This review will focus more on the parking for the hotel rather than the hotel. Park at this hotel at your own peril. I have stayed here twice and both times my car was damaged by the parking staff. I want to state I have no bias I was not out of pocket for either damage done to the cars. The staff are flippant, with little concern for damages. The first thing you will hear from them is they need to review the cameras. Unless your car was damaged in a more severe way those cameras will be of little help. If the damage is not visible on the film they refuse liability. Dings, dents, scratches, etc. Will likely not be covered. I have had dings and dents on two rented cars the parking company covered zero. I was told the damage is normal wear and tear. If I did not like this than I should not park with them. As they are the parking company for Hilton at this location you have little options. The hotel manager was helpful in dealing with the parking company on my behalf, but that only goes so far. Damages are dealt with by the parking company not Hilton. The parking staff are curt, flippant, and off putting. They are quick to state the damage occurred off site. The company is self insured which increases their resolve to refuse liability. If you value your car and your time find another way to this hotel. Take a cab, trolley, ride share, walk, but don't park here. If you are driving to New Orleans consider another hotel but know the same company works with most hotels. They just have different staff at different sites. I gained nothing from either incident, rather on the contrary I lost time and efforts better spent. Take caution from my experience, choose wisely.
