I don’t usually talk about hotels good or bad but I have to say this Residence Inn Las Vegas knows how to treat a traveler. I was picked up by the General Manager, because he doesn’t just sit in his office. He then noticed I was going to have to wait to check in so he also checked me in. Free shuttle to and from the airport, free shuttle to the main strip if you want to go, free breakfast, within walking distance of a ton of good restaurants. I’ll be staying here from now on.

Phenomenal customer service! The room was very nice and spacious. They also have a shuttle bus, which was so convenient. Mark was very friendly and informative! Would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently placed, close to absolutely everything without the hustle and bustle of the strip, easy access to highways, easy to get to summerlin, North Las Vegas, Southwest, henderson. A very Nice residential hotel with every needed amenities, and a pool, however the extra special touch is from the employees. Each one of them, front desk, kitchen, cleaning crew are kind, friendly, helpful. My kids think of this hotel as their home with every one of the employees being member of our family. They greet us with smiles daily no matter the shift, gifting my baby with toys, hugs and smile. They are what make this hotel into a home. I have felt like a true honored Guest at home. We Have been there for over a month and we are still loving it.

Nice property from what we could tell. We were visiting a friend who was staying there. It's located very close to the South Outlets and very close to the airport. It's tucked in the back so the property is very quiet.

Love this hotel. All staff is wonderful. The rooms are so clean. I enjoy staying here every year with my kids.

The location was very convenient as we had an early flight the next morning and a rental car to return. Close enough to the strip to check it out but far enough that we weren't bothered by traffic or partiers. The room was immaculate, as was the rest of the property. We were checked in by the general manager who was extremely professional and friendly.

Internet was great. Two bedroom suite was perfect for 3 people. We would stay her again. Check in was a bit off. The key card machine wouldn't work, so staff had to escort us to our room to unlock the door for us. It sounded like they were moving furniture in the room above us. It was just a family of 6 that walked too hard. Next time, I will request a room on the top floor to avoid this early morning disturbance.

This hotel is so amazing! The staffs at the hotel are very friendly and professional. Room is great and very modern with great lighting. Kitchen with fridge/microwave is so nice and breakfast is so good. I cannot speak highly of this place enough! Definitely come back this place again!

If you need to be in Las Vegas and near The Strip but want to stay clear of the Sin City trappings, this is a great place to stay. It’s about ten to fifteen minutes from all of the major casinos, right next door to the outlet mall, and a short 2-3 minutes from some great restaurants and shopping. The hotel is only a few years old. There is a pool, but no hot tub. The lobby has plenty of varied seating so breakfast doesn’t feel chaotic. If you’re wondering about the quality of the hotel breakfast scrambled eggs, then you’re probably not the kind of person who cares about the quality of hotel breakfast scrambled eggs. Dig in. This was the first “free” breakfast I’ve had at a hotel that included andouille sausage. Because this is a newer hotel, you’ll enjoy the updated room design. Even the studio room feels roomy. A kitchen bar replaces the kitchen table and makes room for an L-shaped couch and large work area. The television has built in streaming services and pivots so you can watch it from the kitchen, sofa or bed. There is a nice big vanity outside the bathroom so you don’t have to get ready in the morning in front of a steamed up mirror.

Adequate for the price. The room was clean. However the vanity sink was nearly stopped up and the curtains would not close in the living room area of the sweet. We arrived at 3 p. M. But I do wait an hour and finally were able to check in at 4:05 p. M. Typical Hotel breakfast, however I did enjoy the gravy and biscuits. I missed not having more Of a selection of cut up fruit. Only had pineapple and grapes. Most Marriott properties that Supply breakfast have an assortment of cut up fruit. The staff and the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Great place! Spacious rooms great hot breakfast and very friendly staff! I met the general manager Shaun and he was great! Customer service is something they are great at! The whole staff was friendly and welcoming! Newer property everything was clean and well kept! The housekeepers keep the place looking great! Shuttle service to Manadalay Bay just need about 15-30 minutes notice! I always stay at Residence Inns and this one has become my favorite! Thanks Shaun and to your staff for a great experience! My go to Vegas home away from home!

Clean pool and clean rooms. I have a suite with a king bed for a week and was very comfortable. The staff take care of you. It has a decent workout room too. The free at breakfast each morning was a typical Hotel buffet like you might expect at a Holiday Inn Express. Which is to say nothing amazing but they always had coffee!

Lisa Dupere is awesome. So professional and all around nice person, At the end of my 4 month stay I had a problem with one of the dining room staff. This woman asked me for a loan and I was appalled and went to the management. I feel the employee should of been fired, I was told no disciplinary action was taken.
Sad how a awesome hotel at the very end ruined my stay.

The rooms were nice. They were big rooms and had a big kitchen. Hanna was awesome see fixed a problem we had bring a differnt bed to our room.

We had a great time at your Las Vegas Airport Residence Inn.   It was a stop over for us on the way to LA (where we stayed in another RI! ) and it was perfect.   You've got the friendliest and most genuine hotel staff I've met.   The whole premises were extremely clean and comfortable.   Thank you!

This hotel was great! Not far from the strip, right across the street from a large outlet mall, and to see if restaurants nearby. Breakfast bar was excellent. Staff was friendly. Hotel was new and clean!

Really nice hotel but the bed is SO UNCOMFORTABLE. It's like sleeping on a trampoline. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and it was super convenient having a proper kitchen, with a stovetop and freezer with ice maker.

This place is so nice. Beautiful surroundings. The room is emmaculent. So modern. The complimentary breakfast is top notch. Carlos that works breakfast area is above and beyond kind and helpful. Definitely five stars for his genuine customer service!

