Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are so clean and the lobby is so inviting and clean. Breakfast staff are the best and they have everything youd want for breakfast.

Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced for Las Vegas. Decent continental breakfast. We were pleased overall.

Stayed here for several days while our truck was being repaired. The staff was remarkably over-the-top accommodating, friendly and respectful. Our room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and our King size bed was beyond comfy. We enjoyed staying here and will recommend this hotel to others who want to visit Vegas under different circumstances than ours.

I was very impressed with how clean and nice this Best Western was. Because of how pleasent and nice the desk clerk was on the phone call is why I chose to book here. I was very happy to see the young man Marvell that had answered the phone earlier was still there. He was very informative and made this place feel like home. I will definitely stay here again. Beautiful hotel! The gym is pretty small but it was empty and perfect for me! They had a water dispenser and a TV AND extra towels which was very thoughtful of them. The room was gorgeous and large for a 2-bed room, and it was super clean! The beds are comfortable. Definitely one of my favorite hotels so far!

It was completely the opposite, my first room had strong smell of cigarettes and been allergic had to move rooms. Second room ac didn't work, it was over 80*F, call front desk to see if the can fix it. They said the will call me back. 15minutes later no call, I called them. And they offer to downgrade me from a suite to regular room because they claim no suites were available. I went down to office to see if I can talk to Manager, manager won't talk to me, he ask his staff something and I just heard the reply back that I had paid using AAA discount, so manager didn't approve the suite. Front desk said they were sold out. The funny part was I went only and had multiple options for suites, in which I booked, told front desk to cancel the first reservation, and he said manager would not approve the original request to get a suite. I guess that's how they treat Diamond elite remembers if you dont pay full price and use any time of available discounts.

Very comfortable stay. The rooms and everything was very clean and maintained. The stag was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast they have for you was amazing and delicious. Definitely wild comeback and recommend.

Great staff, clean and comfortable. The staff here actually asks me if I am okay and tries to help with every little thing. I can believe they actually care if I feel safe and comfortable. Awesome experience.

Very pleased with everything. Our request for a room close to parking was met which really helped. Pool area is nicely situated and the breakfast each morning was great.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and made up by the time we returned in the afternoon, a rarity in many places. We didn't have to ask for anything for the room. The hotel is small so there is very little guest noise. It can be difficult to find and is located next to a railroad and light industrial area. But I didn't find it distracting. I would recommend it depending on your reason for visiting Las Vegas or North Las Vegas.

Wonderful place to stay. The prices were reasonable and the room was immaculate. The breakfast was on the better end and had a lot. Of things to choose from, they had eggs, bagels, waffles, cerial and so much more. Beds were super comfortable and we really enjoyed our visit.

Decent hotel but… While the staff was friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, and rooms were overall quite clean, there were some things working against it. For starters it's in the warehouse district directly across from a busy freight train line on west side. Next, while it has a nice hot spa tub, the water was so discolored I was initially worried to enter. That said, I then took a dunk in the pool which was refreshingly cool (aka absolutely frigid by sane people's standards). As for the actual room. It smelt like a damp basement blended with an old smoker's house. The king bed we had had four pillows, but they were little square ones barely wide enough for one to sleep. Finally, while the room was quite clean the one glaring exception was the textured wallpaper. (This complaint goes for every hotel I've stayed at with the stuff, including the 5 star resort I'm at now. ) It doesn't come clean, and this particular room had an interesting drip stain right about waist level that left little to the imagination. Do your housekeeping staff a favor and just have painted walls or smooth wall coverings they can wipe with windex.

Definitely not a plus rated motel. Room was dirty and muggy. Not sure how this a best western plus…

The location is a little off the beaten path, but easy enough once you have found it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. Proximity to the highway meant you could hear traffic through the night. Breakfast was adequate.

My husband and I have only recently begun staying at Best Western Hotels and we love it. The prices are great, compared to the prices on the Las Vegas Strip. A nice place to stay if you don't like the smokey hotel on the Strip and enjoy a fulling continental breakfast.

