Gross and my husband and worked and lived here. They are so disrespectful. I wouldn't never stay here even if you pay. They take your money and sometimes kick you out to keep the money. The manager ison herion and the place stinks. A tent also jumped from the 3rd floor and died!

Very Umcomfortable, Especially Living On The Third Floor! On September 10, 2017 at 11:35 PM Someone Was Playing VERY LOUD Music And Kicking At Everyone's Door. It Had Me Petrified And Very Scared Especially When You Have A Child. Me And My Daughter Had To Sleep With A Butcher Knife And Baseball Bat Because Of It! Someone FINALLY Decided To Call The Police And I Do Not Know What They Did With Them. But I Will NEVER Bring My Family Back Here AGAIN.

This place is worser then hell itself! It's full of drugs and hookers and also to warn you it is INFESTED with bedbugs and it is bad when the staff themselves admit it. Also maintenance is invisible cause he never comes. And one last thing, the pest control can't keep there nose in there own business. Don't come to this hell hole!

This Hotel is a Nightmare! The staff is never in the office, The security is rude, the air conditioner is never working, Stupid animal fees just for 1 little innocent animal, They ask for your I. D and never gives it BACK, a sassy worker named malinda, the maintenance never comes, The housekeeper does a half ass job, When we saw our room it was filthy. I highly reccomend NOT to come here. Worst stay ever!

The staff was great. The room was clean. The area was quiet and close to the Fremont street experience. Overview it was a pleasant stay.

The service was great I love you.

If you run into a white guy that lives there (late 20s early 30s) with black hair and glasses named JAMES MILLS, inform management, and security immediately! He sells and uses every drug in the book and is 100 percent EXTREMELY Dangerous!

The manager was rude and it look like a bunch of crackheads that stayed there. Totally nasty! Don't even walk in the door you might get something.

This place stinks. Crackhead crystal metheads. This place is drug infested. The police needs to close this raggedy place. If you smoke dope this is ur home.

Truthfully, it was more Hollywood than real.

It is good for what it is! By no means is it a four star hotel. HOWEVER with id and cash in hand they let me move in. Wich at the time was a HUGE plus for me. The hours are not listed corectly, office closes at 10pm daily, and you must have a key or be buzzed in to get past the front door. And I have not seen any signs of bugs.

WARNING! This place is infested with BED BUGS.
