I enjoyed staying here, they provide you with what you need if you are just staying for a while. Fridge, AC, cable and internet. Electronic key card is what you use to open your door, they automatically lock on their own. Ample parking spaces with shaded spots and laundry on site? Awesome. Staff is very friendly, and every morning they have free coffee for tenants which is great if you are a coffee fiend like me. Plus if you need some extra supplies there are two gas stations on either side of the complex if you have the munchies. Its dog friendly too if you have your pooch with you so you can go on and shake your butt at the club. Overall I will come back when I can, you guys rock! ✌

Scary as heck. Do not go down to this area unless you are in a group. We went in broad daylight and we were very nervous. The area was dirty, the people were quite alarming as well walking in the streets recklessly. I do not recommend going to this area or Emerald Suites if you can avoid it. Safety first people.

Never a dull moment here. Who needs a reality show when you can sit in their lobby and enjoy the show that unfolds. The staff handles it very professionally and secures their place in Heaven.

Do not stay here! It is filthy. There is no bed spread. It is filled with drug addicts and hookers. The office manager does not run his office by the posted hours so good luck if you need anything. The neighborhood is very dangerous. Do not walk from this hotel to the strip. If I could give them 0 stars it would still be to high!

Had an issue checking in thanks to a confusion cause by travelocity when trying to come to vegas for EDC, but the front desk agent isaic and the assistant manager who I wish I could remember her name, were both incredibly helpful with getting the matter resolved! This has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had so don't let the other reviews turn you away cause they will do their best to make sure any issue are fixed.

Great rates. But terrible service. Please hire help that care about the job. Getting assistance was harder than pulling out my own teeth.

The prices were reasonable and the place was clean and safe. The distance to the most popular hotels in Las Vegas was 1. Five miles.

I'll give three stars. It could be better, but it could be alot worse. I came here when I first moved to Vegas. The front desk people haven't been bad. They help me when I go in. The room I was in was clean. But it does look old. I never saw any roaches or anything. Far as the people. I knew this coming in. It's not the most desired part of Vegas to live on. But if your just starting out, it's not bad. People I lived next to kept to themselves. Never had an issue. Yes. There is homeless around. They do dog in the dumpster & sometimes leave a mess. I do see the police around daily. But I've never wintness anything. Kids play outside. Like I said it's not the best, but it's not the worst.

I really hate Vegas everything about it. The hotel had bad service but the receptistionst was nice. Maybe it was because it was where we was. Idk or maybe because I really hate Vegas.

The room was meh. Old TVs. My door looked like it had been kicked in. For the price it was meh. The reason I gave it 1 star is because I stayed 3 weeks for work. I needed to stay 1 more day so I went to the front desk top pay for one more day which is was roughly 100$ and the weekly rate is 250$ The ladies at the front said I couldnt pay for one night for the room I was in I had to be moved to a daily room and then in no uncertain terms made it very clear to me that they disnt want to be bothered with doing that so I might as well just leave. I would not recommend staying here. The homeless element is unreal. Staff is less than helpful. Old rooms with outdated stuff.

A very dirty place and the most incomfortable beds.

I'm about to bite the bullet and move, but I've got a white noise machine on order and I'm going to see if that helps my situation. I've been living here for over 2 months. And for the last month I've had a problem with noise in front of my building. Even though I'm on the second floor, I'm woken up every night by the same people hanging out in front of one of the first floor rooms, talking loud, playing music, shooting dice, etc. I've also got someone walking around above me with my ceiling creaking, closing drawers and moving furniture. Annoying, but tolerable compared to getting woken up several times every night. The good part is the air conditioner in my room is so loud it drowns out a lot of the noise, but it cycles on and off so I get woken up when it's not running. Hence me trying a white noise machine as a last resort. I've told the front desk which room downstairs is causing the problem, and they haven't done anything about it that I can tell. I call Security most nights and sometimes they come around, but the noise still continues after they leave. I also asked the front desk if I could change rooms, and they said it would be a $74 fee. If I'm going to go to the trouble of packing, moving, and then unpacking my stuff then it'll be to go to another place, not to pay $74 to continue to live at the same place.

Worst staff EVER! With the exception of the head maid lady. She was awesome. The girls at the front desk are the most unprofessional humans ive ever met in my life. I should've listened to the reviews but at that time I had to stay somewhere until my apt was ready. The rooms are old, they smell and worn out but that was the least of my worries after dealing with those hoodlums in that front office. They talk to people like trash I've been in line and seen them belittle people and one of those dummies tried it with me. I wasn't having it so they said I couldn't stay my remaining 2 weeks. I couldnt pack my stuff fast enough. I was out within 2 hours. Don't let that fake kindness fool you when you 1st check in, those "girls" are not nice. Complete new staff makeover is what this dump needs along with renovations. The only nice thing about this place is the exterior.

