Very clean, quiet, Chrissy at front desk was awesome and so helpful to us, she is friendly and an asset to Comfort inn Inn. Room was very clean, bed was amazingly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We not only appreciated the size of the rooms, the hospitality & great breakfast, but also the courtesy of the entire staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be close to New Orleans without being right in town.

Woman at front desk during our stay, was not very friendly. A smile goes a long way in the hospitality industry. However, the complimentary cookies are delicious and our room were very nice. Though our room was updated, the floor was sticky and dirty. I did not dare walk around the room barefoot. For location, If you’re there to party, the night life is not too far. Just a simple Uber click away gets you to Bourbon Street. I would recommend this motel for the affordable prices.

BED BUGS! Manager dose not care… looks nice, looks can be deceiving. UPDATE! manager responded to"my actions". (I told everybody at breakfast they had bed bugs). (true) … by calling my employer and trying to get me fired. I asked for refund for whole company, not just me… I had to throw out my suit case backpack etc… great stay months later and still, drama out of a simple to remedy situation. Don't believe them you will itch.

This is your typical Comfort Inn. Most of the staff was friendly. The hotel was nice and clean. They checked our room before giving it to us to make sure everything had been done. They offer breakfast that comes with several choices. It was relatively quiet and it is on a safe area. We would stay here again if we go back to the New Orleans area. You should give them a try. It was an easy commute into town and back. There are mostly only fast food options in the area to eat.

Staying at this hotel was a very nice experience. The room was neat and clean and the location was quiet. I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you.

I enjoy the stay and the staff was great, the breakfast was ok.

Service is excellent, rooms are comfortable, and most importantly they bake cookies and leave them out for guests… I get about 5 each time I see them.

Rooms are nice and the young lady that works the front in the evening is amazing. The one in the morning leaves much to be desired, customer skills are lacking. Three stars because the maintenance man just walked in without consideration and the last night was appalling a party next door kept me up til 2 despite me complaining and I smelled a strong weed smell inthe hallway.

I called on Wednesday Night around 11pm on May 23-2018The Clerk said her name was Ashley… I Travel a lot, stay at many hotels. This Is the worst Guest Service Experience I have ever in life Experienced… I will be be going to Corporate Office, And if she is what the company or property has to reprersent the brand… God help you! RUDE! Nasty! Very Disrespectful!

The management at this location is ridiculous. I've worked in management for about 16yrs and excuses should be the last thing you present to your guest/customer. My fiance and I checked in Friday at about 5:45pm. At 7:00pm we notified the front desk clerk of an issue with our room. We told clerk about A/C not working. The clerk told us to turn off unit and turn back on, place temperature down on 60 degrees and turn unit on high. We did just that and left the hotel to explore the New Orleans city. When we arrived back to hotel at about 11:00 pm, A/C was not working and the room was extreme hot. We went back to front desk to report again and there was no one at front desk to report it to again. We called and finally got someone at 5:30am. No one at this location seems to be able to help us or make a decision without the General Manager whose name is Risë M. Spinelli. We were told by the housekeeping supervisor that she would contact the General manager and get back with us, which never happened. When we finally spoke to the General Manager, she was standing at the front desk and not concerned about any guest issues that were happening on the property. The first thing she should have done was try to reach to us about the situation. The General Manager DID NOT even apologize to us about the situation. What the General Manager did do was tell us she could only take $50 dollars off of the room that cost $158.00.

We're doing construction while we were there. Not their fault. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but always timely. Very friendly employees.

If you are staying on the third floor enjoy a ride on the elevator of terror. The room smelled musty and well the walls are really thin… Yeah, we heard you Mr and Mrs 317. The staff seemed to be in bad moods and bothered if you needed anything. Oh and by the way set your alarms early… breakfast is over at 9 am. No coffee bar, no local newspaper, and forget about vending machines. Let's say I'm less than impressed with the stay… Hampton inn is just down the road.

Very nice place. Nice staff… it was noise from doors slamming most of the night… very clean rooms… motel is under construction but still very nice and clean… we will re visit.

