Checked in fine. I thought all was going to be awesome… attention to detail is the Bottom line! I am a honors member and appreciated the gift bag at check in. So first thing is first… I have a down allergy. That means with down feather pillows that I come in contact with it could lead to a hospital trip. It was listed on my reservation… Didn't happen. I took the pillows down to the front desk and dropped off. Then after a night we noticed the toilet with a steady leak at the base of it. I then was super heated and called the front desk and they changed our rooms. I thought an apology would happen at some point… not so much. I will clearly chalk this up as a fail for embassy suites convention center as this is second time checking into an embassy suites and they missed the request in less than a year. Hello Marriott rewards! The two star really was given because the highlight was the experience with the bar staff during the reception they have nightly… (Sean the bartender was awesome) Unfortunate experience Questions just reach out! Very nice hotel with amazing perks. Don't sleep on this hotel. Complimentary Cook to order breakfast Complimentary evening snack and drink Walking distance to everything, casino, Shopping, restaurants, museums, convention center. Staff is amazing from the valet service to the cleaning staff. Amazing view from the balcony we had. Great place to host events rather large or small groups. The suits are great for families. All suites have a sofa sleeper. It did not disappoint. We will be back.

Nice server. Bar equipped to handle any type of usual drink. Good craft IPA on tap. Fast service. Free happy hour drinks if you are a guest.

Great place to stay. Nice balcony view outside of room. Very clean and comfortable. Reception was also very nice. Two small comments for breakfast, the green pepper should be cut much smaller for the omelette as it was still raw and the salsa was spicy but tasted a lot like marinara sauce.

It has been awhile since I stayed at an Embassy Suites. This one the hospitality was great, the concierge were great at pumping up the city and the breakfasts were good. The only thing I was disappointed in was the afternoon receptions. Drinks are free and the snacks. But the snacks were the same every other day and they were terrible. The snacks consisted of celery, spicey ranch dip, humus, crackers and a bread & pretzel mix. The could have done better. They rooms were smaller but I am sure it has to do with this location but the beds were comfortable and services.

We stayed here for a few days to attend a downtown convention. The room was clean, but a little bit on the older side. The ice machine did not work on the floor and was not fixed while we were there. The cleaning staff is very friendly you receive fresh supplies everyday. Will probably stay here again due to the location and size of the rooms.

Very nice room. Great breakfast. Short walk to transportation or the quarter. My only complaint was some of the housekeeping service was shabby. One day after the room had been straightened and cleaned there wasn't any towels put back in the room, then twice when we used the pool it was out of towels. I do have to say that the front desk staff was amazing! Great help, very kind service and always had a smile.

They have everything you need for a good hotel stay. A microwave and mini fridge in the room. A gym and a free laundry room. And to top it all off complimentary full made to order breakfast. I couldn't ask for more.

Stayed there in December. Arrived and our suite was not ready. Were able to get into our suite around 6PM. They ran out of breakfast stuff most mornings. Rooms were not up to par. They could be a whole lot better. Pretty disappointing since I have been staying at Embassy Suites for almost 10 years. This was not one I will be returning to. The front desk staff, however, were great. Helpful and friendly.

We would like to take time out to give the highest review to Embassy Suites by Hilton New Orleans Convention Center. We had a two night stay in the Premiere Suite from Mar 22-24-2018. The scenic view was awesome. The room was very clean, furnished with plenty of snacks/beverages. The Hilton Staff was awesome from when we first reserved. Special thanks to Staff member Lowanda for communications before and during our stay. Special thanks to the magnificent breakfast made to order, food was nicely prepared, special thanks to member staff who made the omelets (anyone who can cook six omelets and one time with a smile should be highly honored! ). We greatly appreciate the entire Embassy Suites Staff from parking attendant, room service, concierge, front desk, bell man, breakfast crew. We Thank You! (Happy couple from Memphis)

This Hotel Is Amazing. The Room was spacious. They kept it very clean. I enjoyed the Jazz band every night. The Pool is nice. The Elevator to the 27th floor is a notable experience. All of the staff were friendly and we greatly enjoyed our stay. I will stay here every time I visit New Orleans.