It's off the beaten path, but close to where we wanted to be. Very clean room, super friendly staff. Pool and spa. Fitness center and business center. A lot of places to eat within a 2 mile radius. Their complimentary breakfast was really good too. It is also pet friendly and can recommend a doggy day care nearby. I will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at BW, join the rewards group and will definitely be coming back. Great place!

This hotel has everything I need, they have a weights for cable exercises, good continental breakfast, a pool, the bathrooms are cool, we are given complimentary soaps and everything. The TV has many channels and the maid is cool. I liked this inn.

I got stuck in North Las Vegas because my truck is broken. They came to pick me up from the dealer Peterbilt, they drove me back and picked me up at the restaurant for free, they smile and are very polite… The free lunch is very good.
I couldn't find any better. The price of the rooms is very affordable and C is very clean. Only snag… take a room in the back as there is a train passing by.

Was not disturbed by trains or renovations (for which none were happening). Cleanliness led something to be desired (spill in the elevator, smudges on common doors, disposable gloves visible from the window floating in the pool. While the room seemed fine it made me wonder.

Train noise if in front of the hotel so get a room ground floor in the back and your fine. They need to heat the hot breakfast items and look harder at what they offer. Cook all the hot items and keep it that way. Otherwise great, clean place with nice folks! I would stay there again!

Clean and large rooms with a better than average continental breakfast. The front desk was very accommodating as I had to extend my reservation and they were able to do this on less than 5 minutes.

Great service! Soon as we approached the reception desk. The clerk received us with a great smile! They also had really good breakfast. A lot to choose from! All in all great service. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

Husband & I had a king suite on the top floor (non smoking room), it faces the train tracks (3 of them & yes trains run pass at any given time — I only had 1 night when a big heavy train passed at 2am I woke up) Larger sized mini fridge with freezer, microwave, sink outside of the restroom with a small counter space & coffee maker. (Larger counter space & sink in restroom) Too cold for the pool but jacuzzi was nice to get in & relax. Great price — I can see us staying here again.

The manager let my boss in my room with out letting me know. Even though my boss paid for the room. For no reason should he have been given access to my room without my knowledge or okay.

Very friendly staff and nice hotel… But, if you like loud passing trains multiple times a night, constant truck and road noise, listening to your neighbors alarm, toliet flush, and them fart, and pillows the size of a postage stamp (seriously not joking on this one) then this is the place for you. I've heard quieter college dorms and military bases than this place… But, seriously friendly staff and nice look.

I had a very nice stay. Nice quiet atmosphere. Comphy bed with lots of pillows. Nice soft music playing in hallway. Easy access to outdoors. The check in person was so nice and helpful. The check out person also very nice and helpful. My room was clean. Nice and roomy. I highly recommend this Motel.

During our stay of 11 days this hotel and staff were wonderful. Each and every person there went beyond to be sure we were comfortable. They allowed our 2 dogs to stay and we sincerely appreciated that. Absolutely no complaints only accolades for all. Russell and Barbara Smith.

Rather go to the alliante hotel and Casino because best value for money.

Wonderful motel with extremely polite and helpful staff. Very clean, with great amenities. A bit out of the city, but found that suited us with children. Highly recommend.

Pros: good hot breakfast every morning. Cons: needs are very hard and you can feel the springs. Carpet is old a d dirty throughout. The key access room locks take 10 to 20 attempts to unlock. Other notes: they have a lot of renovations going on so they are actively improving this hotel.

This was a nice place for a decent rate. It isn't anything to rave about, but it worked for me and my family while we were passing through. The included breakfast was great for kids and adults.

Have stayed here twice having truck worked on. The staff is extremely pleasant and very helpful. Room was great. Breakfast was delicious.

Very well situated for traveling north. Plenty of eating facilities near by. Clean, well appointed rooms with fridge and microwave in room. Pleasant staff helpful and attentive.

Gorgeous room with great whirlpool tub. Breakfast is fresh and has a large variety. Mattress and pillows were clean and as comfortable as a cloud. However, the pool and hottub were not qell maintained. It turned my friend's daughters hair a bright turquoise that we could not wash out. Front desk didn't seem concerned and said they "would tell their manager. " I would recommend going somewhere else if a pool or hot tub is an important feature for you.