This was a horrible experience! My wife and I had the worst experience ever coming to this Comfort Inn. We stayed for 4 nights, and when we left, we forgot my wife's coat and my jacket. After about 6 hours we noticed that, and I called Comfort Inn. They told us nothing in your room, and there is no coat or jaket, and they were so apathetic in the way they spoke to me. My wife and I are 100% sure the coat and the jacket were in the room. If the items were not that expensive, imagine what kind of precious items or any other valuables they may take from your room. What was the most annoying to us is we called the customer service of "Choice Hotels" who manage Comfort Inn, and they said they cannot do anything since the hotel is a family business. I'm a GOLD member of "Choice Hotels" and I spent thousands of dollars in nights stay at Comfort Inn, and now they said we do not believe you and we cannot help you!

Front desk help was excellent along with room service. Management is horrible. Me and my brother had just checked in and it wasnt 5 minutes good a manager had told police that my brother was smoking in his room. The room was searched and she told them that he was trying to cover up the smell of weed with cologne. Me nor my brother dont smoke nor drink. He was on the 1st floor and I was on the 3rd floor. And to come to find out it was someone on the second floor. No apologies was given, I guess since we are black we use drugs. Worst choice hotel I ever stayed in. Never again. Anyone black in this area please stay away from this place.

Really nice staff. Pretty clean. Typically only took 15 to 20 minutes to get to the Bourbon Street area.

The bathroom looked like someone was killed in it, the stain would not come off the tub floor. My daughter (her fault) left a huge pillow behind. As soon as she tells me, I call the hotel in under 24 hour to tell them. The front desk say they will look and get back to me. They *never* did. I called four times, with no return call. I finally get an email almost four days later saying it wasn't in the lost and found and housekeeping has never seen the pillow. It's a bit surprising that it can't be found. A huge silver pillow… but that's not the point; they *never* returned one call even after I was told they would. For nearly $200 a night and in the area? Stay in your car. You'd be better off. Terrible experience.

I actually loved it 5* service and staff were great, the beds were a lil lumpy. We had a great stay, very close to everything we needed.

Upon check-in, the woman at the desk was very unpersonable. She wasn’t rude or anything, just like she didn’t even care about us or checking us in. She gave us our room keys so we went to our room. The keys didn’t work so I went back to the desk a bit frustrated. She gave us new keys, so we went back to the room. The key didn’t work again — but this time a guy answered the door adjetated thinking we were messing around with his door handle. I went back to the desk and she assigned us a new room — but at no point showed any concern for her mistake nor was apologetic. We finally got to the correct room. However, the elevator had food on the floor, which remained there for nearly 24 hours. That to me shows laziness amid the hotel staff. How disgusting that they would ride the elevator and not clean it up. There was also a spill on the wall on the second flood that looked like it had been on the wall for days or weeks. The rooms were clean. Honestly the only nice person I encountered at the hotel was the breakfast attendant. I wish I would have got her name — she was wonderful. She talked to us every morning and offered suggestions on local tourist attractions. She deserves a raise.

This Comfort Inn located in New Orleans was clean and the staff were very friendly. Parts of the hotel need updating and the elevator seems to be in ruff shape. Overall it was a good experience.

Clean, comfortable accommodations, good breakfast and a friendly staff. Right off the highway and a 15 minute drive to downtown. Good value and choice if you want to be close but not right in the middle of New Orleans.

Stayed here a couple times before. Good price, not much in the immediate area. Hallway smelled like weed for the entire 3 night stay. Small stain in the bottom of the bathtub and the water pressure stopped halfway through one of my showers. Quick 15-20 min drive from New Orleans. Spent most of time outside of hotel, ok spot for just resting. Bedding looked clean as well. Standard breakfast items.

Top of the line for its price range. Staff is friendly and accommodating: they provided prompt service whenever we made a request. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety for the price point and it was decent quality. I would recommend it.

Decent rooms, but the air conditioner was broken in our room and it took almost 2 hours to facilitate just a simple room shift (granted it was 2A. M. So a little lenient).

