Patty was very accommodating and friendly. She made sure to wish us a happy anniversary when we checked in. The room looks recently updated and is clean and airy. K7 is much closer to Front Sight than the hotels and no smokey lobby.

Room was clean and serviceable, however, it's quite a ways outside of town, so the only food options are to drive back into town about 10 miles each way, or eat in their lounge. They had a very limited menu (6 or 7 items) and the $30 sirloin and fries I had, could only be cooked one way. "All steaks only cooked med rare", it says on the menu. The biggest disappointment is the breakfast. The breakfast portion of this B&B, is prepackaged corn flakes and a pack of mini donuts on our fridge in the room. This is more like a motel room, with snacks, than a Bed and Breakfast. Again, the room is quiet and clean.

It is so peaceful here and the scenery is so beautiful with the mountains all around. They also have an excellent breakfast.

This place is not bad if you’re used to mediocrity. The restaurant only has four items and three of the items include curry. The owner is a liberal from India and likes to express his opinion on his flat screen TV in the restaurant. We came to the K7 B&B while spending four days at Front Sight. My problem with this place is the owner is against the Second Amendment and wants to abolish the NRA. He believes we shouldn’t be allowed to have guns, yet he’s willing to take my money. Most of his business comes from the website and a lot of it is from people going to Front Sight. Personally after this I’d just go somewhere else. There are many other choices.

A welcome change to a typical hotel~! Wonderful people! Relaxing environment. All the amenities you and then some. Modestly priced.

Clean rooms free breakfast every day that you're there and friendly people! Plenty of parking quiet neighborhood best bed and breakfast. You can't go wrong here. The owners are wonderful people.

Lovely accommodation with friendly staff on the outskirts of Pahrump. Breakfast was freshly made and exceptionally good — (NO run of the mill, plastic wrapped toast on paper plates you get anywhere else)

Great place to stop at the exit (or entrance) of Death Valley. It was a very nice hotel. Breakfast with ample options of choice. Recommended in every point of view!

This is one of the best BnB I have been ever been in my life. Absolutely loved it. The surroundings were awesome. Do not miss out on the morning breakfast. The pancake and the french toast are just out of the world.

Unfortunately we got to Parhump on a rainy day. However the staff was very welcoming and the room very cozy. Ideal to stay before going to visit the Death Valley or Las Vegas.

Great find! Off the beaten path & cleanest place ever! Excellent breakfast made to order and nicest staff/owners. Only downside was someone crashing around in room above way earlier than I wanted to wake up.

First I want to say it is cute and clean. Our check in time was supposed to be at 3 PM. The place was closed not a soul, when we arrived. My husband called the number provided and the woman had a bad attitude, saying an e-mail was sent notifying us of the change. We didn’t receive the e-mail. We paid for a full day and expected to have a full day. We had things to do and had to wait around till someone showed up. When the woman finally showed up, she continued to have a bad attitude and said that she had to leave her job early to let us in. It is winter time and very cold. The bed had only 2 very very thin coverings. There wasn’t anything warmer, no other blankets. Cute, but I will never recommend this place.

We stayed here in New Year's eve. Great place for half of what we would have had to pay in Las Vegas. Worth the drive!

We had a great stay here. Patty was terrific, it was quiet and off the beaten path. Comfy bed, good breakfast (included), nice vibe.

The price is not OK, from the reception we denied everything that was made with Expedia… Room a bit small…

This place was awesome! Patty and her husband were very nice and accommodating, the room we had was beautiful, very well done and so clean and comfy. They had all the things from home we needed including full shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Beds were comfy. My sister rented the 3 bedroom Casita. We had all the dishes silverware plenty of couches and table room. The breakfast was fresh really good and was included in the room we had! We will be back. It was a really nice peaceful area as well. 10 x.

Very nice Motel, very clean room, very large bathroom.
The breakfast cooked on time by one of the owners was the best of the trip! The Motel includes a pizzeria that was closed upon our arrival, and a bar where we had breakfast, all in traditional style built by the owner. We had a great time, other than that the price was super cheap the lowest of all the motels where I stayed. Thank you!

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The pizza was tasty. If you are looking for posh accommodations this is not the place for you. Think minimalist. If you are okay with the bare necessities than this is your spot!