We stayed here awhile alot of violence there when the mantaince carry guns that should tell you it's not a good place at all, they have racist female that works the front desk and corporate office (Renee) don't care if the owners really knew how this property was really being ran he should fire the racist woman tell mantaince to stop carrying a gun and fire Renee, metro is there all the time. We had no choice but to stay there but so happy to be out of there. Stay away at all cost it's not worth it!

Friendly helpful staff, basic room nothing fancy but clean, lamp in living room didn't work. Not the best neighborhood but there was security around 24/7

Staff is friendly and easy to get along with. However the maintenances of the property is not updated. The property doesn't believe I'm keeping up with the units work orders either.

I have been traveling frequently. I am about to post something that will ruffle a few feathers. I did my reservation through Expedia for Emerald suites to celebrate my first vacation with my wife after we got married. I decided to celebrate the new year with her where other than Las Vegas. I reserve the hotel for two night. Once I got my keys and checked inside the hotel room provided to me that's when worst holiday experience begins. Firstly we asked for a non smoking room and what we got was a smoking room. That will be the least complain I would give, the bad part starts now. The room provided to us was not clean, it smelled like a rat died and the odor was really bad to breathe. I saw bugs crawling on the sofa and inside the restroom near the sink and backside of the toilet. It is something you do not expect for your holiday that you have been waiting for a while to celebrate with your loved ones. When I decided this place is not meeting the basic criteria, I went on front desk and ask them if they could provide me a different room they could not provide me any other room since it was New year eve and all the rooms were already occupied. I asked to cancel my reservation and they said that you already checked in your room and now cannot cancel it. I was hardly half hour inside the room with such a bad experience we had to face I would never ever recommend anyone to reserve this hotel in future.

Perfect location! Low cost lodging and convenience to the convention venues, strip, local Vegas, and Fremont Street gives Emerald suites bragging rights.

I hate being here. It's not really anything except the price is too much you could literally rent a house for less… And people always asking for cigs and money. Also, people crashing into cars because its so close to the strip that drunks always end up over here. If you plan on moving to Vegas, DON'T.

Rooms fairly large decent area quiet and close to tge strip. Just a bit overpriced though.

We stayed 2 nights here for the SEMA convention. If you don't set your expectations too high it is actually not bad at all. We slept very well and it was quiet, clean and had a refrigerator and stove and microwave. It simply felt like an older apartment which is probably why people have left the feedback they had which scared us at first. From the moment we checked in the staff was incredibly friendly. We felt safe as there were security guards present at night and they were very pleasant and the residents were nice. Just know that you are staying in an entry-level apartment. Set your expectations accordingly. We had no problems with any bugs or anything of the sort. We saw people taking care of the property both days we stayed there picking up trash Etc. The location was perfect for the convention center and the prices were way less than anything else around. For those reasons alone I would actually give it 5 stars. We will definitely be staying here again.

If your flight arrives after 10:00 pm you will have to wait until the next day to stay, they have kitchen but there is no utensils to use if you want to cook.

Charged my card before deciding not to rent the room to me. Researched property, made online reservation, filled out & signed paperwork, card charged for full amount of rental. I was denied room due to having criminal records. Which is well within their right, and I have no issue. The fact that my card was charged previous to the records search is the real issue. In no way should they charge my card before finalizing the decision to rent to me. When I questioned both charging the card & when I would possibly receive the funds back, it was made clear I was no longer allowed on property. And that my questions about my money would not be heard and I should be moving quicker and talking less on my way though door.

Not really worth for the price you pay. Here are my reasons: 1. Not clean. 2. Bad beds. 3. My room door didn't open and had to call security and had to switch the room. This might be subjective with you. 4. No iron machine. This is most concerning. 5. No efficient A/C.

It's just ok if everywhere else is booked. Put a sheet on the couch before you let anyone sit on it and buy a plastic mattress protector. Be prepared for all kinds of strip walkers to meet you in the parking lot. Get a unit in the front by the office. Line the cabinets with foil and you will want to disinfect and wipe everything down.

I really enjoyed my stay at emarld suites. The front desk personnel Angel was very helpful she made sure my concerns were met and that I was comfortable during my stay.! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to live while in Vegas.