Worst experience ever. DO NOT stay here! Rooms are dirty! When we arrived I went to use the bathroom & noticed used bar soap in the shower, yuck! I was so tired from driving 8 hours that all I wanted was to go to sleep, however the sheets were also dirty, they were itchy & felt like the bed had sand in it. In the middle of the night the smoke alarm started making a beep noise due to the batteries were low. Might as well should have stayed at a Motel! After all this we decided to check out & try the Hilton hotel for the rest of the week. What a difference! I will never stay at Comfort Inn again!

The general manager was awesome. Made the stay worth it. The hotel is a bit lower scale (I usually stay in 3-4 star accomodations) but it was clean and the staff was super friendly.

This was the best check in experience I have at ANY hotel, EVER! Thanks to Will at the front desk… Super hospitable, great personality and knows his stuff. Room was clean, cool, and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. I sure hope Will gets recognized for his EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills…

The pool area is small. There was a drink machine that had no sodas. There was no snack machine. The elevator is slow.

Best hotel service wise I have stayed at. Can't remember the gentlemans name from dallas who works the desk, but he should be running the place.

Stayed in comfort Inn in Morroro La. Room was clean and nice. Hotel was well maintained and they had a decent breakfast provided in the morning.

I stayed a really long time almost 3 weeks. The front desk was nice but there was a man who managed it, he drove a scion, he was very unpleasant. In fact I won't go back because of him. My co-worker had bed bugs and he said they were full. There's also a ton of crime around the area.

Everything was fine until we were leaving. The elevator broke and I was informed they didn't plan on getting it fixed for a few weeks or more. I found it very unprofessional and wondered how they planned to accommodate those that are unable to use stairs due to medical issues or would they turn them away.

Michelle was excellent making sure our stay was very comfortable. Great breakfast, great service, and very clean. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks to the staff for giving us a nice and friendly stay.

Please be aware of this hotel when making advanced reservations. You are penalized for making an advanced reservation here. We made our reservation two months in advance. When we arrived the rate was cheaper than what we booked. They were unwilling to adjust the rate. I called and spoke to customer relations and they called the hotel to speak to management to see if they were willing to work with me. The person I was speaking to came back on the line and said they are not willing to negotiate. The hotel rates are governed by each hotel, they make their own rules. I am with a national organization that uses Choice hotels and will be letting them know about our stay with this hotel. This will have a great impact on us using them again. Our room was not cleaned by housekeeping. They came in our room and made one of the beds, and put 2 large towels in the bathroom. She also left an envelope with a handwritten note on it in an attemp to get a tip. The person working the desk came up to the room and said she would bring us back clean towels and sheets for us to make the bed. She said she does not know how to make a bed…

The bed is very comfortable the shower is incredible nice decor very clean place.

Nice staff, although house cleaning needs major help. I had to clean the bath due to red mold, there were missing light blubs, broken sink, when we accidentally poured a little water on the floor and cleaned it up the towel come up almost black from the dirt in the carpet. Every time our "neighbors" shut their doors our bathroom door would pop open even when locked. The pool was a salt-water pool which was a little odd. Needed to be cleaned too. A vehicle was broken into in the parking lot the first night we stayed there. Was nice to have a dollar store in the nearby parking lot though. On another note, best free breakfast bar I've had at a similar priced motel. They kept it stocked as well. I did like the fact you had to walk through the lobby to get to your room, a little safer than the walk-up rooms. Overall, we got what we paid for, but I am not sure we would stay here again, although nice staff and breakfast it just had that "dirty" feel.

This place must have been recently renovated, because it was like a totally different hotel than when I stayed here a few years ago. It looks amazing! The front desk was friendly and very knowledgeable about local food spots and things to do. For a person who is just passing through, that made all the difference between a long boring trip and a fun mini vacation! Can't say enough good things about this place!

I really loved staying at this hotel. The girl at the desk was so nice and they had fresh baked cookies waiting for me. The room was clean and quite, and the beds were amazing comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I can't wait to go back.
