Stopped here on a roadtrip to California from Florida… somebody busted out the windows of my car and stole ALL of my belongings. The staff was not helpful what so ever, and because it was a Sunday no cop would come out. Plus they take a 25$ security deposit and say it will be refunded into your account in 2-3 business days… well a week later and I still have not been refunded my money. Do not recommend staying here.

Used to be a Choice hotel back in the day but know is a hole in the wall that insults it's workers with $9.00 an hour to work at the front desk, hello it's 2018 not 1973

Rough from the start. Got there and the lady said the reservation got cancelled. Obviously wasn't canceled and we still got in the room so that's whatever. We got in the room and the floor was still damp and the bathroom floor was sticky. Some of the lamps wouldn't work. Hardly any lighting in the room. There were people sitting outside our hotel window talking and listening to music all night. Hotel staff obviously doesn't care about their customers because they didn't do anything about it. Bed was comfy and pillow was nice so I guess that makes it worth 1 star.

Poor bedside manner, and fauls averiztiment for Wi-Fi, you can't receive Wi-Fi in rooms.

Room smelled and was clean. Great customer service. Didn't give a 5 since they didn't return the 25 deposit said it smelled like cigarette but we don't even smoke.

Rooms are clean updated style. The staff are very helpful and awesome customer service pool and loby are clean and updated.

I call it the pot hotel. Everyone is smoking in the rooms. And the carpet in the room was black stained and I didn't dare take off my shoes. Plus you have to ask for a blanket and yes they give you one from a prison. And one of the maids is always cooking in the laundry area. Not to mention I had to wait for someone to come to the desk for 30 mins.

There are a few people (including the manager) who work the front desk that are very rude. Other than that I have had no problems.

Rooms are clean and nicely decorated staff is very nice beds are soft and comfy however it's at a truck stop but it's quiet and clean.

Really clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. **highly recommended.

The room was neat and clean… we got in about midnight so didn't see much but the bed lol… pet friendly so that was huge plus… a little spendy but nice…

Plastic bags on the mattresses. No blanket just 1 sheet to sleep on and 1 sheet to cover up with. Also had to give a 25.00 depost. Called front desk about plastic bag was told they were new mattresses and they just had not removed them yet. Asked if I could and was told NO. Also the bathroom floor I wasn't sure it was cleaned. As a matter of fact I just left my shoes on in the whole room as it did not feel clean. Was afraid to use the shower did not want to run the risk of getting athletes foot.

Staff are friendly but amenities are outdated and could def be cleaner. Large rooms and quiet too. Lots of food options and a convenience store nearby.

Really a good place next to a truck stop… Staff was nice and my room was nice and comfy… I'm sure I'll stay here again…

Just checked in and now checking out. Pubic hairs and blood spots on the bed sheets. Also despite the clear no smoking signs, the room reeked of cigarettes. Next time I'll check the Google and yelp reviews before being hoodwinked by a cheap price. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Service was slow but good. Despite booking a non smoking room the room still smelled. Room was neat and relatively clean. Not a bad hotel just not worth the price.

I like it here. They leave you alone. It's like a perfect getaway. Lots of cable channels, it's quiet and located in a convenient hub of businesses. It's also very economical.

Haven't even stayed. Tried to book a room for a week. Was told that they didn't have any "weekly rooms" available. I specified that I didn't need a kitchenette or any of the other amenities specific to a weekly room, just needed a room for a week. I was informed that to do so, I would be charged the standard daily rate which varies based on weekend/weekday. In other words, they would rather not sell a room (guaranteed sale for a full week) at all on the off chance that they will sell out at what amounts to triple the price. Poor business practice. A guaranteed sale is better than a maybe.

Not a good place to stay it is a very dirty place, they don't put bedspreads in the beds, the Jacuzzi only has icy water, and it is quite expensive.

Rubbish reserve to be able to enter at 3 in the morning and now I say it is until the afternoon and I do not want to reimburse what the reservation are some thieves I'm sleeping in the parking lot of the hotel.

No comforters. Room not clean. Very un proffesional client. Don't normally post negative reviews but this had to be said. Says the room costs 50 dollars online. Turna out there is an additional 25 dollars up front skewing the actual price of the hotel.

OK if stuck at Kenworth. Nothing to brag about.

Very dirty room, the pillows felt like they had old tshirts in them there were no blankets only sheets, the carpet was filthy, the tile in the bathroom had urine drops by the toilet, there was no soap or shampoo, also no liner for the ice bucket, when I asked at front desk they acted like I was asking for too much I will never stay there again.

Stayed here about 40 times. Nice place.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good price for an overnight especially if you are in a bind.

Location is 20 minutes drive from strip. Very quiet place to stay at. Rooms are standard.

The beds feel like they're made of rock. Friendly staff and clean rooms though.

The FIRST hotel I've ever stayed at that doesn't have a comforter! The website lies. It shows rooms that are nicer than what they actually are. It also says there's complimentary breakfast and again… there's not.

Its a good deal, and great weekly rates, yes the carpet is old but it has a king size bed a fridge, microwave, for a very affordable price and its way better then anything around downtown.

No blanket just one sheet. People must live here because there was smell of cooking in rooms. And not just microwaving a snack. But, its priced right for what it is and staff is quite friendly. I have stayed here a few times and I will most likely return.

This is not a hotel, but an apartment building. There is no phone in any room, no room service, no condiments, not even a single cup or silverware in the "Kitchenette". You need to go to the fornt counter to ask for toilet paper and no use in asking to get your sheets changed…

Worst hotel that I ever stayed at. Over 100.00 and there was no remote only one pillow for a king size bed no blanket just a sheet. Air conditioner barely worked the room smelled with a foul oder along with the musty shower curtain the carpet was soiled. The front desk showed no concern at all. Never again will I ever stay there.

Decent for the prices, it has a big bedroom and confortable beds. Bathroom was not good, they don't provide soap only shampoo and the towels were not very good. OK place with good prices and helpful staff.

I like the place its not super fancy but it does the job, they are very nice and of course the A/C works in every room. I took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi really nice.
