I cannot express enough how amazing this hotel is and their staff of awesome people! I personally have never stayed here or even been to Las Vegas. I live all the way in Ohio and even being miles away, the staff at this hotel personally effected my family's lives in a positive way.
My parents are celebrating 30 years of marriage and traveling out west for two weeks. Us kids back home wanted to have something special for them waiting for when they checked in. We contacted the hotel and spoke with Andrea. What a Rockstar! She was able to help us with gathering a card, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for them. She even upgraded their room! Us kids then decided to fully embarrass them and hire an Elvis impersonator to renew their vows! Stephanie recommended a great person for this job and took the initiative to reach out to them to check availability. We remained in contact with Stephanie and Andrea throughout this whole process. Also, let's talk about the front desk coordinator, Ryan. Holy Moly she was SO helpful, personable, relatable and such a sweet person! She worked hard on putting their surprise tray together and creating their welcome goody-bag all while coordinating with us, Elvis and the volunteer videographer! Ryan took our plans on step further and so kindly allowed us to facetime on her personal phone so the kids can see everything and be involved in such a special event.

Stayed here for a training class for week. Walls are thin and if you sleep below the 4th floor, you will hear people stomp around most nights. Pillows were not the best and bed was really firm which I’m not a fan of. The connivence of having class in the same hotel was a plus and the staff was very accommodating. I want to point out that Amy in the hotel restaurant was awesome! Knew what I wanted to drink every AM for breakfast and made time there more enjoyable. She welcomed me with a smile and enjoyed good conversation with her. She’s a good one I hope management will recognize her for her great work ethic and attitude! I would stay there again in the future and will recommend it to my employer as a solid choice.

This is a beautiful place to have an event. It is beautiful outside and they have wonderful event rooms inside. I intend to have an event there next month, it is also a nice place to just have a Stay Vacation. I intend to do that in the future.

Always enjoy staying with Hilton and this was no exception. Very friendly staff and super accommodating. Breakfast was great, and enjoyed relaxing at the bar in the evening with a cold beer.

I don't have enough words to express how thankful we are for the greatness in hospitality during our stay. Very clean and great Breakfast. Awesome service every time that we go. Love the staff there. Very friendly and reasonable prices. We stay there for business alot. Would get 5 stars if it was a five star hotel.

Location was off the strip but still close with a shuttle. Near the outlet mall which was nice. Pool was very pleasant. It's deceiving because there is a nicer pool but it is only used for private events. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Workout facility was decent.

Stayed here in 2015 and it was very nice. The one thing I do recommend is a pool table or foosball or something for guests to be able to play. You should also add retro arcade machines.

Very nice hotel! Rooms are very nice, also a great deal for what they are. The bathrooms are nice, big and the room overall is very comfy. This location is also FULL of amenities, such as a fitness center, and pool/spa. I would definitely come again!

Clean, clam, friendly hotel. Shuttle bus service was awesome! Drivers were very helpful with advise about public transportation and information about the Veagas strip.

I come to Vegas probably once a month. There are 10000 places to stay in this town. I like the Hilton Garden because the folks are very nice. Its like being at Home. I mainly like this Hotel because of The lady that works in the Retaurant in the Evening. Her name is Amy. She is very nice. I hope you guys would pat her on the back. If she leaves this hotel I will probably find another Hilton property to stay. There is a Home 2 next to this hotel. I big hi five to Amy. Thanks John Curtis.

No heating in the small pool, the other sand pool, we were denied access despite its presentation when booking…
No safe in the rooms, boring in Las Vegas…
Only good point, breakfast and there bedding… Not even the air conditioning in the room is unbearable…

The power went out for several hours. Ling enough for battery backup lights to expire the batteries. I told the front desk about dark stair wells they did nothing. Shortly after that the fire alarm sounded. In the evacuation my wife entered the stairwell which was pitch black and fell down a flight of stairs. They need to get their Emergency Action Plan together and properly train their personnel on what to do in such a x situation! Other than that our stay was below average. I am a Hilton Honors member and only stay at Hilton for past few years, that being said we are Very disappointed, especially for the price. We won't be staying here again. Ever!

Hilton Garden Inn was amazing! Beds are super comfortable, coffee tasted amazing, and breakfast was superb. I couldn't be happier with my stay!

This is a great place! The staff is professional and courteous! The mall is minutes away. The shuttle service makes it very convenient to go back and forth to the strip.

If you’re avoiding the strip and casinos with little kids in my case this made for a nice stop. Beds are good. It’s clean and it convenient on and off i15.

Nice place it's kinda a weird location for a hotel with no casino but they have an excellent staff and their dinner menu is small but everything on it was well prepared, presented like a 5 star restaurant and absolutely delicious. The morning breakfast buffet unfortunately I missed but I herd from other guests that it is well stocked with fruits, muffins cereal and most every other type of food and drink you would expect from a breakfast buffet.

