Excellent Hotel away from the Strip. Room was spacious and Clean. All Staff where very Friendly especially at the front Desk. Any Question we had they where able to answer. I really enjoyed the beautiful Pool area by day and in the evening time. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you Courtyard by Marriott for making our stay in Vegas even better.

No free breakfast is always bad for me. Nice hotel otherwise. Lots of seating in common area. Food and bar is nice. Good location. Other downside is stair locations are annoying.

My room was very nice. It had everything I needed for my extended stay. The staff were always friendly and said "hello" anytime I passed one of them, it made me feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and quiet. Very nice staff. Not super close to strip but I knew that going in. A few miles from Fremont Street was nice. Wish they had a breakfast buffet even if I had to pay. Elevator had no AC and it was super hot. AC in room worked nice. Nice patio attached to room. Amazing shampoo and conditioner and body soap. Top of line higashi ice maker in hall. I would def stay again.

The hotel was centrally located to all the destinations that I needed to go to. The room included 2 queen size bed. AC was blowing ice cold which was great. Front desk service was great, called down to get some extra towels and sheets and the items were promptly delivered.

The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was also very good with restaurants in the surrounding area.

Just stayed here found used condom on the floor in my room. Asked to be moved they stated they were booked I even offered to move to smaller room. I was sooooo disgusted even being there but we had no other option we checked in at 10pm. So after we call front desk to report it, takes the house keeper more than 30 min to come up and pick it up. Then stated they must have “missed it” during cleaning. The next day my key did not work and they put me through some more bull all the while my food is still in the room getting cold. They didn’t have any empathy and made it seem like finding a disgusting used condom on the side of the bed was normal. I could see how someone missed it, it kind of blended in w the floor. But they did not care at the fact I felt gross staying in that room. The manager only offered me 1000 of my points back when we spent 40, 000 points to stay there. I will not be going back there…

Front desk staff was rude and inexperienced. This hotel does not provide even a bare minimum continental breakfast. Hotel bathrooms are severely outdated. Rooms are outdated too — the flat screen TV is comically too small for the room. Had to stay here for husband's work training so it was not our pick, but BEWARE, hotel is in a bad part of town. Anywhere south is better. The expressway is SOOO loud from anywhere in the hotel all night long. Hotel is really overpriced. Marriott needs to stop pretending with this one!

The staff were very personable. I will add though I wasn't told if you came in after a certain time I have to use my room card to swipe myself in and the night staff member was a little rude about letting me know. That doesn't take away from all the other staff that were so helpful and kind. One bad apple does not spoil the whole bunch!

We had to pay close to $200 for a small room. No free breakfast?! The refrigerator had leftover food from the previous guest. Not worth it!

Met my expectations. Comfortable, clean and neat large room with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Conveniences like the guest coin-operated laundry are useful. I felt the mini store was a bit pricey. No buffet breakfast but food is made to order at the Bistro for a reasonable price. Starbucks coffee can also be purchased there. Nearby food and entertainment options are abundant. It's about 15min drive to Las Vegas Strip.

Great hotel off the strip. Close to many restaurants and shops. Clean rooms and helpful staff!

Nice and good location to relax and have a good rest, but I would prefer to stay at a different hotel as I am used to get all my benefits since I am a lifetime platinum member; and at this place you get no free breakfast, no happy hour, late check out is only by 1:00 pm, house keeping woke me up too early in the morning trying to clean the room (they have to know that is my check out day and need to wait until I am gone)!

Very quiet, clean and nice service. Lobby is big and make ppl feel comfortable. Just a little bit far away from. Downtown.

Hello I recommend this hotel excellent service good location friendly staff.

It was a good stay, bathroom door lock was not working. They have a good breakfast but not a buffet. Make sure it's included in your booking as we 4 adults stayed in a room but they offered 2 adults and 2 kids breakfast. We had talk to the staff and change it as staff was easy going it wasn't that much trouble.

Ok, clean room, I'm tall 6'. Shower is short have to bend over. Tiny toilets for kids? not sure. No contental breakfast. Ok free Wi-Fi.

This facility needs some work. The walls are paper thin, the quality and quantity of the food is lacking. It's not the worst place I've stayed, but it's not good enough to stay in again.

Great service, close to the freeway but little freeway noise. Great food choices close. Walmart is only few blocks away great for staycation.

I loved this place. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is sot friendly and they serve complementary breakfast. I highly recommend.

Rooms are nice. The service has been great and very friendly. It's been great having the Starbucks in the lobby for coffee in the morning.

Small rooms and baths. Bathrooms lack any privacy. Place needs renovating. You have to pay for everything, including morning coffee. They will charge the max for room fees. Our bathroom sink was clogged, they tried for 2 days to fix it, and we had to finally change rooms. They promised us two free breakfasts as credit to our stay due to having to change rooms, and they never delivered. I will never stay at another Marriott hotel.

The lobby is updated and the parking lot is well-lit. All the elevators are heated year round. That might be good for some people but not me. The rooms are outdated and you only hear the highway a little. The bed was comfortable. It had a small fridge, toilet, sink, shower, and closet.

Room was fine. Air conditioner covered the city noise for the most part, even though a guest cannot select the fan to on. The curtains blocked the light well. The worst part is how they monetize everything. No continental breakfast or coffee in the lobby. They have overpriced microwaved food at their "a la carte restaurant". I'm not a fan of continental breakfasts, but bad, free food beats bad, expensive food every time. I'll stay somewhere else next business trip.

I travel a lot and have tried to stick to Marriott. But I'm rethinking that. This property in particular is dated, and old. The rooms lack many amenities one would expect in a decent but moderately priced hotel. There are a ton of things other hotels give you for free, and Marriott used to give you for free but now have become profit centers. Not only no continental breakfast as several other hotels in the area have, they have gotten rid of the coffee in the lobby in favor of expensive products for sale. You can do much better at the gas station across the street. The lobby is well decorated, and welcoming as a place to work, despite a lack of USB connection. The staff is very friendly, even though they really can't seem to actually fix anything.

Hotel is good. Area isn't that great but not far from shopping address and casino.

This one one of only 2 Marriott properties I coukd find at govt. Rate. Location was good as I wanted northwest vegas. Rooms were okay but aging and lacking simple maintenance items. Beds were overly soft, not enough support but that is a preference. Overall not up to the Marriott standards I am used to but not bad. I would stay again but with lower expectations.

Service is great. Staff is very friendly. My family stays here all the time. Had it not been for the 2AM fire alarm trek out to the parking lot and the lack of communication about the situation, I would have rated 5*.

A better level Courtyard. Spacious Commons areas, fully equipped for the business traveller. Starbucks is the only food inside. That gets a ho-hum. Dunno what that person is complaining about when it comes to $. I paid $95 per night, four nights. Booked thru Marriott account. Excellent room.

We were told that at that rate we don't qualify for the free continental breakfast. So for $180, we don't even get a banana and a crappy muffin! The location is nothing special and too far away from the strip. Totally inconvenient. Tiny stuffy gym. Tiny inadequate laundry room. We will never come back and will think twice about ever using a Marriot again after this. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I charm recommend it very clean and comfortable and service superb beds has fridge all very well.
