Las Vegas, you might as well stay here it is a great Hotel Casino why travel any further! We ate at the restaurant and the waiter was extremely attentive and friendly! He is definitely the picture of the waiter!

Very worn out hotel. Seems like no upgrades or repairs were done for quite some time. Was ok for just one night. The room was clean. Nice comfortably bed. Food service was fantastic. Staff was very nice. I will probably return for slots and food but maybe not for spending more than one night.

Offers good promotion's Always gives Free Play and Food offers. Gives you a choice of 3 casino's hotels to choose from. Lots of pretty good machines. Gives you free hotel nights. Good marketing's managers my favorite is Nancy works out of Primm Valley hotel. Nice mellow kick back atmosphere. Most Always very nice time. I have been going to Buffalo Bills for many different concerts. Always get 2 free tickets for the shows. Great sound system my favorite performer Patti LaBelle has been to this venue many times. Always remarks how she loves the sound systems. Also, has a monorail service that goes to all three venues. When it isn't running they supply a shuttle bus service. Rooms are just OK nothing to talk about. But, when they charge the resort fee each night it isn't free room anymore. Defeats the free room deal isn't so sweet then. I don't feel like local people should have to pay this charge.

Primm Valley Casino is one if the more updated casinos on the phone at in/out Las Vegas. Some great entertainment was showing for current and future dates. Would recommend to others interested in staying.

Worse hotel we have ever stayed at! Upon check in we requested a room close to the elevators, after walking what seemed to be a country mile, we found there are no rooms close to the elevators. The A/C was LOUD, continuously recycled sounding like a diesel semi truck! Did we sleep you ask, NO. I left a note for house keeping at 7am (with a tip) to leave 2 additional pillows, came back to our room at 9 30 that evening, the room was NEVER cleaned, and NO PILLOWS. So. We called the front desk, and housekeeping, first call was 9 30, assured us our pillows were on there way. Called back at 10 00 still no pillows, waited another 30 minutes and we let them know we needed clean towels, once again we were assured they were on there way. 11 30, knock on door, finally got requested items. This Hotel is outdated, drab, dirty, housekeeping could care less, we got nothing but excuses! We will NEVER stay there again.

A casino in the desert for the poor. You can spend the night in front of Vegas.

This place has a very good buffet. But the coffee house near the registration needs to have a little bit of training. The people (not all) are really good people and trying their best with the help of the ones that know the others will learn. Down in the workout room down stairs (great setup) I was there late at night and felt a sweet feeling as if a little girl was there, I looked over and saw nothing but it was a warm feeling.

I really enjoy coming here every year, but unless you are planning to just gamble nd shop at mall during the week then great. But if your not then your gonna be absolutely board. Everything is pretty much closed. Open only on weekends. And the pools don't open until next month. They have great front desk service. Julie.

We were in the basement and the room was awful. In the hall, it looked like the place was falling apart. There were rocks and dirt all over the carpet. Do yourself a favor and drive all the way to Vegas and pay WAY less for WAY more.

I don’t ever write reviews but I had to for this one! It is currently 2:38AM, March 25, 2018 and I have been sitting here at this little restaurant by the hotel registration desk for 3 1/2 hours! I had reserved 2 rooms a week in advanced as we just had to stop in Primm for the night. Definitely the worst experience ever! Reserving rooms is a joke here! Staff are incredibly rude! I have 5 kids who are tired from our drive and sleeping on the booths in the restaurant. Do not stay here! it’s a joke!

I always like to stop there and play a little before you get to Las Vegas you're one of my favorite places in Primm and because I love that place to have fun.

It is a special place for all those who want to come discover you when you are to and you will see how great "ES" is.

I had fun, there were not many people and you could enjoy a little more of the casino and its services.

