Employees very inconsiderate. Always a dirty towels are dingy and they do not clean the rooms. I paid the extra $10 for the cleaning fee and it was not cleaned do not recommend this Motel.

This is the second time in a two year span we have stayed here. Its great because we had family member in the hospital accross street from from hotel and they gave us a discount for that and have coffee and grab and go items in morning, which has really been just wonderful. Its hard enough having to go threw having our loved one go threw this and its nice to know if we need something (like kitchen items for the kitchenett) the employees are here anytime day or night to help us with our needs. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. Everyone who works there was extremely friendly and helpful which is a huge plus to me wherever I go. I like having a kitchen when I'm traveling so Extended Stay not bad for the price. The air conditioner / heating unit didn't work that well but they did say they were going to send someone to fix it first thing in the morning. Other than that I have never had a truly bad experience at an Extended Stay America so I would recommend them wherever you are especially if you want to have a kitchen. And lots of times you have a bed that folds out so if you're sleeping four people you can get a really good deal.

Pros and cons: Affordable room for a last minute booking. Rooms definitely need updating. For no smoking in room policy… Someone was smoking marijuana on our floor. The smell was awful. The couch bed mattress was very lumpy. The bed was comfortable and in room fridge and microwave were a definite plus. The kitchenette is not stocked and you have to request supplies. "Free breakfast" is coffee, tea, oatmeal, muffins, and granola bars. Don't expect a meal here. There is a Dollar General (a two minute walk) store to pick up food, snack, and knick knacks. Late check out if you request the day of departure. That extra hour makes a difference. Overall… If given the choices, I will not be returning.

Where do I start? While on a 4 day trip, I gave birth to my daughter prematurely. My husband and I were told to find a place to stay for an extended period of time. Because this hotel is located across from Sunrise Hospital, we chose this location. I couldn’t have been more pleased, we were actually sad to leave at the end of our 84 day stay. When you’re at a place for a while, you make friends. We were always treated like family from the Staff. Ana, Tina, and Terry were always so helpful. There were other staff there that also deserve a shout out, but I’m sorry, I can’t remember your names! lol. The hotel Is clean, AC works great, and they have kitchen essentials at the desk to be able to use during your stay. The full size refrigerator is also a huge bonus. Thank you Extended Stay staff for all you did to help my family and I during our very extended Vegas stay! If we ever travel to vegas again, my husband and I both agreed we would stay at the Extended Stay rather than on the strip!

Good location.

I stayed here for a week while I had family in the hospital. It is conveniently located across the street from the Sunrise Hospital. It was such a relief NOT to stay on The Strip while having to deal with the stress of a sick family member. There are restaurants and grocery stores near by. They allow pets and offer a quick breakfast of coffee, muffins & granola bars each morning. It was reasonably priced and the entire staff was really accommodating.

Nice location. Surrounded with bank, shopping center, food place and hospital. Very quite place. All the staff members were nice and my room was clean. I was surprised when I read bad reviews about this location. Overall I had nice experience. They have huge parking space and close to Vegas Strip and Fremont Street.

If I could give it less stars I would where do I start? My boyfriend was woken up by bed bugs biting him. Now I believe we're clean people. It was supposed to be our get away weekend and it creeps me out to know that this is what we were sleeping on.

Employees are amazing and helped me with everything. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable! I love this place and there all over the U. S. A.

The worse hotel I've ever been, the rooms smell bad, I tried using the ac and made it worse. They don't do room service and if you want clean towels you need to take the dirty ones to the front desk to exchange them. The halls are very smelly and need more light. There is hardly ever someone at front desk, you need to call them.

I appreciated the friendly staff and the attentiveness to the cleanliness of the establishment but was not please with a staff member that seemed to be annoyed when I asked him a question.

Staff was friendly but the room smelled like burnt broccoli. Place was clean but very worn. Outside landscaping was not impressive but it seemed fairly safe.