Best experience I’ve had with the hotel staff. So friendly and even bought us a cake after our team left. Bittersweet moment to be leaving back home. Going to miss them.

A really amazing experience.   The staff were really polite and kind.   The breakfast was good.   The rooms were really over the top.   My kids thought we were high rollers.   We plan to stay here again in the future and would recommend to anyone traveling through the area.

The staff is extremely friendly, and you're literally back to back with outlet malls and lots of dining. Pretty close to the strip, as well (with a free shuttle to the Mandalay Bay). This has been a fantastic stay.

The hotel is located on Las Vegas Blvd. But it's in a quieter area 2-3 miles south of "The Strip" and is free of the "casino" experience. Breakfast was great. Our room was clean. The bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool with waterfall. I wouldn't have minded staying a few more nights.

This is an extremely comfy hotel, with modern and up-to-date rooms. The staff are always friendly, and willing to help with any kind of request that they can. The breakfast is complimentary, and above-average with and Incredibly gracious host who greets everyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Las Vegas for an extended amount of time.

A great hotel 5 miles from the airport. Shuttle to and from airport runs between 7 am to 11 pm on request. Spacious rooms with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed and a kitchenette. Large modern and spacious bathroom. Comfortable beds and a nice pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel which is in a nice quiet neighbourhood but close to the strip.

Nice clean rooms. The kitchen is on the smaller side and the bathrooms have no tub so it was inconvenient for me since I have a baby specialy since the sink is super tiny. Over all great just not so much for a family with small babies.

Very nice and quiet hotel, great staff, great breakfast and pet friendly. Modern bathroom, family oriented, and a nice pool. Right behind hotel is an outlet mall, so lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. I recommend avoiding the crazy strip and stay here. Just wish they had an outdoor sitting area for smokers.

The good: It's a fairly new hotel with nice suites! Very friendly and professional staff! Thank you Shawn for your help! Free breakfast. Marriott is always consistent with thier free breakfast quality. The bad: No restaurant or bar! No USB ports in rooms & pillows feel like rocks. You have to ask for the softer ones folks! And be sure your pet is a registered service animal or you'll be charged $150 for the stay. Over all, nice amenities with great service!

Very clean lodging experience. Staff was friendly and professional. Kids loved the pool and we loved saving $ by eating a delicious full-course dinner, on the house! This is a sure bet.

The rooms here were impressively large and comfortable. We enjoyed getting together here for a family reunion. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Visited with family on our way to the Grand Canyon and Zion. We had a two-bedroom suite with two baths and a living room. The room was very reasonable given the size. The beds were comfortable. Free breakfast is provided every morning and is the usual fare (waffles, eggs, bacon, coffee) and I found it to be what I expected.

Located not far from the airport. The property is clean and well maintained. The suites are roomy and the ability to use the kitchen can help keeps costs in check while visiting Vegas.

Best hotel we've had the pleasure of staying in in 3 years. Great service from front desk staff, cooking staff and maintenance staff. Everyone acknowledged our presence throughout our entire stay, facility was very clean and the shuttle driver (coming and going) was respectful, punctual and above all very helpful. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for pleasant stay in Vegas.

Really nice for an airport hotel. Good, clean and safe rooms. We had a suite and the living area was nicely sized with good amenities and television options. We arrived fairly late and left early so I didn't get to take in much more of the hotel. It is across from an outlet mall and close to the airport.

Awesome place… they had me at Hello! Kids had so much fun… the pool is… like… wow!

Unbelievable customer service! The airport shuttle was delayed and I had to call twice and wait almost an hour at the airport for pickup. When it arrived, the driver, Mark, apologized and got us quickly to the hotel even being a fair distance away. The delay was out of their control, but they sure made it up to me. When I walked into the lobby I was immediately handed my room card — despite the sudden influx of guests registering, and was given a top floor suite. Wow, great room! When I came down to ask if there was a food store nearby they offered me a ride in the shuttle (between strip shuttles) and Mark actually waited in the parking lot for me to buy groceries and return to the van. Marriott rocks once again. And, Mark and staff are top notch. The building is almost brand new and the rooms and furnishings are great. Highly recommended, I'll be booking here again without a doubt. Thanks guys for making my business trip without a car so much easier and pleasant!

I love this hotel. It's close enough to downtown but it's away from the craziness. The hotel is clean, safe and very nice. The staff are fantastic! This is our go-to hotel when we stay in Vegas.

It's nice to stay off the strip in a quiet place with everything you need in a room. Fridge, microwave, stove. We had a great stay here and will be back for sure. Did I mention free parking?

Had a very nice stay here recently. Savina was working the front desk and was exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient, as were the rest of the staff we encountered. We picked the hotel because of the free airport shuttle but the location next to a large outlet mall was a bonus. Great location for families who do not want to be in the strip, lots of food choices too. Breakfast was good, the rooms were large and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Lordddd this place right here! Awesome. The rooms were sexy well lit. Full kitchen studio layout and just everything you need! Will stay here again the next time I come to Vegas might I mention this hotel is literally steps from the outlets! Worth every dollar.

The rooms were superbly designed for comfort and located next to a very popular shopping mall, just in easy a walking distance away from it's location. Their complimentary breakfast was great. We will stay there again.

I must say I adore this hotel. The staff are great, and polite the food is delicious, love the gym they have. I would be staying here in the future.

Amazing hotel. The staff are exceptional and well motivated. Sean the Manager is diligent with a never ending "can do" approach to his guests, this having an obvious "knock on" effect with his staff. Great stay all the stag are a credit to the Marriott chain. Must not forget the Mark the shuttle bus driver who put up with two old Brits who just could not make up there minds as to what time they needed to be kicked up.