Lauren was very helpful when I called before I arrived. After arrival she greeted me with a smile, was very friendly and had me all checked in quickly. She told me about all the amenities and locations and times of the Continental breakfast. Room was nice had good sized mini refrigerator with a freezer section and a microwave. Flat screen t. V. With cable or satellite, not sure, and all the rest of the norm. Room rate was comparable to most places but a little more pricy than your motel 6 or Days Inn. Yes it is sort of in an industrial area with train rail across from the hotel but you can barely tell there's a train cruising by. Enjoyed my stay very much although it was only one night. You do get to sleep in a little check out not until noon. Close to places to eat and a casino/ movie theater.

The pool and hot tub are not maintained. I was looking forward to a nice swim, but the water was cloudy with dirt on the bottom, and a film of debree, leaves, and pollen floating on top. It was gross, and I opted not to swim after all. Also, the laundry facility smells like raw sewage. You can hear the trains driving by at night, which for some reason didn't bother me. But to some people that is a big deal. I feel that this was a nice hotel at some point in time, but they are beginning to run it into the ground. Prices are fair, the rooms are clean, and the staff is nice. If you're looking for a cheap place to crash, you don't care about swimming, doing laundry, and you are a heavy sleeper, this will work for you. Else you may want to keep looking.

This is a very nice hotel at the north end of Vegas. We chose it as we were driving through and felt it would be a good place to stay for a quick drive north in the morning to avoid the rush hour traffic. The bed was comfy and we had very nice accommodations. The only problem is that it is located in an industrial area and a train went through a short distance from the parking lot. There are no nearby restaurants. We happened to be there in a horrible wind storm so we asked the employees for a suggestion for a pizza delivery. They gave us great advice and we enjoyed a delivered dinner.

It's not a bad place to stay if your wanting to see Vegas and stay in a decent hotel for a good price.
The staff here are very kind and helpful.
You hear trains and jets quite a bit, but it's near Nellis AFB so it's to be expected.
The continental breakfast is really nice too.
It's not just cerial or fruit, but a really good selection to start your day.
We got a king suite, and the room was very comfortable, they have a small pool and jacuzzi also along with a small gym.
We will be staying here again.

Not often can you find a quiet place to stay in Vegas. Other than an occasional train, this place is far enough out to not have the crowds and unwanted hype, yet close enough to get to the city center in a few minutes. Its right off the freeway on I-15 and not too bad at all.

We were broken down on a Saturday afternoon and the Best Western was booked. Had to stay elsewhere (the Linq) which paled in comparison. On Sunday we transferred here and was extremely pleased! The room was very clean, stayed very cool (105° outside the entire stay), railroad tracks could be noisy at times but we weren't really bothered by it. The entire staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good, lots of options. After our horrible stay at the LINQ, was completely relaxed at The Best Western.

So, the location is near an industrial complex near the middle of nowhere. Getting to and from the Las Vegas strip is less than 10 minutes because the hotel is near the freeway. (Very quiet location). Brady (Hotel Operations Manager) checked me in and was able to accommodate me early, even though I was willing to wait until after 3 pm. The lobby is large and the grounds were very clean. Coffee and filtered water are available for free in the lobby, all day. The room was immaculate and modern, very clean. I looked at the pool and hot tub; small, but at least they have them. Two computers available in business center printer/scanner/photocopying machine. Free Wi-Fi. Excellent breakfast with many items to choose from. Every one was helpful. Ray at the front desk was very helpful and kept the Snack Shop stocked with refreshments, toiletries, and snacks. (Some toiletries available for free upon request). The ladies working the breakfast room offered to make me turkey sausage (and they did) and I am glad that this hotel had that option. I could go on and on about the exercise room and the available laundry room. Just know that the staff all do a wonderful job of keeping this hotel clean and always looking new. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. I stayed from June 24 through June 26, 2016.

The hotel was pretty good. The staff was pleasant, really good customer service. The only flaw was the spa. There was too much chemical in the spa once the jets were turned on.

1st room clean, but TV not working; heater not working. Shower drain not working so water filling up. 2nd room, bigger (customer service was good) smelled smoke! 3d room rancid! never again. Drastically different than any other Best Western experience.

