Great hotel! I had a solid experience here. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Decent location that was within driving distance of most New Orleans attractions. Fairly clean and comfy rooms. Breakfast was decent, nothing special though. For the price, this was an amazing deal and hotel! Would recommend for anyone staying near New Orleans on a budget!

Room clean and beds were comfortable. The sink was clogged in our room so we called down to have it fixed. We were told it would be handled first thing in the morning. Long story short, the sink was still clogged when we checked out and it most likely won't be fixed for the next guests either. Real communication breakdown between employees. But what can you do? Luckily, our suite had 2 bathrooms.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Clean room, towels and the staff was helpful when needed. Nice places to eat near the area. I would book here again.

Very large room, friendly staff, standard breakfast. Everything is comfortable and respectable, except air conditioner.

I stayed in this Hotel this weekend and the Customer Service was Phenomenal✔️ from Housekeeping to the Front Desk Staff! The rooms were Very Clean and the Breakfast was Great This will be my Hotel each time I visit my Hometown New Orleans❤️

Would select less stars if possible. Our room is absolutely disgusting! A non-smoking room that reeks so bad of smoke we don’t want to breathe! And a moldy smell too on top of that! Then after driving 14+ hours I pulled back the sheets on both beds to find pubic hairs and regular hair from someone’s head all over both beds. Then no one would answer the phone at the front desk so I had to walk down there and wait for over 20 mins for someone to come help me. Desk clerk didn’t seem one bit surprised (which made me assume it’s the norm to not change sheets) and didn’t apologize, he said here I’ll give you clean sheets. Didn’t offer to have house keeping do anything either. I go back to strip down the beds and pillows and there are blood stains and urine stains on the mattress pad and blood stains on the pillows. So disgusting! We had to sleep fully clothed with the hoods of our sweatshirts up with zero blankets. Not a pleasant night’s sleep at all! I don’t know how anyone could’ve ever given this place a good review! I travel frequently and stay at a variety of places (that aren’t high end) and I’ve never been to anything remotely close to this bad! Appalled and I want my money back!

When we arrived to the room there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and air freshner. The smell was so strong I could not breathe. I reported this issue to management and I was told there was nothing they can do since all the rooms were sold out. I asked to be compensated for this inconvenience and I was reimbursed 20.00. This smell lingered for days. This room did not have a tub and offered minimal amenities. In addition, the hot breakfast only consisted of cereal, coffee (no cups), waffles (no eggs or meat), bagels (no cream cheese). There was no indoor pool or jacuzzi or outside sitting areas. I will never go back to this hotel again. This was the worst hotel I've ever been to! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This hotel is a crap hole nasty customer service nasty rooms brought it to the attention on management and theu got mad at me. A lady in our group posted and it was deleted.

This place is disgusting. We checked in yesterday for our cheer competition and I’ve never stayed somewhere that I literally couldn’t sleep wondering what I was sleeping on and wondering if the sheets had even been cleaned in a month. I’ll attach pics of a few issues I have. So nasty. I’ll be cancelling next month and just paying for a hotel where they clean. No way. I’ve contacted corporate with pics. This is completely unacceptable. Oh, and the pillows have so much drool on them I just had to throw them down and not use anything. What hotel does t wash pillows?

We took a group of 55 to New Orleans & we stayed at the Baymont Inn. We had only a few complaints & I do mean few. No towels, coffee etc. One room had nail polish down the side of the bed & all over the carpet next to night stand. My smoke detector was covered with a garbage bag. But we was very happy staying again & would for sure recommend it. No place is totally flawless. The beautiful girl that worked the desk was a true sweetheart. She deserves a raise. We got there Feb 25 left 28th.

Friendly staff, big rooms. The heater made the room smell bad. The windows don't open so no source of fresh air. Breakfast better than most. Shower head leaks when shower is running so water builds at the bottom of the shower when using it. Toilet handle broke when I was there it was broken to begin with but completely broke during my stay. Doors locked after 10pm. Walls very thin.

It's good and I've visited it before.

Housekeeping came in even when we had the do not disturb sign on the door and her 6 year old was with her and touched everything. We had no towels when we checked in and the front desk didn't know how to get us some. They had breakfast broke down by 8:59am. There was a pencil and gross candy on our floor when we checked in. I felt safe. That was about all this hotel had going for it.

