As usual, HIE has provided quality in a most hostile environment… namely, the Nevada desert. Great service that doesn't require a lot of waiting, comfy rooms with excellent air conditioning, heavenly beds and pillows, and a quick, delicious breakfast. The decor makes me feel like I should he in the Rocky Mountains, but easily overlooked after a long day in the hot sun.

Great breakfast Good TV channel selection Clean rooms. Great AC Only downside is no pool. I was told one will be put in when they renovate in a few years.

The staff here are outstanding and want to help solve an issue you may have. The general manager is proactive and wants to ensure your stay here is perfect. The rooms were incredibly clean and great breakfast too!

The check in process was smooth. The staff I encountered were friendly and professional. I stayed in a suite and it was very clean. I liked the bigger bath tub. I slept really well and the thermostat worked perfectly. The included breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The checkout process took less than five minutes.

Very comfortable beds, good breakfast, very clean. The AC unit didn't work great, but overall it was a great stay.

Right off the highway. Close to the casinos, and limited shopping. Room was spacious, clean, and beds were very comfortable. Customer service was amazing! Amazing hotel rates + early check-in and late check-out for IHG members. The lobby/breakfast area is also nice and feels like a lodge. Board games available, all movie channels, all for no extra charge! First time in Elko as a stopover for a couple days of rest and it was surprisingly everything my husband and I were looking for.

Good location. Comfortable beds. We would stay there again.

Mi paso fue muy bueno por Holiday Inn. Me he quedado en ese hotel anteriormente y siempre me gusta. El personaje es amable y ayuda a todos. No teníamos almohadas para en la tercera cama de sofá pero al pedirlos lo obtuvimos sin problema.

In Elko on business, as always a great experience at a great price! Highly recommend this conveniently located hotel! Walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants!

Right off the freeway, across from a grocery store and next to a casino and gas station. Nice staff.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly… Always a nice place to stay in Elko! Hot water in the shower take just a bit longer than you would expect to get hot, but don't give up hope it gets hot! This hotel is also easy to get on and off of I-80 and has an Albertsons grocery across the street.

Nice large rooms. Easy to get to from interstate. Great breakfast and plenty of dinning options nearby too.

We have stayed here twice now. They are always are great. This time they upgraded us to a suite which was fantastic. The location was great because it was within walking distance of almost anything we needed. The only reason I wouldnt give 5 stars is because the direct TV box would crash and there was a clicking noise in the wall that was intermetent all night. Those were minor problems though.

This is a very nice hotel. The beds are comfortable, the internet is fast and reliable (not always a guarantee in Eastern Nevada), the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is one of the best I've had staying in a hotel. There were a few disheartening things though. There was a power outlet in my room that was loose and almost falling off the wall and a few other minor maintenance issues that I'm hoping are just one offs that their maintenance person is working on but hasn't completed yet, and not that this is an indication that the hotel is no longer focusing on maintenance and may be going downhill soon.

Breakfast was decent for continental. Room was clean. My only complaint would be the thermostat kept the temp well below 70 no matter what I set it to.

One of the nicest Holiday inn Express ive stayed in so far. Oh did I mention they serve biscuits and gravy… YUMMMY.

The staff was quick to get me a room even though I arrived before check-in. Room was clean. The one thing I don't like about this building is the wired network is non-existent. Tuesday night is lasagna night!

The location was easy to find. It is right off the freeway. The staff was very nice and friendly. It was one of the better Holiday Inn's I have stayed at.

No hot water, two days in a row. Said they were sorry that the system couldn't keep up with demand. Ran it for twenty five minutes, at no time was it even warm. But don't worry, they gave me imaginary points to make up for it. So I've got that going for me. Not enough to comp one night even, but it's the best they could do it seems. Definitely not coming back to this location. In Elko, there are newer more modern hotels available. I recommend one of those.

The room was spacious and looked nice. The breakfast had a good variety, and tasted very good. Overall we were quite happy with our stay.

I liked the "cabin" look and feel on the inside of the hotel. The customer service was great our entire stay. The breakfast options were well displayed and tasted really good too.

Nice facility, spacious rooms, decent breakfast. Front desk personnel need more training on providing receipts and other services in an efficient way.

Very nice, clean, quiet hotel, with a great breakfast area, nice room and VERY comfortable bed. The only complaint I had was the water came out of the faucet and shower so hot that it is dangerous! Letting the front desk know on the way out! Did I mention how comfortable the bed is?! Seriously, we have a King room upstairs and it is well worth the price! Hotel staff have been incredible and friendly!

Hotel is in a great location, near to everything Elko has to offer. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend staying here!

It is a nice hotel as far as Holiday Inn types go. Newer and cleaner than most of the others in this town. The staff is nice and we're very helpful. The breakfast is good, lots of selections, and the breakfast staff kept things very neat and clean. I spent 2 months in a competitors hotel before due to a house fire and let me tell you the rooms were gross, and the breakfast was like two things to chose from and the breakfast staff couldn't even keep that clean andnstoxked. Anyway, nice hotel overall.

Maid service started at 7am, they knocked on the door ever 30 minutes starting at 7am. Otherwise, great stay. Very nice and clean, good breakfast.

We stopped here during our drive back to Utah from San Jose, and my husband and I both were surprised and delighted with this hotel. The atmosphere was cozy, the rooms clean and inviting, and breakfast was included, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Elko or just passing through — great value, great service!

Good clean friendly hotel.

Staff does not live up to the HI standard. HBO guide in room, no HBO offered. Huh? Nice outside but once in your room your true hotel shows. For the money I could have gotten much more. Platinum member? "we dont care. " Huh? Very disappointed. Will definitely deal with corporate when I get home. This place is a joke. Don't stay here… use your car instead.