Got put up here for a night when my flight was cancelled. It's a small place off the strip but good if you don't like the crowds. Still 15 from airport so if you have a car it'd be easy to get around. 24-hour shuttle to and from airport. Small pool and hot tub as well as small fitness center with ellipticals and weights. Rooms were standard, bigger than most on strip. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful, which I appreciated after the pain of the cancelled flight. There's free lemon water and cookies in lobby. Also water in rooms. Convenience store on property's small but walking distance to gas station and several restaurants. There's also an outlet mall just a 5 minute walk away. If I was passing through, I'd stay here again.

Good location since I was attending an event right next door… Fast check in and check out. Uber only took 2 minutes to get there. Quick trip to and from the airport… Friendly staff but breakfast wasn't free. Sadly disappointed but that since it cost like $13 so didn't have any.

I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel staff was so nice and very accommodating! The breakfast was delicious! Made to order and buffet. Rooms are clean and nice bright bathrooms. Straight shot to the strip where the action is. Even though I smoke the other hotel casinos got to me really bad. It was great to come back to the hotel and not smell that. I will definitely stay here again!

Didn't overly enjoy my stay at this hotel nothing specifically wrong with it but it was a little tired and dated. I had a room with a window that wouldn't open fully at all which would have been nice. I think the elevators must have been installed in the last century as they took forever to arrive for the floor. Sign said ice and vending machines on every floor. No vending machine on the second floor. However on the plus side courtesy bus the strip and also the airport was a definite Advantage for me. I regret to say that I will not be back here again to stay. There are much better choices in terms of quality and a lower price sorry. I stayed in plenty of Hilton worldwide and this probably is the most disappointing of all my stays in them not up to the usual Hilton standards.

Great adjustable bed very comfy. Quite and private. No gambling on site which is a nice change from the strip hotels. Definitely non smoking. Great place for kids as it does not have all the standard Vegas gambling, smoking, and dirty pictures. I would suggest this for family's or for anyone wanting to be close to the strip without all the grunge of the strip.

First they charged my personal as well as my Company's card for the stay. Second, this is by far the dirtiest most run down $250 a night Hilton I have ever stayed at. Tried to save the company I work for a few bucks by staying off the main Strip, should of just gotten a room one the Strip and been treated like a valued customer.

I have to go to the Hilton Garden from time to time. I like this hotel from the lobby view as I think it is well managed and maintained. I've never stayed here though.

Mr. Morales, Greetings, I am Ken Balltrip, a guest at your hotel in Las Vegas on Saturday night, 9/30, until Sunday morning, 10/1. During our (me and my wife Sonja Walker) stay, we witnessed and were part of an extremely positive interaction with George and Julia. … Julia waited on our table on Sunday Morning. She was upbeat and very polite. I asked her for an order of biscuits and gravy; which she told me was not offered. I told her I had read it on the menu in our room. She told us it was not available and said apologized. Anyway, she was great. Now on to George. George came into the dinning room greeting all of the guests. He talked about football and rooted for The Raiders. I told him I used to be a Broncos fan. But they are no longer my favorite. We continued to joke back and forth. Upon our check out he continued to be jocular and funny. As I left the hotel I told my wife that these people were great. I returned to the front desk, asking George and Julia to join me at the bar. I told both of them about my wife's and my travels. We have been visiting Las Vegas for the past 15 years. During our trips to Las Vegas we have never encountered ANY people likes these fine folks. I told them we were so impressed that we would be back to The Garden Hilton. Sir, I know in an industry where you and these fine people receive more complaints than compliments; you should be made aware of the OUTSTANDING work these staff members preform. Thank You!

Was in town to celebrate my birthday. The morning staff was great. We were given breakfast voucher since we arrived prior to check in time. Our room was great. The bed was so comfortable. Loved the walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Shuttle was on point. Plan to stay again next time I visit.

Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. The beds have a unique feature where you can change the firmness to your pleasing. Services such as an ice machine were very accessible. Travelers traveling with a Tesla have two free electric chargers available near the lobby parking The rooms also include a Keurig machine with several coffee sample packs. My only complaint is that there wasn't free breakfast available for guests. The breakfast was an available paid addition that could be found in the lobby area.

Nice facility. Spacious rooms. Swimming pool. On the strip, at the south end. Close to the airport. Downside — no free breakfast. Breakfast costs $13.99.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff and great great service. Throughout our week-long stay, we come across nothing but friendly and helpful staff who gave extraordinary personal service, suggestions and advice. The hotel's location is also perfectly close to restaurants, shopping malls and even The Strip. It costs around 35$ to take a cab from the opposite end of the strip to the hotel when traffic is at its worst. The hotel has their own drivers too, but we used them only when going from/to the airport as we had rented a car. I recommend this hotel, giving it 5 stars as I had no bad experience nor did I find anything that should be improved. Thanks for the lovely stay.