We loved staying here. It is in a quieter area of NOLA, which we really enjoyed being away from the quarter. Short walk to the trolley and the mall which makes it easy to get where ever you would like to go. We walked most places right from the hotel but there were always taxis available right out front if you needed them. There are some excellent restaurants close by, we would recommend Mulate's which is on the next block! Due to a late flight leaving the hotel was able to hold our luggage while we went out and explored the city one last time before heading home.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. The rooms were nice, as well as the front desk staff. Also, the open bar was a super awesome perk. Finally, the breakfast was delicious.

Great staff that was helpful and friendly all the time, but especially during the first day when it was clear we had no clue what was going on. Room was clean and well kept, room service was great too. Didn't get to check out the other commodities such as the pool, convenience store, etc. So can't comment on those. Just the morning buffet which was great.

My hubby and I really enjoyed our stay here. Service was awesome, from check in to check out. The older woman preparing omelettes in the morning, was as sweet as pie and made delicious omelettes! Diane, the concierge, gave great suggestions on places to dine and shop. A great stay over for those getting off or on a cruise. With Harrah's casino, a great outlet mall, and superb dining options all within walking distance of the hotel, you will definitely enjoy your time here! We will return!

Love everything about This hotel. Each room has a private balcony. Plus there are also wrap around balconies that make for a great panoramic view. They offer free breakfast and it's not something small buffet. You get a huge made to order omelette made right in front of you. Plus 2Free hours of happy hour. You can't beat that. 2blocks from over walk. And my room is so spacious. Friendly helpful staff.

Nice hotel in a location that was convenient for convention center. Far enough from Bourbon Street to not be obnoxious, but close enough to walk. A little pricey but not complaints about the facility.

Cool. Good place. Very comfortable room. Tasty breakfast. Stuff is so friendly! But I've not found drinking water for everyday using. There is ace machine, but no water)

Room is neat, not the cleanest for my standards, rusting of pipes and fixtures. Housekeeping supplied towels. Did not change linen that was dirty. Pillowcases were not changed for 3 night stay. I had to ask for pillowcases. They were delivered timely. The best amenity is breakfast included each morning. Happy Hour nightly with free cocktails. Staff courteous but not friendly.

Everything was wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again. Directly in downtown New Orleans. Great place to stay if you wanting to enjoy the heart of the city. It is walking distance from several restaurants and the Superdome.

Not the typical Embassy Suites. More N. O. /European style room. But it's nice. Staff is great and everyone is very accommodating.

Very friendly hotel in the immediate vicinity of the Missipi and the lively French Quarter.

Nice place, convenient. The water was not good for anything including washing our hands. We went and bought water, but when we got back, it was fine, still no ice.

Wonderfully helpful staff. Fantastic, spacious, and clean suite that I enjoyed with 3 of my friends. Drink vouchers for the happy hour and also complimentary breakfast. Superb valet parking service, although it is pricey ($40), and overall awesome experience here. Would highly recommend!

Arts district in New Orleans. Good location. Walked in, no shampoo, no bath soap, and the phones didn't work for calling the lobby. All were remedied promptly. Very friendly staff. The breakfast each morning is the same as any other Embassy Suites with the addition of grits, so, pretty bland. At a discounted rate of $95/night for Hilton Honors members and the complimentary nightly open bar from 5-7:30 it is a good value.

Rooms are very spacious and quiet. Great breakfast daily. Free daily drinks at the Manager's reception… bonus! Ideal location for walking to everything… Bourbon Street, French Quarter, French Market, Aquarium, shopping and trolley (for everywhere else). All staff were very pleasant.

Great location. Staff are nice. Large suites. Would definitely stay again. The happy hour is a nice touch with great drink options but the snacks could definitely be expanded. The complimentary breakfast is great. All in all a great experience.

Trish the food and bev manager is the ONLY good thing about this hotel. She's the only person who was kind and treated us like the paying guests we were. I don't even know where to start… with them not having a blanket for our bed? Maybe with when I was standing soaking in their lobby and asked for pool towels to be brought out and we were told we'd have to walk a block to the lofts and up 10 stories to use our shower towels. The front desk staff apparently don't know that they're working in the hospitality industry. The reason they gave us for not having towels was that it was the 4th of July weekend… prepare for your guests, this is unacceptable. I could keep going, but this is already pretty lengthy. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is very good, close enough to walk to most tourist destinations. Breakfast was above average, however the afternoon reception snacks were not as good as other Embassy suites. The staff was pleasant and helpful. A shout-out to Diane Hampton for helping us out with a swamp tour and outstanding recommendation for dinner. Be aware that valet parking is pricey.

