We went bowling here and it was really fun. Great prices on food and entertainment. The location is right in town.

We ate at the Cafe, out was breakfast time and my grand daughter, of course, wanted spaghetti. The meal was served nice and hit for her. The crew there was fabulous.

Clean and bright. No buffet offered and food at cafe was overall, subpar. Play here, is nowhere near as decent with paybacks, as Vegas. Not my face place, Pahrump must have better to offer!

I always enjoy popping into the Nugget when I'm visiting Pahrump. The service is great and it's always clean. The Cafe is nice, and I like to gamble there.

Went here to eat in the cafe. Good food, good portions at a decent price. Staff very nice and professional (even being distracted by the Stanley Cup game). Only problem was the will dows facing the casino we're open, so had a faint smoke smell. Otherwise will visit again.

The food at any 3 location usually makes you sick. Not many options here. So every year or so I give them another try.

It's a good place "The Golden Harvest" to have breakfast but they need to renew their menu, be real, how many people actually eat 3 eggs, why not have a short stack available. My wife and l have been going there for breakfast daily for about 4 plus years, not for the menu but because we like the people there, we enjoy their friendliness. Ray, carol, diane, cristy, sarah and more. They also need to update it's appearance, l woked on it's initial building and nothing has changed in years, UPDATE it's appearance, change the tables that are cracked, your plates wobble and none of the tables are level, wallpaper and pictures don't match and are just blahh!. I'll stop here, enough is enough! O K!.

The hotel has only one flaw. It stinks of nicotine. And I would continue the few miles to Las Vegas next. But that's more to the place of Pahrump.

Went for a drive from Vegas to Parump since my husband and I are new to the area. Decided to stop by Pahrump nugget. If you've ever been to Laughlin then you will know what to expect. Check out the bowling alley. It reminded me of the old days. The casino was clean and people were very welcoming me.

So I unexpectedly visited the Nugget recently and had the pleasure of meeting Elisabeth at the concigere desk and can I just say that never in my life have I met anyone as pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and utterly professional as she was. Absolutely will both recommend this hotel to family and friends and will visit again next time I'm in town! Thank you for your help and for being so fantastic at your job!

Food sucks, waitress put food on one table and said oh that is for this other table and picked it up and served to different table! Health code violation! We ordered tea without lemon and got it with, she brought it back and still tasted like lemon, all she did was pick it out! The hash browns were super greasy and looked like they were stirred in a pot, the chicken fried steak had sausage gravy and was nasty, my dad took it all home to his dogs, I asked if he hated his dogs because if you loved them you wouldn't feed them that crud! Oh almost forgot when we were seated, waitress wanted to know what we wanted and when I asked if we could see the menu and she was put to put it kindly since that was not her job. Will never eat there again.

Were here in the house's own steakhouse, which is highly recommended. Very tasty steaks and pork chops eaten. Our waiter Anthony was extremely friendly and attentive, a piano player made for beautiful sounds. Overall, this was a beautiful Friday, the 13th evening at the casino.

Definitely one of the worse hotels I’ve stayed in recently in terms of maintenance and upkeep, as well as just decent furniture and such. (I mostly stay at Holiday Inn Express, so it’s not like I’m used to the Ritz. ) Multiple items in the bathroom were falling off, falling apart, etc. The door lock (the bar one that lets the door open part-way) was mostly broken. The fridge was non-functional (they did swap it out after the first night when I let them know). The table and chairs were creaky and wobbly and worn-out. On the plus side, the bed and pillows were decent, and the A/C worked (was REALLY loud and tartly, though. ) The service was courteous and helpful. The whole place just reeks of cigarette smoke. A lot of casinos are like that, but this was worse than most.

Service has gone down hill. Cafe used to be good place to eat now it's you get what is on menu no deviation and if u don't like it too bad. Rooms could use a little updating.

Went with hubby so he could bowl in a tournament and I could play BINGO. I was really impressed with the updates everywhere. The convenience of the eateries to the BINGO center was perfect. I was lucky in Bingo and on some slot play. The employees were very friendly. It was so worth the drive from Las Vegas!