Location isn't close to the downtown Vegas area at all but was close to our destination and reason for coming here so it worked out perfectly for us. Rooms are big but could use some improvements. Door locks weren't working half of the time so I'd have to sit and swipe my card 10 times before the door would unlock. Outdated ac unit, prefer central air but what can you do with an older style hotel. Nice amenities, fridge and microwave in room, excellent free breakfast, not continental breakfast either, actual hot food, bacon eggs and sausage as well as a lot of other options. Service has been great as expected.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was rude and not at all accomadating. Also, we booked a jacuzzi room several months in advance, and when we were given our room, it was not what we booked and they refused to do anything about it. We travel to Vegas multiple times a year and will never waste money on this place again.

Was here for the NXL Vegas event. Close to the field and clean. Walls are a little thin and it's close to the train tracks.

Great for if you are just passing thru Vegas and don't want/need the Vegas experience. Its in a corner of an industrial area, right next to a train track, but it dissent bother me. Not a fancy hotel but I was able to get out of Vegas super easy without losing any money, so I'm happy!

Fairly nice place. Exercise room is terribly small and only has 4 things in it. Breakfast could be better.

We stayed for 4 days. The rooms are pet friendly and clean. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the strip. Breakfast was nice. Overall a good experience.

It's your typical Best Western. It is nice because it is off the strip. The road to get here is confusing as heck, especially at night. Not much better during the day. The hotel was average. They have your typical waffles and cereal breakfast options. They were in the middle of a remodel when we stayed, so I imagine the room quality has improved.

Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast is ok. But I'm a truck driver, and when a place has shutter service, and can't take you a couple blocks to the Freightliner dealership that's not good. Plus, close to $90 a night, no microwave, or refrigerator in the room. I will not be coming back there…

Had a good experience in all. Hillary the housekeeper was splendid. 2 things I did not like was the smell, and the rumbling of the train.

This hotel has to be one of the greatest Best Western I've stayed in. Rooms are perfectly clean and relaxing. I got to say when it comes to hotels. I'm the guy to talk to. I stay in Best Western hotels all over California, Nevada and Utah every week, you can say I live in these hotels. This hotel has THEE BEST customer service! Christy and Manny are excellent at they're job. I can't complain about this Las Vegas Best Western at all. I look forward staying here every week :).

Person at the front desk was really unfriendly. The first room we got had some sort of weird odor so we asked the front desk if we could switch. He was very, very unhappy and grumpy. The trains outside were very noisy.

Rae who checked us in was really nice and multi tasking. Impressive! The continental breakfast was good, the pool was warm, the rooms nice and clean but many services and commodities were lacking. The spa was defective. The temperature was not hot. They offer washer and dryers but the detergent distributor was not functioning. Had to go to the nearest Pharmacy (far! ) to get some only to realize that they did not carry change for the machines! Went back to the closest facility to get some. The internet speed is variable. FaceTime was bad and web pages took a long time to load. There is a train track at 30 meters form the hotel, gets noisy. The person at the front desk didn't think all that was a problem. "oh, we know that the spa is not hot, we've tried to fix it". ". My boss didn't leave change so just go to the gas station! ".

No Railroad noise, But no hot tub either. The water was cooler than the pool. And the gates in the pool area were padlocked shut — Major safety issue. The ceiling tiles in the pool area (who uses ceiling tiles overt pools? ) need to be replaced. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are the size of accent pillows, not comfortable. The towels in the pool area ands in the room are old, rough, ands threadbare,,, they need to be replaced. The breakfast is displayed nicely. The sausage patty is cooked to the right temp, and nicely crisp and brown, but these eggs are cold, microwaves, ansdm crispy. The gravy tastes like paste. The coffee is hot and replenished quickly. The night attendant was adequate, but cool and unfriendly.

Rae at the counter did an awesome job. Never have I seen so many people walk in at one time plus the phone was ringing back to back and he still managed to help everyone and be polite to all the guests around me and in the phone.

The railroad tracks directly across the street are busy all night long. Request a room on the back side of this property to alleviate this annoyance.

Its nice no fridge though.

Beautiful rooms and property, great place if you want to stay in Las Vegas and be away from all the lights and noise.