We found anal beads under our bed! I'm not asking for a 5 star room. I just want it to be clean! Upon arrival, the bathroom sink was clogged with a beer bottle cap. The carpet had not been vacuumed. Definitely not worth the $100+ per night. I'll NEVER be going back there. We requested a refund but they refused. So just realize, you WONT get your money back no matter what. The staff was relatively friendly but it figures when they know that they dont need to do anything to help our their customers. There are also residents living in the rooms there semi permanently so there is junk, trash and clothes hanging all over the balconies and the cops were investigating something when we showed up. DON'T spend your money here! Spend a little extra and stay at the westgate or somewhere else!

Emerald Suites is not the most bright of places and definitely one you want to avoid at night. The actually facility is great, the neighborhood isn't though.

Worst place ever. Half of the rooms are boarded up, very rude and unprofessional service. One young ladies name tag simply said "Red". She was very uninformed and rude. We couldn't receive packages as we were told they weren't there even though it was tracked and confirmed that front desk accepted packages, so we had nothing else sent. We stayed a couple weeks before being told to do a reservation online for a daily rate. This was done through Expedia, which was fine however they claimed I had to redo it because they "never got it". Then we were told that we would probably be charged an early check in fee… We had already been in the room along with our belongings for 3 weeks. The only time there was some form of decency is when the manager was there. We were not told of the "check out or in time"upon arrival or at anytime during our stay so as we were LEAVING WAITING ON OUR UBER, security guards came to our room to remove us! there is a phone in the room, no one called to see if we were checking out nor did anyone come to the door prior. During our stay housekeeping busted in our room 2 times saying it was on the dirty list and we had to provide proof that we had permission to be there! She held our door open and radio the desk to verify we were indeed guests, very embarrassing and demeaning to say the least. I would never ever in life stay here again when in town if it was the last place on earth.

The price, location and the offering of a full kitchen and separate area, room with full closet is what will bring me back. The fact that it's a little run down but was being remodeled will hopefully get rid of the cockroaches and oder the I had a flee from in the first building. It did have some activity that looked like it had drug dealers around but the cops drove through alot which made me feel better. There is night security around that are considerate of those who work and need to wash after hours. They let me in and locked up when I was done. I did stay right behind the office, but would refuse anything much further than that. I know I put 3 stars, but I will still return next year because of the price, location and the offering of a full kitchen and separate bedroom.

FRAUD — SCAM ALERT Please DO NOT STAY over Emerald Suites on Paradise Rd. I totally agreed with "Autumn Smith" Review If You want to get Robbed in your face Please GO AWAY. This is a weekly you pay upfront. After I stayed on Emerald Suites I paid upfront and I checked out on TIME. Then After a month I found out they sent me to collection for NO payment MAKE NO SENSE same day if u don't pay they call security on you I will file a law suit against them they are dishonest and they robbed MANAGEMENT is USELESS. I PAID ON TIME CHECKED OUT ON TIME Place is dirty and they charge a cleaning fee for the dirtiest room you can find any where I have to called PEST CONTROL every week HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — 5 STARS.

Witnessed a fight involving baseball bats, meth smoking in the open. Feared for my safety. Pretty sure people don't live here because they actually want to.

I had to stay at several weekly until I was able to find a steady job and moved the he'll out! If you stay to yourself and you pick what apartment you want just don't let the staff to get your money you have to be clean too take care of your business and focus to move out asap other then that I was able to have a roof over my head some money for food and able to take a hot showers also it depends which extended stay you choose to stay.

This hotel is a work is progress. I cancelled my reservation and was concerned that I would have a problem. No it was no problem and the lady who took my call was 5 star!

It is an alternative to spending all your money on a hotel if you don't plan on being in your room a lot. It comes with a kitchen as well so you can save on meals. The cost is around 200 dollars for a week but I do believe its more on your first week. Its nice, however be aware there are some residents that are not the most influential. If the lower end income folks don't bother you this place is good to use as a way to save some money on your vacation.

This place is ghetto. Hookers, drugs, killings, stabbings, domestic violence, thieving, cops and medical sirens daily. Oh and I did I mention the homeless. We've been here for seven months, moved from California and I can't wait to find a place to live. This place is horrible. Horrible. As far as the management team they're good. The front office staff is very kind and courteous. The maintenance team is a little slow and some of the security is horrible. The area I give it a 1 star the front office staff I give a 4 star the maintenance crew I give a 2 1/2 star and security I give a 1 star.

Nice place. Parking. Wi-Fi. Laundry. The pool is always closed. The lousy environment.

Location is pretty good it's about a ten minute walk to the strip. Rooms are pretty nice. Customer service was good.