It was only $77 a night (not including valet parking) and it was a great stay. Large and beautiful room with 2 TV's and a nice bathroom. The free breakfast buffet was also delicious. There were omelets, fruit, a lot of drinks, danishes, muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt, toppings, oatmeal, grits, meat, potatoes, and more. It was really good. Plus, they have a grilled cheese and bar restaurant. It tasted delicious. I got the grilled cheese with bacon, brie, apples, and a great sauce that made the grilled cheese sweet. The concierge was really helpful when we asked about tours we could go on. I highly recommend this place because of the people working there, the great food (the free breakfast buffet and the restaurant) and the cleanliness of the rooms, along with what we got for such a cheap price. Thanks!

Rooms are cramped and show obvious age. Walls and doors are nicked and scuffed to the point of appearing dirty. Tub drained so slow that I was standing in an inch of water before I was done with my shower. After telling the front desk it was "fixed" so the next morning improved to half an inch of water. Bed was comfortable. Cable selection was above average. Spacious set of dresser drawers. Lots of outlets available. Free Wi-Fi if willing to sign up for Hilton points club.

It was coo. Nice room, a little expensive, but right near burboun st, the Riverwalk and French Quarters. Pretty nice.

As far as positives, this hotel location is ideal, right in the heart of the Warehouse and Arts Districts. As well, the room's balcony overlooking the city offered nice views, the bed was comfortable, and lobby was spacious and fun. The staff service was significantly lacking though. In fact, if you don't need a room balcony or prime Warehouse District location, I would look elsewhere. When my friend arrived on Saturday evening, check-in took quite some time, as only one staff member was present at the desk tending to a line of guests. As well, I had arranged with the staff beforehand to have a couple special gifts delivered to the room for my friend, but they changed the room at the last minute and left the gifts in the other room. Another time when I approached the front desk for assistance, I had to wait too long for them to acknowledge me while they played on their iPhone. Housekeeping left the bed only half made. And when cleaning, the housekeeper turned on the TV and left it on all day, which is a little disturbing when returning to the room late at night. Additionally, the door key lock was broken when we returned, and we had to wait out in the hallway for a while before the maintenance fellow came to fix the door. Service flops like these can taint a vacation stay, so it's worthwhile to book somewhere else that scores higher service marks.

It's a good place to stay at when you visit New Orleans. Rooms are clean, and service is good. We had a problem with the parking system, it's expensive at night.

Customer service over the phone was a real let down. Everything that I was told over the phone about the reservations and the rooms by a certain MITCH was drastically different from what I was told in the confirmation email. (I HATE LIARS! ) When I called back, several times, I got very different rates on the same room that I had gotten previous rates on, and the valet parking rate. Talked to 3 different supervisors, two were let downs (SABRINA ROGERS and THERESA BISHOP) ; they put me on hold and after few minutes, the machine sent me back to Customer Service and when I asked for these certain supervisors, I was told that they could not find the people. On my third call to the supervisor, a certain MS. Patricia martinez, was awesome, calm, and very helpful. She too put me on hold, but came back, gave me information and did the best she could. Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve the issue but she forwarded the problem to a department that could better assist me. Patricia was able to restore my confidence with Hilton. Ms. Patricia Martinez, you keep doing what you're doing best! Kudos to you!

The suite was perfect for my wife and I. Breakfast was amazing and all the staff that I came in contact with was so helpful, even at 4 am! Will absolutely stay here again and I would recommend to anyone staying in New Orleans!

I just wanted someone to know that I was very unsatisfied with my attempt to get a room. I was participating in a group function that ended up moving to another location. I prepaid for the room through our company which had nothing to do with the class we were attending. When I arrived the receptionist told me I had no reservation. After I showed her my confirmation number, she then proceeded to tell me that the reservation had been cancelled. I then asked, " Why was I not notified". She did not have an answer. She then told me that you had a Queen room available at that rate, my question was, I reserved a King Suite. At that point, she told me the room was a $129.00 higher than what we paid for per night. Needless to say I did not stay, but I was very dissatisfied.