The Nugget Casino and Hotel are part of Golden Gaming Group. I have never been real happy with the Nugget gambling and rewards program. When I gambled there you put in more than a dollar to get one point most Casinos operate on the plan one dollar in one point on your card. I have stayed at the Hotel. No problem with my room or housekeeping not bad at all. The restaurant is fine my food was good. I have heard the buffet closed if that is true I can only say about time. The buffet was over priced and absolutely the worst buffet I have ever had. I do not see any improvement in the near future.

Rooms are nice, beds are terrific. Fun place. Kathy at front desk made sure our stay and bookings went perfectly. Super helpful! 5 star.

Nice hotel. We found that the rooms and bathroom were actually the most beautiful on our tour. Quite big and really clean. Also the buffet was very good and plentiful. If we are in the area again we use the hotel safely again.

Old and kind of run down… Nasty bathroom with a stench to it. Mold party in the shower. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months (pictures). And there was basically no hot water for the shower. Got a few seconds of warm water and then back to cold water… Spend a few extra bucks and stay at the holiday inn down the road. Would never visit this place again.

The chopped salad was excellent. My husband had New Orleans pasta with sausage, shrimp and chicken. I can't recall the name exactly but he eats this type of dish frequently when eating out. He thought this was hands down the best he ever had. You have to like spicy to enjoy this dish. It was great.

The people at the casino were very good.

The Hotel is OK, not new but not ugly. The inhabitants Nessisitanas light.

Clean place, food is excellent. … but second time now we have seen peculiar happenings on the gaming floor. Its as if 1 person has the "golden ticket" (pun intended) & not another single person wins except that one person. Saw it in bingo about 6 months ago, again tonight watching 1 person get at least 12 bonuses off 4 machines all over $500, then not another single player after them except 1 during a 30 min observation time. His payout $25. Bingo, one couple arrives late, wins every game but 3 out of 14, didn't act excited, but did act "expected". Yes, they won 9 games of bingo in one session. Not even going to say how impossible that is without some kind of interference. I don't care who you are NOBODY has that kind of luck. So be aware if you play here… try the sports book, or table games… cafe has excellent food. Stay away from slots or bingo. better yet just drive out to Lakeside. Better play & nice old casino charm. Good luck & remember things are never truly random!

As casinos go, it's great. It's a bit too smokey for me, maybe they need better fans, but most folks don't mind that in a casino. Several restaurants, nice bar and of course lucky tables & machines. It's a fun environment!

I only went to gamble. It was pretty slow for a Monday and there was only one blackjack table open when I got there. Service wasn't that quick to stop by but once I got an order in, my drink was delivered pretty readily. The dealers were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Their sports book area was pretty nice, plenty of screens and the chairs all looked comfortable. I do wish they'd upgrade their ventilation as the place smelled of smoke the moment you walked in. Overall, probably the best casino in such a small town.

I have had nothing but stress trying to get an overcharge refunded to me. After a long day of hiking at death valley My friend and I got a room for one night here. I checked out and paid for the room on Friday morning. I saw a charge on my account for an extra night and was told I checked out on Saturday morning which was totally a lie. I was also told the charge would be reversed after I PROVIDED PROOF of my receipt, as they were showing NO RECORD OF MY CHECK OUT! Clearly the people at the front desk do not know how to do a refund… Early Tuesday morning instead of a charge reversal I was charged the extra day… I simply will NEVER STAY here again… I now will have the hassle of calling CITI bank and they can deal with it… A guest should never have to go through this.

We tried to eat in the Harvest Cafe but were turned away because they had a party of 22. They stated they would not be seating any tables for 30 minutes, even though there were several 2 and 4 person tables that were empty. My husband is handicapped, in a walker and can barely walk. He is not able to stand for 30 minutes. No chair was offered. No attempt was made to accommodate his disability. We complained to the food manger but he would not provide any help. Other managers we talked to were surprised that no assistance was given. Clearly, The Golden Group cared nothing about ADA guidelines. If you are handicapped like my husband, better take your business to another casino. P. S. There are never enough handicap parking places available at the Nugget Casino. Don't waste your time…

What a nice hotel we are from Detroit and we had an absolutely wonderful time the food was great to customer service's excellent I would certainly recommend to go there and enjoy yourself with you just going to the casino and the restaurant or you want to spend the weekend.

