The staff here is absolutely outstanding. They've been nothing but helpful and have made our stay here much better than expected. Rooms are decent, though aged, but if there's an issue, they're right on it. Can't say how much we've appreciated them. Recommended if you need a extended stay place.

Not the worst place. Its quiet. The only bad thing is the prostitutes around the area and all the kids running around without adults supervision but its okay. Apartment was clean no bugs at all.

The hallway smells so putrid you need a gas mask just to get to your room. Not to mention all the dog poop all over the ground outside.

I think they charge too much for a weekly rate. The 2bdrm that I stayed in was ok nice. Not great but nice. I like the full kitchen with dishwasher. The countertop has been painted instead of replaced. It could use to be upgraded. Overall it's a decent place to stay.

It was a pleasure staying here. The staff was generous and always cleaning the area 6 am sharp. It's kid and pet friendly. Quiet in the morning and night.

Place is kind of scary, you see lots of illegal activity on and around the property. This is a weekly hotel for people who live in Vegas don't stay there if you're from out of town. I am a male and I didn't feel safe there.

Across from the Orleans is the only + but I would suggest wearing a bulletproof vest if your going to stay here.

Smells like piss. Walls are dirty. Cabinet doors falling off. $500 to move in a tiny 2 bedroom then almost $400 a week after that. On the brighter side… no sign of bugsI take the bug part back… just found that centepede in the bedroom.

BED BUGS BED BUGS are all in the rooms a lot of Junkies you will not feel safe in this complex prostitutes everywhere also full of gang members.

Dirty needs to be put under new management.

Terrible! Staff are unreliable and rude. Rooms are infested with bed bugs; they have ppl come look and lie, saying there isn't any… then you end up with bites everywhere. Do not rent.

It's been remodeled but still has old rooms so before they trick you into putting a deposit down for a unremodeled room make sure you ask to see the room they're planning on putting you in. Good for kids as long as you keep you're eyes on the kids while they play with other kids so they don't get exposed to the wrong things because there is plenty of that here, even though it's probably the safest of all weekly rentals in las vegas.

It was an alright experience. The place seems family friendly and the rooms are clean. The customer service was nice.

Location was great. Service was great and rooms were big and clean. Good amenities.

The facility could use to be a little more modern. The staff was for the most part knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend to other's.

Very quite and cozy, nice staff with no problems for a whole week from anyone! Great Suite recommended to all.

I've been living here for about 4 months now and it has actually been pretty great! No pests or insects, Cleaned daily, and 24 hour security. Not bad at all for me, my wife, and daughter.

Best weekly flexible stay motel I have ever booked.

Traveler Beware! This happend to me a few years back. Booked my room for Viva Las Vegas and gave them a deposit. When I tried checking in, they said my room was given to someone else because I didn't confirm the reservation via phone when they tried calling a week before the even. The deposit was for nothing! the staff were assholes about it too. Do yourself a favor and don't book a room at this location. Sleep in your car, sleep on the streets, hell sleep with a stranger, but don't book your room here, there is a reason why this place is not mentioned in the Viva Las Vegas website, and it's because too many people have been burned here.

Made reservation a year in advance for Viva and just recently they sent an email saying they cancelled my reservation with only a month before Viva thank you for waiting a month before an event to let me know.

Sadly they don't "do days"! I needed a weekend : ( So close to where I need to be without any exceptions. I wish Emerald all the best… and I will have to find another location.