My husband and I go here about every month and stay at Whiskey Pete's. The employees are a true gem I'm talking from checking in too cocktail waitress to the cashier cage to the bartenders. If you are looking for super fancy this isn't your place but if your looking for a great time warm and friendly this is your place. The kicker to this wonderful place is The Whiskey Band who play on Friday and Saturday your sure to dance. And lastly our casino host always takes care of us.

If you are just looking for a room to stay the night, there are beds here but that's about it. Any regular hotel would be a better experience. The hallways smell like fried food and all night long I could hear housekeeping knocking on doors and loud conversations. I'm pretty sure I could make a good estimation of how many people are in the hotel just by counting footsteps. (Spoiler, lots) There are virtually no amenities, not even a coffee maker in the room, and I had to try three ice machines before one worked.

We were invited to a New Year's Eve dinner it was a wonderful dinner with an open bar. Good music very gracious host. Food was delicious.

Primm Valley Resorts has been a favorite of mine for many years. I have seen the many changes that have occurred in the management and amenities. I am hopeful that they are planning on turning this resort around. The current 3 casinos have lost 33 % of their slot machines and one great restaurant "The Original Pancake House". They cut way back on the players benefits but they seem to have turned that around. Hopefully they will find a supportive corporate management to start replacing many of the amenities lost in the last four years. They have already re-started the movie theater with great first run movies. What needs to be fixed? They used to have a shuttle running between the three resorts, Primm, Buffalo Bills, and Whiskey Pete's. They used to have a monorail and a gondola that ran between resorts. They used to have valet service. That being said, they need to either start up the monorail and gondola or re-instate the shuttle service. They need to install about 3000 slot machines. They need to hire a manager at the Primm and Proper Restaurant, that has authority to hire a host and cashier for each shift. I think any 24 hour restaurant should have more than one for all three shifts. The location of Primm Valley Resorts is perfect, it used to be a fun place to go with plenty of slots. It seems that when they got a new CEO in 2014 everything went down hill. I gave this review a 5 star because of potential.

The employees at the Check Inn did not make any effort, even though we were the only guests in line.
The room is dirty and run down. There are indefinable spots everywhere. The rooms are very light hearing. The drain in the shower doesn't expire and the water pressure is a joke.
We didn't feel good, but lucky even made a stopover.
I cannot recommend the hotel.

Worst Experience! Called in reservations for a 1 night stay (2) rooms conjoined with 2 queen beds and smoking. My credit card was charged for the 2 rooms for Primm Valley Resort for the rooms I reserved minutes after the reservation was made. On the date of our reservation we arrived at the Valet Parking area where we unload our baggage and had the truck parked. Went in to check-in and were informed that they didn't have our rooms available do to COLD water. So they Sent us to they're sister casino on the opposite side of the freeway. We were charged an additional $30 dollars for the newly renovated rooms… So I had to go get my truck myself, reload all of our bags and go to "Whiskey Pete's" seriously this casino looks straight out of National Lampoons complete with dealers that play Rock/Paper/Scissors. The rooms looked reasonable for being newly renovated but in the morning when we started getting ready to check out we found that one Room the shower had no hot water at all and the 2nd Room was plugged up. The decor was new but the Plumbing and Carpet are a mess. When we mentioned the issue with maintenance they arrived as we were to be checked out with a plunger. At that point we decided to leave without making a seen but will never bless them with our presence or money again. A Poor Rating is generous trust me.

Nothing is open on weekdays! it is not the season. All I heard was "only on the weekends" pool area closed, buffet closed monorail closed, cockroaches on the wall in the hall, wallpaper peeling off, access from one building to another under construction, furniture in room old and all scratched up, blankets on beds have holes, no microwave or fridge, no coffee pot, and they still charge the same rate! don't waste your money here, I will not be coming back! seriously the worst place i've ever stayed. Oh my god if it wasn't already horrible, I was awakened in the middle of the night by a employee vacuuming in the room next to mine! I called front desk, was told there was nothing they could do about it because the guy vacuuming was just doing his job, in the middle of the night when i'm trying to sleep! I have never been treated so bad,

RESERVATIONS ARE A LIE! We pre-paid two double queen non-smoking rooms for our 8-person family because we knew we would arrive late at night on a holiday weekend. When we arrived, the hotel not only didn't have a room for us (unless you count one smoking king room), but they refused to refund our payment. The reception desk and the booking phone number gave me the runaround until I gave up and left. We ended up having to drive all night to get home because every other hotel along the way was full. I'm now in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card issuer.