This is the best "off the strip" Hotel in Las Vegas. From the moment I checked in I was treated like a family member. Each of the hotel personal greats you every-time you see them and if they have the time, they will open a conversation and show genuine interest in you. The front desk staff, and especially the breakfast hosts, were wonderful. If I'll be in Las Vegas in the future, there's no doubt I'll choose this hotel without any second thoughts. Room Tip: Try to get a 3rd or 4th floor rooms. The view of the mountains is very nice.

Beautiful hotel! There was a wedding happening the day we checked in, so it was understandably pretty busy. Our check in was delayed about 45 minutes, but they gave us breakfast vouchers to make up for it. The breakfast was delicious, by the way. The only other things that kept me from giving a 5 is the shower water pressure and temperature were not great. Also, the beds were SO hard. The sides even had a thing to adjust to make it "your comfort level". I adjusted it and nothing changed. Overall though, I really liked it. Quiet, close to the strip without the noise and business.

Great stay, staff was friendly and helpful. Booked wrong arrival date but the front desk was on top of getting us in for the correct date for a comparable rate. The room was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable and my family and I woke rested and Happy. While we didn't eat breakfast there, it sure smelled delicious. Would definitely stay again the next time I'm in the area.

Overall it was a great hotel. It is on Vegas Blvd but just 5 minutes south of where the main attraction is. The hotel itself is very nice. The pool was really nice and the exercise room was well clean and was full of equipment. For the room it was alright to say the least. The bathroom door was broken so it did not lock, the shower was broken as well but worked fine. Overall this hotel is nice and cheap if you are looking for a one or couple night stay in Vegas.

Currently staying for EDC on the fourth floor. Everything has been very clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff has been very polite. No complaints.

Tiana ensured that there was a shuttle present to pick my husband and I up from the airport when we landed. The staff at this location were extremely professional and provided WOW customer service. The stay was awesome. Rooms were clean and spacious. Room service was very good. Loved the fitness center and pool. Very nice place especially for non smokers as in many hotels and casinos in vegas are full of smoke. Would recommend this place for peaceful stay.

The only issue I had was the Wi-Fi was super slow but you could pay $4.99 for high speed Wi-Fi other than that it was fantastic.

The company I work for has an agreement with this location for our training facility. There are several chains we can choose from, but I usually stay at this location because it is convenient, there are several shopping locations close by, and traffic is usually never a problem. However, my last stay, the meals they served for dinner were GROSS. I ate at this location for dinner for 3 nights, the first meal was just poorly planned and had no flavor and most of it was inedible, the second meal was HORRIBLY over salted, and the third was just plain frozen and reheated. I don't usually complain, but from the 3rd night being left hungry I let the front desk know about the issue. They reimbursed all of my dinner meals. That is a great start, but they should really work on their menu and food freshness. The room is kept very clean and is comfortable, the room server is a bit slow and easily loses orders, and the breakfast servers over looks customers easily. Overall, I will probably stay at this location again, but I really hope they work on their restaurant. It is very disorganized and food quality is poor.

Business Traveler Beware. No regard for their customer. Bedding is stale, pillow smell and the management staff will lie when they make a mistake instead of telling the truth and making the situation right. I travel every week, the only hotel chain I have a problem with is Hilton. They used to be my favorite hotel. I travel to much and need to be confident that the room I have reserved is clean, safe and IS THE room I reserved. D O N E with this hotel chain.

Hello, I just loved staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Las Vegas. The staff at the front desk couldn't have been friendlier, the rooms and bathrooms were great. I had forgotten my old cell phone charger and with the help of Claudia, who was able to locate and send me my charger to my old cell phone. But I was flabbergasted when I got the bill of $82 to have it sent to me. No one told me it would cost that much to have it sent. I am a senior citizen who was there with the Michigan Women's Tennis Team babysitting for my 7 month old grandson and would never had agreed to pay that amount to have my charger sent for that price. Would you have paid that amount? Do you think they should have warned me it would have cost that much? I hope you know how awful I feel for this charge, which I will have to pay back to the University of Michigan tennis team. They always use your hotels in their traveling, and about 6 weeks aougo we were all at your hotel in Charlottesville. This hotel is a bit out of the way from the strip and the major casinos, but they do offer a shuttle service to and from the airport and some of the other sites. For a Las Vegas hotel, the restaurant and bar close a bit early in comparison at 10PM. If you want food after that, you'll need to go out somewhere. The pool closes at 9PM. There was no hot water at night or in the morning. I was forced into a cool shower in the morning. The best service from this hotel is shuttle service. They make regular runs, and I was able to get to where I needed to be.