We had a late check in, but Patty emailed me before hand so we knew exactly what to do to retrieve the key to our room. The room was exactly what we expected. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, the staff was so catering to us and even offered tips for our visit to Death Valley that day. A great place to stay.

This place is awesome. Great price, great room, great service. And the pizza place is phenomenal!

The K7 is a very beautiful, charming, friendliest place to stay. Extremely comfortable accommodations and a very sweet and friendly owner and staff! I highly recommend this place to anyone who may be passing through or staying in this town! This place makes you feel right at home and is such a relaxing atmosphere. The food is is delicious and made when ordered so fresh! I would give this place a million stars!

This is a great place with friendly owners. Nothing I didn't like about it. Good food, good rooms. No doubt would stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious, freshly prepared breakfast, small but tasty evening menu; The room was very comfortable. Large shower; Clear recommendation; Pahrump is a large city with shopping facilities — 10 minutes drive.

Absolutely amazing! We are in casita b. The room is adorably small but larger than most would think! And the restaurant on site has the best pizza my family has ever had!

The owner Patty is absolutely wonderful. The lady who does breakfast is such a sweet lady and the housekeeping is very nice and helpful. Ask them anything and they are very accommodating. The rooms are nice and big as well as the bathrooms. There are plenty of places to sit outside and relax and eat your meals. The food is very good! I would say the only complaint we had was the Wi-Fi, but that really doesn't have to do with them. Being in the desert, Wi-Fi is sporadic so just make sure you have plenty of data and you will be fine!

Super nice operator. Our room was newly renovated, bright and friendly. The food is top, especially the homemade pizza and the great breakfast selection. We would come back anytime.

Surprising. From the outside you give him absolutely trust and the location is quite dispersed in nothing but the rooms are nice, clean and relatively new and great value.

The legendary Patty manages this bed and breakfast in a familiar way. Guest rooms are clean, comfortable mattresses, clean and quite modern. Speaks british english and kitchen very well. Makes a great chicken and a pizza that American standards is good.

Elizabeth at the reception was super nice and flexible. We arrived late and she waited for us, made us diner after the kitchen closed and prepared our breakfast "to go" as we were leaving really early the next morning. The room was very clean and had everything you might need. Highly recommended place to stay (get there in time to admire the beautiful sunset view)

Between las vegas and death valley's entrance. Has been comfortable clean and quite place. For less than 90 dollar for 2 queen booked the day before wad the best choice to spend a night during the trip. Breakfast home made and from the owner. Good experience.

Great B & B! After 15 days of trip in California, this is by far the best place where we slept, the room was very clean, the bathroom was big and very clean also. And the breakfast is to die for! It has changed us California motels! In any case after crossing Death valley, it's the perfect place to relax!

I have stayed here twice while taking courses at Front Sight because it saved me gas & time since I didn't have to drive into town. My room was clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful with area information. I would give it 5 stars, but they didn't have blue cheese dressing for my salads :). The food is very good just a little limited for my tastes.

The room was very clean. It was plenty roomy enough for us. The beds were comfortable, which is important. It was very quiet at night. The owners were very nice. Breakfast was good. It was nice to have a microwave and a fridge in the room. I didn't have to walk through a casino to get in and out of the place. We thought it was a good value. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent one night on the through journey from Death Valley to Las Vegas. The property is a little off but very nice, friendly and helpful staff, which speaks partly also German.

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Quiet during the night. Breakfast is pretty good. Staff *very* friendly! It's not in the city center, but as you need a car here anyway that's perfectly fine. Pancakes & French toast is probably the best choice for breakfast ;) for German visitors: they do serve Nutella and peanut butter Gitti? who sometimes serves breakfast even is from Germany.

Totally remote, but surprisingly well. Nevada is fairly deserted, and Pahrump is a small "hole" in the middle of Nowhere, this Bed & Breakfast is located at the end of Pahrump. Even if you are standing in front of it, you have to be on the safe properly. But all of that is deceptive. The rooms are good, bathroom was large with a huge shower. The Breakfast is delicious and Gisela with their bubbly Mix of English and German completes the Whole.

A little bit hidden but very! nice staff, cozy rooms and good breakfast, prepared right away and with love :)