Only reason this wasn't 5 stars is because of the elevator issues, have 3 but only 1 was working… repairs and painting taking place need to be done overnight instead of interrupting the guest experience… otherwise, great rooms, great breakfast, recommended!

Place was very nice. Beds were super comfortable. Best part, free drinks every night during happy hour. Also, the bartender at Stacks is a cool cat.

We just spent three nights at The Embassy Suites New Orleans and I must say the staff could not have been more pleasant. We drove to New Orleans for the Halloween Trade Show and all went well until we got downtown. Trying to find the Hotel was an absolute nightmare, do not use the 315 Julia Address because that is the parking garage not the hotel lobby. After 45 minutes of one way streets at night and in the pouring rain we finally found the hotel. Once in the lobby the valet rode with my husband to the parking area which I felt was very accommodating. Upon check in I ask if we had a balcony and was told we did not and this was changed immediately, thank goodness this happened! The bellman was very helpful with our luggage and showing us the features of the room (including the thermostat) as well as giving suggestions on sites to see and places to eat. We noticed upon entering the room that it was a little warm but this is normal for most hotels, they don't want to pay to cool a room that is not being used. Upon returning to the room after dinner we attempted to lower the thermostat to find that 69 degrees is as low as it goes, WHAT, yes, that's it! The front desk let me know they have them locked, WHAT? To this I say, thank goodness for the balcony, the breeze from the cool nights is the only reason we continued our stay at the Embassy Suites. Oh, another point you must turn thermostat off because if it falls below 69 the heat comes on (REALLY).

Made to order breakfast is delicious, you have to make sure you make it down in the mornings. If you are visiting the area ask the staff for recommendations on where to go, I was very impressed with each place I tried. I would definitely stay here again if I make it back to NOLA.

Overall great experience. Very nice suite that fit our needs and price range to a "T". Did end up next to a large "named" suite so we did have noisy neighbors, but nothing I can hold against the hotel, by any means. Look forward to staying there again.

Embassy Suites was a great hotel! Was most impressed with the breakfast and the happy hour from 5-7pm. Great location and only about 20 min walk to Bourbon. Very clean rooms! Shower was a little small but overall very nice. Parking was expensive like always, so expect that. Still had a great experience.

The service at this hotel is great! Seth went over and above the call of duty. If the a/c didn't keep going out I would have given them 5 stars. I will say the engineers came out within a matter of minutes of me calling.

I'm here at this hotel right now as I type this. Hotel is very close to the Convention Center. Room is on the 6th floor. Very clean, plenty of space. The hallway from the elevator to my corridor REEKS of mildew and the Wifi access is spotty at best. It works great in the bar/restaurant area, but not in the room. It's all just meh.

This hotel made my first trip to New Orleans a disaster! We were going for my boyfriends birthday in August. Hotel staff at front desk was beyond rude and disrespectful over the phone and in person. If you have to file a complaint before you even check in that is horrible! I was told by reservations days prior to my check in date and the day before that I could check in anytime after 10am. I was traveling from Georgia to New Orleans, about half way there I tried using the mobile check-in app and it would not allow me to. So called the hotel, this time I got front desk instead of reservations. The front desk lady told me (with an attitude) that I could not check in until after 4pm. I explained to her what I had been told by reservations on more than one occasion. She raised her voice then repeated that we could not check in until after 4pm there will be no rooms available when we arrive to NO at 10am the next day (mind you at this point we were about 4 hours from New Orleans), and said the people in reservations didn't know what they were talking about. Then she told me without even looking my reservation up, if I booked online then I should already know what the check in time is. And she proceeded to tell me I can pay an additional fee to check in early. I requested to speak with a manager. A "manager" came to the phone, I explained what I was told by reservations, I also explained how rude the front desk clerk had been to me.

I stayed here last week. The overall experience was good. The hotel was clean, the service friendly, but the parking was a total nightmare! After not being able to find a spot to self park the valet service flagged me in I had asked about the rate. The rate they stated was $37.95 + tax per night. I was surprised by this and asked if there was anywhere else to park? They let me know it was the same everywhere. (which I found was not true) They also stated that if I stayed more than two night's that the valet rate would go down to $15 per night. That's why I decided not to look elsewhere as I was there for 5 days. After getting my bill they charged me the $41 per night every night! After talking to the hotel they were ignorant and said to bad! It is stated in the fine print of your reservation! Very Displeased! Will choose a different hotel next time. Beware!