This casino has the lowest payouts I have ever seen for Game King keno games. That includes regular keno, 4 card keno and multi-card keno. They have machines that only pay 1000 for a 6 spot! Should be 1600 at least. 55 for 5 out of 6? That's ridiculous. Makes you wonder what the other games are set at. Rip off!

Had dinner in the restaurant. The southwest burger is awesome. And the home fries are the best I've had anywhere. The service was superb. Peggi was our waitress. She is as good as they come. Very attentive, friendly and professional. Will definitely be back. Wish I could say the same for the gaming. We've been here several times and just can't win. Think we'll stick to dinner only from now on.

I was at your casino and with 2 other family members and spent $1200 and played for around 6 hours. We asked for a food comp and were denied. We went to check out points and found out that they delete points every three months. Being from out of town puts us at a disadvantage losing our points that often. We have been going there 2 times a year and staying all day and spending at least $1200. So if you are from out of town, and expect any kind of comp, you can forget it. This casino only caters to locals. We won't be going there again! so disappointed!

After spending the night I had forgotten my cell phone in my room. After several calls to retrieve my phone a gentleman named Larry kindly sent my phone to my next destination in Ca. I so much appreciate his professional behavior and help. I wish more people at Pahrump Hotel would be as courteous as him. Thanks again Larry.

Stayed here while attending Front Sight earlier this month. We were worried about the smoke issue and mentioned it at check in. They put us in a room furthest from the casino on the second floor. No smoke issues. Our room was clean, comfortable and had the amenities we needed. Cold A/C, fridge, hot shower and comfortable bed. I would stay here again. Very reasonably priced.

Casino is good. Wish they still had roulette table but card tables are good with decent dealers. Slots are what you expect at any casino. Restaurant staff is kinda rude and not friendly.

The Nugget is a staple business in Pahrump. Right on highway 160 with a large sign its hard to miss. We ate at the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and even though the casino was pretty busy we got seated fairly quickly. I got the fish and chips and it was perfectly prepared very crispy and juicy. Our server was extremely nice and checked on us frequently to make sure that our drinks were refilled. It was our fault but the checks could not be split more than two ways which is frustrating because at other restaurants I've seen it be able to be itemized.

As a local, I love getting breakfast here at the cafe. Their omelettes are the best, and available 24/7! The bowling alley is a nice hangout spot. Some areas of the property feel a bit dated, but it's a pretty clean place.

Cheap rooms, good food at the cafe.

It is a good place to stop to sleep I little else. The casino is a bit decadent. The people in the restaurant are very sympathetic.

Comfortable beds and bathroom more than right. A little old. The Wi-Fi fatal, did not arrive just connection and when you could connect it was very very slow. You don't have a choice for breakfast. It is very close to supermarket and fast food area and also very close to Death Valley.

It's a good place to eat for a quick bite in the cafe or the buffet. But there steak house is great and service is awesome.

It has been recently remodled and it is very nice not all flashy just modern and love the tiles and placement of some new machines. We eat there on a regular basis and never had any problems with any of the staff they are always very friendly.

We stayed over night while on our way to vegas. The cost per night was very cheap, the unfortunately had no none smoking rooms available so I stayed in a smoking room which surprisingly did not smell. The room was very well presented containing 2 queen size beds and a 32" tv. During the night the AC unit stopped working however the weather was not too bad so the window provided adequate cooling. I had breakfast in one of the in casino restaurants the food was nice and reasonably priced with big portions.

Used restroom, nice and clean. Played craps, dealers were very entertaining and social. Won money. Casino a little older, dingy and small compared to other casinos, but it is what you get in Pahrump.

My Husband and myself took my parents to see Pahrump, NV. From our home in Las Vegas, NV. I told them that Pahrump Nugget Hotel and Casino had a great breakfast at really good prices. They have not seen Pahrump in decades. ) The first place we took them was to breakfast at Pahrump Nugget Hotel and Casino. Well this place is amazing, it has great food, fantastic service and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Since we only live apx. An hour out we didn't need a room, but from what we seen the next time my parents are in town for a visit, I guarantee you that they will be spending time in Pahrump, NV. At the Pahrump Nugget Hotel and Casino. We give them 5 stars for being as great as they are.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, great sportsbook, but the food in the cafe and buffet has gotten really bad.

