Friendly staff, comfy beds, clean and convenient location close to everything but away from all the chaos downtown just a few minutes away. Lots of restaurants and shopping walking distance.

Clean and friendly better than many hotels I have recently stayed in.

My new spot when I'm in Las Vegas I truly enjoyed my stay nothing to complain about here if so trust me the customer service is awesome staff is professional and efficient the Hospitality is something to write about.

Avoid staying here. There was an open whole in my door covered with a sticky and they charged my card for the whole stay instead of the company card which was given at booking. This creates issues with expense reports and reimbursement. Too much work to stay here.

Nice place. Comfortable. Staff is very nice. Pool is tiny and not suitable for too many people. But overall a good experience.

It's not a fantastic hotel. The beds are comfy (though these duvets have an uncanny ability to swallow remotes whole) and the AC is commendable, especially for Vegas in July! But it just has so much room for improvement. For example, just looking around, I see dents and stains on the walls, holes in the blackout curtains, and the shower head doesn't fully engage. It's not a bad hotel, it's just a 3-star hotel is all. No, this hotel earns its 2-star rating from its daily morning tragedy. The breakfast offered the past two days have been absolutely abysmal. Every single aspect, from the coffee and juices that are very clearly watered down, to the biscuits that, at 7 in the morning, are stale and dry, to the bananas that are just sitting in an aggressively green pile of disappointment, at least a full week away from barely ripe enough to eat. The one good thing from this spread, is that I have never been more thankful and appreciative of Starbucks food. So I would say that a 2 star review is fitting for the Hampton Inn North Las Vegas Speedway.

I went here for a meeting but it was really nice. I was always used to go to Marriott which most I have visited have a nice pool and spa area. Marriott still has the best spa area but this one did not appear to have one at all. The only had a pool at Hampton Inn.

Went there this weekend for a swim meet. Block reservations were made but when we got there they had cancelled the reservations and given away most of the rooms. I reserved a room with two double beds and ended up with a king and rollaway bed that was very uncomfortable. Breakfasts were mediocre but only served eggs with ham both days. On second day asked if we could get the scrambled egg without ham when they made the next batch and was told no. Strange man came knocking on everyone's door asking to use a phone. Teported him to front desk at same time other guests were reporting him and lady said she thought he looked strange when he entered the building and she would send maintenance to get him but did not call maintenance. Last when I checked out the charged me $25 more a night than the block rate I was booked under. At first I was told I would have to call management to fix it and then she said she fixed it but I have a feeling my credit card statement will reflect I was billed twice… we will see.

No hot water. I contacted the front desk and talked to "Brooke". I asked if there was an issue as to why I could not get any hot water in the shower or sink. I was told it was because "the hotel was full. " I then replied that if the issue continues for remainder of my stay which consists of 3 more days that I will have to get a refund and check out of the hotel and I was told "fine".

Clean. Microwave and fridge. Decent bed. Good shower. Hbo.

I usually don’t write reviews however after 2 UNFAVORABLE experiences I thought I would leave a review. I have stayed at this hotel often at least 10 times. I have enjoyed staying there because it’s away from the strip and craziness of Las Vegas, the rooms are clean and well maintained and the breakfast is great. I went to the hotel thinking my office had booked a room but it didn't end up getting booked. So I asked the front desk (Chrissy) if I could use the hotel computers to book another room because the hotel was sold out. My cell phone was dead and I thought I wasn’t asking too much to use their guest computers. Chrissy told me the computers were for guest only so I explained that I stay there often and that I was a Gold member of Hilton honors she then explained that she wasn’t willing to let me use them. I love Hampton Inn but there are better choices in North Las Vegas….

Friendly staff but stingy with things that other Hampton Inn's give out for free. If you stay there, make sure to get any even numbered room due to road noise. It's about time for a renovation and to look at replacing those very loud A/C units.

Checked in early on 19 March. The two ladies working the desk yesterday morning were fabulous… very funny knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted to check in early but our room was ready yet do to being wicked busy the night before. The ladies updated me every 20-30minutes on the status of the room. The room is huge, nice fridge and microwave, 2 very comfortable beds, large modern, well stocked bathroom. The common areas were very neat and well kept, the pool area was very maintained. The breakfast, although small, was very well prepared and presented. Eggs were fresh and hot, a nice selection of pastries and cut fruit. The room was a tad more than I initially wanted to spend but at the end of the day. You get what you pay for. And we got everything we paid for, no issues. Thank you my friends, we appreciate your hospitality.

My hotel stay was booked through a third party for event I was attending in the Las Vegas area. Upon checking in, I was of course asked for a credit card for incidentals, and was assured that the room was already paid for. The room was nice and spacious, and the breakfast was nice. Upon checking out I was assured again that the room had been paid for, and any hold on my card would be returned within 3-5 days. After a few days, instead of the charges disappearing they stuck and processed. I called the hotel and they told me that the third party card declined and that I was being charged for the room. Sounded hard to believe since the rom was booked weeks in advance, and if their card declined they would have known sooner than after my stay. I stayed firm on my position, and a manager agreed to reverse the charges. However, I was still charged a pet fee of $25 for my service dog. I have been provided a service dog through K9s for Warriors and my dog has everything required by law. Charging for my service dog is the same as charging someone for using their wheelchair in a ADA approved room. I am still very upset at this, and will continue to push for not only a refund, but for a better understanding of the Americans with Disabilties Act.

Professional staff, very clean and tidy rooms. Continental breakfast was awesome.