The staff was amazingly helpful & friendly. They were also very professional. We were greeted and checked in by Seth & he made us feel so welcomed & even joked around with my husband and I. So, first impressions are also lasting impressions. Another guy, I think his name was Greg was super helpful! The entire staff was just so awesome. The Happy Hour was definitely a plus. The location was perfect for my husband and I, everything was within descent walking distance. The full breakfast was great as well. We will be staying here again in the future & will highly recommend to anyone! I've made multiple trips to New Orleans & this was definitely one of my best visits & this hotel totally contributed!

I have stayed at many hotels. As a matter of fact I worked at a hotel for about 7 years. I am a stickler for great customer service because I was reared that way. But Ms. Lowanda c. At your front desk is an asset to our city and your hotel. She is a "real" person who has a big heart. She is a keeper. You did it right when you placed her at your front door. She knows what customer service is all about. And by the way, the hotel is very nice, comfortable and well located! I WILL be back! Marvin R. Young.

Little pricey because of location. Rooms are decent, they feel crowded. Breakfast is great! Extra cost for vallet and don't really have any other choice other than to use the vallet (seems to be common in this area). Service was great.

The hotel reminded me of a dormitory. All white walls. No character. They do fool you with appearance of the fabulous lobby. They have building issues that affects ALL guests staying there. Stay somewhere else. Our family reunion blocked off a great number of rooms at the Embassy Suites. We arrived at the hotel around 12:30 pm but could not check into our room until after 4:30 pm. A lot of family members were able to check into their rooms but for some reason we had to wait. They had 3 elevators for guests and 2 service elevators, all of them had problems except for 1 service elevator. Guests had to use the stairs. The oldest family member was 97. We demanded that the service elevator be used. The service elevator that was working was disgusting. The stairwells were just as awful. I wish that I could post photos! The carpet was not vacuumed. They only had one (1) bellhop for 16 floors the night that we arrived. The staff was friendly but it does not make up for all of the inconvenience that my family endured. I will never stay here again.

My family and I came for a family reunion. We stayed from June 18-21. The customer service was amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast here was great. HOWEVER, this hotel needs work. It needs redecorating for the rooms and hallways. We had a check-in time at 4:00. After flying all day we were ready to rest. At 4:00 the front desk said that our room was not ready. That was irritating, but we dismissed it even though we arrived at the hotel at noon. It was almost 5:00, our room was still not ready, and we were getting very dismissive attitudes by the women at the front desk. We ended up asking for a different room altogether. The elevators not working was probably the most irritating factor of our visit. We stayed on the 6th floor. You had to go up in order to go down. The down buttons were not working. The elevators rarely made it to the lobby; or when it did, it stopped at each floor. Another elevator stayed stuck most of the time. The third elevator only went to floors 8-16. According to a regular, the elevators have been in that condition for MONTHS. For a majority of the time we took the stairs up and down. Towards the end of our stay we started taking the service elevator. I'm sure that irritated some of the staff because we were sharing elevators with them. This situation also made the staff slow because one of their elevators were also not working. I love New Orleans and look forward to coming back.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites at the beginning of June. First off, noticed the elevator did not work after waiting forever for the car. Second thing, the bath water was not hot AT ALL which was very frusterating. Then we slept uncomfortable because the A/C wasnt nearly as cold as the temperature said it should be. But after all that, I was still willing to choose Embassy Suites in the near future since we travel to New Orleans very often but I COMPLETELY changed my mind! Once I returned home the Sunday, as I was unpacking, I remembered two (FAVORITE) dresses of mine were hanging in the closet and I failed to pack them before we left. I called the hotel immediately. They took my name and contact info and told me I could call back in the morning and speak with house keeping since they were in charge of the lost and found department. I called at 8:00 AM the next morning. I spoke with a lady from house keeping. I described the dresses to her and, again, gave my contact information to them. She said they would look in the room and call me back later that afternoon and let me know. I never received a call back by the time I left work. I called them back and left a message stating who I was and that I would like to be called back on my Cell instead of work number. I, then, called back at about 6:00 PM and got the answering machine again. The next morning, I called the hotel. They forwarded the call to housekeeping. I got the answering machine AGAIN.