Stayed here for only one night on my way to the Death Valley. I was skeptical about this place because of the good low price. I was surprised, the room was nice and clean, comfortable beds. Good size bathroom. I give it four stars because I requested a non smoking room and was given a smoking room, the big window in the room helped, I let it opened at night and let the breeze in. Slept comfortably after all. Good friendly staff.

Had a fantastic filet mignon at the Steakhouse. Cooked perfectly. Would recommend splitting the sides if you order one.

Ate at the buffet. The food was tasty and the choices were many. We walked in near closing time, and the wait staff welcomed us with open arms, told us not to feel rushed. We ate a little more quickly than we expected (I don't want to keep anyone from leaving work on time), but they were super-gracious and we definitely got our fill that night. :-)

The food was good, the service was slow drinks were dry most of the time. The loaded baked potato was very large but had way too much sour cream it was all over the plate and spilling onto the table.

I have always enjoyed the nugget. Great staff very beautiful and friendly coctail waitresses. The buffet although seems to need better food it doesnt even stand up to the old vegas 4.99 all you can eat days. The cafe and capriottis. Inside along with the bowling alley and kids place is outstanding.

It is a nice, friendly place. The people working there are very helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. Food tastes good. The bar is a fun place to relax.

Drinks were never refilled. Short staffed. They apparently ran out of meat, so what we had was very dry and bland. They people were nice. And the place was clean.

Fun little pitstop on the way to Death Valley. Pleasant staff, friendly waitress, OK food. Laid back and down home!

They ran my card twice, check in and out. They didn't cancel one and I got billed twice. Manager couldn't fix it. Had to contest it through my account. Otherwise enjoyed it.

Comfortable rooms with great air conditioning units, nice tvs and beds. The buffet is reliable, and the staff are all very nice. Wi-Fi is speedy, but a bit of a hassle to log into. The casino is good, not intimidating for new players. I had a good time here.

A nice place before Golden Gaming took it over. Now it's all about profit at any expense. No clue as to who their customer base is and they don't care. This place sucks.

Stayed here for 5 nights for a work thing. Pros: — relatively cheap hotel. — Has several food choices inside that are pretty good, though not cheap. — Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the rooms. — The shower is a nice walk-in (no bathtub). Gambling isn't my thing, so I can't comment on that. Cons: — the hotel hallways go directly into the casino, so they reek of smoke (even on other floors). However, I can't smell it at all in my room. — The "free Wi-Fi" is a lie; they charged me a $50 resort fee (but they will supposedly refund $40 of this at the end of the week? How does this make sense? ) to pay for the babysitter in the casino (I'm a single adult) and for the Wi-Fi, so it isn't free. It's also atrocious; on the nights it worked at all, I had at best a 0.25 Mbps connection with 200-300ms ping to a town 50 miles away (ping fluctuated tremendously, within a 5 minute sitting it would go from 300ms to 15ms back to 300ms again). Might as well go use the Wi-Fi at Denny's. — the hotel walls are pretty thin; I could hear my neighbors snoring on both sides. — the hotel check-in is in the casino itself — no gym.

The food is simply awful. Everything is premade, frozen, and reheated. They won't even make you fresh pasta. This is all coming from the waitress we had who was just terrible. Took 15 minutes to get drink orders when she only had 4 other tables. Took over an hour to get our burgers which were overcooked and nauseating. They water down the marinara sauce so much that its just vomit inducing. Seriously this is one of the worst places to eat in all of Pahrump.

Stayed there on visit in 2008. Also son works there.

Spent two weeks at Frontsite Firearms Training Institute. We stayed at the Nugget in Pahrump for the time we were there. Nice room but had a few issues with housekeeping. All in all we had a good stay. When we go back to Frontsite again if we don't take the motorhome we will definanetly stay at the Nugget.

Came here on the 18 of July with a few friends for a small vacation. Checking in was easy, Staff was nice and helpful, rooms were nice and cozy. My only real complaint — Free internet access was extremely hard to connect to, and signal was often dropped had to hang near the bathroom on my phone and tablet to use it. Other then that, it was a good hotel and i'll most likely come again.