I stayed there until I found bed bugs in the room. The manager refused to admit that they had bed bugs even after I show one to them. Horrible place to stay!

Went to the bathroom after a nap and a giant roach crawled out of the sink. 2 doors down from us someone punched a hole in someone's window so the glass is shattered. Bunch of ghetto people around here that stare at you from the moment you pull on the lot, park, and walk in your room. It's very uncomfortable staying here for $300 a week.

Where do I begin? If you are a person who enjoys having no rules, prostitution, drugs, crazy psycho people, thieves, a person with no morals or integrity with employees who could care less about your safety then this is the place for you. I stayed at Emerald Suites on Paradise for approximately 6 months and boy was it hell on earth. Let me begin, with my stay there, there has been occasions when people (crackheads/mentally disturbed) would knock on my door and then run as if they were 7 years old. That actually happened twice a week not even exaggerating. Each time I would call the office to report it, they would claim to send the security officer over but he would never arrive. The people in the office could care less. There has been occasions when the crackheads/residents would throw rocks at my door maybe 10 times doing my time there and then they would run. Once again I called the office and nothing happened. Three times someone kicked my door so hard you would think someone was trying to break in on you. I caught the people doing that called the police that time since the employees at Emerald has no compassion or care about the safety of the residents. There has been one occasion when some drunk Mexican at 3am in the morning tried to enter my room with a key until I stopped them. A few times someone actually knocked on my window hard enough to break it and ran. I never heard of something so weird! If you are single this is not a safe place for you.

Worst place we ever stayed at. First room we checked into smelled so bad of marijuana and cigarettes I could taste it in my mouth. We got sick for staying one night in that room. The smell was so bad every time the air conditioner turned on it got worst. Requested another room in the morning. Next room didn't smell of marijuana but still of cigarettes. We tried to leave our door open to air it out but people would walk into our room! Not the greatest people either. Also got bit by bed bugs too. My husband killed one one morning. We checked out early. So so gross. When knew it was a bad sign when we checked in and they had a sign saying "absolutely no refunds".

Do you like living around drug dealers, drug addicts, and the mentally disturbed? Then, this is the place for you. Neither the staff nor the "security" cares about your safety and they will not refund your money!

Didnt like it its so drug infested its crazy at night it looks like a thriller video.

The property is so infested that theybjave to spray once a week. Everytime inopen the door its atleast 5 dead roaches, and sometimes they're in the sink.

First issue, the property is full of "less desirable individuals" standing in their doorways, on the balconies, playing loud music from their cars on "22's", etc. The unit I looked at had cigarette burns all over the toilet seat, bathtub, kitchen floor, and couch. Second issue — I went in here after finding this weekly apartment complex/daily hotel combination (very interesting in this aspect alone) online on their own website with a $199 weekly rate, plus taxes making it $222 and change. When I went in I was quoted a higher rate but told by one employee that the manager would honor the online rate as long as I showed her on my phone. When the manager came back from wherever she was she refused to honor the rate. I said "well I'll just book it online then so I can get the online rate" in a very friendly manner, and her reply was "if you do that I'll make sure you still end up paying what I'm telling you the rate is". I think she was looking for reparations. Between the rude manager refusing to honor what their own website said the rate was after filling out the whole booking process, and all the ghetto fabulous residents, this is a terrible place in such a nice place so close to the convention center. I feel bad for the tourists that accidentally book a room here thinking its a nice hotel.

I have a year lease on my apartment here, and I've only been here 4 a little over 4 months, and the service and everything else here is great 2. Unlike the neighboring apartments, "The Siegel Suites".

I stayed here for CES as it was the last place I could find. When I arrived: * No sheets on the bed (when pointed out, they handed me an extra sheet) * No shower curtain * Very strong chemical smell (I had to run the fan for hours) * Tiny, cheap, scratchy towels * They force you to pay upfront (never a good sign) This is a huge low rental complex for people down on their luck. The ones I talked to were very nice. However, I was propositioned in the parking lot and I was told to always close my hotel window (by a nice tenant) as there is apparently a big problem with robberies. When I asked the front desk about this issue they said not to worry as "most people here are packing"! While checking out I overheard the desk clerk discuss with a permanent tenant the apparently long term issue of cricket infestations. There was a list they were signing up for to get fumigated. My guess is that is what I smelled when I first checked in. On top of it all, this place costs $220/night! (with taxes and fees, it was listed at $170) They are clearly taking advantage of the huge influx of people to CES. Needless to say, next year when I go to CES, I will book earlier and never stay in this place again.

I love it because it's quiet and peaceful and no one bothers you here this is a place to be.