The rooms were clen, service was speedy, and everyone was so nice. I played on the casino and they were even quick to bring free drinks around. Primm has and always will be my favorite place to stay, I will return soon.

What happened to the restaurants? I mean no buffet? Denny's, and a hot dog stand, plus pizza? I didn't want that! We thought there was a buffet. But that was closed.

This place calls itself "Primm's best kept secret". I can tell you, it's 100% TRUE! Incredible to find food and service at this level in Podunk Primm. Very satisfied, many times.

The room was dirty. We requested a new one second room was better food was extremely expensive but the steak was worth it. The staff picked and choose very racially where they put me.

Food was okay, ate at the Primm and Proper and it wasn't bad, just not great. Service was fine, the parking lot was mostly empty and I didn't have any problems. The free drinks while gambling we're stronger than I expected.

I love to visit Primm Valley because of the room prices. The friendliness of the staff. The rooms are clean and the food served in the restaurants are prepared well and have great flavor, also it is attached to a mall.

I only passed through on my way to las Vegas. From what I have experienced it was very clean and well kept. The staff was very nice in answering my questions. Other than that its just like every other casino.

I particularly love this place because we were on the road back from Baker. We were playing the lottery. This is when my seven-month-old son decides to do a number 2 in his diaper. Because we were rushing out of the house I accidentally only packed two diapers ones of which he used prior to our departure from Baker. As we arrive to Primm we stopped at the gas station they only had wipes so as I rushed into the gift shop of the Primm Hotel I didn't see anything at first but then as I look towards the register they had a Pack of size 4 diapers for only $6.99. Thank you Primm resorts gift shop five stars!

I really love coming to Primm Valley Resort. From the looks of it the Resort looks like it is undergoing renovations. The Registration Desk has great customer service. Primm has a variety of Slots and table games, dealers are professional and start small talk. The rooms are modern but basic, no fridges, microwaves OR coffee makers. The rooms could also use some updates such as new dressers and carpeting. The mall is awesome with many new stores and great deals. The pool and Courtyard is beautiful and very well maintained. Lastly, the Monorail to Whiskey Pete's needs to be cleaned, very dirty windows. Thanks Primm Valley Resorts.

Whitney Pete's hotel has very nice hotel rooms. Everything looks clean and organized. It is a comfortable place to stay and enjoy yourself.

Very quiet for sleeping.

Love this place, nice waitresses that always come around the slots. Ashtrays are cleaned out often. Security is always around to keep bout children and help those who've drunk to much. Good place.

We reserved two nights, if I had know the condition of the place, I would not have stayed two nights but I couldn't get my money back. And yes it was cheap and the saying is you get what you pay for, but I have stayed in much better places within the same price range without these issues. The whole place smelled bad and on top of that everything smelled of smoke. Take dirty old building and add cigarette smoke. We got in one of the elevators and the doors seemed as if they were not going to close. Very slow and the door to the emergency box had been ripped off at some point. Once in the room, we found it to be very dated. The A/C didn't work, so the room stayed pretty hot all night. The TV channels were all fuzzy and the next morning the TV wouldn't even come on. We had to unplug the TV to reset it. The bed was horrible hard. There was a night stand one each side of the bed, both had a handle hanging there ready to fall off. The sink plugged up when you turned on the water, it would eventually drain but don't let the water run for longer then a second. While taking a shower, glob's of black, moldy, shower gunk ran out from the shower door rails. In the hallway there was an ice machine, it had towels around it on the floor because it leaked water. Down in the casino, the men's bathroom had a bucket behind the toilet because the toilet leaked. And to top it all off, the slots didn't play. I don't expect to win or anything like that, don't get me wrong.