Good staff, mostly clean rooms, breakfast had waffles and fruit but there was plenty. I did not have any issues with my stay though unfortunately other members in our party were not so lucky as cleaning staff bring their children in to work and allow them to go in guests rooms even after being told not to go in and the do not disturb sign was up. I would suggest checking to make sure your fridge in your room is working correctly also some were very questionable.

My room was reasonable and my over night was exactly what I needed. Will stay at this great hotel again.

The service is crappy. Check in the Saturday and before the night ended, the toilet start to overflow. Sunday morning I left to an event in the town and came back at 7pm to the room being the same way I felt it, bed was poorly spread, toilet overflowing, carpet wet from a flooded bathroom. Room service finally came and she bearly could spread the bed properly. Happen for my entire stay. I do not recommend anyone to book this hotel, the setting is more of a motel service. Very very poor and breakfast sucks.

They had a problem with having a clean for a 3:00pm check-in. They gave us two rooms that hadn't been cleaned. Then I had to talk to them about the cost. It's maybe a two or three star hotel.

Considering they are under the Wyndham brand I held high expectations, but my experience was ok. It seems to be more of a motel fly by night type of hotel. They serve a continental breakfast which is composed of yogurt, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs, dry cereal, instant oats, and waffles. Free Wi-Fi and has a small fitness center.

Housekeeping need to pay attention to details and clean. A dirty washcloth was still hanging on the shower rod, all of the towels available had a reddish brown stain on them (makeup stain). Lamps are dusty, air conditioner had a used qtip in it. Room looked okay, but details and CLEANLINESS are what matters the most for everyone.

Horrible everything was horrible all the way to the Wi-Fi all the room's smelled like mildew we had to switch 3 different room's because the bed's were all stained with either blood or kool-aid just nasty and nothing around the area really.

Concierge where friendly and helpfull, but the Walls are realy thin, the roomcleaning service has not cleaned the Bath for three Days and the entire Room for two Days. The breakfast isnt any good just some instand waffels. The bathroom was damaged, soapholders where tired down and dirty Towles where given to us twice. The Airconditioner was not clean at all, I asume the last Time they have cleaned it is months ago. So the Concierges was nice and helpfull and thats about it.

Pretty decent inn. Definitely recommend it. Would stay there again.

Rooms are clean and the front desk is friendly. Conveniently located (right off the highway). About 15 minutes to the French Quarter. In a quiet area.

Upon arriving within the hotel on May 19, 2017, the main lobby smelled great and looked very clean. The desk clerk was nice also. I booked a room for two nights from online. I was given room 209. At first the room seen great and very clean. I opened the night stand drawer and there were cookies and dipping tobacco left in the drawer. When entering the restroom my girlfriend asked me to come in there cause there was a roach in the restroom. I notified the clerk at the desk and he said they would move us to another room and that they apologize for this issue. The next room we received the next day was room 226 which was also nasty. The toilet was filthy, tissue exposed as if someone had already used it and the shower had mildew in the corners along the side. I contacted the desk clerk again and explained to him that this room was nasty also. Now I get moved to room 227. Again the toilet was nasty and there was hair left in the shower along with exposed tissue again. Contacted desk clerk and got room 229 this time. He inspected the room with me and seen that it was nasty as well. There was gum left stuck in the carpet, toilet was nasty, hair in the shower, and used tissue still present. The clerk then says I can give you a refund and you can go find another hotel. My girlfriend couldn't believe what she just heard. We explained to the clerk that there aren't any other rooms available in the area and we just wanted what we paid for which is a nice clean room.

My boyfriend and I booked our room for the weekend of 5/20. Upon making it into hotel our first impression of the lobby was great. The gentleman at the desk was very and helpful. Once we received our room key and examined our room we noted a roach in the bathroom and cookies and snuff in the bedside table. We went to the front desk and voiced our concerns and the clerk switched our room. Once we entered that room we noted chewed gum on the floor, stool in the toilet, and a brown substance in the shower. We called the manager up and explained to him that this room was not cleaned properly. He showed us another room which was dirty as well. He then said he would refund us for Saturday night and we could leave if we wasn't happy with the rooms. Customer service at this hotel was awful and housekeeping was pitiful! I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.