Stayed here recently. Very nice hotel convenient to Nellis AFB. Rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. Complimentary breakfast both days there was hot, plentiful with a nice variety of choices. Lots of restaurants near by and just off the interstate.

Regular Hampton Inn. Good beds. The front step was less than helpful. Good area of town.

This hotel is very nice. This is not for those who are looking for the Las Vegas experience since it is about a 10 minute drive from the strip. The hotel is very quiet and great for family. It is great location with multiple restaurant within walking distance and a local casino. The one reason why I am giving a 5 is because some of channels specially the kids channels were not working and the AC unit in the room are somewhat old and slow to cool the room.

Normally, it's been good the past times we've been. However, Aaron was very rude when we called and was the same in person. Also, they said 12% tax when we prepaid, then charged 13% at checkout.

I'm going to start with the facility. The facility and rooms are clean and a good value for Las Vegas. Now let's talk about at least one person at the front desk. After checking me in without asking for my i. D. To verify who was checking in on my account she proceeded to charge not only my personal, but my company credit card as well. When I saw she did this and simply tried to ask why, I was treated poorly at best then she hung up on me twice. Once I got her back on the phone she again talked to me as if I was troubling her. I asked her to please have the GM give me a call and that has not happened and I do not believe I will ever get that call.

Good rooms, big shower and bathroom, nice desk space. The room was missing a closet and the upstairs neighbors were LOUD (could have been thinking floors, could have been the guests). Breakfast the next morning was good too with a wide selection of stuff! A good place to syltay if you don't want to be on the strip, and a closet isn't a must!

Monique and Tiffany are the one-of-a-kind employees at this location. I like the hospitality and the consideration they showed me in the Mist of all the trouble I had to go through just to be out of my house for a few days. That being said, if it wasn't for those two young ladies the property would have gotten a one-star. All due to Aaron's attitude and lack of customer service and team member appreciation for Hilton employees. I had to be out of my house for 2 days because of possible mold issues. I forgot to add my wife to my reservations/ what Aaron had told me. I called multiple times and spoke with Aaron yesterday on how to add her without physically having to be at the location since I had to be at work at 7 a. M. Aaron would not tell me what I had to do to add my wife's on the reservations, instead he referred me to speak with my manager at my hotel so he could tell me what I needed to do. After speaking with HR personnel they suggested contact Hampton Inn manager and see what he could do. I then spoke with Aaron once again who finally told me I had to be there in person to add my wife on even though I was a team member and also had Gold Member status. After finding out my housing management company was going to pay for my stay at Hampton Inn I contacted the hotel once again and Aaron answered.

Booked last minute. Check in was super easy and fast. Front desk staff was very nice. Room was clean and plenty of space.

Military beware and stay elsewhere. Despite multiple request for Hilton Honors points for an extended stay they flat out refused because "the Government pays for the hotel. " I guess they aren't used to military or business travelers. Marriott was happy to give points… recommend you stay there.

Friendly staff with nice, clean rooms. The breakfast and gym were also slightly above average. I'd recommend this hotel.

Close to many eating establishment. Employees are very helpful & friendly. Clean and great environment. Love that they have free weights in the gym. I have stayed in this hotel several times and will definitely come back. Quiet place to stay away from the madness.

This was my first time in Vegas! Staying here made the whole experience 10 times better! The staff was extremely nice! Even all of the cleaning crew greated us each day with a smile, a good morning, or enjoy your day. Monique, Jesse and Jason were above and beyond great! The rooms were comfortable and clean! I can't wait to come back!

A little hard to find, Google maps needs to like into the directions it gives to find this place. For the money, one of the best places we have stayed. Great staff, nice clean everything, and wonderful breakfast. We really enjoyed our brief stay.

Staff was great, facilities were good, breakfast was good. Beds were too springy for my taste and the shower in my room needed some work. Try to avoid a room by the elevator otherwise you'll need the AC on all night to cover the noise. And it's Vegas so that noise goes all night.

Clean and friendly service. Only negative was a poorly connected television and the location seems sketchy at first.

We checked in under 2 rooms at 2 different times. Both rooms were right next to each other and the rooms were clean and organized. We stayed there only over night, but the experience was great and the breakfast was fantastic! That being said, I think the rooms were slightly high in price.

My mom was homeless in between selling her home and closing on her new home. You guys accommodated her even though you were booked solid. 100 percent kudos to the excellent staff for that and not making her have to change locations until her house closes. The staff is OMG above and beyond friendly and helpful. They actually care about their customers. Hilton should recognize this as one of their best hotels in the country.

We arrived late 2am yet the staff treated us wonderfully Directected us as to where to park our boat trailer. The staff went the extrs mile to make our stay a great experience. I would recommend anyone wishing to stay jn the Las Vegas area to try the Hampton inn on Craig Rd. Easy to get to downtown as the freeway is near by. Beds and linens best anywhere. Special thanks to the breakfast room crew. Thanks Hampton Inn!

Our family had five rooms at the Hampton Inn for a family reunion held in the area. Our party ranged in ages from 3 years old to 70 years old. Each of our party of 13 had a wonderful time. All staff were helpful and courteous. We want to acknowledge the breakfast room personnel who greeted us each morning with a genuine smile and the desk staff who were so helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and every effort was made to locate us near each other. Due to a slight change in plans we arrived early in the day and we were able to check in — a special help for those who had been driving for hours. Thank you — and thank you for a warm, welcoming, helpful staff!