We really aren't the type to complain but after so many things happened, we started to write them down. 1) We arrived at the room we were given at 6:30 in the afternoon. When we walked in it hadn't been cleaned yet. We went back to the front desk and got a different room. No big deal. 2) In the new room the lamp in the corner didn't work. 3) The TV remote didn't work. 4) A half full bottle of water was on the floor next to the bed. 5) A used swizzle stick was on the floor next to the other bed. 6) The floor hadn't been vacuumed. 7) 2 of the 4 pillow cases were dirty with makeup smears and dirty black footprints on them. We called the desk and asked for new pillow cases. 8) In the shower stall there was a green glob of soap left on the bench. 9) The sheets were placed over the mattress, but, not tucked in — with the cover on top of that indicating the bed had been made, but, we were not sure. 10) When they brought new pillow cases to the room, we couldn't see who was in the hall knocking on the door because the peep hole didn't work. We wouldn't recommend to stay there at all.

It's ok just like any other casino except it's got a shopping mall built in to it on the other end. The only reason why we stopped there it's because we got cought in heavy trafic and had to stop by gas station for ice and water, so we whent there to cool off for a bit, deserts are hot!

Lots of Amenities and Clean Updated Rooms. Nice casino with big bright flower carpets. Beautiful Pool and Courtyard, with friendly service. I'll stay again.

Not terrible. Not great. Pancake House was crazy good. Rooms were fine. If anything I paid too much, should have been $60-80 range. But overall I'd stay again if I had to.

This place was good. Ok views, but the air conditioner sucks. It was either to hot or to cold. I just put it on fan mode and slept next to it. Other than that it was great!

Not impressed with this place, found two cockroaches in the bathroom which is in desperate need of a reno, along with the room itself. Casino short changed me at the bar and told me after a quick investigation there was nothing they could do about it. I would suggest to others that they go somewhere else, which is too bad because the golf course was great. This place has lost my business.

Absolutely horrible. Will never be back! Had a reservation at the Primm and when we got there they didn't have a room for us. Said we had to go to the Buffalo Bill location. They were cheaper when we checked but yet the guy at the desk said we would get the same rate as the Primm. Made it sound like it was an upgrade. Omg we got there and the room wasn't clean! No toilet paper and was disgusting. We called and they gave us another room and the toilet ran and made noises all night. We went to eat downstairs and waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches. Dear god. Never and sorrys or comps. They obviously don't care. Again, horrible!

My boyfriend and I are currently here. First day was alright. Second day, NIGHTMARE! What we thought was a fire alarm went off for OVER 20 MINUTES! It was loud and deafening. I had a migraine because of it. When we complained to the front desk, the "supervisor" acted like she didn't know what was going on, when it was obvious, and she was rude and incompetent. I would not come back, even if it was offered. Stay away!

Me and my friends has been coming for a couple of year now and we enjoy the clean rooms and serve that is provide and the food is good. We have an alsome time.

Yeah the rooms are run down. The remodeled rooms aren't so bad. Of course its not like Vegas. Just fun for a get away and not to far from home. I rate high because the hospitality is awesome never a rude employee. A Waitress will never pass u by not even on the nickel slot machines. We always enjoy our time here.

My family and I have been coming here for 10 plus years! We love it, its a great family environment, awesome shopping, and of course the gambling is amazing! Prices are low and affordable which is always a plus, and the pool… LOVE IT!

Last time I was ase four months was very good to win three gift cards of $25 free meals and my children, I like to go to the berca to the cinema and the machines I like the rooms very clean I ne mos for eight years, giving us ay free very happy they re eating them, you will like it.