The rooms were very small and do not look like they have recently been renovated. The elevators are broken, some can only go up to get down to the lobby. The service is slow and the worst part was the valet, there were multiple times we tried to get/leave our car and no valet was available. The breakfast included does not make up for the room rate, it left much to desire. The rooms were clean, but needed repair. The hotel did not live up to my expectation for an Embassy Suites.

We visited stayed here April 23-27th! It was terrible. The room was in the back on the 6th floor I felt like I was on a trek. Not only was the room far from the elevator but the walls in the hallway need a fresh coat of paint it is not anywhere near a star hotel. The breakfast was the best part. The happy hour is free drinks but don't go hungry because the food is lousy! No restaurant in the hotel either. We had asked the concierge to make a reservation for dinner and she told me she was going home in 5 minutes so did not help us! Crazy wrong! Then she tried to make up for it by saying, Okay I'll help you when we told her where we were interested in dining she told us she thought it closed. After waiting for 45 minutes to be sat at the establishment it is obviously open! My husband is an HHonors member and I could not believe this was a Hilton. The points for the time we stayed were outrageous! We stayed one night at the Sheraton, closer to all the fun and the points were less with so many more amenitities. Look around do not stay here.

Great town, great hotel. The place was very clean, the staff was polite, and the free breakfast was superb.

I have called several times to speak to someone in Sales and no one answers! Disappointing! Definitely taking my business elsewhere. And whoever works PBX is very unprofessional.

As Diamond member, I stay 50-70 nights/yr in hotels around the U. S. Many of which are Embassy Suites. This particular hotel will probably be decent in the next few years, but for the time being I would recommend staying in the Hilton Garden Inn (right down the street) for the simple fact that this location is undergoing extensive, disruptive renovations.

This is the WORST Embassy Suites I have ever stayed in. Actually, it might be one of the worst hotels I've stayed in with my family. We booked two rooms, for two families of four including two kids between 6 and 10 per family. The rooms are overpriced and filthy, and the staff ranges between unfriendly and incompetent. They charge $40 for overnight parking. There was hair everywhere in the room, including the coffee machine. They hardly have any towels, so you would certainly need to call and request some. Amenities are old and run down despite their claim that the facility was renovated in 2014. Who knows what they mean by "renovated"! The breakfast is meager, with poor staffing and long lines to get anything beyond pancakes and fat-dripping sausages. To top things off, they had all sorts of mistakes and overcharges at check-out, which I managed to have them take off. As expected, the reception manager who happened to help me never thanked us for our stay or even asked how our stay was.

Convenient to the convention center and celebrity parties. Walking distance to Bourbon and Canal Sts. Breakfast served every morning and cocktails every evening. Staff very nice and anything you need they will try to get it for you.

We were first put in another building, under construction, no security, no one in lobby, in fact we did not see another person in the building. We immediately asked to switch rooms to the main tower. Much better. I was excited to see a ceiling fan. But it did not work. We asked about this and someone came to look and said he would put in a work order. Four days later when we left, we had not heard a word about it. No one ever came to look at it again. Concierge desk was wonderful, Barbara in particular. She lined up several tours for us, all of which we enjoyed very much. Breakfast was very good as well, typical Embassy Suites buffet, other than the potatoes which were almost always cold. Bartender was very nice to change channels on large lobby TV so we could watch a certain football game while waiting several hours before going to the airport.

My family and I stayed the weekend of the Essence Festival 2014. The room was gorgeous, clean and modern. The majority of activities were within walking distance of the hotel as advertised. I requested a room with a view and was placed in a nice room that had a lovely view of the River Walk. I am currently on peritoneal dialysis and had to bring my supplies with me. The Housekeeping staff, I believe her name was Maggie was very professional, understanding and non-judgmental. She made me feel very comfortable being there with such baggage. The Front Desk and Concierge staff were also very professional. That was also my first Embassy Suites Breakfast and on a scale of 1-10 they get a 12. They say Good morning! And get you in and out with whatever you requested. The only things I can say I didn't like was the Internet was not free, or didn't come with the room. The room was pretty expensive for the week they at least could've offered it. Also parking should be better. New Orleans La. Is not the best city crime wise and we had to park 3 blocks away and pay everyday by 11pm. Or get towed. I don't think that's fair to out of towers. But I would request Embassy Suites any day.