It's okay for the price. Pretty clean and bed isn't bad. Bathroom fan does not work and because of the little kitchen it smells like someone just cooked hamburgers or something…

I have stayed at the property multiple times and it is always clean and we'll kept. The beds are comfortable and it is in an ok location. Would stay again.

Super clean and the staff is genuinely sincere as well as professional. I love the fact that the take the time to make sure your needs are met and your taken care of throughout your stay. I highly recommend this establishment and would definitely return.

We were suppose to stay at the Valley View location. Unfortunately they were over booked, my family got moved to mid-town. Which, had no pool area. We specifically wanted a kitchnnett so we can save money by cooking our own food with our family of six. They promised dishes and pans, but only got enough for two people, and basically had to raise hell to get the pots and pans promised to us a check-in. Our bath tub drain plug does not work, the shower head sprays water outside on the tub. Our 9 month old, and family got black feet from walking on our carpet… gross. We found trash all underneath the beds. Also if you want extra towels forget it. I will not stay at another Extended Stay ever again.

I really love how the staff at the counter was really nice to my family. And the room was as good as the Las Vegas Strip. They give you a microwave, a stove, and a fridge! You can also ask for pots and pans for cooking.

The Extended Stay was clean and neat. On top of having the main essentials, the room had a stove top burner, microwave, and fridge. The room didn't have a hair dryer. It was also missing shampoo, which we quickly replaced by asking the front desk. The daily free breakfast consists of coffee, muffins, and fruit.

Great little place to stay with the family. Had a little kitchen so we didn't have to eat out so much.

$25 per day non refundable this pet fee is ridiculous. The free Wi-Fi is very slow and you have to pay $3.99 per day for a usable speed. And the paid Wi-Fi isn't very fast. Everything about this place is cheap yet they want to charge you top dollar.

The room was spacious and nice. The beds could easily accommodate two persons each. Only complaint was that the lock for the bathroom was not able to lock the room.

The place is located at a perfect spot. I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. They offered me 15% discount when I checked out!. The rooms were clean. They got 'take & go' morning breakfast beside the front desk, where you can make your own coffee and enjoy some delicious pancakes for free!.

I am staying at S. Valley View. I would recommend to everyone. Great place to stay.

Good place to stay off the strip. Rooms are clean. The place says it is non smoking but doesn't really smell like it. Also, found a cigarette burn in one of the blankets. Honestly one would be better off with an airbnb.

The rooms are nice but once getting into our room there is a strange smell like if there mold in the walls and sealing.

1. Bugs everywhere 2. Broken toilet with no maintenance crew until Monday and no other rooms because fully booked, 3. Clerk that didn't care because 'she's only substituting' at this location 4. Prostitutes handing out in front 5. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere 6. Paid for deluxe king but couldn't even supply a glass to drink from 7. I have been itchy since arriving!

I liked the place. The only thing it took me 3 days to get rid of cigarette smell.

I wish I could give zero stars. Rock hard beds, whole place stinks. Cigarette burns. Almost died of allergies after one night. Yuck.

Always a great experience. Free coffee, pastries, oatmeal and fruit in the morning in the lobby. I've stayed here several times visiting patients at the hospital across the street and I've never had a problem with the Wifi or bugs per some other reviews. Nice attentive staff. Clean rooms. Quiet and off the beaten path. Great for people that are coming to Vegas for something other than visiting The Strip. A real hidden gem.

Wi-Fi run by 3rd party so their policy of every room having internet "all day every day" should be taken with a gtain of salt. Pretty clean most of the time but can let a few minor updates fall thru the cracks, such as those annoying closet sliding glass doors that fall from the tracks (see photo).

Maintenance stole a phone out of my room that was needed to be shipped back to Verizon. Management got fussy when I told them that my room had bed bugs.

The service here is wonderful. They go out of their way to help you. The rooms are nice, too. We stay in Las Vegas on business two times per month. Would recommend to anyone coming here on business. You are close to the strip — but not on it.

BED BUGS! I was bitten head to toe. That is a problem that has been around a while. Aside from that this place is like the poor cousin of Residence Inn.
